초등학생의 음주 및 흡연 경험, 인터넷 중독 영향 요인 (Factors Associated with Drinking Experience, Smoking Experience, and Internet Addiction among Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 고학년 학생의 음주 및 흡연 경험, 인터넷 중독 정도를 파악하고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 조사연구로, 경기도 G시 소재 3개 초등학교에 재학 중인 5, 6학년 학생 1,061명을 대상으로 시행되었다. 연구결과 초등학생의 음주 및 흡연 경험, 인터넷 중독은 각각 22,7%, 2.9%, 4.2%이었다. 음주 및 흡연 경험, 인터넷 중독에 공통적인 영향 요인으로 성별과 공격성이 가장 중요한 요인이었으며, 음주경험은 친구지지와 가족지지, 흡연경험은 학년, 인터넷 중독은 친구지지와 교사지지가 영향 요인이었다. 즉, 남학생이고, 공격성이 높을수록 음주 및 흡연경험, 인터넷 중독 위험은 높았으며, 친구지지가 높을수록 음주경험 위험은 높고, 가족지지가 높을수록 음주경험의 위험은 낮았으며, 5학년에서 흡연경험의 위험이 높고, 친구지지, 교사지지가 높을수록 인터넷 중독의 위험은 낮았다. 결론적으로 초등학생의 음주 및 흡연 시작, 인터넷 중독을 예방하기 위해서는 남학생에 초점을 두고, 공격성 조절과 친구, 가족 등의 사회적 지지를 강화하는 중재 전략이 필요하다.

아동이 지각한 일상적 스트레스가 아동의 적응에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지의 중재효과 (The Effects of Perceived Daily Stress on the Adjustment of Elementary School Children: The Moderating Effects of Social Support)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of perceived daily stress on the adjustment of children and to examine whether social support has a moderating effect on the relationship between daily stress and adjustment. The results are summarized as follows. First, it was found that stress caused by school, family environments and friends had significant effects on the self-concept of children. In addition, it was found that stress caused by teachers/school and family environments had significant effects on achievement motivation and social behavior. Second, the interaction between daily stress and support from family and friends affected self-concept. Furthermore, achievement motivation was positively affected by the interactions between daily stress and family support, between daily stress and teacher support and between daily stress and friend support.

일반고 고등학생의 행복감 구조모형: 자아존중감과 회복탄력성의 매개효과 (A Structural Equation Model of General High School Students' Happiness: Mediation Effect of Self-esteem and Resilience)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a predictive model for happiness of students in general high schools. The study was based on the theory of happiness integration and the literature review. Methods: Data were collected using a convenience sample of 231 first and second grade students in five general high schools in D city and K Province. The exogenous variables were optimism as personality factors, parenting attitude, academic stress and friend's support as happiness. The endogenous variables were self-esteem and resilience as mediating variables, and happiness of students in general high schools. Data collection was done from March 14 to March 28, 2019. The AMOS 22.0 and SPSS programs were used to verify the validity of confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis models. Results: The factors that have the greatest influence on happiness of high school students are self-esteem and resilience. The explanatory power of happiness by these variables was 98.1%. The individual mediating effect and double mediation effect of these variables were found to be significant. Conclusion: As student's optimistic personality, parent's positive parenting attitude, and friend's support improve student's self-esteem and resilience, ultimately positively affecting high school students' happiness, so it is necessary to consider these factors and try to develop a happiness improvement program.

노년 초기 재혼자의 결혼성립 과정과 결혼만족에 관한 연군 (The Marital Process of Completion and Marital Satisfaction of Remarried People at Early Old Age)

  • The Purpose of this study was to explore the relation between the marital process of completion and marital satisfaction. The Data was collected by in_depth personal interview. Fifteen respondents who had been remarried for over 5 years were chosen by a researcher independently from a province in South Korea and comprised 8 females(over 55 ages) and 7 males(over 60 ages ). The Results were as fellows: 1. The Remarriage process of completion was an important process for arranging a marriage with a partner. This process was reached through the remarriage motive of the remarried person who was chosen by introduction of a family member or a friend and through meeting with a familiar friend. The factors were remarriage motive, meeting with a spouse, children's response about remarriage, and remarriage decision. 2. The success of the marital process of completion depended on a support from families and friends in order to develop their conjugal relation. Therefore conjugal relation was an important relation in marital satisfaction. Particularly, the parents-child relation, relation between a stepbrother and stepsister, and social support for remarried persons were important relations in their marital satisfaction.

요통 환자의 운동행위 변화단계에 미치는 영향 요인 (Influencing Factors on the Stages of Change of Exercise in Patients with Low Back Pain)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the stages of exercise behaviors changes of low back pain patients. Methods: The participants in this study were 220 low back pain patients who have been treated by therapeutic exercise or had the exercise treatment under the doctor's advice. The tools used for this study were the stages of exercise behavior change, intrinsic motivation questionnaires, and physical activity social support scale (PASS). Results: The group that did exercise (preparation stage, maintenance stage, action stage) was 75.9% but the group that did not exercise (precontemplation stage, contemplation stage) was 24.1%. Social supports from family members and friends and motivation affected the exercise behaviors changes. And 34.6% of the exercise behavior change can be explained by the social support (family, friend) and motivation. Conclusion: There were two recommendations for maintaining the exercise behaviors of low back pain patients based on theoretical background. First, we recommended more exercise programs which reinforce social supports from family and friend for constant exercise behaviors of low back pain patients. Second, more exercise programs for the low back pain patients who have similar health goals or problems were needed for motivating them to join the exercise programs.

고등학생의 사회적 지지가 자살생각 예방에 미치는 영향 - 성별, 학년, 학교유형의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Social Support for High School Students on the Prevention of Suicidal Ideation - The Moderating Effect of Gender, Grader and School Type -)

  • 본 연구는 고등학생의 사회적 지지가 자살생각에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지 살펴보고, 고등학생 자살의 위험 요인이 사회적 지지와 자살생각의 관계에서 어떤 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하였다. 구체적으로 사회적 지지 세 가지 하위요인을 친구지지, 교사지지, 부모지지로 구분하고 독립변수로 설정하였다. 그리고 자살생각을 종속변수, 성별, 학년, 학교유형을 조절변수로 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사지지, 친구지지, 부모지지 모두 자살생각에 유의미한 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자살생각은 여학생이 남학생 보다, 인문계 학생이 전문계 학생보다 더 높았다. 셋째, 친구지지와 부모지지가 자살생각을 감소시키는 효과는 여학생보다 남학생이 더 컸다. 넷째, 교사지지와 부모지지가 자살생각을 감소시키는 효과는 2학년보다 1학년이 더 컸다. 분석결과를 토대로 일선 고등학교 교사들과 인터뷰도 수행하였다. 이를 통해 고등학생의 자살과 관련된 사회문제를 완화하기 위한 실천적 방안을 제안하고 정책적 수단마련의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

대학생의 대인관계와 사회적지지가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Interpersonal Relation and Social Support on College Freshmen's Adaptation to College Life)

  • 새로운 사회적 관계를 형성하고 시작하는 대학 신입생들에게 대인관계능력은 대학생이 반드시 갖추어야 할 사회적 핵심역량이다. 본 연구 대학 신입생을 대상으로 대인관계능력과 사회적지지가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적을 둔 실증적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 목적과 문제를 해결하기 위해 경기 지역 D대학교 신입생 268명을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 통해 나타난 본 연구의 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대인관계능력, 사회적지지, 대학생활 적응 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 대인관계능력은 대학생활 적응에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 대인관계능력 하위요인의 처음관계 맺기, 권리 주장, 정서적 지지, 대인갈등 다루기 순으로 대학생활 적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 지지는 대학생활 적응에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 사회적지지 하위요인 가운데 가족지지, 친구지지, 교수지지 순으로 대학생활 적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대학이라는 새로운 환경에 적응하는데 대인관계능력과 가족, 친구, 교수의 사회적 지지는 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다는 시사하고 있어 대학생활을 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 대인관계능력을 함양하는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 적용할 필요가 있다.

학령기 아동의 자살생각과 관련변인들 간의 관계 구조분석 (A Structural Analysis of School-aged Children's Suicide Ideation and Related Variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships school-aged children and related variables. For this study, the respondents were 704 children in elementary schools in the areas of Gyeongsan-Si and Daegu-Si. The questionnaires and psychological tests used in this study surveyed the following concepts: suicide ideation, social support, self-esteem and the scale of depression. The collected data were analyzed with AMOS 19.0, a statistical program for structural equation modeling, to estimate the hypothesized structural equation model. The results were as follows: First, self-esteem, - and depression as perceived by children were found to affect their suicide ideation directly. Second, parental support and teacher support as perceived by children were found to affect children's depression directly. Third, parental support, teacher support, and the support of friend's as perceived by children were found to affect-children's self-esteem directly. Last, parental support and, teacher's support did not show direct effect on children's suicide ideation, though these factors had an indirect effect on suicide ideation through the children's self-esteem and depression. Finally, teacher's support did not direct effectly children's suicide ideation, whereas it had an having indirect effect on suicide ideation through the children's self-esteem.

대학생의 부모, 교우, 교수지원과 대학 생활 만족도 간의 융복합 분석 (Combined Study of Relationship among Parents, Friend, Professor Support and Life Satisfaction for University Student)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 부모, 교우, 교수지원 특성과 성별 차이, 사회지원 및 대학 생활 만족도 간의 상관성을 알아보고자 강원도 소재 대학생 564명을 대상으로 사회지원 27문항, 대학 생활 만족도 5문항으로 구성된 설문으로 조사하였다. 연구결과 부모, 교우 및 교수지원 순으로 긍정적인 답변이었고 이중 교수지원에서 부정적인 답변이 많았으며 대학생활 만족도도 높지 않았다. 성별 차이에 따른 사회지원 및 대학 생활 만족도는 여학생과 남학생 간 교수지원의 차이를 보였고(p<0.00) 성별, 부모, 교우, 교수지원 및 대학 생활 만족도 간의 상관분석에서 성별과 상관없이 사회지원과 대학생활 만족도에서 통계적으로 유의한 상관성을 보였다(p<0.00). 이를 통해 대학생활 만족도를 향상하기 위하여 부모뿐만 아니라 교우 및 교수의 체계적인 지원으로 상호소통을 증진하여야 할 것이다.

산업재해 근로자의 사회적 지지가 주관적 건강에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Social Support on Industrial Injured Workers' Self-rated Health)

  • Background: Social support contributes directly and indirectly to maintaining physical, mental, and social well-being. The aim of the study was to identify the impact of social support on self-rated health among Korean industrial accident workers. Methods: This study used data from the panel study of workers' compensation insurance (PSWCI). The final subjects were 2,759 workers who responded to a 2018 to 2020 PSWCI. Social support was defined as social contact with friends, neighbors, family, and social participation activities like religious activity, social activity, and club activity. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to investigate causal relationships between social support and self-rated health using a generalized estimating equation model. Results: Proportion of workers' good self-rated health steadily increased (2018: n=1,447, 63.2%; 2019: n=1,542, 66.2%; 2020: n=1,653, 67.3%). Higher levels of social contacts with friend (worse: reference; same: β=0.442) and higher levels of social activity (yes: reference; no: β=-0.173) were especially associated with good self-rated health. Conclusion: This study confirmed social support positively influenced self-rated health among the self-rated health of industrial injured workers. The results of this study suggested that recovery policies that the government served should include programs enhancing social support for improving health among industrial injured workers.
