군 의료기관의 조직문화 유형이 의료서비스 질과 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organizational Culture Types on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction in the Military Hospital Organizations)

  • We conducted this research for the purpose of examining the effects of organizational culture on service quality and customer satisfaction in the military hospital organizations in Korea. The research samples were collected from employees in 12 military hospitals belonged to the Armed Forces Command. For the analysis we used SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0 program for conducting reliability tests, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis in order to find the relationship between the variables analyzed. The result of this study shows that the military hospitals in Korea have strong relationship-oriented culture, but weak hierarchy-oriented culture. Among the three groups of military hospitals, innovation-oriented culture and relationship-oriented culture were the strongest in the executive agency hospital group, task-oriented culture was the strongest in the group of the he frontline hospitals and hierarchy-oriented culture was the strongest in the group of the rear area hospitals. It was found that the executive agency hospitals have the strongest service quality and customer satisfaction among the hospital groups analyzed. This research also found that relationship-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture have a direct positive(+) effect on service quality; hierarchy oriented culture has a direct negative(-) effect on service quality; task oriented culture has a direct positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality mediated between organizational culture and customer satisfaction. The findings from this study suggests that implementing the dynamic strategies for organizational culture with focus on service qualities is needed given that customer satisfaction in the military hospitals is highly affected by service quality.

Excitonic Energy Transfer of Cryptophyte Phycocyanin 645 Complex in Physiological Temperature by Reduced Hierarchical Equation of Motion

  • Recently, many researches have shown that even photosynthetic light-harvesting pigment-protein complexes can have quantum coherence in their excitonic energy transfer at cryogenic and physiological temperatures. Because the protein supplies such noisy environment around pigments that conventional wisdom expects very short lived quantum coherence, elucidating the mechanism and searching for an applicability of the coherence have become an interesting topic in both experiment and theory. We have previously studied the quantum coherence of a phycocyanin 645 complex in a marine algae harvesting light system, using Poisson mapping bracket equation (PBME). PBME is one of the applicable methods for solving quantum-classical Liouville equation, for following the dynamics of such pigment-protein complexes. However, it may suffer from many defects mostly from mapping quantum degrees of freedom into classical ones. To make improvements against such defects, benchmarking targets with more accurately described dynamics is highly needed. Here, we fall back to reduced hierarchical equation of motion (HEOM), for such a purpose. Even though HEOM is known to applicable only to simplified system that is coupled to a set of harmonic oscillators, it can provide ultimate accuracy within the regime of quantum-classical description, thus providing perfect benchmark targets for certain systems. We compare the evolution of the density matrix of pigment excited states by HEOM against the PBME results at physiological temperature, and observe more sophisticated changes of density matrix elements from HEOM. In PBME, the population of states with intermediate energies display only monotonically increasing behaviors. Most importantly, PBME suffers a serious issue of wrong population in the long time limit, likely generated by the zero-point energy leaking problem. Future prospects for developments are briefly discussed as a concluding remark.

스카이팀 카고의 서비스 품질에 대한 평가 (Evaluating Level of Quality for the Skyteam Cargo Services)

  • 본 연구에서는 항공화물 서비스 경쟁력 평가 요소 및 중요도를 결정하고, 실제 항공화물 운송사에 대한 서비스 품질을 평가하고자 한다. 항공화물 서비스에 대한 평가 대상을 Skyteam의 주요 화물 서비스 상품인 Equation Heavy, Equation, Variation, Dimension로 정하였고, 이 서비스 상품에 대한 품질 평가를 실행하였다. 본 분석은 전문가 설문 조사, AHP 및 퍼지적분(Fuzzy Integral) 등의 방법론들을 적용하였고, 선행 연구와 전문가 인터뷰, 그리고 요인분석을 통해 주요 평가요소를 추출하여 서비스 품질 평가모형을 구축하였다. 주요 평가요소는 인프라, 신뢰성, 신속 대응성, 경제성, 안전성 요소 등을 설정하였다. 이 다섯 가지 요소를 바탕으로 하여 수게노(Sugeno)가 제안한 퍼지 적분 방법론에서 파생된 알고리즘을 적용하여 최종으로 화물 서비스 품질을 분석하였다.

  • The ubiquitous technology, leading the stream of change in telecommunication market, makes VoIP a foundation technology to enter NGN era. With this trend in mind, VoIP providers try to satisfy customer needs and invest on R&D in order to survive in this emerging market. The critical issues to VoIP providers are two fold the first one is to find out the quality attributes of Internet telephony service; and the second one is to assess the impact they have on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer performance. In this study, we attempt to empirically answer the above two issues employing SEM (structural equation modeling) and AHP (analytic hierarchy process), and suggest strategic guidelines for successful deployment of Internet telephony service.

  • This paper presents to accomplish successfully a multi-input real time control by applying control hierarchy for sliding mode of multi-joint manipulators whose nonlinear terms are regarded as disturbances. We- could simplify the dynamic equations of a manipulator and servo system, which are composed of linear elements and nonlinear elements, by assuming that nonlinear terms, which are Inertia term, gravity force term, Coriolis force term and centrifugal force term, are external disturbance. By simplifying that equation, we could easily obtain a control input which satisfy sliding mode of multi-input system. We proposed a new control input algorithm in order to decrease chattering by changing control input according as effect of disturbance if a control response become within allowance error range. In this experiments, we used DSP(Digital Signal Processor) controller to suppress chattering by time delay of calculation and to carry out real time control.

토지자원관리를 위한 낙동강 유역의 잠재적 토양유실량 산정 (Potential Soil Loss Prediction for Land Resource Management in the Nakdong River Basin)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential soil loss and hazard zone by the Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation(RUSLE) for preservation and management of land resources which is the base of ecosystem, and to grasp the relationship between RUSLE factors in the Nakdong River Basin. All thematic maps used in RUSLE are constructed through GIS and spatial analysis method derived from digital topographic maps, detailed soil maps, land-cover maps, and mean annual precipitation of 30 years collected respectively from National Geographic Information Institute, National Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology, and Ministry of Environment. The slope length of LS-factor that takes much times by the study area's wideness was calculated automatically through AML(Arc Macro Language) program developed by Van Remortel et al.(2001, 2003). The results are as follows; First, according to the soil loss estimation by the RUSLE, it shows that approximately 82% of the study area have relatively lower possibility of soil loss which is the 1 ton/ha in annual soil loss. While, 9.4% ($2,228km^2$) needed intensive and continuous management for soil loss. Because the amount of their annual soil loss was greater than 10 ton/ha that is optimum level suggested by Morgan(1995). For these areas, the author believe that a new approach which can minimize environmental impacts from soil loss through improvement of cultivation process and buffer forest zone should be applied. Second, according to the relationship between the RUSLE factors, topographical(LS-factor) and cover management(C-factor) conditions have a lot of influence on soil loss in case of the Nakdong River Basin. However, because of RUSLE factor's influence that affect to soil loss might be different based on the variety of spatial hierarchy and extent, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate factor's relationship in terms of spatial hierarchy and extent through field observations and further studies.

안전속도 5030 정책수용도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Acceptance of the Safety Speed 5030 Policy)

  • 본 연구에서는 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 안전속도 5030 정책수용도에 영향을 미치는 도로서비스 항목을 평가할 수 있는 정책수용도 평가모형을 개발하였다. 그 결과, 정책수용도에 대한 영향관계는 운전자 집단에서 이동성(0.411), 경제성(0.217), 안전성(0.181), 환경성(0.089)의 만족도 순이고, 비운전자 집단에서 안전성(0.466), 이동성(0.223), 환경성(0.194), 경제성(0.111)의 만족도 순으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서 알 수 있듯이 안전속도 5030 정책수용도 제고를 위해서는 도로 이용자별 특성에 따라 서비스 제공이 차별화 될 필요가 있다. 즉 운전자 집단이 주로 이용하는 위계가 높은 도로에 대해 이동성을 높이고, 비운전자 집단이 주로 이용하는 위계가 낮은 도로에 대해 안전성을 강화하는 등의 방안마련이 필요함을 말해주고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 안전속도 5030 정책의 수용도 평가 모형은 기존의 정책 평가지표인 교통사고 및 통행시간 등에서 벗어나 이용자들의 정성적인 평가를 반영하고 있어 안전속도 5030 정책 활성화의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

지식공유 의도와 지식관리시스템의 사용 (Does Knowledge-sharing Intent Matter in the Use of Knowledge Management Systems?)

  • One of the major goals of using knowledge management systems(KMS) is the sharing of knowledge. The intent of an individual to share his/her knowledge plays a crucial role in sharing quality knowledge in corporations. However, there is little research that addresses this relationship between the intent to share and the use of KMS both from a holistic perspective and with empirical data analyses. To understand major factors that affect both knowledge sharing intent and the use of KMS, we conducted a field study from eight companies in four different industries which had been using KMS for at least a year. Using confirmatory factor analysis and structured equation modeling techniques, we have analyzed the relationships among top management support, trust among peers, trust in the organizational hierarchy, incentives and rewards, knowledge-sharing intent, KMS quality, knowledge quality, and the use of KMS. The research results show that top management support and trust between peers enhance the intent of sharing knowledge. We also found that top management support, knowledge-sharing intent, incentives and rewards, and the quality of knowledge have positive relationships with the use of KMS.

LCSI(Library Customer Satisfaction Index) Lite 공공도서관용의 개발 (Developing LCSI(Library Customer Satisfaction Index) Lite for Public Library)

  • 이 연구는 도서관의 서비스품질과 고객만족도에 대한 연구성과를 바탕으로 현장에서 용이하게 활용할 수 있는 간략모델을 개발하기 위한 첫 번째 작업으로, 공공도서관 고객만족도지수 간략판인 LCSI(Library Customer Satisfaction Index) Lite를 개발하여 제시하였다. 20명의 전문가에 대한 설문과 800명 이상의 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사결과를 분석하여, 도서관서비스품질을 측정하기 위한 8항목(직원차원 2항목, 자원 및 서비스 차원 4항목, 시설 및 환경 2항목), 도서관고객만족도를 측정하기 위한 3항목, 도서관고객충성도를 측정하기 위한 2항목 등 총 15개 설문항목을 제시하고, 도서관서비스품질 차원 50%, 도서관고객만족도 차원 40%, 도서관고객충성도 차원 10%의 가중치를 부여한 값으로 이를 산정할 수 있도록 하였다. 각 척도들에 대해 전문가와 실무자를 대상으로 한 델파이식 조사법을 활용하여 계층적 분석 방식(AHP: analytic hierarchy process)의 설문지를 사용하여 각 차원별 중요도에 대한 가중치 및 각 차원별 핵심구성요소의 상대적 가중치를 산출해내고, 이용자에 대한 설문조사를 통해 입수한 통계데이터를 분석하여 LCSI의 구조방정식 모형을 검증하였다.

게임개발 전략 수립을 위한 게임만족도 평가시스템 모형 개발에 관한 연구 (An Assessment System Model for Game Satisfaction Degree to Establish Game Development Strategy)

  • 게임제작의 궁극적인 목적은 수요자가 만족하는 게임을 개발하여 최대한 많이 판매하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 게임 공급자나 수요자가 희망하는 높은 만족도를 갖는 게임을 제작 및 개발할 수 있는 근거를 마련하기 위하여 게임만족도를 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가 시스템 모형을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 통해 얻은 자료를 토대로 게임개발 구성요소들의 중요도를 AHP 방법으로 산출하여 장르별 게임 만족도를 스코어로 정량화시켰다. 또한, 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 게임 만족도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인의 내용과 그 크기를 분석하였다. 그 결과 게임 만족도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 가장 큰 요인은 흥미성으로 평가 되었다. 따라서 높은 만족도를 갖는 게임을 제작 및 개발하기 위해서는 우선적으로 게임의 흥미성 요인에 대한 적극적인 투자와 기술력 확보가 필요함을 제시하였다.
