We introduce the notions of intuitionistic fuzzy prime ideals, intuitionistic fuzzy completely prime ideals and intuitionistic fuzzy weakly completely prime ideals. And we give a characterization of intuitionistic fuzzy ideals and establish relationships between intuitionistic fuzzy completely prime ideals and intuitionistic fuzzy weakly completely prime ideals.

In this paper, we propose the fuzzy inference algorithm with multi-layer structure. MFIS(Multi-layer Fuzzy Inference System) uses PNN(Polynomial Neural networks) structure and the fuzzy inference method. The PNN is the extended structure of the GMDH(Group Method of Data Hendling), and uses several types of polynomials such as linear, quadratic and cubic, as well as the biquadratic polynomial used in the GMDH. In the fuzzy inference method, the simplified and regression polynomial inference methods are used. Here, the regression polynomial inference is based on consequence of fuzzy rules with the polynomial equations such as linear, quadratic and cubic equation. Each node of the MFIS is defined as fuzzy rules and its structure is a kind of neuro-fuzzy structure. We use the training and testing data set to obtain a balance between the approximation and the generalization of process model. Several numerical examples are used to evaluate the performance of the our proposed model.

We apply the concept of interval-valued fuzzy sets to theory of semigroups. We give some properties of interval-valued fuzzy ideals and interval-valued fuzzy bi-ideals, and characterize which is left [right] simple, left [right] duo and a semilattice of left [right] simple semigroups or another type of semigroups in terms of interval-valued fuzzy ideals and intervalvalued fuzzy bi-ideals.

First, we investigate some properties of fuzzy compactness. Second, we introduce the concept of fuzzy local compactness in fuzzy topological space and study some of its properties. Finally, we investigate some relations between F-compactness in fuzzy topological spaces and one in fuzzy hyperspaces.

In this paper, we suggested a neuro-fuzzy learning algorithm for tuning fuzzy rules, in which a fuzzy system model is of additive-type. Using the method, it is possible to reduce the computation size, since performing the fuzzy inference and tuning the fuzzy rules of each fuzzy subsystem model are independent. Moreover, the efficiency of suggested method is shown by means of a numerical example.

By using the new concepts of fuzzy equivalence relations and fuzzy partitions which Dib and Youssef introduced, we obtains fuzzy analogues of many results concerning ordinary equivalence relations and partitions. Also, we give some examples.

We would like to generalize about trapezoidal fuzzy set and to calculate four operations based on the Zadeh's extension principle for two generalized trapezoidal fuzzy sets. And we roll up triangular fuzzy numbers and generalized triangular fuzzy sets into it. Since triangular fuzzy numbers and generalized triangular fuzzy sets are generalized trapezoidal fuzzy sets, we need no more the separate painstaking calculations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division for two such kinds once the operations are done for generalized trapezoidal fuzzy sets.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of level subgroups of an intuitionistic fuzzy subgroup, and study some properties of level subgroups in the first part of the paper. These level subgroups in turn play an important role in the characterization of all intuitionistic fuzzy subgroups of a prime cyclic group.
