Since recent construction projects become larger and complicated, the level of difficulty of management skill is rising, and the risk is increasing accordingly so the necessity of improving management skill of projects is increasing. In order to solve this problem, Construction Management system was preferentially introduced in construction projects but in case of domestic construction industry, separate contracts by business boundary are being made so the actual state is that the function of the Construction Management system is not properly operated over the overall projects. The partial operation of Construction Management system like this may impose many restrictions on converged and combined projects such as smart grid and intelligent buildings etc. in the future. For improvement of management skill of domestic construction projects, the competence of project management skill by work areas that can overcome heterogeneity of the current project management skill shall be secured, and any factor that impedes cooperation ability shall be found and that shall be solved. Therefore, the difference of work competency of project management system of construction and electrical construction is to be analyzed by utilizing IPA model in this study, and a plan to introduce the project management system of electrical construction for efficient operation of projects is to be looked into.

University campuses try to satisfy students' demands. Therefore, the physical environment of university campuses keeps changing. Due to the increasing the number of students and shortage of school building facilities, it is necessary to improve the facilities and create new space in the campus, in order to solve this problem and improve the universities. At the moment, the learning method of university students is evolving toward discussion sessions involving fellow students and presentations utilizing multimedia facilities. In response to these changes, a new type of independent space has appeared, which is called the Group Study Room. In this study, we analyze the spatial characteristics of the Group Study Room. Also, through an IPA(Importance Performance Analysis), this study tries to examine the relationship between the spatial characteristics and users' satisfaction. This analysis is expected to reveal the importance of the spatial characteristics of the group study rooms from the users' point of view. This research can be used for facility planning in universities in the future. The primary aim of this study is to analyze the physical environment of the Group Study Rooms of K university. The secondary aim of this study is to manifest the characteristics of these new learning spaces and to check the space elements of the group study rooms for the sake of efficient planning and management.

This research is based on internal marketing to explain the effect of retirement education as the strategy for increasing internal customer satisfaction. The analysis was held with employees who work in Ulsan area by using SPSS18K and Smart PLS 2.0. The study verified the structural equation model hypothesizing the relationship among related factors including retirement education factors, job satisfaction, anxiety, motivation and customer orientation. According to the result of this study, retirement education factors have positive effect on the both job satisfaction and anxiety. However, the effect of leisure education is not significant for both job satisfaction and anxiety. Additional IPA was conducted to explain managerial implication of this research. The research has several marketing implication on internal marketing and internal customer satisfaction. For firms, employees' perception of retirement education can generate the tangible and intangible performance in the internal marketing perspectives.

This study was conducted to examine the importance and satisfaction of quality attribute, popularization and tourism commercialization of Pohang local food. The purpose of this study was to provide useful information for establishing efficient marketing direction that serves the popularization and the activation of the Pohang local food. On the prospects and improvement of Pohang local foods and its use, 86.1% of subjects stated that the status quo was being maintained or only a portion of the foods was being transmitted. On the dissemination of local foods as world foods, subjects stated 'cooking methods' and 'simplified cooking methods' were required. In the IPA result of Pohang local food quality attributes, it is important to continuously keep 'health', 'nutrition', 'hygiene', 'preference (taste)', 'freshness', and 'credibility toward the ingredients', while 'service' needs to do intensive care and operation. The importance and satisfaction of attributes regarding plans for popularizing local foods and commercializing tourism differed, with importance and satisfaction on average being high, although attributes on plans for popularizing local foods and commercializing tourism was lower than the expectation of customers. Such results mean that residents have high expectations for Pohang local foods, on the other hand, the quality of local foods fails to satisfy the expectations of residents. Therefore, it is important to improve the quality of local foods overall.

The purpose of this study is to derive priority improvement items through business expansion and efficient implementation for green remodeling business operator in order to enhance the activating of green remodeling business in a long-term perspective. For this purpose, survey of 128 business operator respondent is conducted based on 13 items. Also, priority improvements items were derived based on the results of the survey by using IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) techniques. As a result, In order to revitalize the green remodeling, it is necessary to induce market participation motivation through monetary profit. Additionally, The management of green remodeling business operator and the opinions of owners should be reviewed. In the future, the items that reflect the views of business operator and owners will be investigated and further research on improvements for expanding green remodeling 'interest subsidies on existing private buildings will be conducted.

This study aimed to improve the level of satisfaction and service quality of a forest experience education program for vulnerable social groups by administering a survey problems of the program and suggested improvements. 428 participants in the program. Reliability analysis of the survey yielded values of, Cronbach's α value was higher than 0.8 for all items, indicating very high reliability. Importance-performance analysis (IPA), a method of measuring and comparing the degree of satisfaction, found two factors: "first need for correction" which included "diversity of programs" and "professionalism of programs"; and "the need for sustained effort" which included "benefits of programs", "the role of program instructors" and "the interest of programs". Previously, forest experience education focused on programs involving base expansion and promotion, or quantitative expansion education. Therefore, this study is meaningful in providing basic data on forest experience education for vulnerable social groups.

The aim of this study was to apply the Importance-Performance Map (IPM) method based on PLS-SEM by extending the importance-performance analysis (IPA), which is an existing method to grasp strategic policies through the difference of importance and satisfaction of existing competitiveness factors. For this application, this study was applied to research related to policy measures that can survive and spread in global competition by analyzing strategic factors of information technology (IT) convergence industry. The development of IT convergence industry, which is the subject of this study, has the effect of revitalizing related industry development and employment activation. Therefore, this study expanded the possibility of applying this research methodology to research the strategic factors to activate exports of SMEs (Small and medium-sized enterprises) in the convergency industry. In order to achieve this goal, the analytical methodology of this study was applied and the policy measures for IT SMEs. Therefore, based on the analysis results of this study, this study can apply this research methodology to other fields as a strategic tool in establishing and enforcing policies for export activation of IT convergence industry.

We investigates MICE participants's evaluation on the application of smart tourism technology by comparing their importance and performance. Date were collected from MICE participants who had attended in hybrid MICE in recent five years, The three dimensions of smart tourism technology were event management, extension of contents, and community. We found that event management and community affected on overall satisfaction of MICE participants. The result of paired t-test revealed that there were significant differences in audience interaction, webinar, virtual showcase, communication by social hub, virtual marketplace, and matchmaking The importance-performance matrix also indicated that matchmaking, virtual marketplace, audience interaction, communication by social hub, and webinar were major weakness and should be improved in the future.

This study analyzed the important factors in service quality for public usage of national R&D facilities and equipments, and, using those factors, performed the importance-performance analysis for several national R&D programs in order to examine what service quality factors should be concentrically improved in each programs. Additionally, the in-depth interview with program managers and R&D facility experts was performed to realize the managerial issues subject to the characteristics of programs regarding the national R&D public facility management. As the results, this study made some political suggestions such as the reformation of promoter's role regarding the formulation of the government policy to support those programs. For example, it is more suitable for colleges as the subject of programs to be invested for self-research purpose rather than public usage, for independent corporation to be centered on the more general and common production fields, and for the government R&D agencies on the leading and special technical fields.

세계 및 한국경제의 성장과 함께 항공운송 시장의 급속한 확대에 따라 대한민국에서의 국제항공 운송 수요는 꾸준히 증가하게 됨에 따라 한국의 관문 역할을 담당하던 김포국제공항의 수용능력은 한계에 이르게 되었다. 따라서 정부는 김포국제공항을 대체할 인천국제공항을 건설하여 운영하는 한편 김포국제공항에는 한국 중국 일본의 수도를 포함한 몇몇 도시를 연결하는 근거리 중심의 국제선이 취항하게 되면서 공항운영에 대한 새로운 패러다임을 형성하게 되었다. 대한민국의 수도 서울의 항공교통을 위한 공항이 제한적이지만 복수공항 체계로 운영되면서 인천공항과 김포공항을 이용하는 항공여객은 공항 이용 시 선택의 기회가 주어지면서 공항운영자는 여객의 공항선택에 영향을 주는 요소에 관심이 점차 증대되고 있는 현실이다. 그러나 현재 국내에서는 항공여객의 항공사 선택에 관한 연구는 많이 이루지고 있으나 항공여객의 공항선택에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정임을 부인할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 항공여객의 공항선택에 미치는 속성이 무엇이고 속성에 따른 중요도와 만족도를 측정하여 공항운영자의 공항운영과 활성화 전략수립에 대한 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 김포공항 국제선 이용객을 표본으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하여 IPA 분석과 GAP분석 및 경로분석 기법을 사용하여 분석하였다.
