For this purpose, 406 data samples were collected from the college students. SPSS was used for the analysis of descriptive statistics, reliability, correlation, AMOS for the evaluation of structural equation model and the mediating effect, and Mplus for the double mediating effect. Following is the summarization of the study. First, the displaced aggression has a positive relation with parental psychological control, internalized shame, and rejection sensitivity. Also, there were positive relations between internalized shame and parental psychological control, parental psychological control and rejection sensitivity, and internalized shame and rejection sensitivity. Second, internalized shame has a full mediation effect between parental psychological control and displaced aggression. Third, rejection sensitivity has not a mediation effect between parental psychological control and displaced aggression. Fourth, internalized shame and rejection sensitivity were identified as double mediation variables between parental psychological control and displaced aggression. This result inspires the college student's displaced aggression and can be useful in college student's counseling settings. Meanings, limitations and suggest for future research were discussed.

  • The purpose of the present study is to examine relationships between disconnection and rejection schema, defense mechanism, and mental health in college students using structural equation modeling. The present study suggested a proposed model in which defense mechanism exerted a full mediating effect on the relation between disconnection and rejection schema and mental health. Goodness of fit tests were used to compare the proposed model against competing models. The subjects consisted of 304 college students. They completed the Young Schema Questionnaire(YSQ-SF), the Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ), and the Mental Health Scale. The results showed that the second model had a better goodness of fit. Based on these findings, it is suggested that psychological interventions for mental health in college students should consider strategies to use more flexible and more adaptive defense mechanism style.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effects of psychological empowerment between participative leadership and creative behavior. Especially, it aims to analyze the unidimension and multidimension of psychological empowerment in an integrated manner, and to suggest effective practice of participative leadership together with theoretical and methodological implications. In this study, the dependent variable was measured separately with time lag as a method to solve the common method bias that can be shown by the self-report type survey method, and positive emotions and negative emotions expressing emotional states in job situations were employed as control variables along with rank. A total of 283 questionnaires were collected from employees who work for companies in various industries with more than 300 domestic employees. SPSS PROCESS macro program('model 4') was used for statistical analysis. Results, First, the full mediation effect of psychological empowerment(unidimension) was confirmed in the relationship between participative leadership and creative behavior. Second, the analysis of the multidimension of psychological empowerment revealed the full mediating effect of meaning, self-determination, and impact, and the mediating effect of competence was not significant. Third, as a result of comparing the mediating effects of unidimension of psychological empowerment and the mediating effects of multidimension, the magnitude of mediating effect of unidimension was found to be much greater than mediating effect of multidimension. And The magnitudes of the three multidimensional mediating effects were similar. This is a case in which the motivational model of participative leadership revealed in the overseas study is proven in the domestic management environment and is significant in that it is the basis of future research. Based on the results of the empirical studies, the implications and limitations of the study and future research directions are presented.

The results showed the partial mediating effects of depression on the relationship between emotional labor and somatic symptoms. 3. The results showed the full mediating effects of depression on the relationship between emotional labor and insomnia. On the basis of the results, we suggest the necessity of dealing with emotional dissonance and depression in non-medical hospital workers' emotional labor and health issues.

  • The main objective of this study is to examine the mediating effect of 'e-trust' on the relationship between the antecedents related to e-marketplace and the intention of using e-marketplace. Data was collected from a survey of 169 exporting firms in Gwangju, Korea. The results of the study are as follows ; First, 'e-trust' is produced a mediating effect when technology and government factors affect the intention of using e-marketplace. However, "e-trust" does not play a mediating role in the relationship between company factor and the intention of using e-marketplace. Second, technology factor, government factor and company factor have a positive impacts on the intention of using e-marketplace. Accordingly, in order to enhance the intention of using e-marketplace, small & medium exporting firms in Korea should try more to prepare for factors related to technology and company. In addition to these, government should give full support to be prepared for regulations and systems related to e-marketplace. If e-trust were properly built, the enhancement of using e-marketplace would be taken place more smoothly. So most of exporting firms can participate in e-marketplace more actively.

  • Objective : The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship among job stress, depression, and suicidal ideation in firefighters, particularly the mediating effects of depression. Methods : The subjects were 2,136 firefighters in Gangwon-do, who completed the short form of Korean occupational stress scale (KOSS-SF), Korean version of the Beck depression inventory (K-BDI), and the revised scale for suicide ideation (SSI) online in mental health promotion service of firefighters. The data was analyzed with correlation analysis among the variables, and the multiple regression analysis method of Bar-on and Kenny (1986) was used. Results : Job stress showed positive correlations with depression (r=0.493, p <0.01) and suicidal ideation (r=0.296, p<0.01). Depression showed a positive correlation with suicidal ideation (r=0.561, p<0.01). The result of analyzing the mediating effect of depression showed that depression was a full mediator variable between job stress and suicidal ideation. Conclusion : Based on the results, it is very likely that job stress may affect suicidal ideation via depression. These results suggested that the preventive interventions emphasized on depression may be helpful for reduction of suicide in firefighters.
