The objective of this study was to understand the countertransference and its meanings, experienced by novice supervisors in the supervision. For this, total seven novice supervisors with supervision experience for five years or less were purposively sampled, and then the in-depth interviews were conducted. As a phenomenological research, the collected data was analyzed in accordance with the Giorgi's 4-Stages, suitable for discovering the phenomenon and its meanings, experienced by research participants. In the results, there were six themes such as 'difficulty to realize the countertransference', 'expectation and impatience of supervisee's growth', 'identification with supervisee', 'hope for maintaining a good relationship with supervisee', 'avoidance of supervision', and 'struggle for standing up as an expert'. The unsolved problems and desires of novice supervisors were revealed as countertransference, which influenced the supervision. The results of this study imply that the countertransference of supervision has not only negative aspects, but also a positive meaning in the aspect that they could deeply understand themselves and others.

In this paper data of index is acquired by some experts. Then the ambipolar models of Fussy Synthesis Evaluation theory is adopted in this paper which helps to the synthesis analysis of the Aids to Navigation in DaLian port area. At the same time, in accordance with the suggestion of the experts and the real condition, the idiographic implement way is mentioned in the point of view of Quality. The two points of view make the scheme more scientific and feasible. After achieving the status, the project scheme of synthetical alteration to Aids to Navigation in DaLian port area is put forward. This article attempts to describe and analyze discussions on the matter of ex tunc effect or a ex nunc effect of rescission under Korean law in comparison with those under the CISG). In addition, it tries to scrutinize the various rules on the right to damages as an effect of rescission in a comparative way. Furthermore, it compares the various rules of Korean law with the CISG as to the right to damages and evaluates them in light of the discipline of comparative law. It maintains that the liquidation theory in Korean law is more close to the CISG in that there is no ex tunc effect in rescission and in other aspects. It also argues that the construction of the effects of rescission in accordance with the liquidation theory is more plausible when one considers Korea is one of the contracting states of the CISG. In addition, the theoretical analysis and the comparative study with the CISG shows that the insistence of ex nunc effect and its interpretation on the scope of damages extends to damages for expectation interest. It is also submitted that the position under the CISG on the assumption of ex nnuc effect, is regretted in that the restitution in value of the goods in the event of impossibility of the physical restitution is not allowed in some cases which the damage claims can not be awarded for the seller due to the application of the CISG Art. 79.

From the harmfulness expectation test conducted through a toxicity anticipation program, methylcyclohexane turned out to be harmful and simulative, but no carcinogenicity was anticipated. In a four-hour acute inhalation toxicity test, the result showed that lethal concentration ($LC_{50}$) was 3,750 ppm (15,054 mg/L), which was identified as a harmful substance on the basis of the harmful substance classification standard $2 of the Industrial safety and health law. methylcyclohexane fell under the category $4(2,500 substance from the GHS standard acute toxicity harmfulness classification. Also, from subchronic inhalation toxicity test that included 6 hours a day, five days a week, and for 13 weeks, we could observe weight, activity, long term weight, blood and blood biochemical influence from the exposure of test substance. No-observed effect level (NOEL) was determined below $100{\sim}400ppm$ inboth male and female. This material falls under the Category 2 ($50{\sim}250ppm/6hours/90days$) in the GHS (Globally Harmonized System) standard trace long-term whole body toxicity repeated exposure, and can be classified as a harmful substance in accordance with the Industrial Safety and Health Law harmful substance standard $NOEL{\leq}0.5mg/L/6hr/90day$ (rat).

Digital has the advantages in various perspectives. Especially, I am very interested in as related to "digital communication." In particular, when utilizing the data using intra oral scanner can easily direct converse about prosthesis between the dentist and the dental technician through a software program Now, as the digital communication affects the integrity of the prosthesis directly, I had a expectation of a new era for the prosthetic and aesthetics. In this case report, I would like to introduce direct and real digital communication through the following 2 parts.

The effect of satisfaction through job performance competency on management performance is enormous, for private security industry depends upon human resources generally till quite recently and often makes contact with clients. Although high-quality personnel who were taught professional education are held in high repute in private security industry, the studies of job satisfaction and recruit education for private security guards are insufficient. Consequently, this investigation analyzes the effect of recruit education program on job satisfaction searchingly for incumbent facility guards. The effect of recruit education program for facility personnel on job satisfaction is as follows. First of all, the differences of personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, job satisfaction are inspected in accordance with sociodemographic characteristics. After then, there is a remarkable contrast. Secondly, the former from among of learning expectation and self efficacy as personal characteristics has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Thirdly, educational facility and contents as training characteristics have a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Finally, work environment including supervisor's support and maintenance has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically.

Spatial information and smart phone technology have made innovative improvement of daily life. Spatial and geographic information are in practice for various applications. Especially, spatial information along with information and telecommunication technology could create new contents for providing services for convenient daily life. Spatial information technology, recently, is not only for acquiring location and attribute data but also providing tools to extract information and knowledge systematically for decision making. Various indoor applications have emerged in accordance with demands on daily GIS(Geographic information system). This paper aims for applying spatial information technology to support decision-making in shopping. The main contents include product database, optimal path search, shopping time expectation, automatic housekeeping book generation and analysis. Especially for foods, function to analyze information of the nutrition facts could help to improve dietary pattern and well-being. In addition, this system is expected to provide information for preventing overconsumption and impulse purchase could help economical and effective purchase pattern by analyzing propensity to consume.

This research was planned to analyze the students' science writing tendencies according to the level of meta-cognition for using as materials of selection of gifted students. To get results, meta-cognition writing tests which measured critical thinking ability and problem solving ability were developed, and the students' the level of meta-cognition was measured. Thereafter We analyzed the students' science writing tendencies in accordance with the level of meta-cognition through the science writing with meta-cognition task(the main theme are expectation; explanation; claim; criticism; imagination), and found out the students' ability of science writing was different with the level of meta-cognition. Students with the low level meta-cognition did not represent their thinking well, but students with the high level meta-cognition were try to upgrade their writing through highly concentration and perceiving theirs writing mistakes. As this results, science writing is useful as materials of selection of gifted students.
