대학특성과 전공을 고려한 대학생 핵심역량에 관한 연구: 호텔관광경영전공을 중심으로 (The Study on Essential Competencies for University Students in consideration of University Specialization and Major: Focusing on Hotel and Tourism Management)

  • 본 연구는 대학의 특성을 반영한 전체 대학생 및 호텔관광경영 전공에 요구되는 역량범주를 확인함으로써 역량기반 대학 및 호텔관광경영 전공의 교육과정 프레임워크 재구축을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 본 연구는 첫째, 핵심역량에 대한 이론적 실무적 선행연구의 검토에 기반하여 대학생의 핵심역량을 공통역량, 전공역량, 인성역량, 대학특성역량 등 4가지로 설정하고 둘째, 대학생을 대상으로 역량별 중요도와 성취도에 대한 설문으로 실증분석을 실시하여 본 연구에서 설정한 4가지 역량을 검증하였다. 셋째, 호텔관광경영 계열 진공과 기타 전공간 역량별 차이를 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과, 본 연구에서 설정한 4가지 역량범주가 타당하게 설정되었으며, 전공계열간 중요도, 역량수준, 교육적 요구가 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 호텔관광계열 전공이 기타 전공들에 비해 공통역량 및 인성역량의 중요도와 공통역량의 현 수준이 상대적으로 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

공통직무능력표준 개발연구: 국가기술자격법상 기술사 자격을 중심으로 (A Study for Developing Generic Competency Standards Focusing on Professional Engineer Qualification in National Technical Qualification Act)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 교육훈련-자격-노동시장의 연계 차원에서 기술사 제도를 관리 운영할 수 있는 인프라 구축을 위하여 기술사 공통직무능력표준을 개발하고, 둘째, 기술사의 공통직무능력표준을 검정기준, 출제기준, 면접시험 기준 등의 개선에 활용할 뿐만 아니라 기술사 계속교육훈련과정 개발, 공과대학 등의 정규교육과정 개발, 기업의 인사관리제도 개선 등에 활용할 수 있도록 함으로써 우리나라 기술사 관련 제도를 국제적 수준으로 개선할 수 있도록 기본여건을 마련하는데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 직무능력표준과 관련된 이론적 문헌과 선행 연구 결과를 바탕으로 직무능력표준 개념 정의와 직무능력표준 개발 방법 등에 대해서 논의하였고, 이에 기반하여 우리나라 기술사 공통직무능력표준 개발의 방향을 제시하였다. 더불어 뉴질랜드, 영국과 같이 기술사 공통직무능력표준을 제정하여 활용하고 있는 사례와 국제기술사의 직무능력표준을 조사 분석하여 우리나라의 기술사 공통직무능력표준 개발 시 고려하여야 할 사항에 대해서 살펴보았다. 설문조사 결과에 기반하여 연구진이 도출한 공통직무능력표준(안)을 최종적으로 수정?보완하여 기술사 공통직무능력표준(안)의 최종(안)을 마련하였다.

2016 한의사 역량모델 정립 및 활용 방안 (2016 Competency Modeling for Doctor of Korean Medicine & Application Plans)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to develop a competency model for the Korean medicine doctors and find application plans for the future education in Korean medicine. Methods: Based on literature review, we drafted a competency model framework for modeling and defined competencies using generic model overlay method. Also we conducted a FGI with 20 extension specialists in Korean medicine to validate competency model. Results: Findings are 5 domains and 15 competencies. 5 domains have optimal patient care, reasonable communication skill, professionalism enhancement, performing social accountability, and efficient clinical management. 3 competencies are included in 5 domains each. With this model, 4 ways of application plans are shown to apply for the future competency-based education in Korean medicine. Conclusion: Developed 2016 competency model for the Korean medicine doctors can be a first huge step to innovate education in Korean medicine toward competency-based educational system.

Identification of the competency gaps of the employees: DMRC

  • Purpose - The paper aims to study competency mapping in the organization and how does HR department focuses to provide a definitive road map to understand, design and implement competency models in the organization. Research Design, Data and Methodology - Descriptive research design has been used in the study. The sample size of the study is 75 consisting of employees working at DMRC, barakhamba road. A structured questionnaire was designed to collect the primary data. SPSS has been used to analyze the responses of the questionnaires. Results- DMRC frequently employs some form of competency mapping to understand how to most effectively employ the competencies of strengths of workers. Conclusion - To conclude, it was found that the company has cost effective system to recruit and select people which is working satisfactorily.

공학역량에 대한 산업체의 요구분석 (Industry Needs Assessment on Engineering Competency)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational needs of the industry for engineering education using the engineering competency scale. For needs assessment, t-test, Borich Needs Assessment and the Locus for Focus(LFF) were conducted using 400 employees' answers of industry. The results of this analysis are as follows. First, there was a significant difference between the level of importance and actual level. Second, all items were ranked using the Borich's needs assessment formula. Third, as a result of LFF model, 19 items were placed in the highest priority HH section. Fourth, 17 items with the highest priority in engineering education were selected. Finally, the highest educational needs were 6 items related with interpersonal skills, 2 items related with leadership, and 9 items related with professional attitude and ability. Based on the results of this paper, it is necessary to develop and operate an education program to reduce the gap between the industry requirement and the current level of engineering students.

호주의 공학기사 양성과정(전문학사, 고급 디플로마)의 성격과 운영 비교 (Comparison of Characteristic and Implementation of Engineers Associate Qualifications(Associate degree and Advanced diploma) in Australia)

  • This paper investigates the characteristics and implementation of associate degree and advanced diploma in Australia, which belong to level 6 in AQF, to gain meaningful implications for engineering associate education in Korea. In Australian Qualification Framework and Engineers Australia's national generic competency standards are regarded as common benchmark for both qualifications. Training packages for advanced diploma were changed according to the subject/and national benchmark. and were developed to meet the needs of technical workers and para-professionals in the engineering field. The author recommends three suggestions from the findings - leadership of ABEEK for making benchmark for associate degree program in engineering in Korea, in which competency-based curriculum is currently being adopted by policy. development of outcomes descriptor of qualification and educational responsibilities.

집단 창의성 교육을 위한 방안으로서 과학 교육에 디자인적 사고의 도입과 속성 탐색 (The Introduction of Design Thinking to Science Education and Exploration of Its Characterizations as a Method for Group Creativity Education)

  • 최근 미래 인재가 갖추어야 할 21세기 핵심 역량으로서 집단 창의성이 강조됨에 따라, 집단 창의성 계발 방안으로서 협업과 공감을 강조하는 디자인적 사고를 과학 교육에 도입하는 방안을 고려해 볼 필요가 있다. 그리고 디자인적 사고의 효과적인 도입과 전략 마련을 위하여 디자인적 사고에 대한 이해가 선행될 필요가 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 일반모델 덧씌우기 방법, 초점집단면접, 중요사건기법 분석을 통해 디자인적 사고의 속성을 규명하였다. 연구 결과, 4개의 역량군과 15개의 핵심 역량을 추출할 수 있었다. 즉, '팀의 조직', '의사소통', '자기조절', '설득력', '주도성'의 5개 역량으로 구성된 협업 역량군, '분석적 사고력', '전략적 사고력', '직관적 사고력'의 3개 역량으로 구성된 통합적 사고 역량군, '사용자 지향', '관계형성', '대인이해'의 3개 역량으로 구성된 인간중심 역량군, '성취지향', '정보수집', '호기심', '유연성'의 4개 역량으로 구성된 다학제 역량군을 들 수 있다. 이 연구 결과는 국내 과학 교육에 디자인적 사고를 효과적으로 도입하고, 집단 창의성 계발을 위한 프로그램 개발이나 전략 마련 등을 위한 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

방사선사법 제정의 필요성 (The Necessity of Redefining the Radiological Technologist Independent Law)

  • According to the changes of the medical environment of the times, it is necessary to discuss the issues of the doctor's medical guidance and to conduct continuous research so that alternatives can be prepared systematically. Furthermore, in order to enhance the professionalism of radiological technologists and to develop the medical technician system, the new Radiological Technologist Independent Act has been established, which contains the overall contents of the scope of work, professional qualifications, and specialized education of radiological technologists, and provides quality medical services to patients through professional procedures and treatment. In order to increase the level of medical care, the purpose, definition, mission, role, and scope of work specified in the Medical Act, Medical Service Technologists, etc. Act, the Enforcement Decree, and the Enforcement Rules were variously analyzed and new directions were presented. First, the definition of a medical technician should use a generic term so that the factors of conflict and prejudice could be resolved. Second, change the doctor's guide to doctor's prescription; and then legislate the authority to sign and write medical records after examination by radiological technologists, thereby prohibiting unlicensed technicians that seriously endanger patient safety. Third, an accurate definition of radiological technologists' roles should be established; not only selection and management of radiological technologists' work but also procedures and treatment for each radiology field should be specified to suit the current medical system. Fourth, a professional radiological technologists' qualification system and a specialized education system should be established in order to secure human resources that could provide patients trust in procedures and treatment based on professional knowledge and experience in the field of radiology. Fifth, the Education and Evaluation Institute should be operated in Korea education system to educate the professional knowledge and competency for students. In addition, it is necessary to in-depth analysis of foreign cases could be applied to the medical system and education system in Korea; it could strive to nurture systematic human resources.
