코틀린을 사용한 척추 질환 예방을 위한 Application 설계 및 구현 (Application Design and Implementation for Spinal Disorder Prevention using Kotlin)

  • 대한민국에서 스마트디바이스의 사용이 급증함에 따라 척추 질환 환자 수도 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 스마트디바이스 사용으로 인한 근골격계 질환인 척추 질환 환자 수가 계속 증가하고 있다. 이 연구는 안드로이드 어플리케이션을 개발하여 운동 유도 기능을 통해 척추 질환 예방을 목표로 하며, 헬스케어 어플리케이션의 활용성 향상과 안드로이드의 오버레이 기술을 활용하여 운동을 유도하는 방안을 모색하였다. 또한, 현재 대한민국의 총 인구를 고려하면, 스마트디바이스 사용으로 인한 척추 질환 환자 수가 상당할 것으로 추정되며, 이에 바른 자세 유지와 꾸준한 운동 습관의 중요성이 강조된다. 이러한 연구는 스마트디바이스 사용으로 인한 척추 질환 예방을 위해 보다 나은 어플리케이션 개발을 통해 사용자들에게 도움을 줄 수 있음을 제시하고 있다.

일 지역 이동형 방문보건 전산시스템의 재구축과 활용의 효과 (The Effects of a Mobile Computerized System for Individual Tailored Home Care Services in a City)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the process and outcome of a mobile computerized system for individual home visiting healthcare. Methods: A nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design was employed for this study. The newly constructed system was administered to 80 healthcare providers in the experimental group for 8 weeks. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANCOVA with the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: In the process stage, the difference in the frequency of computerized information usage between the experimental and control groups was significant as $8.88{\pm}3.20$ and $7.08{\pm}2.92$, respectively (t=3.90, p<.001). In the outcome evaluation stage, all kinds of healthy lifestyle such as alcohol use, nutrition, weight management and mental health were not improved. Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that the revised mobile computerized system was an effective device for individual visiting healthcare providers. Further advanced strategies for using this system should be developed and applied in a broad range of community healthcare.

  • Recent healthcare environments have characteristics of expanding the scope of healthcare-impacting healthcare, complexity resulting from diversification of components, and accelerating the pace of change. Drugs are used for the prevention, mitigation, and treatment of diseases, so they can inevitably cause harm, while they have efficacy and effectiveness, which are key elements of health recovery. Therefore, many countries regulate permits for safe and effective medicines, and also designate essential drugs directly related to life as pay targets and guarantee health insurance. Especially Pharmacist relying on manpower for composition medicine is liable for mal-manufacture due to combination of toxic medical substances or other chemical usage. In this paper, we focus on using Kiosk and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for automated pharmacy to level up medical service and create labor friendly environment for pharmacist themselves through maintenance of prescription data and automated manufacturing solution. Presentation of drug substances and precautions will lead to efficient drug prescription and prevent misuse of information while auto manufacturing system efficiently maintain labor force and raise patient satisfaction level by reduction of waiting time.

  • IT 기술의 발달과 평균 수명의 연장 등의 이유로 모바일 헬스케어 시장이 주목받고 있다. 대학병원 등 의료기관들도 모바일 기기를 이용한 환자 교육 및 설명서비스를 통해 편의성과 치료효율성이라는 목적을 동시에 달성하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 삼성서울병원이 출시한 모바일 기반의 환자교육 서비스인 '스마트설명서비스' 앱 구축 및 사용 사례를 비즈니스 모델 분석 방법로인 린 캔버스를 적용하여 분석하였다. 아울러 환자 및 의료진과의 인터뷰를 통해 모바일 환자 교육 서비스의 필요성과 효과성에 대한 의견을 수집하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 모바일 기반의 환자 교육 서비스를 준비 중인 의료기관과 관련 업계에 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

확장현실 기반 융복합 콘텐츠를 활용한 보건의료 분야의 연구 동향 분석 (Analysis of research trends in the healthcare field utilizing extended-reality-based converged contents)

  • 연구목적: 확장현실 기술은 의료 교육의 대화형 프로세스를 통해 자기주도적 학습 향상의기회를 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 확장 현실 기술을 기반으로 한 교육 콘텐츠를 적용한 보건의료 분야의 연구 동향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 선정기준에 따른 문헌 검색, 선정, 제외 과정을 통해 확장현실 기술을 활용한 국내 보건의료 연구를 분석하여 최종적으로 관련 문헌 39편을 선정 및 검토하였다. 연구결과: 의학, 치의학, 간호 등 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 확장현실이 적용된 것을 확인하였다. 학업만족도, 몰입도, 흥미 유발 등 긍정적인 효과와 함께 미디어 사용의 어려움 및 사이버 멀미 같은 문제가 관찰되었다. 결론: 향후 연구에서는 보건의료 분야의 다양한 교과 과정에 대한 콘텐츠 개발과 적용을 통한 교육적 접근과 기술의 지속적 발전이 필요하다.

의사들의 유헬스케어 서비스에 대한 인식과 사용의도 (Doctors' Perception and Intention of the U-healthcare Service)

  • 유헬스케어 서비스는 오랫동안 만성질환 관리에 대한 효과적인 대안으로 부각되고 있으나 아직까지 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 유헬스케어 서비스 도입에 있어 중요 의사결정자인 의사들의 유헬스케어 서비스에 대한 인식과 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 유헬스케어 서비스 제공자인 의사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 유헬스케어 서비스 사용의도에 따른 집단별 특성을 비교하고, 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 고찰하기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 의사들의 유헬스케어 서비스 사용경험은 16.0%로 낮으나 사용의도는 70.1%로 높게 나타났다. 또한 유헬스케어 서비스 적용은 만성질환과 예방분야가 적절하다고 응답하였으며, 적용이 적합한 질환은 당뇨병과 고혈압등의 순으로 나타났다. 의사 특성에 따른 사용의도의 차이에 관한 로지스틱 분석 결과 유헬스케어 서비스 사용의도는 대학병원에 비해 비대학병원 의사들의 사용의도가 3.7배 높았다. 본 연구는 유헬스케어 서비스에 대한 의사들의 인식 그리고 사용의도에 대한 집단 간 차이를 파악함으로써 유헬스케어 서비스의 활성화와 효과적인 비즈니스 모델 개발에 기여할 것이다.

건강 기능성 게임의 수용에 영향을 주는 요인: 감정가 프레임워크 관점 (Factors Influencing on the Intention to Use Serious Games for Healthcare: The Perspective of Valence Framework)

  • In order to verify the factors affecting the acceptance of Serious Games for Healthcare (SGHs), this study developed a hierarchical model of general and specific benefit and risk factors affecting the intention to use SGHs based on the valence framework. As a result based on 199 samples, it was revealed that perceived customization and perceived schedule flexibility had a positive effect on the perceived benefits, which, in turn, had a positive effect on the intention to use SGHs. However, among the specific risk factors, only privacy risk had a positive effect on perceived risk, but it did not have a effect on SGHs usage intention. The results related to the fact that the survey respondents were potential users of SGHs and the bias that may overestimate the benefits provided by SGHs called optimistic bias. Based on these findings, some implications were presented such as the spread and distribution of SGHs to the ordinary persons, improvement of negative perceptions of games, and the need for data-based services to refine customized services for SGHs.

보건의료 데이터 연구 개발 활용의 장애요인 및 활성화 방안 제언 (Addressing Challenges in Leveraging Health and Medical Data for Research and Development)

  • This study explores the barriers to using health and medical data in research and development (R&D) within the healthcare industry and suggests ways to enhance data utilization. As artificial intelligence technology drives transformative changes across industries, there is an increased demand for robust health and medical data, highlighting its critical economic value and utility in fostering innovation. Using qualitative analysis through Grounded Theory, the study involves ten R&D professionals from healthcare industry, including both medical centers and corporations, using surveys and in-depth interviews to gather diverse experiences and perspectives on the challenges and opportunities in health and medical data use. Key findings point to legislative, regulatory, and data quality and integration issues, as well as complexities in patient data access and usage. Technological limitations and inadequate data governance frameworks also emerge as significant obstacles. Recommendations focus on improving regulatory frameworks, enhancing data standardization and quality, and fostering stronger partnerships between data custodians and users. The study concludes that overcoming these obstacles requires a comprehensive strategy involving legislative changes, improved technological infrastructure, and increased stakeholder collaboration. Implementing these recommendations could greatly enhance health and medical data utilization in R&D, significantly advancing medical science and patient care services.

The Extraction Process of Durative Persuasive System Design Characteristics for Healthcare-related Mobile Applications

  • In the field of Human-Computer Interaction design, persuasive design has gradually been applied to the system development and design process, especially for mobile application design. However, most mobile applications have hitherto a very short using lifecycle. Especially, design features with long-term persuasive effectiveness remain to be further researched and developed. In this study, we focused on investigating and identifying the durative persuasive design characteristics through a data mining process and evaluating the durative effectiveness through a long-term observation process. Total five hundred healthcare-related mobile applications were selected from Apple iTunes Store and a mixed method was conducted to extract the most common persuasive design characteristics. Based on the results of extraction, a representative healthcare-related mobile application was selected as experimental subject. Total one hundred and twenty participants were observed during a six-months experiment and the monitoring data of app usage of all participants was collected once a week. According to the evaluation model for behavior change identification process, participants with habit formation features were proved to have a significant long-term perception level for ten persuasive design characteristics. Further interview research was performed to investigate the participant's long-term perceptions on those characteristics for the purpose of identifying the durative persuasions. The results indicated that a long-term durative effectiveness can be observed and healthcare-related apps designed with those characteristics could have durative effectiveness. This study may contribute to the improvement of future mobile application designs in user experience and durative persuasion, as well as bringing future benefits for both mobile application developers and users.

국내 휴양시설의 장애인 편의시설 실태분석에 관한 연구 (An analysis of current Barrier-Free facilities in Leisure Building)

  • Despite the growing interest in recreation as one of the ways to maintain physical and mental health in modern society, access to leisure facility is an issue for individuals with disabilities. This paper identifies inaccessible features to propose the ways to promote participation and usage of the leisure facilities for individuals with disabilities. A survey of individuals with disabilities is conducted to determine preferred leisure facilities depending on types of disabilities. The result of this survey is used to evaluate current condition of regulated National leisure facility and forest, which include barrier-free facilities (e.g. interconnecting zones, interior spaces, lavatories and other facilities), signage, approachable information kiosks, emergency egress, and detectable warnings. The common issues (e.g. guiding mechanism, accessible route, safety factors, and barrier-free facilities/services) in various types of recreational facilities (e.g. forest recreational center, spa and hot springs, Amusement Park, ski resort) were identified and analyzed.
