본 연구에서는 강원 지역에 거주하는 대학(원)생과 비거주하는 대학(원)생 750명을 대상으로 강원 지역의 재난특성, 방재의식 수준 등에 대한 조사를 수행하였다. 분석결과, 응답자 모두 강원 지역의 재난발생 가능성(74.0%)이 가장 높은 것으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 강원도 거주자 군은 비거주자 군에 비해 풍수해와 산불 피해의 발생가능성이 높다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 강원도 지역에 재난이 많이 발생하는 원인은 불리한 자연조건, 방재시설의 부족, 지역주민의 방재의식 부족을 그 요인으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 강원도 지역의 방재의식을 고취하기 위한 방법으로는 방재관련 시설의 확충과 방재관련 교육을 중요하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 재난교육에 대한 경험이 없는 응답자가 전체의 62.1%로 조사되어 재난교육의 확대가 필요함을 알 수 있다.

DMZ is came from the antagonism of ideology of the cold war and will of peace embodiment of Gangwon province, the only divided province in the world, at the time of opening physical distribution transportation time on ground between south and north Korea. Analyze the central plan of Gangwon province that includes Mt. Geumgang sightseeing, the Gyeongwon line and the Donghae line. As regaining the overland route with Eurasian continent that lost because of the division of Korea into north and south, We have lived as people in a island country actually for the last 60 years. we should extend the racial imagination that lean toward the ocean to the continent again. As we present the use of efficient overland distribution transportation that is endowed with the fitness of the Gangwon province's plan to make a new developing opportunity physically and mentally. we would seek the revitalization of Gangwon economy and inter Korean trade.

Gangwon province has been chosen as a health tourism site by one of the nation level projects from 2008. This study surveyed local governments in the province in 2009, in order to develop suitable approaches to health tourism for the province. From the result, all respondents supported the health tourism in their city. Furthermore, an appropriate type of health tourism for the province identified as health promotion whereby the natural environment rather than advanced medical care. To respond to this, cooperation between local governments and hospitals is important, thus Gangwon province should seek the strategies for this.

The propose of this study is to survey the revetments installed in Gangwon Province for identifying their characteristics. The survey showed that in eastern Gangwon Province, gabion, retaining wall and concrete blocks took about 63% or more, and in western Gangwon Province, dry wall, gabion and retaining wall, 68% or more. Gabion and dry wall had better vegetation coverage in western Gangwon Province than in eastern Gangwon Province. That is thought to be due to slope of river and under-water frequency.

This study attempted to develop the directions for developing customized health tourism programs of Gangwon province. The data was collected by telephone surveys for 500 citizens in a metropolitan and regional cities in Korea in 2009. In conclusion, the province has many advantages to develop health tourism industries because the image of Gangwon health tour was represented to be generally positive and more than 65% of respondents were interested in participating health tourism of the province. The respondents also considered that the purpose of the tour is for relaxation rather than medical treatments. However, it requires flexible seasonal employment, scientific investigations of the natural environmental treatments and connectionwithleisureactivities, also need to collaborated with health and hospital services.

RAPD를 이용한 유연관계 분석에서는 유사도 0.37을 기준으로 2번과 8번 계통을 제외하고 21개 품종은 두 개의 그룹으로 나누어졌다. 그룹 1에는 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 13번 계통이 분포하고, 그룹 2에는 나머지가 분포하였다.

Serious social problems related to the elderly have appeared in the Gangwon Province because the population in this area is rapidly aging. Gangwon has the highest suicide rate and the highest percentage of single households. In the process of preparing for the super-aging society, Time Bank (TB) System has been actively used in 34 countries, especially in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan. In Korea, the Gumi Senior Club has joined this system since 2004. TB is a multilateral exchanged system based on the philosophy that everyone's time is valued equally. Time credits are given to the person who provides social services, such as citizen participation and elderly care. People receive the desired services using time credits or donating them. If this system were applied to the Gangwon Province in accordance with its characteristics, it would help to reduce the elderly's prejudices and manage their diverse health problems. A virtual local currency using IT technologies is needed to boost the regional economy. The elderly's participation in TB is strongly needed. Future research about the effectiveness of health management is then discussed.

잎새버섯 봉지재배에 적합한 영양원을 구명하기 위하여 밀기울, 건비지 및 맥주박을 다양하게 혼합하여 생육 및 수량특성을 조사한 결과, 수확소요일수는 혼합배지 Mix II가 61.3일로 가장 적었으며, 수량에서는 혼합배지 Mix IV가 142.6g으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 밀기울과 맥주박의 적정 혼합율을 구명하기 위한 시험 결과, 맥주박 첨가율이 높아질수록 수확소요일수가 줄어들었으며, 수량은 맥주박 15%와 밀기울 5% 혼합율 처리에서 140.8 g으로 가장 높게 나타났다.

산느타리버섯의 원목재배 시험결과 플라스틱 콘테이너 상자($50cm{\times}35cm{\times}30cm$)내에 토양매립하였을 경우 '향산' 품종에서는 원목당 수량이 340 g 정도로 톱밥종균 접종과 액체종균 접종에서 큰 차이가 없었고, '호산' 품종에서는 톱밥종균 접종이 원목당 450 g으로 수량이 높았으나 액체종균 접종은 259 g으로 낮게 나타났다. 원목을 비가림하우스내 토양에 매립하였을 경우 미루나무에 비해 가중나무의 수량이 높게 나타났고, 품종에 있어서는 '향산' 품종보다 '호산' 품종의 수량이 더 높게 나타났다. 산느타리버섯의 적정 수종 선발시험에서는 버드나무와 벚나무가 '호산' 품종 및 '향산' 품종 모두에서 수량이 높게 나타났다.

최근 설포닐우레아계 제초제에 저항성을 보이는 논잡초의 발생이 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이를 효과적으로 방제하는 시스템을 구축하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자, 강원도 쌀 재배 농업인들을 대상으로 잡초 발생 및 제초제 사용에 대한 설문조사를 하였다. 많이 발생하는 잡초는 물달개비, 벗풀, 올챙이고랭이, 피류 등이었으며, 주로 사용하는 제초제는 옥사디아존유제, 뷰타클로르 입제, 옥사디아길 유제, 벤조비사이클론 이마조설퓨론 피리미노박메칠 액상수화제 등이었다. 농업인들이 저항성으로 의심하는 잡초로는 올챙이고랭이, 벗풀, 피류, 물달개비 등이 있는데, 앞으로 모니터링을 통하여 정밀 조사가 필요하며, 저항성 잡초에 대한 효율적인 방제로 생산비를 줄이고 작물수량을 높일 수 있다.
