Consumer Acceptance of Mobile Gift Certificates - Focused on UTAUT2 - (밀레니얼 세대의 모바일 상품권 수용태도에 관한 연구 - 확장된 통합기술수용모형을 중심으로 -)

  • With the development and spread of smart devices, the proportion of mobile shopping is gradually increasing, and the market for mobile gift certificates is also increasing. This study examines the usage status and acceptance attitude of mobile gift certificates for university students who are major customers of mobile gift certificates. Also, based on the extended integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT2), the results of the analysis of the mediating effect of the intention of the user on the relationship between acceptance of mobile vouchers and recommendation intention were presented. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that the effort expectation, hedonic motivation, price utility, and habit had significant influence on the intention to use the mobile gift certificates. Also, the intention to use mobile gift certificates has mediating effects between effort expectation, hedonic motivation, price utility and recommendation intention. The results of this study can be applied to strategic marketing such as recruitment of new customers through mobile gift certificates while explaining customers' acceptance of technology to mobile gift vouchers or future prospective customers.

Comparative Study on the Perception of Specializing Libraries of Non-Specialized Library Librarians and Users (도서관 특화에 대한 비특화도서관 사서와 이용자의 인식비교 연구)

  • In this study, development directions for smooth introduction of transferring non-specialized libraries to specialized libraries are suggested based on the analysis conducted on non-specialized library librarians and users to investigate and analyze the comparative requirements for specializing libraries, specialization topics, demand for spaces and programs for specialization and view of important factors of each area when operating specialized libraries in future. As a result, first, when introducing a specialized library, it is necessary to derive a specialized topic that can identify and provide the characteristics of the region and the status of existing library. And a demand analysis. Based on this, the subject should be selected through the demand survey of the local residents. Second, from the stand point of targeted subjects of specialized service, it is necessary to provide tailored services by understanding the service range for each age group based on local population distribution and library user analysis. Third, experience-type, lecture-type and view-type can be suggested for specialized programs, considering the characteristics of the specialized subject field. It is ideal to operate combination of the three based on the subject filed details. Also, the characteristics of the subject and the types of program should be considered for specialized spaces. Finally, in order to systematically operate and promote specialized libraries, allocating dedicated personnel, linking with other institutions and strategies of promotion and marketing should be considered.

An Analysis of Drawing Government Supporting Policies for Mutual Growth of Shippers and Ship owners using CFPR method (CFPR을 이용한 선사 및 화주 상생을 위한 정책지원방안 도출에 관한 연구)

  • The failure of company management that does not overcome the recession of shipping economy has negative impact on front-end and back-end industries in relation to shipping industry overall. This study aims to derive a measure of government policy support for win-win of ship owners and shippers by performing a survey with experts in ship owners, shippers, and port-related institutions. This study employed a consistent fuzzy preference relation (CFPR) method to provide the priority of government policies. The study results showed that out of all 14 policies, the policy perceived most important was "expansion of participation in share of shipping company or ships of shipper (0.102)" followed by "strengthening of national shipper-centered service quality (0.101)", and "providing a long-term transportation contract model of container cargo (0.085)". To recover the Korean shipping industry via win-win of ship owners and shipper, the policy enforcement is important through correct government policy establishment and priority selection. In this regard, this study contributed to proposing policies and priority of the policies. For the future study, detailed analysis on comparison of perception difference among stakeholders in the shipping industry is needed.

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the mediating effect of followership characteristics when the components of transformational leadership influences the innovative behavior of follower. For this study, response data of nationwide 551 workers were finally analyzed using SPSS 24 and Process Macro 3.5. The research results are as follows. All of the components of transformational leadership had a positive(+) effect on innovative behavior. In this process, team spirit, the characteristic of followership, was confirmed to have a mediating effect in all relationships. Perception of goal alignment and active orientation were found to have mediating effects in some types of combination. On the other hand, critical thinking had no mediating effect. This study has academic significance that variables with complex characteristics were divided into sub-characteristics for analyzing. In practice, it is suggested that there is an effective combination type for each characteristic of the variables in promoting the innovative behavior of follower. Based on the research results, the limitations of the research and future research tasks were presented.

The Influence of Cultural Program Commitment on Career Perception & Development of Children and Adolescents Using Local Children Centers' Services - The Mediating Effects of Self-Efficacy Moderated by Social Support (지역아동센터 이용 아동·청소년의 문화프로그램 몰입이 진로인식 및 진로발달에 미치는 영향 - 사회적지지에 의해 조절된 자기효능감의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy moderated by social support in the influence of local children's center cultural program commitment on career awareness and development of children and adolescents using Local Children Centers' Services. For this purpose, the questionnaires of local children's center cultural program commitment, career awareness and development, social support, and self-efficacy was conducted to 190 elementary school students in the 3rd grade and middle and high school in 22 children's centers in N city. The statistical packages were SPSS PC+ 25.0 and SPSS MACRO. The main results are as follows: First, cultural program commitment had positive correlation with self-efficacy, social support, career awareness and career development. Also, self-efficacy had a positive correlation with social support, career awareness and career development, and social support had a positive correlation with career awareness and career development. Second, the hypothesis model was supported that cultural program commitment positively affects career awareness mediated by self-efficacy moderated by social support. In other words, the more they participated and commited in cultural programs, the more self-efficacy increased leading to more career awareness. Also, the more social support was felt, the more the positive influence of cultural program commitment on self-efficacy increased. Also, the more social support was felt, the more positive influence of cultural program commitment on self-efficacy increased. The limitation and future tasks were discussed.

Factors Affecting the Threat Awareness of Multiculture Society: Focusing on the Differences in Perception of Koreans and Resident Foreigners in Korea (다문화 사회의 위협인식에 대한 영향요인: 한국인과 거주 외국인의 인식차이를 중심으로)

  • Increase of immigrants in Korean society means that ethnic and cultural diversity witnessed in Western immigration countries is also appearing in overall Korean society. The purpose of this study is to suggest policy directions which fit multicultural society in the future by comparing and analyzing the difference in the recognition of multiculturalism between Koreans and immigrants. As the result of empirical analysis, it turned out that there is difference in recognition between Koreans and immigrants, for which different policy directions are required. First, it was contact experience that decided Koreans' multicultural attitudes. High level of influence of contact experience means that although Koreans take multicultural society as granted, they actually have low level of contact experience with immigrants, which requires policy tools to convert actual strengthened contact experience into positive directions. Second, in the case of immigrants, the less they recognize discrimination and the more bias is fortified, the more they accept multiculturalism as a threat. This exhibits their dual sense of identity in which they recognize themselves as foreigners toward Koreans but they distinguish themselves from other foreigners. Thus, assimilation to Korean society is not deemed to be the only alternative and Korean society needs to practice genuine multiculturalism to strengthen immigrants' ethnic identity. Study also conducted in-depth discussions on the implications of above results.

  • Laos' 2017 is a year of political "stagnation" and economic "change". In the political arena, despite the achievements such as the improvement of the corruption perception index (CPI), it is necessary to watch the progress of the reform. Diplomatically, the influence of China is expected to increase further. In particular, since November 2017, Xi Jinping's visit to Laos is expected to strengthen the framework of cooperation between the economic corridor and Lanchang-Mekong Cooperation Meeting. And Laos continued to have friendly relations with other neighboring countries, the ASEAN countries. However, the issue of the Laos-Cambodian border issue following the general election in Cambodia may recur. The economic sector maintained a high growth rate due to capital inflows from the construction of large infrastructures and the favorable tourism industry, but structural problems such as deficits in the fiscal and current account should be resolved. Korea and Laos discussed the comprehensive cooperation between the two countries through the Mekong Senior Officials' Meeting in March 2017 and the Ministerial Meeting of the Korean-Lao Foreign Minister in September 2017. Laos is Korea's eighth ODA aid (grant), and ODA will become an important diplomatic cooperation channel between the two countries in the future. In the economic relationship, the trade sector is on a declining trend, but investment and human exchanges are steadily increasing.

The Effects of Types of Self-Identity on Quasi-social Interactions and Information Sharing Intentions with Facebook Opinion Leaders (자아정체성의 유형이 페이스북 의견 지도자와의 준사회적 상호작용 및 정보공유 의도에 미치는 효과)

  • Nowadays, opinion leaders influence the formation of public opinion on various issues in social network services. There has been a lack of research on the personal characteristics that inspire users to interact with opinion leaders and show intent to act. This paper verifies how the disposition of Facebook users' self-identity affects the quasi-social interaction with opinion leaders on Facebook and the intention to share information. As the perception and behavior of users on social media platforms differ depending on the type of issue, an online survey was conducted by classifying issue types into life culture and political sectors. Research found that personal identity had a significant positive effect on quasi-social interactions in the life culture and politics sectors, while group identity negatively affected quasi-social interactions. In addition, the intention to share information was confirmed to have a significant effect only in the life and culture areas of self-identity (social and group identity). Quasi-social interaction was confirmed to have a significant positive effect on all issue areas. The results of this study suggest the need to consider variations in opinion leader marketing strategies based on the types of self-identity of Facebook users in the future. In addition, the study shows that raising the level of quasi-social interaction at the corporate level without distinction of issue types can lead to effective results.

  • The core competencies such as technology have been rapidly developing with advent of the fourth industrial revolution. One of the representative technologies in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution is artificial intelligence(AI). In particular, AI makes human life richer and more comfortable and has many positive aspects. The negative aspect is that AI is likely to replace the organizational members' job and has the ability to replace skills associated with it. These threats may increase the level of perception that organizational members may loss their job. Moreover, it may lead to a sense of anxiety. In addition, organizational members who perceive job uncertainty highly, the job substitution anxiety may be become highly. According to this, their job satisfaction can be lower. Overall, this research emphasized the negative aspects of AI in contrast to the positive aspects of the fourth industrial era. It is also emphasized that the organization should need to recognize such problems and seek solutions to reduce workers' anxiety. Finally, practical implications and research directions of future study were presented through the research results.

The Relationship between Income Instability and Psychological Condition of Real Estate Price Changes and Willingness to Adjust Real Estate Holding Ratio (소득의 불안정성과 부동산가격변동에 대한 태도 및 부동산보유비중 조정의향 간의 관련성)

  • As many government policies have been announced today regarding real estate, especially housing, interest in prices in the housing market has increased significantly. In this study, I would like to present the direction of government policies by analyzing the relationship among income instability, the psychological condition of real estate price changes and willingness to adjust real estate holding ratio. First, major variables were extracted through the prior study review, and using a survey, data were collected and path analysis was conducted. According to the analysis, the current income instability had a negative impact on the psychological condition of real estate price changes, and a positive influence on the willingness to adjust real estate holding ratio, but the psychological condition of real estate price changes did not have a statistically significant impact on the willingness to adjust real estate holding ratio. Thus, the difference analysis was conducted between groups by dividing the ages and the number of dependents respectively. According to the analysis, the impact of income instability and psychological condition of real estate price changes on willingness to adjust real estate holding ratio differed between groups divided by ages and number of dependents. The results of this analysis will help the government to establish real estate policies and help each household to use the analysis as basic data when they make a decision about real estate. On the other hand, this study has limitations that have only been conducted cross-sectional analysis and analyzing time series changes and differences in perception between regions are going to be conducted in a future study.
