Purpose: As the visual expression cue that can easily reveal and imprint the brand image to consumers becomes more important, franchise coffee shops are making various efforts to establish design elements and brand identity. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the structural model between design elements, brand identity, brand association, brand personality, and brand image of franchise coffee shops from various angles, and to suggest a plan for using visual elements makes a brand image on the franchise in the future. Research design, data, and methodology: This study tests the structural relationship between design elements, brand identity, brand association, brand personality, and brand image of franchise coffee shops. design elements are divided into three attributes (interior design, product design). And brand identity is divided into two attributes (brand name, brand symbol/logo). In order to achieve the purposes of this research, research model and hypotheses were developed based on previous researches. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. The data were collected from 380 customers who visited franchise coffee shops and were analyzed through SPSS 26.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 statistical package program. Result: As a result of this study, first, it is confirmed that product design has a positive effect on brand association toward coffee shops. Second, interior design and product design have a positive effect on brand personality. Third, all brand identity have a significant positive impact on brand association and brand personality. Finally, brand association and brand personality of coffee specialty shops have a positive effect on brand image. Conclusions: The following implications of this study are as follows. This study is confirmed that there is an effect of design elements attributes and brand identity attributes on brand association and brand personality. And, the brand image was found to be influenced by brand association and brand personality. This suggests that it can be used to establish visible marketing strategies for franchise coffee shops. Therefore, it is necessary to further improve efforts to raise the level of the brand image through visual factors such as unusual interior design, product packages.
Purpose: As social interest in environmental issues increases, pro-environmental initiatives are becoming more active in many industry sectors. This study explores how a firm's perceived green brand image affects consumer loyalty through brand trust and attachment. Research design, data, and methodology: The data of 363 respondents aged 20 to 59 who purchased the franchise lunchbox in the last three months were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and SmartPLS 4.0. Result: Green brand image affects consumer loyalty through cognitive trust, affective trust, and brand attachment. Regarding serial mediations, cognitive trust affects brand attachment only through affective trust and, in turn, consumer loyalty. Conclusions: This study employs the hierarchy of effects theory to explore the role of the perceived green image of the franchise lunchbox brand in prompting consumer loyalty through brand trust and attachment. The eco-friendly initiatives are imperative in establishing a green brand image, given their critical roles in generating consumer brand trust and attachment as well as consumer loyalty in the franchise lunchbox industry. The franchise lunchbox firms should implement environmental initiatives and effectively communicate and actively inform these initiatives to raise perceptions of green brand image and build cognitive brand trust.
Purpose: Marketing communication with customers is essential for companies to survive and grow in a fiercely competitive environment. Advertising is one of the most readily accepted marketing communications by consumers. Unlike a company that owns a distribution network, advertising is vital for a franchise. In general, many advertising models select celebrities. Celebrities are more likely to attract audience attention and influence consumers' purchase intentions. Customers satisfied with advertising are more likely to stay loyal and buy again when the company launches a new product. In addition, customers form a brand image through advertisements. Therefore, in this study, the effect of the characteristics of the foodservice franchise advertising model characteristics on model satisfaction, brand image, and purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology: The survey of this study was conducted among consumers over the age of 20 who had seen a restaurant franchise advertisement and visited a store within the last 2 months. 305 copies were collected for 7 days during the survey period, from October 21 to October 27, 2021. Among the collected questionnaires, 12 insincere questionnaires were excluded, and 293 were used for analysis. SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 were used as data collected to test the hypothesis. Result: As a result of the study, among the advertising model characteristics of a foodservice franchise, reliability, attractiveness, expertise, and closeness all had a significant positive (+) effect on model satisfaction. In addition, reliability and closeness were found to have a significantly positive (+) effect on brand satisfaction, but attractive and expertise did not significantly affect brand image. Finally, model satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on brand image and purchase intention. Brand image also appeared to have a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Conclusions: Research Results First, this study verified the effect of a restaurant franchise advertising model using celebrities by using the characteristics of the advertising model. Second, this study developed a conceptual structure for model characteristics - model satisfaction - brand image - purchase intention. The purpose of this article was to study the influence of eco-friendly management on customer's purchasing-intention at franchise Korean restaurants. In this research, factor analysis and multi regression analysis were used. Eco-friendly management was divided into 4 factors. Eco friendly service affected positively brand image (p<0.05). Energy saving positively affected brand image (p<0.005). Contribution to local society positively affected brand image (p<0.05). Menu composition affected the most positively brand image (p<0.001). At last, brand image had positive influence on purchasing intention (p<0.001). According to these results, we confirmed that the factors of eco friendly management influenced significantly on the customers' perception of brand image. As a result, food service corporations need to deal with the factors of eco friendly management efficiently. The findings of this research would help business management to build effective service marketing strategies and to satisfy the needs of customers at franchise Korean restaurants.

Many consumers today are increasingly buying products with brand-image, additional value. Also brands are important factor in the franchise business. According as a standard of living is improved due to the development of economy and community, our country is increasing interests in hair styles with desiring of beauty. Through a case of hair salon's franchise, a purpose of this paper is elements which form the brand-image in space investigate how it have been applied and letting fundamental data of beauty care thread space planning.
Purpose: The globalization of the Korean restaurant franchise industry differs from the business performance of enhancing the brand image and customers' intention to revisit depending on the degree of localization marketing. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the extent to which the localization marketing activities of overseas Korean restaurant franchise companies affect the customer's perception. This study aims to investigate the effects of localization marketing (Localized Menu, Localized Price, Localized Service Experience, Localized Promotion, Localized Physical Environment) of Korean restaurant franchise companies on customer revisit intention. Research design, data, and methodology: For this study, 150 questionnaires using local Korean restaurants in Beijing, China, were analyzed using SPSS Ver.21 and AMOS Ver.22. Result: It was confirmed that the localized menu, localized service experience, and localized physical environment all affect the intention to revisit customers. Based on these verification results, if overseas franchises fully recognize localization marketing, which is an important factor for local business success, and establish localization strategies, they can gain an edge in competition with local Korean restaurants or restaurant franchises founded by locals. There may be a higher probability that However, it was found that localization price and localization promotion had no mediating effect of brand image between revisit intention and revisit intention. It was found that it had no effect on the degree of inquiry and had a negative effect. Conclusions: Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been many changes in the domestic and overseas food service industry over the past two years. Various measures of customized localization marketing for optimal regional characteristics should be developed and applied to enhance customer revisiting and brand image of Korean restaurant franchise companies entering overseas. In the future, this study will be meaningful data for the establishment of localization marketing (Localized Menu, Localized Price, Localized Service Experience, Localized Promotion, Localized Physical Environment) strategies for Korean restaurant franchise companies that consider overseas expansion or have already entered.

Due to the social problems including recent economic crisis and unemployment rate increase, the demand of business foundation market has been increased and, in the meantime, on the basis of the business foundation support policy of the government including youth foundation support policy and Small & Medium Business Administration foundation planning, business foundation market has been showing steady growth trend. With this enlargement of foundation market, as the accompanied increase of franchise market is expected, it is considered that the importance of more realistic and concrete research about franchise market be larger than before. This study considered brand image, main office support, foundation cost, information search activity as the advanced variable of effect on brand selection and established the cause of effect on brand selection by improving the existing advanced research, and its result is as follows. First, according to foundation business kind, age, sex, yes or no of marriage, there is some difference III the thought about brand image and foundation possibility. Second, Second, the most important factor of franchise contract intention is economical specificity. It is difficult to consider brand image, franchise support and information search activity as the property having a big effect on preliminary founder, and it was shown that the cost for franchise management(Consistency with initial foundation cost and self-capital, promotion cost, management fund, facility/equipment reinvestment, etc.) is an important property. Specially, it was shown that consistency with initial foundation cost and self-capital is the most important factor for preliminary founder.
This study was conducted to examine the relationships among various visible clues and non-visible clues as perceived by franchise family restaurant consumers. Using online survey tool in South Korea, total 450 survey was distributed and 400 participants were used for further statistical analysing with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0. Twelve items were categorized into four visible factors (food, interior, exterior, employee). The result shows that food and employee have positive effects on brand reputation and distinctiveness, and the interior and employee were critical antecedents for brand distinctiveness. In addition, the brand reputation and brand distinctiveness have positive influence on experiential value as well as revisit intention. Although there were many studies which demonstrated the relationships among various quality clues and other outcome variables, such as brand image, loyalty, little research explained the relationships among visible elements of franchise family restaurants, brand reputation, brand distinctiveness, and revisit intention. The purpose of this study is to find out how to improve the brand image and loyalty of cafe by recognizing that social culture of middle school cafe, which is an important service quality in cafe establishment, emerges as a main characteristic of new coffee business. First, reliability, confidentness, professionalism, accessibility, and socio - culturality of the service quality of coffee specialty shops improve brand image. Confidence and professionalism play an important role in enhancing brand loyalty, and brand image has a significant effect on brand loyalty. Respectively, Among the service quality, social culture has a strong influence on brand image but it is not a direct influence on brand loyalty. Second, in the relationship between brand loyalty of coffee service quality, brand image shows full mediation effect on reliability, partial mediation effect on confidence, professionalism, accessibility, socialcultural property, and mediation effect on response and empathy. Third, as a result of analyzing the moderating effects of coffee shop types on the relationship between service quality and brand image of coffee specialty shops, reliability, confidentiality, and accessibility are positive factors in the nationwide franchise. On the other hand, in the private $caf{\acute{e}}$, professionalism and socio-culturality are the main factors for improving the brand image. In the case of the local franchise, similar to the franchise in the country, the improvement of service quality for responsiveness and professionalism is a positive factor Respectively. As a result, nationwide franchise $caf{\acute{e}}s$ have priority in enhancing brand image and brand loyalty through accessibility and assurance of service quality. On the other hand, in case of local franchise $caf{\acute{e}}$, it can be seen that the service quality is enhanced and the brand image and brand loyalty can be further improved through service professionalism and accessibility. On the other hand, regional cafes are more important than national franchises or local franchise cafes, and a strategy to enhance customer loyalty is needed through service strategies emphasizing socio - cultural aspects.
