Results were obtained through the study as follows: 1. There are 14 junior health colleges in Korea and 3,106(79.9%) licensed dental technicians out of 3,885 graduated from health colleges and rest of them obtained their licenses through practical training in dental clinics. 2. 8,030 applicants have applied to the national examination which was carried out for 22 times during 1965 - 1985. The passing rate in the examination for 22 times showed 48.3% in average. 3. The dental technicians are working mostly in 404 dental laboratories and 2,522 dental clinics and hospitals through out the country. However, most technicians are dominantly working in large citis, because 255 (63.1%) dental laboratories and 1,537 (60.9%) dental clinics and hospitals are mainly located in Seoul and Busan. 4. Regarding distribution of the dental technician, 1,126(52.1%) technicians have been employed in the dental institutions, however, 530 (24.5%) could not have a job and the rest of them (504 technicians: 23.3%) were in leave absence from military service, travelling abroad and unknown reasons. 5. Through reference review, it was found that there were 95,886 dental technician (9/ 100,000 population) in the world during 1973$\sim$1977. However, 91,553 dental technicians lived in the developed countries (14/100,000 population)) also ratio between the dentist and the dental technician in the world showde 1:0.38. In such coentries where per capita income showed $100 in average, the distribution of the dental technician showed 0.272 per 100,000 population. 6. In an estimation of demand and supply for the dental technicians by the year from 1985 through 1996 in Korea, the supply is estimated by the capacity of educational institutions as over-production even through such estimation based on the future incresing of GNP and ratio between the dentist and the dental technicianas and also ratio between the dental technician and general population. At present such ratio shows less compared with the developed contries, however, it is estimated as over-supply in 1994.

The conclusions of this study are as follows. The rate of recognition and awareness of traditional Korean food as the pursuit of learning about socio-demographic was generally high, and was remarkable in the elderly dietitians who have worked for a long term. Also, the dietitians who are relatively older or have worked for a long term have pride in traditional food because it suited their taste and was our traditional food. However, it was difficult to provide the food to school food service because the cooking process is complex, and students don's prefer it. Accordingly, improvements of recipe with use of traditional Korean food in school food service are urgently required. The dietitians in Gwangju City in Jeonnam province felt the need to make a standard traditional Korean food recipe, and the demand was especially the strongest among dietitians who have worked from 6 to 10 years. In this paper, we study smart healthcare devices that enable active health care by building health care system with acquaintances or family members rather than single health care. The company develops health care services for families regardless of age and gender through intuitive UI design as a target for young users who serve elderly parents. Automated collection of health information and real-time feedback are available, and data can be aggregated and analyzed through repeaters. It can also utilize structured databases in the form of big data. The services offered can be used to prevent diseases and reduce medical expenses through health care, while automatic management can maximize users' convenience and increase demand. By reducing the development period of products that are based on this technology, reducing the development period of products and strengthening competitiveness, the company has the advantage of inducing generation-to-generation communication in an era when it is becoming a nuclear family.

Result: 1. 51.61 % of nurse-teachers experienced emergency situations and the relations between the necessity they felt from experiencing those situations and demands for first aid training were not statistically meaningful(t=1.87, p= .175). 2. Necessity and demands for the first-aid training were checked with three point scale and there were statistical significance between the two with $2.44{\pm}.47$ and $2.24{\pm}.47$ respectively(t=3.275, p= .000). 3. 86.20%(75 persons) of the respondents have had received first aid training and the training they received were CPR 82.75%(72 persons), primary survey 81.60%(7l persons), contact to 911 79.30%(69 persons) and wounds treatment(lacerated wounds, bum and chilblains) 75.86%( 66 persons) in order. 4. The present study is designed to trace the successful reform steps taken within the employment support system in the UK and to extract a set of instructive implications for Korea's future reform path towards an efficient employment support system conductive to youth employment by setting out an analytical framework that links the British experience to the Korean context. To this end, this study focuses on three major aspects of employment support system: delivery mechanism, method of delivery, and programs. Implications drawn from the comparative analysis are as follows. First, the current employment support services in Korea-including job placement service, vocational training, and public works-should be more tightly integrated and delivered in a more consistent fashion in order to become highly accessible to the unemployed. Second, the cooperative network between employment service providers and the corporate sector as demander of labor should be institutionalized in order to make the employment support system more responsive to labor demand. Third, to create an enhanced employment support system that counts in individual differences of the unemployed would require continued, in-depth consultation and case management services along with fully specialized employment caseworkers who would provide them. Fourth, the government should take the initiative and be unflaggingly supportive both institutionally and financially in making future efforts to continuously improve the employment support system on the basis of the implications mentioned above.
The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data for improvement of Emergency Medical Service System in Kwangju. The EMSS can be defined as the complete chain of human and physical resources that provides patient care in cases of sudden illness and injury. To provide effective emergency care through the EMSS in a region, the issue of training especially as it relates to EMT in EMSS delivery is more important than emergency medical equipment and facilities for pre-hospital emergency care. The transport of emergency medical patients carried out almost by 119 Emergency Medical Services. But out of all the employees at 119 EMS only 19.0% have graduated with a major in Emergency Medical Technology. It would seem prudent then that the graduates of EMT programs should gradually replace employees working at 119 EMS that do not have an EMT degree to ensure the best possible pre-hospital care for emergency medical patients. Therefore it can be expected that in the future there should an enormous demand for qualified EMT professionals to meet the growing needs for a superior level of emergency medical care for civilian.

Objective: The aim of this study is to analyze the reliability assessment of work environment measurement, and to propose ways of improving the system. Methods: We have reviewed reports and articles on the reliability assessment written by KOSHA and academia in order to analyze problems related with the system and propose the alternatives. Results: There are three ways to improve the system of the reliability assessment. First of all, it is necessary to perform the reliability assessment by measuring the work environment when workers raise questions about the results so we can make workers trust these results of the reliability assessment. Secondly, we should inspect the workplace at first, not the work environment service provider, so we can increase the employer's recognition of his duty to practice the work environment measurement. Thirdly, the technical committee is needed for technical issues related with the work environment measurement. Conclusions: Above all, it is crucial to get the workers' interest and trust to improve the work environment measurement. The reliability assessment should support the meaning and value of the work environment measurement by practicing the reliability assessment whenever workers have a demand for this and operating the technical committee.
