The purpose of this study is to identify professional development needs of Extension professionals and to evaluate competencies essential to be a successful Extension professional. For the purpose of this study, quantitative capacity data of extension professionals were collected from the survey instrument based on Extension Professional Evaluation Scale in Utah state university. Descriptive statistics, mean difference analysis, IPA(importance-performance analysis) analysis were used to analyze the data. The main results of the study are as follows. First, it is necessary to first reinforce education on specialized technical capacity among the three extension capacity areas. The current status of the professional capacity of extension professionals in the three areas was found to be at the average level, and the level of professional technical capacity was relatively low. In addition, the importance was evaluated that professional technology capacity is more important than the project development/evaluation capacity and communication capacity. Second, Second, in order to reinforce communication capacity, it is necessary to strengthen education on 'development of joint educational materials with colleagues'. Third, in order to reinforce project development/evaluation capacity, it is necessary to strengthen education on 'project planning'. In the IPA analysis results, the importance was high, but the capacity with relatively low performance were analyzed as 'project planning'. Fourth, in order to reinforce professional technical capacity, it is necessary to develop an education program for 'crop expertise' first. In the IPA analysis results, the importance was high, but the competencies with relatively low performance were analyzed as 'crop technology expertise'.

2007년 10월 11일, 한강일대를 오가는 관광 및 출퇴근 용도의 수상택시가 운항을 시작하였다. 그러나 서울의 교통난을 해결할 수 있을 것이라는 기대와는 달리 경제성, 접근성과 관련된 문제로 인해 이용이 활성화 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대중교통관련 선행연구고찰을 토대로 수상택시 서비스 평가 항목을 개발한 후, 이용자 만족도 설문조사, 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA: Importance Performance Analysis)을 통하여 현재 제공되고 있는 수상택시 서비스에 대한 이용자 측면의 서비스 특성을 분석하고, 이에 대한 시사점을 제시한다. 종합적인 서비스 측면의 IPA 결과, 첫째, 중점개선항목으로 경제성에 대한 부분이 나타났다. 둘째, 개선요망항목으로 접근성, 정보성, 편리성, 현상유지 항목으로 나타났으며, 안전성과 정시성은 노력지속 항목으로 평가되었다. 셋째, 현상유지 항목으로는 친절성과 쾌적성으로 나타났다. 이러한 종합적인 측면의 결과를 바탕으로 수상택시 이용자의 서비스특성을 판단해 보면, 이용자의 경제적 부담에 대한 부분이 가장 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 접근성 즉, 연계교통수단에 대한 부분과 수상택시를 이용할 수 있는 표지판 및 편리성에 대한 부분이 개선되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 종합하여 투자우선순위 선정시 한정된 예산을 바탕으로 경제성, 접근성, 정보성, 편리성을 시급히 개선해 준다면 이용활성화에 어느 정도 기여가 가능할 것이라 판단된다.

본 연구는 경기 남부지역의 펜션이용자들의 선택속성에 관한 연구이다. 펜션의 선택시에 중요하게 생각하는 중요도와 만족도를 IPA분석을 활용하여 이에 따른 결과와 마케팅적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 설문조사는 2012년 1월 초부터 3월 말까지 일대일 방식으로 진행하였고, 총 300부를 배포하였으며, 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 71부를 제외한 총 229부를 유효표본으로 활용하였다. 본 연구의 유효 표본에 대한 분석은 SPSS for Window Version 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 표본의 일반적인 사항은 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis)을 실시하여 표본의 특성을 파악하였고 대응표본 T 검정(Paired Sample T-test)과 IPA분석을 활용하여 연구하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 선택속성 중에 객실 관리 상태 및 청결, 친절한 서비스, 냉 난방 시설 등이 선택속성시 중요한 항목으로 선정되었다. 둘째, 펜션 선택속성의 중요도-만족도의 분석을 시행한 결과 모든 항목에 서 유의수준(p<0.01, p<0.001)내에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 셋째, IPA분석을 통해 나타난 분석결과를 토대로 하여 펜션에서는 다양한 프로그램과 고객 만족경영이 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 학교급식 영양(교)사들이 인식하는 메뉴 속성별 중요도와 수행도를 분석함으로써 학교급식 메뉴 운영 현황을 파악하여 향후 학교급식에서의 효율적 메뉴 운영을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 2010년 9월 29일부터 10월 19일까지 전국의 학교급식 영양(교)사 448명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 292부가 통계분석에 이용되었다. 먼저 총 21개 메뉴속성 항목에 대해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, '영양', '교육적 효과', '생산 능력', '품질관리 용이성', '효율성', '선호도' 등 6개 요인이 도출되었다. 메뉴속성 중요도와 수행도에 있어 영양교사들이 영양사들에 비해 메뉴의 영양적 부분에 대한 중요도를 높게 평가하고 있었고(p<0.01), 학생선호도의 경우 영양교사에 비해 영양사들이 인지한 중요도가 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 수행도의 경우 영양 요인(p<0.05)과 교육적 효과 요인(p<0.001)에서 영양교사의 수행도가 유의적으로 높게 나타났고, 전체적인 수행도 역시 영양교사 집단에서 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.01). 학교급에 따라서는 초등학교 영양(교)사의 영양에 대한 중요도 인식 수준이 고등학교 영양(교)사에 비해 유의적으로 높게 나타났고(p<0.001), 수행도의 경우 영양과 교육적 효과 요인에서 초등학교 영양(교)사의 수행 수준이 중학교와 고등학교에 비해 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.001). 영양(교)사가 평가한 학교급식 메뉴속성에 대한 중요도 수행도 분석 결과에서는 전통적인 방법으로 분석한 결과 영양사, 영양교사 모두 시급한 개선이 필요한 영역과 과잉 수행되고 있다고 평가되는 영역에 아무 요인도 포함되지 않아 전반적으로 급식 운영이 효율적으로 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 gap 분석방법으로 중요도 수행도 분석을 실시한 결과 영양사와 영양교사 집단 모두 효율성 요인만이 중요도에 비해 수행도가 높은 오른쪽 영역에 위치하고 나머지 항목 모두 수행도가 낮은 왼쪽 영역에 위치하여 개선이 필요한 것으로 평가되었다. 추가적인 분석에서 영양사 집단은 영양, 교육적 효과, 학생 선호도 요인에서, 영양교사 집단은 교육적 효과 요인에서 중요도에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 수행도를 보여 우선적으로 개선되어야 할 항목들로 평가되었다. 따라서 메뉴와 연계한 식생활 교육 등 메뉴 운영기법 개선에 대한 보다 많은 관심과 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다.

A key factor of competitiveness of a firm is technology innovation including product and process innovation. This paper explores the importance and performance of innovation in IT industry across manufacturing and service business. Using importance-performance analysis based on a survey of Korean manufacturing and service firms, we find the characteristics of innovation in IT under the context of industry difference. Out study indicate that Korean IT firms need to recognize the importance of technology innovation and enhance the performance in some areas. In future research, we will expand the boundary of innovation into non-technology innovation as well as service-specific innovation.

Air travel demand has recently been growing and establishment and operation of low-cost carriers have been increased. Against this backdrop, low-cost carriers need to figure out diversified customer demand for low-cost carriers and ways to maximize marketing efficiency before applying it to the field so that they can attain superiority to large carriers in increased intensified competition. Low-cost carriers need to be differentiated from other carriers for the purpose of improving profits. Toward this end, this study conducted analysis on importance and satisfaction with carrier choice using IPA with regard to low-cost carrier customers. In conclusion, the paper accurately examined advantages and disadvantages of low-cost carriers compared to general carriers based on results of IPA analysis and suggested managerial strategies to enhance competitiveness based on division into four parts including maintenance and enforcement (1st quadrant, Delay compensation, Booking rapidity, Check rapidity, Crew service, refund service, baggage service, punctuality, transit services, airlines images), concentrated improvement (2nd quadrant, price, Convenience of seat), passive administration (3rd quadrant, Boarding service, cabin cleanliness, flight schedule, whether local crew on board, meal service, in-flight entertainment service), and enhanced satisfaction (4th quadrant, duty-free service, Variety of routes), so that practical suggestions could be presented to employees working in the field.

This study analyzed the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of purchase behaviors and attributes for Hangwa. The data for this study were collected over 10 days from April 10 through April 19, 2013. For empirical research, married women over the age of 20 in Gwangju with buying experience of Hangwa were surveyed. A total of 172 questionnaires were completed and statistically analyzed by SPSS 18.0 package. Analysis rate was 96.6%. To review Hangwa purchase behaviors, most respondents bought Hangwa four or five times per year for memorial services or ancestral rites. Respondents bought Hangwa at big supermarkets and the types of Hangwa bought were Yukwa and Yakgwa. Their average expenses were 20,000 to 30,000 won per purchase. Among purchase attributes of Hangwa, respondents considered the importance of 'sanitation' (4.76 points) a top priority, followed by 'origin' (4.75 points), 'quality' (4.74 points), 'taste' (4.57 points) and 'appearance' (3.82 points). However in the case of satisfaction, 'sanitation' (3.85 points) was the most satisfying aspect, followed by 'package' (3.82 points), 'amount' (3.80 points), 'appearance' (3.51 points) and 'taste' (3.41 points). According to the IPA results, 'quality' and 'origin' purchase attributes, should be quickly improved. 'Sanitation' and 'taste' should be maintained. This survey found that satisfaction levels for Hangwa purchase attributes had a significant influence on overall satisfaction (F=29.11, p<.001), and especially 'taste' ($\beta$=.42, t=6.69, p<.001) had a meaningful effect on overall satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction levels for Hangwa purchase attributes affected repurchase intention (F=20.05, p<.001). From these results, Hangwa manufacturers should make efforts in product development to induce customers satisfaction and repurchase intention.

본 연구는 전주천 여울목 섶다리를 대상으로 하여 섶다리에 대한 지역주민들의 의식 및 이용 성취도를 조사함으로써, 섶다리가 전통문화의 향수를 불러일으키는 상징물로서 또한 주민편의를 위한 생활시설로서 자리매김하기 위한 요건들은 무엇인지 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 섶다리에 대한 인지도 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 일상에서의 섶다리 이용에 대한 지역주민의 성취도 분석을 위해서는 중요도-성취도 분석(Importance-Performance Analysis: IPA)을 연구방법으로 채택하였다. 분석 결과, 지역주민들은 섶다리사업이 민관협력 사업임을 정확히 인식하지는 못하고 있었으며, 섶다리 축제에 대한 참여도 또한 낮게 나타났다. 하지만 섶다리 이용자들은 섶다리를 고향마을의 향수를 불러일으키는 전통문화시설로 인식하였으며, 이러한 사업이 지역의 공동체성 회복에 기여할 것으로 답변하였다. 하지만 섶다리를 전주천의 랜드마크로 인식하고 있지는 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 섶다리의 이용과 관련한 14개 항목에 대한 IPA 분석 결과, 중요도는 높지만 성취도는 낮아 반드시 개선이 필요한 항목은 섶다리 주변 조경시설, 섶다리의 폭원, 경고안내판 및 통제시설 및 섶다리 난간 등으로 분석되었다. 이는 섶다리 및 주변공간의 장소성 부여를 위해 향후 섶다리와 연계하여 전통문화 및 생태교육을 담을 수 있는 광장과 같은 공간의 조성이 필요할 것으로 판단되며, 향후 섶다리를 건너거나 경관 및 생태자원 감상에 있어 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 설계 및 시공방안이 마련되어야 하겠다.

Procurement and lifting scheduling of modules and resources in modular construction, where modules that are manufactured from factory are delivered and assembled on site, is a crucial factor that determines the efficiency of the whole construction. However, previous studies have barely acknowledged the significance of resource procurement process and lifting of modules in modular construction. Therefore, this research aims to derive factors that are in need of improvement for successful implementation of procurement and lifting efficiency, and visualize them according to their importance and performance on improvement through IPA(Important Performance Analysis).

본 연구는 미용 기능경기대회의 활성화를 위해 국내에서 개최되는 미용 기능경기대회의 품질요인을 도출하고, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)를 적용하여 중요도와 만족도의 영향 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구를 위해 미용 기능경기대회 참여경험이 있는 참가자를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 대응표본 t-test와 PIA 매트릭스를 사용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중요도와 만족도에서 중요도의 평균이 높게 나타나 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, IPA 매트릭스의 일 사분면에는 대회 과제와 관련된 내용이 주로 나타났다. 이는 대회 품질을 높일 수 있는 효과적 요소로 분석되었다. 셋째, 이 사분면은 대회심사와 관련된 요인이 분포되었다. 이에 심사의 전문성과 투명성을 높이는 방안이 요구된다. 넷째, 삼 사분면은, 대회운영 내용이 주로 나타났으며, 만족도가 낮은 요소이지만 보완하면 개선 효과가 있을 것이다. 다섯째, 사 사분면은, 능력향상 항목의 만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 이는 대회 경험이 개인의 실력향상에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석된다. 이를 통해 미용대회의 활성화 전략을 위한 방안을 제시할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되는 데 의의를 둔다.
