자동액관리 시스템을 이용한 SUS MASK 에칭에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Etching of SUS MASK using Automatic Liquid Management System)

  • 본 논문은 OLED에 사용되는 SUS MASK를 자동액관리 시스템을 사용하여 제작 하였다. SUS MASK의 홀 직경은 0.4 mm으로 설정하여 실험 하였다. 첨가제 F300이 홀 직경이 0.4 mm에 근접하고 오차범위는 평균 0.08로 측정되어 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 산화환원전위(ORP) 변화에 따른 CuCl2와 FeCl3의 무게 감소량을 측정결과, FeCl3이 ORP 변화에 상대적으로 민감도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. SUS Mask를 연속적으로 에칭하면서 ORP(610 mV)와 비중(1.463)이 자동으로 조절되는지를 실험를 하였다. 실험결과로서는 셋팅 값이 크게 변화되지 않아 자동액관리 시스템이 잘 조절이 잘 되는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 홀 직경을 0.4 mm로 목표치로 설정한 후 실험 한 결과는 0.36부터 0.44까지 측정되었다. 따라서 SUS MASK 제조공정에서 에칭가공공정은 제작된 자동액관리 시스템을 적용시키면 보다 안정성 높은 정밀도로 향상 시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

콩 생육시기별 증발산량의 추정모형 설정 (A Simulation Model for Estimating Evapotranspiration of Soybean Crop)

  • Lysimeter and field experiments were conducted in Sandy Loam to establish a simple estimation model for evapotranspiration (ET) of soybean for three years (l984-1986). Potential ET (PET) could be estimated by the eq.1 using Pan-evaporation (Eo) and was ranged from 1.1 to 4.6 mm/day during the experiments. PET (mm/day)=1.348+0.573 Eo …(1) Crop coefficient (Kc=maximum ET/PET) could be estimated by the eq.2 using Growth degree (G=days after planting/total growing days) and was ranged from 0.2 to 1.1 and from 0.6 to 1.4 for monoculture cropping and double cropping followed by barley, respectively, during the experiments. Monoculture : Kc=0.016+3.719 G-3.224 G$^2$…(2), Double cropping : Kc=0.609+2.014 G-2.120 G$^2$…(2). However, the maximum Kc was shown when G was about 50% and 40% for the monoculture and the double cropping, respectively. Soil water coefficient (f=AET/maximum ET) could be estimated by the eq.3 using soil water tension (Ψ) in 15cm depth. and it was decleased to 0.2 when Ψ was 10 bar. f=0.755-0.537 log │Ψ│…(3) Consequentially, the model to estimate the Actual ET (AET) of soybean was determined as eq.4 with the correction coefficient of -0.380. AET(mm/day)=PETㆍKcㆍf -0.380 …(4) The estimated AET were compared with the measured AET to verify the model established above. The average deviation of the estimated ET(AET) was 0.5782$\pm$0.338 (mm/day), and it would be within reasonable confidence range.

온도가 화랑곡나방(나비목:명나방과)의 생활사에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Temperature on the Life History of Indian Meal Moth (Phralidae: Lepidoptera) on Brown Rice)

  • 현미(Sativa oryzae L., 품종 일품)에서의 화랑곡나방(Plodia interpunstella H)의 발육과 생명표와 통계량을 다섯상이한 온도 조건(17, 20, 25, 28, $35\pm$$0.5^{\circ}C$ )에서 조사하였다. 온도에 대한 발육반응은 성 간에 차이가 없었다. 조사 온도범위에서 나방의 발육일수와 성충 수명은 온도가 높아짐에 따라 짧아져서 $17^{\circ}C$에서 각각 $149.9\pm$30.4일과 $38.1\pm$5.6일이었고 $32^{\circ}C$에서 각각 $19.4\pm$5.1일과 $6.9\pm$2.0일이었다. 우화율도 온도가 상승함에 따라 높아져서 $17^{\circ}C$에서 $13.0\pm$6.2%였고 $32^{\circ}C$에서 $49.2\pm$25.6%로 추정되었다. 그러나 부화율은 $25^{\circ}C$에서 $73.8\pm$5.3%로 정점에 도달한 후 다시 감소하여 $25^{\circ}C$를 경계로 이보다 높은 온도에서 부화가 저해되었다. 암컷 당 산란수는 17SIM 28$^{\circ}C$의범위에서는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 $32^{\circ}C$에서는 유의하게 적어서 산란수와 부화율 간에 밀접한 관계가 있음을 암시하였다. 암컷을 산란은 온도가 높아짐에 따라 우화 2일후로 집중되었다. 순증가율은 $28^{\circ}C$에서 가장 높았고 $25^{\circ}C$$20^{\circ}C$의순으로 낮아졌으나 내적 자연증가율은$ 32^{\circ}C$에서 가장 높아 일당 0.065로 추정되었으며 이는 빠른, 높은 우화율, 산란의 우화초기집중에 의한 것으로 생각되었다.

  • In 1986, Fabry, Mawhin and Nkashama [1] have considered periodic solutios for Lienard equation $$ (1_s) x" + f(x)x' + g(t,x) = s, $$ where s is a real parameter, f and g are continuous functions, and g is $2\pi$-periodic in t and have proved that if $$ (H) lim_{$\mid$x$\mid$\to\infty} g(t,x) = \infty uniformly in t \in [0,2\pi], $$ there exists $s_1 \in R$ such that $(1_s)$ has no $2\pi$periodic solution if $s< s_1$, and at least one $2\pi$-periodic solution if $s = s_1$, and at least two $2\pi$-periodic solutions if $s > s_1$.s_1$.

Biocontrol of Fusarium Crown and Root Rot and Promotion of Growth of Tomato by Paenibacillus Strains Isolated from Soil

  • In this study, bacterial strains were isolated from soils from 30 locations of Samcheok, Gangwon province. Of the isolated strains, seven showed potential plant growth promoting and antagonistic activities. Based on cultural and morphological characterization, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing, these strains were identified as Paenibacillus species. All seven strains produced ammonia, cellulase, hydrocyanic acid, indole-3-acetic acid, protease, phosphatase, and siderophores. They also inhibited the mycelial growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis-lycopersici in vitro. The seven Paenibacillus strains enhanced a range of growth parameters in tomato plants under greenhouse conditions, in comparison with non-inoculated control plants. Notably, treatment of tomato plants with one identified strain, P. polymyxa SC09-21, resulted in 80.0% suppression of fusarium crown and root rot under greenhouse conditions. The plant growth promoting and antifungal activity of P. polymyxa SC09-21 identified in this study highlight its potential suitability as a bioinoculant.

양질의 FRO(fully recessed oxide)의 선택적 형성 (A selective formation of high-quality fully recessed oxide)

  • A new technique wasdeveloped which obtains selectively the htick fully recessed oxidized porous silicon layer (OPSL) with good dielectric property. The porous silicon layer was ocnverted to thick fully recessed oxide (FRO) with 3-step (1${\mu}$m, 1.5${\mu}$m, 1.8${\mu}$m) by multi-step thermal oxidation (after 400$^{\circ}$C, 1 hour by dry oxidation, 700$^{\circ}$C, 1 hour and then 1100$^{\circ}$C, 1 hour by wet oxidation). The breakdwon field of the FRO was about 2.5MV/cm and the leakage current was several pA ~ 100 pA in the range of 0 of 90 pF. The progress of oxidation of a porous silicon layer was studied by examining the infrared abosrption spectra. The refractive index (1.51) of the fRO, which was measured by ellipsometer, was comparable to that of the thermally grown silicon dioxide (1.46). The etching rate (1600${\AA}$/min) of the FRO was also almost equal to that of the thermal oxide.

  • In the electrode fabrication of unit cell, we found that optimal the electrochemical characteristics were obtained with at 90 wt.% of activated carbon(BP-20), 5 wt.% of conducting agent(Ppy, Super P) and 5 wt.% of P(VdF-co-HFP)/PVP mixed binder. The electrochemical characteristics of unit cell with Ppy improver were as follows : 37.6 F/g of specific capacitance, 0.98 $\Omega$ of AC-ESR, 2.92 Wh/kg and 6.05 Wh/L of energy density, and 754 W/kg and 1,562 W/L of power density. It was confirmed that internal resistance were reduced due to the increase of electrical conductivity and filling density by the introduction of conductivity agent, and content of conducting agent was suitable in the range of 4~6 wt.%. According to the impedance measurement of the electrode with conductivity agent, we found that it was possible to charge rapidly by the fast steady-state current convergence due to low equivalent series resistance(AC-ESR), fast charge transfer rate at interface between electrode and electrolyte, and low RC time constant.

An RFID Tag Using a Planar Inverted-F Antenna Capable of Being Stuck to Metallic Objects

  • This letter presents the design for a low-profile planar inverted-F antenna (PIFA) that can be stuck to metallic objects to create a passive radio frequency identification (RFID) tag in the UHF band. The designed PIFA, which uses a dielectric substrate for the antenna, consists of a U-slot patch for size reduction, several shorting pins, and a coplanar waveguide feeding structure to easily integrate with an RFID chip. The impedance bandwidth and maximum gain of the tag antenna are about 0.3% at 914 MHz for a voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of less than 2 and 3.6 dBi, respectively. The maximum read range is about 4.5 m as long as the tag antenna is on a metallic object.

Wave Phase Shift of a Submerged Circular Cylinder

  • Herein the flow past a submerged circular cylinder with a free surface is mapped onto a reference plane, in which the free surface is transformed to a straight line and the cylinder to a certain shape. A global mapping function between two planes is sought in a manner that linear free-surface elevation is generated in the physical plane. Hereby the Froude mumber $F_h$, based on the submergence depth h', is assumed to be of order 0(1) and the ratio a'/h'(a'=cylinder radius) of order o(1). Wave thus obtained are slightly different in magnitude and phase from usual linear solution. The resulting free wave starts advanced ahead compared to the classical result and its amount depends on Froude number. Based on the present concept wave forces are calculated. In this type of approach the body boundary condition gives more influence on wave resistance than that by the free surface in the speed range $F_h>1$.
