Purpose: This is a phenomenological study to improve the quality of nursing and understand its essence by comprehensively analyzing job experience of nursing managers in small and medium. Methods: This study focused on deriving the common empirical attributes of all the study participants, rather than their individual attributes. Data on the job experiences of nine nurse managers in small and medium-sized hospitals were collected and analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Result: The job experiences of nurse managers in small and medium hospitals were classified after analysis into 14 theme cluster sets and 34 themes in five categories. The categories derived were 'A feeling of pressure as if taking responsibility for the entire hospital', 'Taking on the difficulties of hiring a nurse alone.' 'Difficulty in mediating conflicts within the organization', 'Struggling to endure', 'To take root in the field with a sense of ownership'. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in helping nursing managers in small and medium hospitals perform their duties more efficiently and stably by understanding their job experience.

This study sheds light on the Instagrammable features and viewing experiences of . A research model and hypotheses are formulated using variables including Experience Quality (EQ), Perceived Value (PV), Attitude toward AWA (ATAWA) and Behavioral Intention toward AWA (BITAWA). Although AWA has strong the Instagrammable features in terms of PV, it provides aesthetic or healing experience rather than a pleasure. PV has a significant correlation with DOS and DOI, but it does not influence on BITAWA. In addition, DOS has a positive impact on the increase in DOI, length of viewing time and intention to upload and share photos on Instagram.

Recent years have witnessed a surging popularity of games based on augmented reality and virtual reality. While old games embody virtual reality within the game platform, recent popular games based on augmented reality and virtual reality incorporate reality into virtual worlds. They present a new genre that is unprecedented, combined with what gamers have a passionate desire for, and thus provide new experiences. Good examples include smartphone games that were the game changer of the gaming industry in 2010 and the sensational $Pok{\acute{e}}mon$ Go that is gaining popularity nowadays. This study, thus, set out to analyze "gaming act(GA)" directly connected to the experiences of gamers to shed light on games as experiential content. The study analyzed gaming acts based on Park Sang-woo (2009) and assumed that gaming acts would change greatly according to the degree of real space intervening in game space; thus, examining changes to the gaming acts of games in two aspects of realizing virtual space from imaginations in game space and reproducing virtual space in real space.

A traditional mold design has been conducted by an experience-based trial and error, whereby the mold designer would decide the gate locations and processing conditions based on the caring characteristics and its functional requirements. The paper suggests an optimal gate location and processing conditions in the injection molding using a global search method referred to as micro genetic algorithm( ${\mu}$ GA). ${\mu}$ GA yields the optimal solution with a small size of population without respect to design variables for saving time that is needed to calculate the fitness of many individuals. Due to the reason, the paper uses a commercial analysis package of injection molding(CAPA) to analysis a state of flux. In addition to that, axiomatic approach .is applied in the beginning of design. It is a useful method to draw a well-organized and reasonable idea to handle a problem.

This study was conducted to suggest new development model for national & public parks by applying fascinating theme to the existing standardized development of those park. For this purpose, YeonIn Mountain Provincial Park was chosen as object of this research, which is located in GaPyeong, Kyonggi Province. The results from analysis of demand for tourism trend and development were as follows. Most of visitors(87%) come from the metropolitan area and their age are between the ages of 20 and 30. And the visitors' preference for accommodation is the independent villa style. For commercial facility, the strong expansion for food and beverage facilities and stores was needed. The future facilities and activities which they want to experience and e are health-recreation facility and ecological experience based on nature. From these results, It might conclude that we have to develop the qualified nature park with various theme focused on experience and recreation, and that we do preserve the environment.

A Metropolis genetic algorithm (MGA) is developed and applied for the structural design optimization. In MGA, favorable features of Metropolis criterion of simulated annealing (SA) are incorporated in the reproduction operations of simple genetic algorithm (SGA). This way, the MGA maintains the wide varieties of individuals and preserves the potential genetic information of early generations. Consequently, the proposed MGA alleviates the disadvantages of premature convergence to a local optimum in SGA and time consuming computation for the precise global optimum in SA. Performances and applicability of MGA are compared with those of conventional algorithms such as Holland's SGA, Krishnakumar's micro GA, and Kirkpatrick's SA. Typical numerical examples are used to evaluate the computational performances, the favorable features and applicability of MGA. The effects of population sizes and maximum generations are also evaluated for the performance reliability and robustness of MGA. From the theoretical evaluation and numerical experience, it is concluded that the proposed MGA Is a reliable and efficient tool for structural design optimization.

In this study, we investigated the difference in the affective characteristics between science-gifted students and general students through the positive experiences about science (PES) index. We also explored ways to apply the characteristics of gifted classes suggeseted by the teachers of this study, which had a positive effect on science-gifted students, to general science classes. For this study, a PES survey was carried on middle school science-gifted students enrolled in the gifted education center in the central region and general middle school students in the same area who had no experience in gifted education. Based on the survey result, we conducted in-depth interviews with teachers, having teaching experience with both science-gifted and general students. The results revealed that science-gifted students showed a significantly higher PES index than general students in all five areas of PES. The area with the largest difference between the two groups was science-related self-concept and the smallest was science academic emotion. Teachers suggested ways to apply the characteristics of science-gifted classes to general science classes, such as organizing general science classes around inquiry activities, supporting class materials such as MBL or tablets, reconstructing the classes using materials reflecting students' needs, and changing the textbook content and narrative style, to induce students' interest and curiosity. Based on the study results, ways to enhance the PES through science classes for general students were proposed.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the influence of fall risk, fear of falling, and social support on older inpatients' fall prevention behaviors. Methods: The participants were 105 older inpatients. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. Results: The mean fall risk, fear of falling, social support, and all prevention behaviors were 58.05±28.27, 2.47±0.67, 3.58±0.63, and 2.93±0.48, respectively. There were significant differences in fall prevention behaviors by sex, and fall related to education experience. Fall prevention behaviors were associated with fall risk, and fear of falling. The factors influencing the fall prevention behaviors of the older inpatients were sex, fall related to educational experience, fall risk, and fear of falling. It was found that 21% could explain fall prevention behaviors. Conclusion: The results indicate a need to develop a fall prevention education program, including intervention, to reduce the fear of falling among older inpatients.

This study aims to develop user experience based mathematical program for self-directed learning. To meet its aim this program is designed and developed according to the process and method of 'ADDIE', general design model of education program. The features of this program are as follows. First, teacher can set questions conveniently through intuitive system of web and learner can solve questions at anytime and anywhere through instant access to application. Second, learner can solve different types of questions based on powerful question database and teacher can provide instantaneous feedback on them. Third, learner's circulation learning can be possible by utilizing paper-video explanation and wrong answer note and teacher supports learner's active learning management though group achievement management.

The purpose is to measure user experience in security-related services, focusing on Danggeun Market and Bungae Jangter, which are representative services in Korea among online trading of used goods. Using mobile applications, qualitative and quantitative research by conducting task experiments and surveys and in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, active interfaces are needed to make it easier for users to recognize safety and security services within current used trading platforms, a secure settlement method that benefits sellers, and services being provided to enhance security also need to consider graphical elements. This study is expected to help the continued development of safe used trading platforms considering security aspects on C2C-type platforms where buyers become sellers.
