Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physical growth and developmental status of infants and children of married immigrant women. Methods: The participants were 92 infants and children aged from birth to 6 yr whose mothers were married immigrant women living in one rural area. Physical growth and developmental status were evaluated by using anthropometric assessment, and Korean Denver II developmental screening test. Results: Of the participants, 10.8% were below the 3rd percentile for weight, 13.0% for length, 5.4% for head circumference, and from 69.6% to 79.3% were distributed below the 50th percentile on growth charts. Further, 18.5% were classified as having questionable development. Factors related to low physical growth in infants and children were mother's weight and mother's level in Korean language classes. Conclusion: The physical growth and developmental status of children is vulnerable and serious. The study results suggest a need for regular growth and developmental evaluations. Political support is important for these mothers. In addition, there also is a need to develop early intervention strategies to promote growth and development of the infants and children of these married immigrant women.

창업기업들은 기존 B2B 혹은 B2C의 프레임에서 벗어나 O2O, C2C까지 대상 고객군을 확장하면서 기존 연구에서 나타나는 창업기업의 성장과정은 전체적으로 변화를 겪고 있다. 이와 관련하여 창업 후 기업의 잠재적 가치를 인정받아 정부지원과 외부 투자유치에 성공하여 단기간에 급성장한 유니콘 기업이라는 새로운 유형의 창업기업이 탄생하고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구는 미국과 한국을 대표하는 5개 유니콘 기업들의 성장과정 중 투자유치 사례를 분석하여 투자유치와 창업 후 성장과정의 관계를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 창업생태계의 성장성이 긍정적으로 평가받고 있는 미국에 비해 한국은 민간 투자가 소극적이고 방어적으로, Series A단계 이후에 유치가 되고 있다는 점을 발견하였다. 또한 스타트업의 성장과정 전반에 걸친 정부의 지원 정책이 스타트업의 초기 자금 지원에 중점을 둔 추상적이고 포괄적인 정책임을 발견하였다. 따라서 스타트업을 유니콘 기업으로 육성하기 위해서는 정부 정책의 지원 범위가 확대되어야 하며, 창업기업의 스케일업을 위해 각 성장단계별 차별화된 지원 정책의 수립·시행이 필요하다는 정책적 제언을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 실질적인 유니콘 기업의 사례 분석을 통해 스케일업을 위한 정책 지원뿐 아니라 스타트업의 성장단계 및 지원사항에 대한 기준을 제시하였다는 데 큰 의미가 있다.

본 연구에서는 중소기업성장을 지원할 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 특징은 중소기업의 크기를 측정할 모델을 작성하는 것이다. 이 모델은 고용인력, 매출액, 수출액, 기술보유, 매출액 대비 기술개발투자비 비율 등의 5가지 기업크기 측정지표로 구성된다. 또한 단계적 기술개발자금 지원을 가능케 할 FREQUENCY 차원 테이블을 설계하는 것이다. FREQUENCY 차원을 포함한 3개 차원과 기업크기 측정모델을 사용하여 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축한 것이다. 그리고 이 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 이용하여 기 시행된 중소기업기술개발지원사업의 적정성을 평가해 보고 있다.

본 연구는 한국교육종단연구2013의 초등학교 6학년부터 중학교 3학년까지의 학생 데이터들을 활용하여 수학 학업성취도의 종단적인 변화양상에 따른 학업적 자아개념 및 교사와 부모의 학업적 지원이 수학 학업성취도에 미치는 직·간접적인 영향력을 종단적으로 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 그룹별 학업적 자아개념은 수학 학업성취도에 긍정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교사와 부모의 학업적 지원은 학업적 자아개념을 매개로 하여 수학 학업성취도에 긍정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 학업적 자아개념과 수학 수직척도점수에 미치는 직·간접적인 영향력은 부모의 학업적 지원 보다 교사의 학업적 지원이 더 많은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 점에 따른 교육적인 함의점을 논의하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explain a structural model of posttraumatic growth among psychiatric nurses based on existing models and a literature review and verify its effectiveness. Methods: Data were collected from psychiatric nurses in one special city, four metropolitan cities, and three regional cities from February to March 2016. Exogenous variables included hardiness and distress perception, while endogenous variables included self-disclosure, social support, deliberate rumination, and posttraumatic growth. Data from 489 psychiatric nurses were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 and AMOS 20.0. Results: The modified model was a good fit for the data. Tests on significance of the pathways of the modified model showed that nine of the 14 paths were supported, and the explanatory power of posttraumatic growth by included variables in the model was 69.2%. For posttraumatic growth among psychiatric nurses, deliberate rumination had a direct effect as the variable that had the largest influence. Indirect effects were found in the order of hardiness, social support, and distress perception. Self-disclosure showed both direct and indirect effects. Conclusion: A strategy to improve deliberate rumination is necessary when seeking to improve posttraumatic growth among psychiatric nurses. Enhancing psychiatric nurses' hardiness before trauma would enable them to actively express negative emotions after trauma, allowing them to receive more social support. This would improve deliberate rumination and consequently help promote psychological growth among psychiatric nurses who have experienced trauma.

오늘날, 벤처기업은 국가 경제성장의 핵심적인 역할을 담당한다는 측면에서 그 중요성이 점점 증가하고 있다. 하지만 ICT 벤처기업의 경우 급격한 환경 변화 등으로 인해 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 큰 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안의 하나로써 정부의 지원 정책에 의존하고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구는 정부 지원이 ICT 벤처기업의 경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 실증 분석을 위해 2016년 ICT벤처패널조사 데이터를 수집하였고, 자금 및 연구개발 지원 효과를 분석하기 위해 각각 687개와 538개 기업을 선정하였다. 그리고 성향점수매칭을 통해 정부 지원을 받은 기업과 유사한 특성을 가진 기업(대조군)을 비교·분석하였다. 분석 결과, 자금 지원 여부는 ICT 벤처기업의 성장성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 연구개발 지원 여부는 ICT 벤처기업의 안정성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정부의 지원 유형에 따라 ICT 벤처기업의 경영 성과에 차이가 존재함을 의미한다. 본 연구를 통해 정부 정책의 효과에 대해 확인할 수 있었으며, ICT 벤처기업을 육성하기 위해 특정 목적에 맞는 다양한 지원 정책을 추진해야 할 것이다. 또한 향후 ICT 벤처기업의 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 개별적인 자금 지원 또는 연구개발 지원보다 패키지(기술·경영·사업화 등) 형태의 지원에 대해서도 고려할 필요가 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 국내 창업보육센터 입주기업들을 대상으로 광범위한 설문조사를 통해 성장단계별로 창업보육센터 입주기업이 제공받는 지원서비스에 대한 중요도, 만족도 및 기대충족정도를 측정하고 분석함으로써, 창업보육센터의 효과적인 지원 및 자원배분전략 수립에 도움을 주고자 수행되었다. 분석결과, 입주기업들이 인지하는 중요도와 만족도에서 높은 순위를 차지하는 지원서비스의 종류와 중요도에서 만족도를 차감한 기대-충족정도에서 높은 순위를 차지하는 지원서비스의 종류 간에는 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 창업보육센터가 입주기업의 성장단계별로 보다 정교하고 효과적인 지원전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 창업자들이 지각하는 정부의 창업지원에 대한 공정성이 창업지원의 만족도 및 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고 이러한 영향이 창업기업의 성장단계별로 차이가 있는지를 확인하는 것이다. 본 연구는 지난 5년 내에 정부의 창업지원을 받은 창업기업을 대상으로, 총 611부의 데이터를 본 연구에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS와 AMOS를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 공정성은 많은 연구에서 사용하는 방식과 동일하게 절차적 공정성, 분배적 공정성, 상호작용적 공정성의 세 유형으로 구분하였으며, 세 유형의 공정성이 창업지원 사업 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 정부의 창업지원 만족도와 경영성과 간의 관계를 분석하였는데, 경영성과는 응답자 자신의 사업에 대한 만족도로 평가하였다. 그리고 창업단계는 창업기, 초기성장기, 정체기/데스벨리, 고도성장기로 구분하였으며, 창업단계별 정부지원사업의 공정성과 만족도 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 모든 공정성 개념은 창업지원사업만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 창업지원사업만족도는 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 창업단계별로는 차이가 있었는데, 창업기에는 절차적 공정성이, 초기성장기에는 절차적공정성과, 상호작용적 공정성이, 정체기/데스벨리에는 모든 공정성 개념이 창업지원사업만족도에 영향을 미쳤지만, 고도성장기에는 공정성 개념이 모두 창업지원만족도에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 그리고 창업지원사업만족도와 경영성과 간의 관계에서는 창업단계에 관계없이 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 정부의 창업지원 사업에 대한 창업자의 공정성 지각을 적용하여, 창업지원에 대한 체계적인 시스템을 구축하는 데 도움이 될 것이며, 창업자에게는 창업단계별 창업성과를 증대시키기 위한 방안을 모색하는 데도 기여하는 바가 클 것이다.

Purpose: Caring for a vulnerable premature baby is a challenging task, but some mothers experience growth through that process. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing post-traumatic growth in mothers with premature infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit. Methods: A correlational research design was used and 105 mothers of premature infants were recruited from an online community. Data were collected from January 15 to January 25, 2019. Post-traumatic growth was measured using the Korean version of the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the t-test, analysis of variance, the Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: The final model developed in this study explained 45.5% of post-traumatic growth (F=13.66, p<.001). Resilience (β=.54, p<.001) was the strongest predictor of post-traumatic growth, followed by the age of the mother when giving birth (β=.17, p=.028) and current employment status (β=.17, p=.049). Conclusion: For mother with premature infants to grow psychologically after their experience, it may be needed to support them to develop and strengthen their resilience through either education or their own support network.

Food habit forming the basis for a lifetime of food and nutrient intake is established in early childhood and has an effect to the child's growth, sociality, and obesity. A variety of nutrition screening tools exists for assessing the health and nutrition status of children such as the Growth Curve, for determining if growth is appropriate. Body mass index(BMI) as a more reliable index of overweight to prevent childhood obesity, and Nutrition Quotient(NQ) and eating behaviors questionnaire for young children and parents to estimate their nutrient intake adequate or not. Such tools are mainly used by health practitioners, such as doctor and dietitian to provide nutrition intervention services to children at risk, especially and are not easy to use for general parents, who need assessment at any time and at any place. We propose Growth Assistance System for infants and children, which is possible to assess their physical condition, nutritional status, and eating behavior integrated. To be convenient and portable, it is implemented over the smartphone as an application. The system offers the growth charts, the BMI curves, NQ and eating behavior questionnaire to take a monitoring and the functionalities operate well. We hereby expect this system support the normal growth and development of infants and young children. And also support for the health practitioner (dietitians and nutritionists) to take a role in providing nutrition counseling and education to children needing nutrition services.
