본고는 개인의 덕성(德性)과 사회적 덕행(德行)의 보편적 가치와 규범이 제시되어 있는 유가(儒家) 경전(經典)을 토대로 군자(君子)다운 지도자상은 어떠한 것인가를 파악하는 작업이다. 따라서 인간다움을 참다운 것으로 삼고, 인간관계의 사회성을 제대로 실천하는 유덕자(有德者)의 가치관에 대하여 논의하고 있다. 군자상의 진면목은 조화의 균형 감각이 있고 자기 수양에 엄격하며 인간관계의 상생적 가치를 창출하는 등 진선미가 삼위일체로 융합되는 '성기성물(成己成物)'의 참된 인물상(人物像)이라는 점을 찾아보고자 한다. 유가(儒家)에서 말하는 성인(聖人), 현인(賢人), 대인(大人), 군자(君子) 등은 인간세상을 이끌어가는 사회지도자를 의미한다. 그들은 무엇보다도 인간다운 도리를 지키며 사회풍토를 아름답게 교화하고 정신과 물질(物質)의 조화(調和) 인격(人格)과 능력(能力) 경제(經濟)와 도덕(道德)을 겸비한 인물로 지목(指目)하고 있다. 현대 사회인들은 순수한 지성(知性)문화의 가치보다는 물질적 가치의 선호도(選好度)에 따라 개인적인 성장(成長)을 꾀하고, 시각적으로 보여 지는 외형적인 무한경쟁(無限競爭)에 편중되어 있다. 오늘날 디지털 시대에 자신의 개성을 연출하는 것은 부정할 수는 없지만, 외모(外貌)에 집착(執着)하여 지나친 다이어트로 건강미를 상실하고, 그로 인(因)한 정신적 스트레스는 외모 집착과 외모중시의 병적인 폐단을 불러일으키고 있다. 이러한 현상을 극복(克復)하기 위해 절실하게 요청되는 대안으로 내적 소양과 외적 전문성을 고루 겸비한 온전한 인격체, 즉 이른바 "문질(文質)이 빈빈(彬彬)"한 진선미(眞善美)의 융합적 지도자상이 필요하다고 하겠다. 유교사상은 수기치인(修己治人)의 도(道)를 현실에서 실천하는 것이다. 수기는 개인적으로는 덕성적 능력을 계발하여 도덕적 인격을 함양하는 것이며, 치인은 사회적으로는 함께 일하는 올바른 인간관계를 갖도록 소통(疏通)하는 것이다. 이 때문에 leader 또는 지도자는 자신뿐만 아니라 타인까지도 감화시킬 수 있어야 한다. 수기치인은 '스스로의 덕성을 가다듬어 다른 사람들을 이끈다.'는 의미이다. 참다운 지도자는 수기(修己)를 통해 자기성찰과 자기정립을 한 다음에 치인(治人) 또는 남들과 함께 살아가는 안인(安人)의 경지에 서게 되는 것이다. 모든 물건에는 값어치가 있고 나름대로의 德이 있듯이. 인간 역시 인격과 덕성(德性)을 갖추고자, 배우고 익혀 자신만의 전문성 신뢰성 그리고 인격과 능력을 겸비하여, 자신만의 브랜드(Brand)가치를 창출해 내고자 한다. 개인의 인격(人格)은 높은 지위나 재력 권력에서 나오는 것이 아니다. 인격이란 개인의 덕성으로서 자기수양을 통하여 마음에 조금도 티가 없는 상쾌함으로, 굳이 한자로 표현하자면 맑고 깨끗한 '소쇄(瀟灑)'에 부합된다고 할 수 있다. 즉 인간이 天性으로 품부 받은 덕성인 지(知) 인(仁) 용(勇)을 겸비한 지극히 인간다움의 인격(人格)을 지닌 지도자상으로 군자상(君子像)을 제시한다. 자아개발은 self leader, 즉 수기(修己)를 통하여 덕성수양과 자아경영의 힘을 기르게 된다. 관계영역의 leader(治人)는 자신(自身)의 덕성(德性)을 덕행(德行)으로 미루어 가는 즉 남의 입장에서 생각하는 역지사지(易地思之)의 마음으로 확대(擴大) 시킬 수 있다. 이처럼 자신의 마음을 미루어 남을 생각하는 리더십을 "대학(大學)"에서는 "혈구지도(?矩之道)"라고 한다. 논자의 견해는, 인격미(人格美)는 지(知) 인(仁) 용(勇)'으로 덕성(德性)의 씨앗을 일구고 상생미(相生美)는 '서(恕)'로써 타인(他人)에게 행동으로 보여주는 덕행의 마땅한 올바름을 구현하며 조화미(調和美)는 '혈구지도(?矩之道)'로써 남을 나처럼 아끼고 사랑하여 나와 같은 마음 즉 보편적 원리인 덕화(德和)를 구현할 수 있다고 여긴다. 이처럼, 지도자상의 자질은 자신의 소양과 남을 배려하는 마음이 총체적으로 잘 조화를 이룰 때 지도자가 지니고 있는 능력을 무한히 발휘하며, 많은 사람들과 공생(共生) 공존(共存)하며 서로 승승적(乘勝的)관계로 거듭 성장해 나갈 수 있는 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine and fully understand the transformation of female's ideal beauty through time based on word analysis. Word selection was made from the very exemplary Women's magazines : Yuhwon, Jubu-Saengwhal, and Yuhsung-Dongah. Further, in order to research the understanding of female's ideal beauty, a random research was done on 445 women, ranging from the ages 20's through 60's. From the result, a frequency analysis was performed to further analyze the meaning of ideal beauty to each sector of the age groups for different time periods : the 1980's and the 1990's. To the 20's, beauty awareness was defined by the word ‘intelligence’, however, the 1980's endorsed confidence with composure and calmness where as the 1990's preferred beauty to be defined by ‘refinement and goal oriented’. The 30's selected ‘individuality’ marked with confidence in character, but there was a shift from ‘mature intelligence’ in the 1980's to ‘professionalism’ in the 1990's. The 40'E chose mediocrity and commonness, however, likewise, a sense of ‘earnestness’ for life and family was looked upon as beautiful. For the 50's, comfort with a reserved tenure was frequently noted and for the 60's, women chose ‘health and independence’ as describing ideal beauty. The results from the research are justifiable because the articles are in a neutral perspective and are from the representative women's magazines. This research proved that the younger the age group, the more exterior beauty was considered, as opposed to the older generation who found inner beauty to be of most importance.

The purpose of this study is first, to see through the aesthetic essence of the clothing as art, through theoretical consideration of cultural feature and body style in Postmodern Feminism. Also, this study will examine the aesthetic value in artistic meaning regarding a Deformational body image in visual an. Second, this study will analysis the formative character of Modern Art to wear which expressed unfixed body style, followed by the change of Postmodern Feminity, as a Deformation image. This character will be categorized by Expansion, Grotesque, Pleasure, and Virtuality. The following is the result of this study. Expansion expressed in modern Art to wear created intentional structure of the form, and intentionally presented refusal of body existence through disembodied. Grotesque expressed refusal and deviation of women's ideal body style, which is defined by mannish discourse, very grotesquely. Pleasure pleasantly presented free emotion through an intentional transformation like distortion or imbalance of the body By paradoxically reproducing women's virtual body as other unfixed female identity was expressed visually through virtuality to embody post-gender.

In this paper, a variable length block code for real time compression and decompression of hanguel and chinese character bit map font is proposed. The proposed code shows a good compression ratio in complete form of hangeul myoungjo and godik style and chinese batang and doddum style bit map font. Besides, a compression and decompression ASIC is designed and simulated on CAD. The 0.8 micron CMOS sea of gate is used to implement the ASIC in amount of 5,200 gates, and it runs at simple hardware and compress and decompress at 33M bit/sec at maximum, which is ideal for real time applications.

Let R be a commutative ring with identity, R[X] the polynomial ring over R, ∗ a radical operation on R and ⋆ a radical operation of finite character on R[X]. In this paper, we give Hilbert basis theorem for rings with ∗-Noetherian spectrum. More precisely, we show that if (I^∗R[X])^⋆ = (IR[X])^⋆ and (I^∗R[X])^⋆ ∩ R = I^∗ for all ideals I of R, then R has ∗-Noetherian spectrum if and only if R[X] has ⋆-Noetherian spectrum. This is a generalization of a well-known fact that R has Noetherian spectrum if and only if R[X] has Noetherian spectrum.

The Galois ring R of characteristic pⁿ having p^mn elements is a finite extension of the ring of integers modulo pⁿ, where p is a prime number and n, m are positive integers. In this paper, we develop the concepts of Jacobi sums over R and under the assumption that the generating additive character of R is trivial on maximal ideal of R, we obtain the basic relationship between Gauss sums and Jacobi sums, which allows us to determine the absolute value of the Jacobi sums.

This study maintains that settlement and dwelling system reflects socio-cultural value of the people to express their image of ideal-life and intrinsic way of life. To demonstrate it, the study is conducted on a cross-cultural perspective. Through the study, it is shown that the character and content of the settlement and dwelling system is largely generated by the result of a choice among possible alternatives, which provides the theoretical base of the settlement and dwelling system.

Deokjin Park in Jeonju City was the site of a pond during the Koryo Period. Although Jeonju City has developed rapidly in modem times, Deokjin Pond was preserved and was developed into a park It can be theorized that Deokjin Pond's latent character has made it possible for it to adapt to the changes it has undergone throgh the years. In this study, the placeness of Deokjin Park is determined by examining its role in the adaptation process. Placeness can be determined by examining the objective character of a certain environment and the subjective experience related to it. For this paper, documents about the history of Deokjin Park were examined so that the facts related to it could be established. In addition, a number of Jeonju citizens were asked about their memories of Deokjin Park since memories reveal people's subjective experiences. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. Deokjin Pond is an ideal space for Feng Shui. It is a holy place because the tomb of the founder of the Chosun Dynasty is close to it. In addition, it has scenic value as it is part of the Jeonju Palkyoung (eight sceneries). To this day, we can see people washing their hair in the pond, proof that Deokjin Pond is still the subject of folk beliefs. When Korea was under Japanese rule, Deokjin Pond became Deokjin Park because of its ideal location, scenic value, and grand possibilities as an amusement center. Over the years, though its scenic value decreased after the death of its pine trees. Jeonju City, however, was able to revive the park's charm though a series of renovation projects and through the addition of several facilities. Deokjin Park is now surrounded by many cultural buildings. The significance of Deokjin Park can be expected to evolve with these changes. This study helps to predict the future of Deokjin Park and to elucidate the importance of landscape architecture from the point of view of an "evolving place."

본 연구는 기업의 경영자 교육 효율 재고를 위해 학습태도 모형을 실증하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 연구자는 긍정심리학을 기반으로 분류된 학습자의 성격강점과 학습 친화력 강화와 학습태도 개선의 인과 관계를 검증하였다. 최근 기업들은 온 오프라인 경영자 재교육을 통해 기업의 생산성을 높이려고 시도하고 있다. 연구자는 디자인과 경영분야 교과목을 접목하여 학습태도에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하고, 경영자 교육에 함의를 논의하고자 하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 첫째, 온라인과 오프라인 수업은 공히 학습자 성격강점이 친화력강화에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 친화력강화도 온라인과 오프라인 수업학습태도 개선에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 온라인과 오프라인 수업은 모두 학습자 성격강점이 학습태도 개선에 직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지 못하였으며, 따라서 친화력 강화 변인이 매개변수 역할을 함을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 비-최대 복소 이차 정수환(order)의 가역 이데알의 특성을 이용하는 암호계중에서 매우 중요한 이산대수문제(DLP)를 제안하고 그의 안전성을 분석하려고 한다. 우선 이러한 이산대수문제를 제안하게 된 수학적인 배경을 소개한 다음, Cls (O) 위에서 안전한 이산대수문제를 구축 한다. 또한 제안된 암호계의 안전성을 결정하는 최대 복소 이차 정수환의 류군(class group)의 류수(class number)와 비최대 류반군(class semigroup)의 류수를 비교하여 안전성이 증가하는 정도를 계산한다. 마지막으로 이데알의 소 이데알 인수분해과정에서 유일인수분해의 가능성 문제를 기반으로 최대 order의 류군(class group)위에서의 DLP와 비최대 류반군(class semigroup)위에서의 DLP를 비교하면서, 본 논문에서 제안된 DLP의 안전성을 검증하고자 한다.
