Despite of advanced plans from Korean government to encourage Korean medical tourism, the medical tourism in Korea is still under competitive compared to the countries including Thailand, Singapore, and India, in which the government has been driving the development in industries of medical tourism, Moreover, the studies identifying the factors affecting tourists' satisfaction has not been actively performed up to date. Therefore, this study attempts to investigate the influences of quality of medical service, accessibility, cost adequacy, and quality of tourism of Korean medical tourism on Chinese tourists' satisfaction and revisit intention. For the purpose of empirical study, a survey has been conducted to Chinese medical tourists. Findings are as follows. First, the factors of medical tourism attributes including quality of medical service, cost adequacy, and quality of tourism have turned out to have positive effects on medical tourists' satisfaction. Second, tourists' satisfaction has a positive effect on revisit intention.

Military officials in Korea are forced to change jobs early due to the retirement age after active service. Measures are needed in view of the 55% average employment rate of middle and long term soldiers during the last five years. The last government of Park Geun-hye push ahead creating of 50,000 jobs in discharged soldier with policy, but the results were not great. Therefore, it is time to drastically change the government's efforts to create large-scale jobs for discharged soldiers. It is necessary to break away from the traditional ways of expanding opportunities for employment at the academic level. So it became necessary for discharged soldiers to actively review ways to build their own organizations. For such reasons, this study presents a measure to create job through food service, Security personnel training and Manpower provision business, Special Soldier Control and Training Center Operation business, Han River Water Cleaning Project, Caring business, and delivery business by establishing their own social cooperation to create jobs for discharged soldiers.

Quantitative rise and This study carried out qualitative research by utilizing NVivo 10 focusing on the contents of mass media such as newspaper or internet on the presidential security service up to the Park Geun-hye government from the 3rd Republic of Korea, which was established the presidential security service. The aim is to present opinion so that the presidential security organization can strengthen capability and function within the governmental organization down the road based on the contents of categories, which were elicited through this. First, there is a need of solidifying the internal stability with the expansion in the activity sphere of organization and of externally approaching the public with removing sense of difference caused by offering personal protection only to some of the privileged class in the meantime. Second, it is the foundation of a reason related to crime in a cause for Discharge by Authority pertinent to "law on security for president and others" in Article 10 in order to prevent a criminal act of having abused the task characteristic and the position superiority or an external pressure act related to intervention in rights. Third, there is a need of making it recognized as very important organization with putting differentiation from other organizations of the government by providing the disciplinary level more strictly than "disciplinary order on public officials" based on particularity and importance dubbed presidential security service along with correspondingly applying "disciplinary order on public officials" in Article 31 in accordance with "enforcement ordinance of law on security for president and others" in terms of service negligence and false-information report in relation to task performance.

Computerization of educational administration following educational informatization of government has been steadily improved for the purpose of teachers' offload and job efficiency, finally resulting that NEIS(National Education Information System) has been completed. The NEIS consists of Nationwide service of NEIS, Business portal system of NEIS, Authentication management system and so on. Students, parents and civil petitioners handle civil affairs through Nationwide service of NEIS and teachers and persons of task conduct theirs business by accessing the Business portal system of NEIS. At this time, users have to obtain their certification from Authentication management system. Previous Studies were mainly focused on the evaluation about its performance according to the introduction of NEIS. But from now on there is a growing interest in security assessment and an efficient method for security improvement to check if NEIS works properly. Therefore, in this thesis, we'll propose an analytic framework in which security assessment is carried out after comprehending the fault structures through performing Fault Fishbone Analysis based on the Fault Tree Analysis. As a result of the system applied, the system had the highest rate of improvement to 47.7 percent.

As the DT of micro businesses emerges as an important task, the government is also promoting support projects such as policy establishment and micro business education. This study aims to develop a new index (checklist) that can objectively measure the level of digital literacy required for DT in the tertiary industry, which accounts for the largest share of micro business owners. In this study, indicators were derived through review of existing studies and FGI, and the validity and reliability of Likert 5 were measured for decision makers in the tertiary industry. In the field of digital literacy for micro business owners, a total of 22 indicators were developed, largely composed of basic technology environment competency, information utilization competency, information dissemination and production capability, and mind recognition capability. This study has academic significance in that it can contribute to accurately understanding the digital capabilities of micro business owners by developing a digital literacy index for micro business owners, a specific group lacking in research.

Given social problems of service addiction such as mobile messenger services(MMSs), many studies on service management and information systems have examined the negative outcomes of service addiction. MMS addiction significantly influences user's health and academic performance. In this regard, this study investigated the effects of MMS addiction on user's health and academic performance problems. We posit personal traits and service features as key antecedents of MMS addiction. The research framework was tested by using survey data collected from 162 university students who have frequently used Kakaotalk. The analysis results found that MMS addiction significantly influences users' health and academic performance problems. The findings of this study indicate that self-esteem and self-control play an important role in generating MMS addiction. While attention significantly affects MMS addiction, social relationship formation and perceived enjoyment are not significantly associated with MMS addiction. The analysis results help MMS providers and government establish policies or guidelines to induce healthy MMS use.

As financial deregulation policies implemented by the government, electronic financial service is improved but security concerns are increasing and ultimately weaken trust in the financial service. Electronic financial service becomes more and more dependant on the IT platform and the initiatives of access device is also gradually shift to that platform. As biometric sensor is mounted on the smartphone, structural change in the access device is coming. It must be a positive signs in terms of fintech development, in the other side, it can cause many problems such as weakness of regulation and ambiguity of principals of responsibility. So in this paper, by analysing this problem-the shift of service initiative-on the access device I'll propose the best way to the the legal amendments.

This paper aims to analyze the production efficiency in Korea's ten service sectors using DEA and its determinants utilizing a truncated-Tobit regression model and a censored-Tobit regression model in 2010-2019. This paper found: First, the Korean service sector's production efficiency in general has been significantly low and polarized. Especially, the inefficiency resulted from the scale inefficiency in the 'sewerage waste management industry.' Second, in the determinants analysis, the results show the positive effect of the investment and R&D expenses on technical efficiency, while FDI and lobbying expenses illustrate the negative impact. Moreover, it seems that the larger the industry, the higher the efficiency. Thus, the future Korean government's economic policy for the service sectors requires a mixed and integrated policy of the macroeconomic aspect such as active investment and R&D activities with microeconomic aspect including a convergence of FDI and human capital.

Since 2015, the government has been making efforts to distribute Korean smart farms. However, the supply is limited to large-scale facility vegetable farms due to the limitations of technology and current cultivation research data. In addition, the efficiency and reliability compared to the introduction cost are low due to the simple application of IT technology that does not consider the crop growth and cultivation environment. Therefore, in this paper, data analysis services was performed based on public and external data. To this end, a data-based target smart farm system was designed that is suitable for the situation of farms growing in facilities. To this end, a farm risk information notification service was developed. In addition, light environment maps were provided for proper fertilization. Finally, a disease prediction model for each cultivation crop was designed using temperature and humidity information of facility farms. Through this, it was possible to implement a smart farm data service by linking and utilizing existing smart farm sensor data. In addition, economic efficiency and data reliability can be secured for data utilization.

In this paper, we propose to improve the designation examination criteria of agencies that provide personal identity proofing based on the resident registration number (RRN), a 13-digit number uniquely assigned by the government to identify Korean citizens. In online commerce, etc., the personal identity proofing agency (PIPA) is a place where online users can prove their personal identity by presenting an alternative means instead of their RRN. The designation examination criteria for PIPAs established in 2012 is a revision of the relevant current laws, and there is a problem in applying the designation examination for alternative means of RRN as the current examination standard. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method to make the current examination criteria applicable to the newly designated examination of the personal identity proofing service provider based on the current RRN alternative method. According to the current designation examination criteria, only those who satisfy all the examination criteria are designated as the PIPA. However, in reality, it is not in line with the purpose of regulatory reform to require that all examination criteria be satisfied. In the proposed method, it is proposed to apply the standard score system for designation of PIPAs, to make the law current, to secure legal compliance, and to establish a new examination standard to provide a new alternative means of personal identity proofing service. By applying the proposed method to the PIPA designation examination, various alternative means of RRN can be utilized in the online commerce service market.
