  • Given operators X and Y acting on a separable Hilbert space ${\mathcal{H}}$, an interpolating operator is a bounded operator A such that AX = Y. We show the following: Let ${\mathcal{L}}$ be a subspace lattice acting on a separable complex Hilbert space ${\mathcal{H}}$. and let $X=(x_{ij})$ and $Y=(y_{ij})$ be operators acting on ${\mathcal{H}}$. Then the following are equivalent: (1) There exists an invertible operator $A=(a_{ij})$ in $Alg{\mathcal{L}}$ such that AX = Y. (2) There exist bounded sequences {${\alpha}_n$} and {${\beta}_n$} in ${\mathbb{C}}$ such that $${\alpha}_{2k-1}{\neq}0,\;{\beta}_{2k-1}=\frac{1}{{\alpha}_{2k-1}},\;{\beta}_{2k}=-\frac{{\alpha}_{2k}}{{\alpha}_{2k-1}{\alpha}_{2k+1}}$$ and $$y_{i1}={\alpha}_1x_{i1}+{\alpha}_2x_{i2}$$ $$y_{i\;2k}={\alpha}_{4k-1}x_{i\;2k}$$ $$y_{i\;2k+1}={\alpha}_{4k}x_{i\;2k}+{\alpha}_{4k+1}x_{i\;2k+1}+{\alpha}_{4k+2}x_{i\;2k+2}$$ for $$k{\in}N$$.

  • Given operators X and Y acting on a Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$, an interpolating operator is a bounded operator A such that AX = Y. In this paper, we showed the following : Let $\mathcal{L}$ be a subspace lattice acting on a Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$ and let $X_i$ and $Y_i$ be operators in B($\mathcal{H}$) for i = 1, 2, ${\cdots}$. Let $P_i$ be the projection onto $\overline{rangeX_i}$ for all i = 1, 2, ${\cdots}$. If $P_kE$ = $EP_k$ for some k in $\mathbb{N}$ and all E in $\mathcal{L}$, then the following are equivalent: (1) $sup\;\{{\frac{{\parallel}E^{\perp}({\sum}^n_{i=1}Y_if_i){\parallel}}{{\parallel}E^{\perp}({\sum}^n_{i=1}Y_if_i){\parallel}}:f{\in}H,n{\in}{\mathbb{N}},E{\in}\mathcal{L}}\}$ < ${\infty}$ range $\overline{rangeY_k}\;=\;\overline{rangeX_k}\;=\;\mathcal{H}$, and < $X_kf,\;X_kg$ >=< $Y_kf,\;Y_kg$ > for some k in $\mathbb{N}$ and for all f and g in $\mathcal{H}$. (2) There exists an operator A in Alg$\mathcal{L}$ such that $AX_i$ = $Y_i$ for i = 1, 2, ${\cdots}$ and AA$^*$ = I = A$^*$A.

  • Given vectors x and y in a separable complex Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$, an interpolating operator is a bounded operator A such that Ax = y. In this article, we investigate compact interpolation problems for vectors in a tridiagonal algebra. We show the following : Let Alg$\mathcal{L}$ be a tridiagonal algebra on a separable complex Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$ and let x = $(x_i)$ and y = $(y_i)$ be vectors in H. Then the following are equivalent: (1) There exists a compact operator A = $(a_{ij})$ in Alg$\mathcal{L}$ such that Ax = y. (2) There is a sequence ${{\alpha}_n}$ in $\mathbb{C}$ such that ${{\alpha}_n}$ converges to zero and for all k ${\in}$ $\mathbb{N}$, $y_1 = {\alpha}_1x_1 + {\alpha}_2x_2$ $y_{2k} = {\alpha}_{4k-1}x_{2k}$ $y_{2k+1}={\alpha}_{4k}x_{2k}+{\alpha}_{4k+1}x_{2k+1}+{\alpha}_{4k+2}+x_{2k+2}$.

  • In this paper the following is proved: Let L be a subspace lattice on a Hilbert space H and X and Y be operators acting on a Hilbert space H. If XE = EX for each E ${\in}$ L, then there exists an operator A in AlgL such that AX = Y if and only if sup $\left{\frac{\parallel{XEf}\parallel}{\parallel{YEf}\parallel}\;:\;f{\in}H,\;E{\in}L\right}$ = K < $\infty$ and YE=EYE. Let x and y be non-zero vectors in H. Let Px be the orthogonal pro-jection on sp(x). If EPx = PxE for each E $\in$ L, then the following are equivalent. (1) There exists an operator A in AlgL such that Ax = y. (2) < f, Ey > y =< f, Ey > Ey for each E ${\in}$ L and f ${\in}$ H.

  • The goal of this article is to introduce the concept of pseudo-weighted Browder spectrum when the underlying Hilbert space is not necessarily separable. To attain this goal, the notion of α-pseudo-Browder operator has been introduced. The properties and the relation of the weighted spectrum, pseudo-weighted spectrum, weighted Browder spectrum, and pseudo-weighted Browder spectrum have been investigated by extending analogous properties of their corresponding essential pseudo-spectrum and essential pseudo-weighted spectrum. The weighted spectrum, pseudo-weighted spectrum, weighted Browder, and pseudo-weighted Browder spectrum of the sum of two bounded linear operators have been characterized in the case when the Hilbert space (not necessarily separable) is a direct sum of its closed invariant subspaces. This exploration ends with a characterization of the pseudo-weighted Browder spectrum of the sum of two bounded linear operators defined over the arbitrary Hilbert spaces under certain conditions.

  • In this study, we solve the Cayley inclusion problem and the fixed point problem in real Hilbert space using Tseng's technique with inertial extrapolation in order to obtain more efficient results. We provide a strong convergence theorem to approximate a common solution to the Cayley inclusion problem and the fixed point problem under some appropriate assumptions. Finally, we present a numerical example that satisfies the problem and shows the computational performance of our suggested technique.

  • For a Banach space operator $A{\in}B(\mathcal{X})$, let ${\sigma}(A)$, ${\sigma}_a(A)$, ${\sigma}_w(A)$ and ${\sigma}_{aw}(A)$ denote, respectively, its spectrum, approximate point spectrum, Weyl spectrum and approximate Weyl spectrum. The operator A is polaroid (resp., left polaroid), if the points $iso{\sigma}(A)$ (resp., $iso{\sigma}_a(A)$) are poles (resp., left poles) of the resolvent of A. Perturbation by compact operators preserves neither SVEP, the single-valued extension property, nor the polaroid or left polaroid properties. Given an $A{\in}B(\mathcal{X})$, we prove that a sufficient condition for: (i) A+K to have SVEP on the complement of ${\sigma}_w(A)$ (resp., ${\sigma}_{aw}(A)$) for every compact operator $K{\in}B(\mathcal{X})$ is that ${\sigma}_w(A)$ (resp., ${\sigma}_{aw}(A)$) has no holes; (ii) A + K to be polaroid (resp., left polaroid) for every compact operator $K{\in}B(\mathcal{X})$ is that iso${\sigma}_w(A)$ = ∅ (resp., $iso{\sigma}_{aw}(A)$ = ∅). It is seen that these conditions are also necessary in the case in which the Banach space $\mathcal{X}$ is a Hilbert space.

  • For a unital *-subalgebra of the space $\mathcal{L}^a(X)$ of all adjointable maps on a Hilbert $\mathcal{B}$-module X with a $C^*$-algebra $\mathcal{B}$, we study unitary operator (in such algebra)-valued multiplier ${\sigma}$ on a normal, generating subsemigroup S of a group G with its extension to G. A dilation of a projective isometric ${\sigma}$-representation of S is established as a projective unitary ${\rho}$-representation of G for a suitable unitary operator (in some algebra)-valued multiplier ${\rho}$ associated with the multiplier ${\sigma}$ which is explicitly constructed.

  • In this paper we give several necessary and sufficient conditions for an operator on the Hilbert space to obey Browder's theorem. And it is shown that if S has totally finite ascent and $T{\prec}S$ then $f(T)$ obeys Browder's theorem for every $f{\in}H({\sigma}(T))$, where $H({\sigma}(T))$ denotes the set of all analytic functions on an open neighborhood of ${\sigma}(T)$.
