인간공학적 선교통합알람장치의 개발을 위한 기초 연구 (The Basic Study On the Development of Ergonomic Integrated Bridge Alarm Management System)

  • 선박의 항해 계기들의 기술이 발전됨에 따라 많은 장비들이 개발되고 있으나 여전히 인간과실에 의한 해양 사고는 지속적으로 발생하고 있는 현실에서, 인간과실에 의한 사고를 감소시키기 위하여 선교의 항해 계기들은 인간공학적적으로 배치, 설계되었는지가 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 있다 선교 내 여러 계기들의 알람장치는 선교 근무자에게 그 알람 장치가 주고자 하는 정보를 가능한 빨리 인식하고 정확한 정보를 전달할 수 있도록 설계되어야 하며, 국제적으로 인간공학적 선교를 위한 알람장치(Bridge Alarm Management System : BAMS)의 필요성이 논의 되고 있으나 아직 실질적인 설계방법 등에 대해서는 논의가 이루어지고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선박의 여러 설비 중 선교의 알람장치에 관한 인간공학적 개념의 설계에 대하여 알아보고 현재 개발, 운용 중인 인간공학적 통합선교시스템(Integrated Bridge System :IBS)의 선교통합알람장치(Ergonomic Integrated Bridge Alarm Management System : EIBAMS)에 관한 개념적인 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

과민성 대장증후군 환자를 대상으로 수행된 한약 및 침구치료의 객관적 효과와 기전 연구에 대한 문헌고찰 (Review on the Objective Effect and Mechanism Studies of Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment for Irritable Bowel Syndrome Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore objective indicators(outcomes) which are used to evaluate clinical efficacy and figure out the mechanisms of herbal medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). We searched randomized controlled trials(RCTs) that mediated with herbal medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for IBS and used objective indicators for outcome from November 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. The RCTs that were published in Korean, English and Chinese were included in this study. The selected literatures were analyzed about methods of result measurement and assessed by Cochrane's risk of bias(RoB). Total 18 RCTs were included in this study. There were lots of objective indicators for result measurement; the concentration of hormones in blood and neurotransmitters, the sensitivity of rectum, the functional assessment of central nerve and autonomic nerve system, the change of intestinal flora, the concentration of serum cytokines. Various objective indicators can be used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of with herbal medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for IBS, but due to the limitations of the quality of the included studies, systematic review and meta-analysis will be needed.

  • $Bi_2Sr_2Ca_{n-1}Cu_nO_x$(n=0, 1, 2)superconducting thin films have been fabricated by atomic layer-by-layer deposition at an ultra low growth rate using IBS(Ion Beam Sputtering) method. During the deposition, 90 mol% ozone gas of typical pressure of $1{\sim}9{\times}10^{-5}$ Torr are supplied with ultraviolet light irradiation for oxidation. XRD and RHEED investigations reveal out that a buffer layer with some different compositions is formed at the early deposition stage of less than 10 units cell and then Bi-2201 oriented along the c-axis is grown.

Nonstructural Protein of Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome Phlebovirus Inhibits TBK1 to Evade Interferon-Mediated Response

  • Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV) is an emerging phlebovirus of the Phenuiviridae family that has been circulating in the following Asian countries: Vietnam, Myanmar, Taiwan, China, Japan, and South Korea. Despite the increasing infection rates and relatively high mortality rate, there is limited information available regarding SFTSV pathogenesis. In addition, there are currently no vaccines or effective antiviral treatments available. Previous reports have shown that SFTSV suppresses the host immune response and its nonstructural proteins (NSs) function as an antagonist of type I interferon (IFN), whose induction is an essential part of the host defense system against viral infections. Given that SFTSV NSs suppress the innate immune response by inhibiting type I IFN, we investigated the mechanism utilized by SFTSV NSs to evade IFNmediated response. Our co-immunoprecipitation data suggest the interactions between NSs and retinoic acid inducible gene-I (RIG-I) or TANK binding kinase 1 (TBK1). Furthermore, confocal analysis indicates the ability of NSs to sequester RIG-I and related downstream molecules in the cytoplasmic structures called inclusion bodies (IBs). NSs are also capable of inhibiting TBK1-interferon regulatory factor 3 (IRF3) interaction, and therefore prevent the phosphorylation and nuclear translocation of IRF3 for the induction of type I IFN. The ability of SFTSV NSs to interact with and sequester TBK1 and IRF3 in IBs demonstrate an effective yet unique method utilized by SFTSV to evade and suppress host immunity.

  • 한국의 기초과학연구원(IBS) 산하 중이온가속기구축사업단(RISP)은 희귀동위원소가속기시설을 구축하고 있다. 가속기 제어 시스템에 사용하게 될 다양한 장비와 모든 장치들은 이더넷 환경을 통해 연결되기 때문에 통합된 네트워크 기반의 제어 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 하지만 시설의 복잡성으로 인해 네트워크 보안과 장비 응답속도를 충족시켜줄 최적화된 장비 설치 위치를 선정하는 것이 어렵다. 각 장비의 역할에 맞게 최적화된 위치를 찾아내며, 가속기 제어시스템에 사용될 실시간 분산 제어 시스템인 EPICS(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System) 통합을 위한 초기 연구단계인 본 연구는 이상적인 네트워크 환경에서 네트워크 기반 장비들을 SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol)를 이용한 장비 모니터링에 관한 연구이다. 덧붙여, SNMP와 입자가속기, 천체망원경 그리고 큰 과학 실험에서 사용되는 실시간 분산 제어 시스템인 EPICS의 통합 계획을 논한다.

  • 식물(植物) 생육촉진(生育促進) 유용미생물(有用微生物)을 지리산 일대의 침엽수와 활엽수 밑의 부엽토(腐葉土)에서 선발하고, 고추묘에 접종하여 묘의 생장에 미치는 효과를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 분리된 8종의 균주를 동정한 결과 Micrococcus sp., Bacillus subtilis, Enterobacter agglomerans, Bacillus megaterium, Pseudomonas putida, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Xanthomonas maltophilia, Staphylococcus xylosus등 8종의 균주가 동정되었다. 2. 8종의 혼합균주 처리구의 고추묘의 초장(草長)은 무처리구에 비해 처리 10일 이후, 엽수(葉數)는 44일 이후부터 생육이 크게 진전되었다.

Excitonic Energy Transfer of Cryptophyte Phycocyanin 645 Complex in Physiological Temperature by Reduced Hierarchical Equation of Motion

  • Recently, many researches have shown that even photosynthetic light-harvesting pigment-protein complexes can have quantum coherence in their excitonic energy transfer at cryogenic and physiological temperatures. Because the protein supplies such noisy environment around pigments that conventional wisdom expects very short lived quantum coherence, elucidating the mechanism and searching for an applicability of the coherence have become an interesting topic in both experiment and theory. We have previously studied the quantum coherence of a phycocyanin 645 complex in a marine algae harvesting light system, using Poisson mapping bracket equation (PBME). PBME is one of the applicable methods for solving quantum-classical Liouville equation, for following the dynamics of such pigment-protein complexes. However, it may suffer from many defects mostly from mapping quantum degrees of freedom into classical ones. To make improvements against such defects, benchmarking targets with more accurately described dynamics is highly needed. Here, we fall back to reduced hierarchical equation of motion (HEOM), for such a purpose. Even though HEOM is known to applicable only to simplified system that is coupled to a set of harmonic oscillators, it can provide ultimate accuracy within the regime of quantum-classical description, thus providing perfect benchmark targets for certain systems. We compare the evolution of the density matrix of pigment excited states by HEOM against the PBME results at physiological temperature, and observe more sophisticated changes of density matrix elements from HEOM. In PBME, the population of states with intermediate energies display only monotonically increasing behaviors. Most importantly, PBME suffers a serious issue of wrong population in the long time limit, likely generated by the zero-point energy leaking problem. Future prospects for developments are briefly discussed as a concluding remark.

교육기관 지능형 수배전반의 구성방식과 현황분석 (Construction form and status analysis of intelligent type switching board of educational institution)

  • Recently one level higher intelligent switching board than established one by the application of intelligent building and digital system are being constructed. Therefore facility's high efficiency, high degree satisfaction, miniaturaization, standardization through application of communication technology and monitoring and controlling by computer system utilized by web-basis power control system and electric IT are practiced. Especially network must be constructed through unified IBS server that monitors every educational institute's switching boards in real time control system. And I intend to create methods to save energy and raise electricity quality by power demand prediction and remote-controled management and operation. In this thesis I intend to suggest measures of forming unified system through researching educational institute's ways of constructing switching board and status analysis and overcoming technical difficulties in user's side and saving and maintenance expense.

위치기반서비스를 위한 통합측위시스템 설계 및 응용 (Design and Implementation of an Integrated Positioning System for Location-Based Services)

  • Location Based Service (LBS) provides high-value added service to users and various works about IBS have been actively performed. The core technology or LBS is positioning of the users. In the field of positioning, outdoor positioning and indoor positioning are developed separately. We are proposing a design of an outdoor-indoor positioning system, implementing a prototype of the system, and verifying the usefulness of the system through experiments. Our experimental results shows that the average error of our system is 4.8 m in the case of out-door positioning and it is 3.3 m in the case of in-door positioning.
