공기부양선의 추진 및 부양축계 종진동 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Axial Vibration of Flexible Shafting System for Propulsion and Lift in Air Cushion Vehicle)

  • In this study, axial vibration analysis has been conducted on a propulsion and lift shafting system for an air cushion vehicle using ANSYS code. The shafting system is totally flexible multi-elements system including wood composite material of air propeller. aluminum alloy of lift fan and thin walled shaft with flexible coupling. The analysis calculated the axial natural frequencies and mode shapes of the shafting system taking into account an equivalent mass-elastic model for shafting system as well as the three-dimensional models for propeller blade and fan impeller. Such a flexible shafting system has very intricate vibrating characteristics and especially, axial natural frequencies of flexible components such as propeller blade and impeller of lift fan can be lower to the extent that causes a resonance in the range of operating revolution. The results for axial vibration analysis are presented and compared with the results of axial vibration test for lift fan conducted during Sea Trial.

  • In this study, we fabricated the dual gate (DG) ion-sensitive field-effect-transistor (ISFET) with flexible polyimide (PI) extended gate (EG). The DG ISFETs significantly enhanced the sensitivity of pH in electrolytes from 60 mV/pH to 1152.17 mV/pH and effectively improved the drift and hysteresis phenomenon. This is attributed to the capacitive coupling effect between top gate and bottom gate insulators of the channel in silicon-on-transistor (SOI) metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) FETs. Accordingly, it is expected that the PI-EG based DG-ISFETs is promising technology for high-performance flexible biosensor applications.

  • The paper summarizes the VIV-related research with the focus on flexible riser and pipe models subject to various engineering conditions. First of all, a series of numerical simulations for the purpose of validating the efficiency of FSI solution approach (ANSYS MFX) has been performed. The comparison between the simulation and the experimental data shows that the present FSI solution method is capable of giving acceptable estimation to VIV problems. As a meaningful application to engineering problems, some tentative simulation cases which are difficult to carry out in experiment, such as a flexible pipe with internal flow and multi-assembled pipes, have been successfully carried out. The coupling mechanism between vortex shedding and the VIV has been well interpreted.

  • In general, the Maglev vehicle is ran over the elevated guideway consisted of steel or concrete structure. Since the running behaviour of the vehicle is affected by the flexibility of the guideway, the consideration of the flexibility of guideway is needed for evaluation of dynamics of both the vehicle and guideway. A new technique based on flexible multibody dynamics is proposed to model the Maglev vehicle, levitation controller, and guideway into a coupled model. To verify the technique, an urban Maglev vehicle is analyzed using the technique and discussions are carried out.

  • 태양광 고고도 장기체공형 무인기나 인간동력 항공기 등에 사용되는 높은 종횡비를 가진 유연날개는 공력 및 구조 상호작용으로 인하여, 구조적 비선형 처짐 및 양력감소 등의 문제가 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 저속 비행하는 높은 종횡비를 가진 날개의 단방향 공력-구조 연계해석을 수행하였다. XFOIL을 사용하여 공력천이현상을 포함한 저 레이놀즈수 익형 공력특성 자료 확보를 기반으로 3차원 양력선 이론을 사용하여 공력해석 연구를 수행했다. 구조해석은 상용소프트웨어 ANSYS를 사용하여 구조변형이나 응력해석 연구를 수행했다. 단방향 공력-구조 연계해석 결과를 바탕으로 인간동력 항공기 주 날개의 형상설계 연구를 수행했다.

Position error compensation of the multi-purpose overload robot in nuclear power plants

  • The Multi-Purpose Overload Robot (CMOR) is a key subsystem of China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor (CFETR) remote handling system. Due to the long cantilever and large loads of the CMOR, it has a large rigid-flexible coupling deformation that results in a poor position accuracy of the end-effector. In this study, based on the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm, the spatial grid, and the linearized variable load principle, a variable parameter compensation model was designed to identify the parameters of the CMOR's kinematics models under different loads and at different poses so as to improve the trajectory tracking accuracy. Finally, through Adams-MATLAB/Simulink, the trajectory tracking accuracy of the CMOR's rigid-flexible coupling model was analyzed, and the end position error exceeded 0.1 m. After the variable parameter compensation model, the average position error of the end-effector became less than 0.02 m, which provides a reference for CMOR error compensation.
