Infinite competition on ICT industries is starting again. The basis of competence over global dominance will be human resource, a global ecosystem for products and national agenda for science and technology, etc.. This paper presents the six solution for the Global Competitiveness and Coexistence of Korean ICT Industries. Korea should nurture the brand of "World Best Korean ICT Forever" to secure technical competency of ICT related fields in global market. All ICT technologies should be aligned to global standard and market demand from beginning and the ecosystem around product needs to be established. System framework for utilizing the resource of core SW experts must be established. Through global partnership with China as manufacturing base for Korea-developed products, technical competency can be maintained including product planning. Security measure for technical assets is mandatory. Finally, core technology that will drive the future of ICT industries in Korea should be regarded as core subjects.

This study is descriptive research study to understand the impact of digital ethics-literacy, multicultural acceptance, and global citizenship of medical students' on cultural competency. The subjects for this study were the medical students of J city of Province of G, collecting data from first of October to 15th of October 2023. The tools used for this study consist of 178 questions which were 9 questions of general properties, 70 questions of digital ethics-literacy, 35 questions of multicultural acceptance, 3qustions of global citizenship and 33 questions of cultural competency. As a result of this study, the score of digital ethics-literacy was 2.67±0.85(out of 5), the score of multicultural acceptance was 3.62±1.08(out of 6), the score of global citizenship was 3.72±0.75(out of 5), and the score of cultural competency was 3.49±0.71(out of 5). There is a positive correlation between multicultural acceptance and global citizenship. The global citizenship was the factor affecting significantly on cultural competency. The power of explication was 20.8%. The education for accepting and understanding cultural diversity and offering opportunity of domestic and overseas volunteering programs so that global citizenship could be improved. There is also a need of development of integrative education programs in terms of multicultural education including direct and indirect digital media education which can perform medical service for various multicultural recipient on the medical site not an one-shot instiiled displine.

본 연구는 글로벌 경쟁으로 인해 지역 간의 벽은 사라지고, 고객의 욕구는 다양해지면서 시장과 기술의 급격한 변화가 일어나고 있다. 이에 미래성장 동력의 창출과 산업 경쟁력 향상을 위한 융합역량의 중요성은 점점 강조되어지고 있다. 기업들은 산업 경쟁력의 제고를 통하여 최적화된 글로벌 경영의 환경을 조성하고, 융합기술 활용을 위한 방향성과 전략수립을 통하여 기업의 효율성을 높이기 위한 혁신 수단들을 모색하여야 한다. 기업은 신제품 개발과 프로세스 혁신을 위한 내부적 자원기반인 동적역량들을 통하여 융합역량을 강화해 관련 신기술들을 최대한 수용하고 활용해야만 한다. 글로벌화된 시장과 기술에 대해서는 전략적 방향을 기업의 정형화된 기술역량에 맞추고, 프로세스에는 기술혁신에 필요한 융합역량을 반영할 때보다 높은 혁신성과를 기대할 수 있다. 시장과 기술지향성이 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향과 동적역량과 융합역량이 기술혁신성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지와 동적역량과 융합역량이 시장과 기술지향성과 간의 매개역할을 복합 통합적으로 실증하는 것에 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 위해 글로벌 및 다국적 기업으로 국제적 기업 활동 중 이거나 해외 지역에 본사를 두고 있는 기업들(51.4%)을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 선행연구들을 바탕으로 가설을 수립하고 수집된 데이터를 활용 경로분석과 소벨 테스트 등을 통해 실증 분석을 실시하였다.

To improve the efficiency of MC criticality calculation, an acceleration method of fission source convergence which gives an improved initial fission source is proposed. In this method, the MC global homogenization is carried out to obtain the macroscopic cross section of each material mesh, and then the nonlinear iterative solution of the SP3 equations is used to determine the fission source distribution. The calculated fission source is very close to the real fission source, which describes its space and energy distribution. This method is an automatic computation process and is tested by the C5G7 benchmark, the results show that this acceleration method is helpful to reduce the inactive cycles and overall running time.

This paper proposes a method for improving the performances of the neural network for optimization by an optimal estimation of initial states. The optimal initial state that leads to the global minimum is estimated by using the stochastic approximation. And then the update rule of Hopfield model, which is the high speed deterministic algorithm using the steepest descent rule, is applied to speed up the optimization. The proposed method has been applied to the tavelling salesman problems and an optimal task partition problems to evaluate the performances. The simulation results show that the convergence speed of the proposed method is higher than conventinal Hopfield model. Abe's method and Boltzmann machine with random initial neuron output setting, and the convergence rate to the global minimum is guaranteed with probability of 1. The proposed method gives better result as the problem size increases where it is more difficult for the randomized initial setting to give a good convergence.

This paper deals with the long - time behavior of global bounded solutions for a non-autonomous dispersive-dissipative equation with time-dependent nonlinear damping terms under the null Dirichlet boundary condition. By a new Lyapunov functional and Łojasiewicz-Simon inequality, we show that any global bounded solution converges to a steady state and get the rate of convergence as well, which depends on the decay of the non-autonomous term g(x, t), when damping coefficients are integral positive and positive-negative, respectively.

We show how the minimization can be used to solve the quadratic matrix equation and then compare two different types of conjugate gradient method which are Polak and Ribi$\acute{e}$re version and Fletcher and Reeves version. Finally, some results of the global and local convergence are shown.

In Suwon, the overall hygiene of the city is threatened by the emergence of the rook(Corvus fugilegus) in the city. Rooks began to appear in November of 2016 and has continued to appear from November to March every year. In order to eradicate or to prepare an alternative habitat for rooks, this study aimed to identify the preferred habitat and specific environmental variables. Therefore, in this work, we aim to understand the predicted distribution of rooks in Suwon City with citizen science and through MaxENT, the most widely utilized habitat modeling using citizen science to analyze the preferred habitat of harmful tides appearing in urban areas. In this study, seven environmental variables were chosen: biotope group complex, building floor, vegetation, euclidean distance from farmland, euclidean distance from streetlamp, and euclidean distance from pole and DEM. Among the estimated models, after the time period of sunrise (08:00~18:00) the contribution percentage were as following: euclidean distance from arable land(39.2%), DEM(25.5%), euclidean distance from streetlamp(22.3%), euclidean distance from pole(7.1%), biotope group complex(4.9%), building floor(1%), vegetation(0%). In the time period after sunset(18:00~08:00) the contribution percentage were as following: biotope group complex(437.4%), euclidean distance from pole(26.8%), DEM(13.4%), euclidean distance from streetlamp(11.8%), euclidean distance from farmland(7.9%), building floor(1.4%), vegetation(1.3%).

유전 알고리즘은 강인한 탐색과 최적화 기술이기는 하나 조기 수렴과 국부 최적해에 수렴하는 문제점들을 내포하고 있다. 모집단의 다양성이 작은 값으로 수렴할수록 탐색능력이 감소하고, 국부 최적해에 수렴하지만, 모집단의 다양성이 높은 값으로 수렴할수록 탐색능력이 증가하고 전역 최적해에 수렴할 수 있으나 유전 알고리즘은 발산할 수도 있다. 유전 알고리즘이 전역 최적해에 수렴하는 것을 보장하기 위해서는 유전 연산자가 적절하게 선정되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 조기 수렴으로부터 벗어나기 위하여 모집단의 다양성을 유지하도록 평균해밍거리와 적합도 값을 혼합한 함수를 이용한 유전 연산자들을 제안하였다. 모의실험을 통하여 다양성의 유지를 위한 돌연변이 연산자와 수렴 특성의 향상을 위한 다른 유전자들의 효과를 확인할 수 있었으며, 본 논문에서 제안한 유전 연산자들이 조기 수렴이나 국부 최적해에 수렴하는 경우를 피하는데 유용한 방법임이 확인되었다.
