의료의 질 개선 전문가 양성을 위한 체계 개발 연구 (Research of the Development of Training Program for Quality Improvement Experts)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to develop the qualification system for training of Quality improvement professionals who work for improving patients' safety and healthcare quality. Methods : Based on the various laws and regulations, and the operational status of other professionals' qualification systems, a basic plan of professional qualification system of QI was drawn. And through meetings with QI experts, the final scheme of the concrete qualification system was developed. Results : For management of professionals's certification or qualification, fairness and reliability are important. To do this, setting the official standard, providing a standardized training program and having appropriate qualification test are required. In order to operate the qualification system strategically, 1) the introduction step, 2) dissemination and expansion step, and 3) fusing step should be considered. As a governing body for QI specialists' qualification, 'QI professionals' qualification Center (tentative)' must have the committee to assure fairness, professionalism, and reliability. In addition, 'QI Experts Certification Department (tentative)" to develop standards for the qualification tests and conduct the tests program,' QI experts Education Department (tentative name)" must be able to operate and maintain the QI training for professional qualifications. QI professional qualification exam must be taken by everyone regardless of age, gender, race, occupation, education, and work experience. The examination should include management, leadership, strategic planning and design, quality management, health care information, patient safety culture. Practical training courses can have three step programs; beginning, intermediate and special level. Conclusion : The QI qualification system need strategic approaches for the experts working for healthcare quality improvement and patient safety. It should include the program of standardized contents and test, and operating protocol of the qualificaton system.

작동하중과 회전속도를 고려한 자동차용 휠 베어링의 수명평가 (Bearing Life Evaluation of Automotive Wheel Bearing Considering Operation Loading and Rotation Speed)

  • 자동차용 휠 베어링은 회전운동을 전달하고 차량의 무게를 지지해주는 중요한 부품이다. 최근 $CO_2$ 배출가스 저감과 연비 규제에 따라서 자동차 경량화 및 소형화 요구는 점점 증가하고 있고, 이에 부응하여 베어링의 수명 평가기술은 더욱 그 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 휠 베어링의 내구수명은 고려해야 할 인자들이 매우 다양하며 이들이 서로 복잡하게 연관되어 있으므로 수명을 예측하는 것이 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 자동차용 휠 베어링의 수명에 영향을 끼치는 많은 인자들 중에서 작동하중과 회전속도를 변화시키면서 수명을 시험하였고, 이를 ISO 국제표준에서 제안하는 이론수명인 기본정격수명과 보정정격수명 결과와 비교하였다. 이들 수명을 비교한 결과, 기본정격수명과 보정정격수명 모두 시험수명과 차이가 존재하며, 기본정격수명 보다 보정정격수명이 시험수명을 상대적으로 잘 예측함을 알 수 있었다.

대학(대학원) 졸업 후 의사 수련교육 거버넌스 고찰 (Review the Governance of Graduate Medical Education)

  • Education on the physician continues with undergraduate medical education, graduate medical education, and continuous medical education. The countries such as the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, German, and others are required to undergo training in the clinical field for 2 years after completing the national medical examination, and to become doctors after passing the clinical practice license test. Korea can obtain a medical license and become a clinical doctor at the same time if it passes written and practical tests after completing 6 years of undergraduate medical education or 4 years of graduate school. About 90% of medical school graduates replace clinical practice with 4-5 years of training to acquire professional qualifications, but this is an option for individual doctors rather than an extension of the licensing system under law. The medical professional qualification system is implemented by the Ministry of Health and Welfare on the regulation. In fact, under the supervision of the government, the Korean Hospital Association, the Korean Medical Association, and the Korean Academy of Medical Sciences progress most procedures. After training and becoming a specialist, the only thing that is given to a specialist is the right to mark him or her as a specialist in marking a medical institution and advertising. The government's guidelines for professional training are too restrictive, such as the recruitment method of residents, annual training courses of residents, dispatch rule of the residents, and the quota of residents of training hospitals. Although professional training systems are operated in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, most of them are organized and operated by public professional organizations and widely recognize the autonomy of academic institutions and hospitals. Korea should also introduce a compulsory education system after graduating from medical education and organize and initiate by autonomic public professional organization that meets global standards.

한국(韓國)의 전자정부(電子政府)와 거버넌스 향상 방안 (Exploration of Governance Improvement Measures through E-government of Korea)

  • 한국의 전자정부 구축 현황을 살펴보고 전자정부를 통하여 거버넌스의 향상에 기여할 수 있는 방안에 대해 고찰해 보았다. 한국의 전자정부는 구현 수준에 있어 국제적 평가에서 상위권에 위치하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으나 전자정부 발전의 최종단계인 통합처리의 관점에서는 지속적인 개선 노력이 필요한 상황으로 평가되었다. 한국의 전자정부가 거버넌스의 향상에 어느 정도 기여하고 있는가를 평가하기 위해 공급자와 이용자의 관점에서 전자정부의 활용도를 평가하였으며 거버넌스와 관련된 기능의 제공 및 활용이라는 정성적인 관점에서 활용도를 평가해 보았다. 한국의 전자정부 활용도는 정량적인 관점에서 상당한 수준에 도달해 있으나 거버넌스의 향상에 기여할 수 있는 이용목적이라는 정성적인 관점에서는 여전히 개선의 여지가 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 위와 같은 평가에 기반하여 전자정부를 통한 거버넌스 향상을 위해 필요한 고려사항들을 제시하였다.

기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)에 관한 연구 -LG전자를 중심으로- (The Study on the CSR -Focused on LG Electronics-)

  • CSR은 최근 기업들에게 중요한 이수로 대두되고 있으며 CSR활동은 더 이상 선택의 문제가 아니라 필수적인 활동으로 많은 기업들은 법을 준수하는 기초적인 차원이 아니라, 윤리적 책임을 넘어 사회적 책임을 다하려고 노력하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내의 대표적인 기업인 LG전자의 사례를 통해 LG그룹의 CSR방향성과 LG전자의 활동사례를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 LG전자의 CSR관련 자료 검토와 CSR관련부서의 미팅을 통해 본 연구를 수행하였다. LG전자는 LG그룹의 CSR에 대한 기본비전과 목표아래, 지속가능한 경영을 추구하깅 위해 사회, 환경, 경제를 균형적이면서도 통합적으로 고려한 CSR활동을 추진하였다. 특히 다양한 국제기준과 법규를 준수하면서 글로벌 시민으로서 역할을 충실히 수행하고 있다. 이러한 활동은 회사내부에서도 공식적인 업무의 범위로 인정받고 있으며 구성원들의 적극적인 참여 속에 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 LG전자의 활동은 CSR을 도입하려는 기업 뿐 만 아니라, CSR활동을 전개하고 있는 여타 다른 기업에게도 많은 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

Development of a Software Education Curriculum for Secondary Schools

  • With more emphasis on importance of software, many countries try to provide software education. Of course Korea includes informatics courses in 2015 revised curriculum, so that software education will be administered briskly in soon. However there are practical challenges including a lack of teaching hour in classes and the monotony of educational contents which occurs with that. To solve these problems, this research develop software education curriculum model that could be practically used for both middle and high school. First this study compare the curriculum of Korea to that of United States and United Kingdom. After analyzing the result, the curriculum model for middle and high school is developed. The curriculum model can be classified into three types, middle, high and advanced-high levels and include key concepts like collaboration and convergence, computational thinking, computing practice and programming, computers and communications devices, community, global, and ethical impacts. To assess the feasibility of our software education curriculum model, examination was made by expert group and a hearing was held by related researchers. Then the model was modified in a way that adjustable to Korea education system. This study provides some important guidances on designing a curriculum for software education at middle and high school. However, there still are difficulty adjusting to the elementary school and university course. To be able to further research, same kind of studies on elementary school and university course need to be done. Also, continuous modifications are required to reflect reality including technological advance, curriculum, and changes of education system.

Performance Modeling of an EPC Information Service System

  • To obtain visible and traceable information from the supply chain, HW/SW standards for the EPC global network, which process electronic product code (EPC) data read from Radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, are regarded as the de facto industry standard. Supply chain participants install information service systems and provide logistics information to partners by following the EPCglobal architecture framework. Although quality of service (QoS) is essential for providing dependable and scalable services as pointed out by Auto-ID Lab, only a few models for the performance analysis of QoS-related work have been developed in the context of EPC information service systems. Specifically, doing so allows alternative design choices to be tested in an easy and cost-effective manner and can highlight potential performance problems in designs long before any construction costs are incurred. Thus, in this study we construct a model of an EPC information service system for the purposes of performance analysis and designing a dependable system. We also develop a set of building blocks for analytical performance models. To illustrate how the model works, we determine the characteristics of an EPC information service system and then select a combination of these proven modeling concepts. We construct a performance model that considers the response time and shows how to derive meaningful performance values. Finally, we compare the analytical results to measurements of the EPC information service system.

Investigating the Relationship of Sustainability Factors with Project Management Success

  • One of the main concerns of the present age, is attending to the issue of sustainability that in recent decades, the concept of it has grown in terms of recognition and importance. Sustainability have defined further the development of the welfare and living standards of the present generation, without the lives of future generations is at stake. One of these tasks of the business is project management and today, "green or sustainable project management" as one of the most important global trends of project management have been identified. The issue of present study was to investigate the relationship of sustainability factors with success of a project. The population of the research consists of directors of oil and gas in the South Pars region including 150 people that according to Cochran formula, the number of samples were obtained 108 people. In this study, data collection was conducted based on a structured questionnaire that from a sample set of questions was used for sustainability impact on 6 scale of project management success. For this purpose, the whole five-item Likert has been used. Also for statistical analysis, PLS software was used. The results of path analysis at confidence level of 95%, showed a significant relationship exists between "sustainability factor" and "project success criteria." Since the correlation coefficient is positive, so this type of relationship is positive. Thus all the hypotheses at confidence level of 95 percent was confirmed and it became clear that there is a significant positive relationship between "sustainability factors" and "project success criteria."

정보교육의 전망과 과제: 미래 정보과 교육과정 개발 방향 (Perspectives and Challenges of Informatics Education: Suggestions for the Informatics Curriculum Revision)

  • 2015 개정 교육과정에서 소프트웨어 교육이 강조됨에 따라 중학교 정보 교과가 필수화 되고, 정보 교과의 핵심 역량인 정보문화소양, 컴퓨팅 사고력, 협력적 문제해결력을 중심으로 내용 체계 및 성취기준이 개발되었다. 2018년 현재 중학교 1학년을 대상으로 2015 정보과 교육과정이 처음 적용되고 있으며, 이를 지원하기 위해 교사 연수, 교육 프로그램 및 교재 개발 보급 등 다양한 정책들이 추진되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 최근 국내외 정보교육 정책의 변화에 따른 2015 개정 교육과정의 개선 이슈와 과제를 분석하고 미래 정보과 교육과정의 개발 방향을 제안하였다. 미래 정보과 교육과정 개발의 방향은 초 중등 정보교육의 연계성 및 정체성 확보에 중점을 두고 구체적 실행 방안을 함께 제시하였다.

재생에너지 탄소인증제도의 개발 방향성에 관한 연구 : 국제무역규범 및 환경라벨링 관련 무역 분쟁사례분석을 중심으로 (A Study on the Development Direction of the Renewable Energy Carbon Certification System: Focused on Analysis of International Trade Policy and the Dispute Cases Related to Environmental Labeling)

  • With the adoption of the Paris Agreement, a new climate regime is intensifying the global interest in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. In the meantime, Korea is preparing to introduce a new renewable energy carbon certification system in order to activate the use of renewable energy and to reduce carbon emissions in the entire life cycle of manufacturing and disposal of renewable energy facilities. Therefore, this study aims to identify the implications for the introduction of the carbon certification system and to establish a theoretical basis for the system design by examining the status of overseas carbon certification, international trade norms and trade disputes. As a result, carbon emissions certification is being implemented in developed countries such as EU, UK, France, USA and Japan, but only France, Germany and EU have adopted carbon certification for renewable energy sector. The analysis of the WTO TBT Agreement and GATT also confirmed the possibility of a violation of the international trade rules of the carbon certification system and derived nine international technical standards related to carbon certification. Finally, by examining the case of trade disputes related to environmental labeling, the minimum requirements to be considered at the institutional design stage were drawn to eliminate the possibility of trade disputes.
