여행의 형태가 정적인 자원보다는 동적이고 체험적이고 가족형으로 변화하는 추세에 따라 축제가 매우 선호되고 있다. 특히 역사적 사건, 시대, 인물을 주제로 개최되는 역사체험축제는 자녀를 둔 가족이 교육과 체험을 동시에 경험할 수 있어서 인기가 높다. 축제의 평가는 현재의 문제점을 진단하고 개선안을 도출하기 위한 절차로서 축제의 발전에 중요한 역할을 한다. 축제를 평가하는 방법 중 중요도-실행도 분석(Importance-Performance Analysis)은 만족도와 같은 단일 기준의 평가가 아니라 중요도와 실행도를 동시에 평가하고, 복잡한 통계기법이나 전문용어가 없어도 도표를 이용하여 가시적으로 문제점을 판단할 수 있기 때문에 일선 축제 담당자에게 유용한 도구가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서 연천전곡리 구석기축제를 대상으로 중요도-실행도 분석을 실행한 결과 '음식의 독특함', '휴게시설', '기타 편의시설', '위생', '혼잡도' 등이 집중 영역에 포함되었다. 따라서 축제의 발전을 위해서 독특한 음식을 개발하고, 휴게시설과 기타 편의시설을 확충하고, 위생에 신경을 쓰고, 혼잡도는 낮출 수 있도록 노력해야 하겠다.

Purpose: The purpose is to understand the perception of medical providers at tertiary hospitals in Seoul on the importance-performance of the reform on a doctor-designation system, and to provide the policy suggestion of the perception on such a system. Methodology: To achieve the purpose, this study utilized structured survey tools to conduct a questionnaire survey of nursing, administrative and medical technology professionals at six tertiary hospitals in Seoul. An importance-performance analysis was utilized for an analysis that showed the perception of the reform on a doctor-designation system. Findings: First, it was identified that those medical providers had the highest perception of the importance about the performance of the reform on a doctor-designation system. Second, according to the result of action grid of an importance-performance analysis (IPA), it can be identified that in the 2nd stage of 'Concentrate here' included are the items as to design and effect of medical care quality and subsidies & patient infection and safety and control fees, effect of income security of the method for compensating for loss established by the government and offering sufficient information on general medical services and doctor-designation medical services. In the 1st stage of 'Keep up the Good Work', and the 2nd stage of 'Concentrate here' included is the item as to the performance of patients of the reform on a doctor designation system. Practical Implications: There could be identified the effect of the reform bill on the perception of medical providers. It is expected that a better environment would be provided for patients to use a hospital and for medical providers to offer medical services, if the goverment makes efforts to improve methods for compensating for loss and continuous monitoring of the performance of patients.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore dimensions to improve airline non-face-to-face(untact) service quality and identify shadow work dimensions in the digital environment among them. Methods: This study conducted mixed method. First of all, For finding out the dimensions of airline untact service quality, in-depth interviews were conducted from passengers. The collected data through the survey were analyzed using improved importance-performance analysis(IPA). Second, An online survey was conducted to quantitatively analyze user perception about airline untact service quality, and the importance performance of service quality at each dimension was identified through the revised IPA method. Results: The results of this study are as follows; Through in-depth interviews, 11 dimensions found out and 32 measurement items were developed. and then, through the revised IPA analysis, passengers were highly satisfied with "Cleanliness of in-flight service" and "Reliability of self check-in". Also, We found 3 shadow work dimensions such as "Ease of use of self check-in", "Usefulness of self check-in", and "Responsiveness of self check-in". Conclusion: Airline service providers have to keep high-satisfaction services and urgently improve less satisfied services. In particular, the dimensions related to shadow work have to be improved.

Background and objective: This study seeks to investigate domestic agro-healing farm resources so that preliminary data can be obtained on the systematic provisions for agro-healing programs in order to improve service quality and to identify the quality of agro-healing policy services. Methods: For this study, owners of agro-healing facilities were asked 24 questions via an online survey. An importance-performance analysis (IPA) was conducted to identify service quality for each policy sector. Results: Respondents' satisfaction levels were low when compared to agro-healing farm owners' perceptions of the above-average importance of each sector. The results from the resource analysis of domestic agro-healing farms indicated that the main operational purposes of farms were, in descending order, experience (90.0%), healing (86.7%), and education (84.0%). With respect to the type of program that was operated, cultivating crops (horticultural therapy) was identified most frequently at 83.3%. Conclusion: As a result of this study, the resources possessed by agro-healing farms were identified. In addition, the results of the IPA analysis in terms of service quality are not as good as expected, and performance levels should be increased to improve this. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information not only to improve the quality of agro-healing services, but also to revitalize the agro-healing industry while developing a systematic agro-healing program.

최근 창업생태계 연구는 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 창업생태계는 창업가, 정부, 인프라 등 다양한 요소로 구성되어 있고 이러한 요소는 상호작용하면서 경제발전에 이바지한다. 본 연구의 목적은 IPA(importance-performance analysis) 방법을 활용하여 창업자를 대상으로 중요도 및 성취도 차이를 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 창업생태계 구성요소의 중요도와 현재 수준을 파악하여 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업자들의 중요도 순위는 ①창업지원 프로그램(4.43) ②창업자금조달(4.39) ③시장진입용이성(4.30)순으로 나타났다. 성취도 순위는 ①창업지원프로그램(3.81) ②회사설립의 용이성(3.76) ③창업지원기관지원(3.66), 창업자금 조달(3.66) 순으로 높게 나타났다. 창업생태계의 모든 요소는 중요도가 성취도보다 높게 나타났다. 이는 한국의 창업생태계 구성요소는 중요하게 인식되고 있으나 창업자들에게 성취도 측면에서 크게 작용하지 못하는 것을 의미한다. 또한, 중요도-성취도 매트릭스에서 가장 개선순위가 높은 요인은 「창업 실패 시 안전망」, 「실패수용문화」, 「시장진입 용이성」, 「창업 후 생존 용이성」, 「출구용이성」 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 창업생태계의 발전을 위하여 사회안전망 구축, 창업 실패 문화 인식개선, 성공창업자 매칭, 성장단계별 스케일업 지원 강화, 신사업분야 규제 완화, 투자회수 전략 다양화 등의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 2019년 국립중앙박물관 중 디지털기술을 이용한 특별기획전을 중심으로 연구하였으며 그 연구목적은 향후의 전시에 있어 더욱 합리적이고 효과적으로 디지털기술을 응용하여 관람객의 전체적인 체험효과를 제고하기 위한 것이다. 연구과정에서 문헌조사를 통해 관람객의 기대, 체험 및 만족도 간의 관계에 대해 분석하고 최종적으로 4개 측면에서의 디지털 체험 차원을 종합하였으며 이를 기초로 설문지 내용을 작성하였다. IPA분석법(Importance-Performance Analysis)에 근거하여 디지털기술에 대한 체험 만족도에 대해 평가하고 중점적으로 개선해야 할 내용에 대해 알아보았다. IPA분석 원리에 근거하여 제IV사분면의 내용에 대해 중점적으로 분석하고 거시적 측면, 미시적 측면 및 관람객의 내심적 측면에서 개선해야 할 내용에 대해 건의하였으며 최종적인 연구결과는 현 단계 문제점을 개선하는 실행가능성에 대한 참고적인 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구의 선도성과 시효성을 보장하기 위해 향후 디지털 기술의 변화와 발전에 의한 연구를 지속적으로 진행할 것이다.

Purpose: This study examined the importance and satisfaction of consumer's perception of the information delivery format of products and services required and recommended by KS A ISO / IEC Guide 13: 2003 and KS A ISO / IEC Guide 37: 2003. Methods: In this study, the importance and satisfaction of clarity, principles of information transfer, how to use expressions and technical terms, and technical terms, warning signs, and durability were investigated. Results: The t-test analysis of the importance and satisfaction of the Writing Rules of the product user guide showed that all items had statistically significant differences. The importance of the writing rules of the product user guide for the use of the product was in the order of warning signs (4.423), how to use expressions and technical terms (4.215), principles of information transfer (4.163), clarity (3.914), and finally durability (3.851). Conclusion: Among the 'explanation,' 'instruction' and 'warning' functions of the Product User Guide, the consumer uses the manual to identify the inherent dangers and misuse of the product. Besides, since the life of the product is prolonged, the Product User Guide also needs to improve the quality of the cover or paper so that it can use for a long time.

경비의 형태는 과거 인력 경비에서 현대에 이르러 기계경비로 점차 전환되고 있다. 이는 기계경비가 인력경비에 비해 효율적이기 때문이다. 하지만 기계경비 시스템의 운용에 있어 오경보로 인해 기계경비의 높은 기대효과에도 불구하고 발전을 저해하는 요소로 인해 기계경비의 성장을 더디게 하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 연구는 IPA(Importance Performance Analysis)기법을 이용하여 기계경비 시스템 운용에 있어 결함성 측면의 제거가 기계경비의 발전에 있어 그 중요도가 얼마나 높은지를 살펴보고, 또한 기술적 측면에서 기계경비 시스템의 오동작을 최소화할 수 있는 복합형 방범 센서를 제시하고자 한다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to assess the perceived importance and satisfaction of domestic tourists who visited Venice, Italy, regarding the attributes of overtourism. Design/methodology/approach - An online survey was conducted to measure the tourist perceived attributes of overtourism from November 8th to 22nd, 2023. Convenience sampling was employed to target study participants who are domestic tourists in Venice, Italy. A total of 127 responses were used for analysis, including frequency analysis, paired-sample t-tests, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Findings - First, the results of the IPA showed that attributes related to urban facilities and spaces directly associated with travel behavior were highly rated in both importance and satisfaction by tourists. Second, attributes related to carrying capacity were perceived as highly important but had lower satisfaction level. Third, tourists evaluated the management of affordable prices for tourism products as both less important and less satisfying. Lastly, attributes related to the protection of local businesses showed higher satisfaction levels compared to their perceived importance. Research implications or Originality - This study contributes to an extended understanding of overtourism by examining the phenomenon from the tourists' perspective.

During the construction work, many deaths and injuries have occurred in the formwork. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of construction workers about the disaster of formwork collapse. In this study, the IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) technique was used to analyze the perception of construction workers and derive urgent factors for improvement. As a result of IPA analysis, the fourth quadrant factor needed to be improved first, and the second quadrant factor needed effort distribution. Therefore, it is judged that this study can be used as basic data for safety management and disaster prevention activities.
