This study aims to analyze importance and performance factors on the quality of food service event attributes in participants and organizers, so that it could provide helpful information to build up a detailed marketing strategy and present considerations for revisit increase and more efficient business results as well. Importance on food service event attributes scored a higher level than performance on the whole. Notably, in regard to the attributes of food service event, it was found that respondents put higher stress on vessel(4.10 points), natural seasoning(4.06 points), reservation service(4.04 points), parking service(3.95 points), customer level(3.85 points), organizer's service (3.84 points), polished atmosphere (3.83 points) and taste of food (3.83 points) than anything else. In terms of IPA analysis on food service event attributes, it was important to continuously maintain 'vessel', 'reservation service', customer level', 'sauce taste', 'recency', price', 'chefs fame', etc. Some items such as 'parking service', 'natural seasoning', 'polished atmosphere', 'taste of food', 'see off service', 'cleanliness' are in need of intensive care and operation.

The purpose of this study is to study the service physical environment, customer satisfaction and returning intention of beauty shop. Structured questionnaires and interviews were conducted to investigate these correlations and analyzed by IPA method. The physical environment in the beauty shop was analyzed as an important factor in creating an environment that can stimulate the emotional part of the customers. It is found that the atmosphere, the emotional atmosphere and the installation of the auxiliary facilities are important factors in the physical environment. Customer satisfaction was found to increase satisfaction with employees' intention, such as satisfaction with employees. The customer 's revisit intention shows that they are trying to communicate and share their experiences through customer satisfaction. It was found that it is important to meet customers' emotional needs through improving the physical environment of the stores and to improve the emotional satisfaction of customers based on this. Strategic implications for attracting customers in the beauty shop suggest that increasing satisfaction with existing customers is an important strategy in securing not only existing customers but also prospective customers.

This study was aimed to identify importance and satisfaction of intensive care unit health care providers for Intensive Care Unit Clinical Nurse Expert (ICU CNE) roles. A questionnaire survey was performed with 138 intensive care unit health care providers between May 3 to 29, 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. t-test and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). There were statistically significant differences in importance(t=2.33, p=.024) and satisfaction(t=5.43, p<.001) between physicians and nurses. The importance and satisfaction of intensive care unit health care providers were ranked in the order of advanced clinical practice, professional activity, coordination and cooperation, education and counseling and research. In the 'concentrate' area, it was found that 'Professional activity' and 'Education' should be improved. A strategy is needed to strengthen the expertise of ICU CNE and to enhance the competency in areas that need improvement.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions of the mobility convenience facilities for pedestrians and their perception of the facilities, and thereby provide fundamental material necessary to establish a strategy of improving mobility convenience facilities. This study tried to analyze the characteristics of the mobility convenience facilities for pedestrians. Based on previous studies and "Report of Mobility Facilities of the Mobility Handicapped", this study first chose the evaluation items related to mobility convenience facilities, and then conducted a questionnaire survey and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). According to the study results, first, the item that needs intensive improvement was sidewalks, and the detailed indicators for sidewalks were walking safety, convenient facilities for the disabled, and pavement in order. Secondly, the items that need to be maintained were bus and crossroad. Thirdly, the low-ranking items were under-passageway and pedestrian overpass. And lastly, the items that need to be controlled were facilities for passenger terminals and bus terminals. Based on the comprehensive IPA result, this researcher judged the actual use conditions of the mobility convenience facilities in Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnamdo. Therefore, it was found that it would be urgent to improve the direct walking environment on sidewalks. In this aspect, for future policy decision and facility maintenance, it is desirable to put the item in priority in terms of investment and come up with an improvement strategy.

In order to accelerate the commercialization of self-driving cars, it is necessary to accurately identify the causes of deteriorating the driving safety of the current self-driving cars and try to improve them. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of experts studying autonomous driving in Korea to identify the causes of problems in the driving safety of autonomous vehicles and the level of autonomous driving technology in Korea. As a result of the survey, the construction section, heavy rain/heavy snow conditions, fine dust conditions, and the presence of potholes were less satisfied with the current technology level than their importance, and thus priority research and development was required. Among them, the failure of road/road facilities and the performance of the sensor itself in the construction section and the porthole, and the performance of the sensor and the absence of an algorithm were the most responsible for the situation connected to the weather. In order to realize safe autonomous driving as soon as possible, it is necessary to continuously identify and resolve the causes that hinder the driving safety of autonomous vehicles.

The study was conducted to compare and analyze the importance and performance of leisure destination selection attributes of persons who use recreational forests and rural tourism villages. This researcher investigated the use patterns of users to identify the ground for connection between recreational forest and rural tourism village, analyzed their recognition differences in physical selection attribute, program selection attribute, and service selection attribute in order for leisure destination selection, and conducted importance-performance analysis(IPA analysis) to draw a plan for connection. The main results and suggestions are presented as follows. First, recreational forests were visited by family users in order for rest and emotional cultivation and provided experience programs using simple public interest function of forest, whereas rural tourism villages were visited by family users, friends and co-workers, groups and club members to experience a variety of annual programs and understand regional cultures. It was found that it was necessary to connect natural forest with rural tourism village in order to meet the leisure needs of the people changed in diversified ways. Secondly, it was found that the connection between rural tourism village and recreational forest visited mainly for simple rest led to positive visit intention of users. It was expected that there will be various kinds of uses, including experience program participation, child education, and safe accommodations security. In other words, the connection between recreational forest and rural tourism village is an alternative to trigger actual demands and recreational forest activities with high quality. Thirdly, in the case of users of recreational forests, their performance of all selection attributes was lower than their importance of them. Therefore, overall improvements were needed. In particular, needed were the diversity, benefit, and promotion of programs, improvements in locality(themes), supply of lodges and convenient facilities, booking system, the purchase system of local special products, and professional skills of operators and managers. On contrary, the performance of program selection attribute of rural tourism village was high. Therefore, it was found that program attribute of rural tourism village was the main connection factor to activate recreational forest use. Fourthly, according to IPA analysis, the proper connections between loges, convenient facilities, and nearby touristattractions, which give high expectations and satisfaction to users, needed to remain. And it was required to make common efforts to accomplish the goal (income creation) of rural tourism village and improve booking system for visitors and performance of local special products sales opportunity. In addition, the essential factors to induce users' leisure destination selection were found to be maintenance of the use fee system of recreational forest, diversity of rural tourism village program, and retention of locality.

This study investigated the user's attitude to the supdari(a traditional wooden bridge) itself and the supdari project, and evaluated the quality of user's satisfaction of the bridge in Jeonju-River by importance-performance analysis(IPA). User's evaluation was achieved through questionnaire survey, and total 267 pieces of subjects were used for the analysis. The supdari users didn't realize the supdari construction was performed as a governance project, and didn't consider the supdari as one of landmarks of Jeonju-River. But local people thought that the supdari is one of the traditional and cultural facilities to reminds their hometown's landscapes and the supdari project can make the community network vitalize. Through the IPA, attributes with relative dissatisfaction were 'landscape facilities like small squares and rest area', 'safety facilities like handrails and guardrails' and width of the supdari. To make the supdari as a traditional landmark in Jeonju-River, an open space based on the tradition and ecological education has to be constructed near the bridge. And in the supdari design, especially handrails system and the bridge width has to be improved to enhance the user's safety.

The purpose of this study was to extract and evaluate the factors to improve the quality of shipping logistics platform suggested as an alternative to the stagnant shipping logistics industry. For this, we selected factors through previous research and expert interviews, and conducted surveys on carriers, forwarders, shippers, and platform operators with experience using shipping logistics platforms. As a method of analysis, quality evaluation of the shipping logistics platform was conducted using IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). The results of this study are as follows "Competitiveness of services provided", "Connectivity with other transportation mode", "Competitiveness of freight", "Transparency of freight", and "Stability of booking space". For the shipping logistics platform to be activated in the future, priority should be given to focusing on these factors. This study has academic significance for establishing configuration function of shipping logistics platform and deriving evaluation factor. Additionally it is an industrial significance for suggesting strategies to improve users' participation in the shipping logistics platform.

Most local governments operate Mobility Support Centers to provide transportation convenience for the transportation vulnerable. A Mobility Support Center makes various efforts to improve the mobility of the transportation vulnerable. One of them is the operation of a Special Transportation Vehicle (STV). On the other hand, during implementation, problems, such as insufficient number of vehicles and high demand, have been found. Nevertheless, improving the service by providing a large amount of STV can be a problem in terms of the budget. Therefore, it is necessary to gather opinions of the users and identify the problems during the utilization of a Mobility Support Center. Moreover, it is necessary to improve various services to achieve a better and more comfortable utilization. In this research, SEM was used to analyze the importance of the Mobility Support Center for the transportation vulnerable. The importance and performance drawn and examined through an analysis and questionnaire survey were used to propose IPA results that consider the importance and performance at the same time. In addition, this research also suggest a service improvement priority based on the analysis result. For the analysis, this research conducted a questionnaire survey on the actual users and their guardians who use STV in Cheonan-city, as well as factor analysis and reliability analysis. The results showed that the 'Charge system' is not affected by the service because it is fully satisfied by the low price when compared to public transportation. In addition, 'Vehicle use' is more important than 'Convenience' service. IPA analysis showed that it is necessary to improve the priority, kindness, waiting time, and call center response for the better and more comfortable utilization of Mobility Support Centers for the transportation vulnerable.

The layout of facilities, in relation to information and navigational displays, has great influence on subway satisfaction, and tend to vary depending on the types of subway platform and transit station. However, until now, few studies have covered such aspects as of yet. Starting from this viewpoint, the purpose of this study was to use an IPA analysis technique to analyze that satisfaction on the importance of facilities to aid in accessibility, such as elevators and escalators, transit amenities and information and navigational displays depending on the types of platform and transit station. To do so, we've classified 15 metropolitan stations according to types of platform and transit station and analyzed differences in user importance and satisfaction as well as improvements for platforms and transit stations of similar type. By the analysis results of this study, we've concluded that the proper selection and positioning of elevator and escalator facilities and information and navigational displays was important when designing the subway station according to platform type (separate platform) and or according to the transit station type (cross, L, T types) where pedestrian flow heavily intersected. We considered that such analysis results would be helpful in the design of new stations and the enhancement of existing stations pursuant to a new direction that minimizes user inconvenience, and that improvement items should be developed first according to the platform and transit station types, which would be helpful in enhancing the efficiency of the subway improvement cost.
