It means that cook to set in order with licence and to carry-out effect But it is not continue forever about the job demand, attitude, ability of cook. The Executive Chef and depart of career development have to plan for problems now and a long time of time to cooks. Demand of cook career development are sociality and economical. Because the hotel needs a high-grade cook for keep competitive in changing surround. internal resources are more effect ive when require without delay man power than hire urgent. It is not only lack career development to cook, probably face up to retirement at one time and foment social order but also cook lose their a right to labor. Cook supports their family and grow, economic base for ethical by labor, so have to carry their point. In addition the domestic five stars hotel's career development structure are very simple and infirm, so it cause stagnation to position, lead to negative vision and show a drop in efficiency. Therefore the hotel must investment about Career Development.

본 논문에서는 지속적으로 발생하는 송변전고장을 효과적으로 대처하기 위한 근원적 고장예방대책으로 실질적인 위기대응훈련과 변전설비운영분야 근무 직원의 역량강화를 위한 실설비와 연계된 옥내.외 변전소 형태의 변전종합실습장을 구축하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 토대로 중앙교육원내 정진관을 개보수하여 실변전설비를 활용한 설비점검, 모의고장훈련, 계통시뮬레이터 실습 및 주요 변전설비 전시가 동시에 이루어지도록 변전종합실습장을 구축하였다. 이를 통하여 변전분야 전 교육과정에 실습장을 활용한 실습교육을 도입하여 변전설비운영분야 근무자의 실무능력배양을 위한 변전분야 종합 교육센터로 전환 할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다.

RFID has fundamental influences on today's business management. This research seeks to formulate the opportunities and challenges, the strengths and weaknesses and the perceived benefits of RFID implementation in three industries: manufacturing, medical-service, and distribution. Ten companies of successful RFID deployment in Korea are presented. Field interview and panel discussion were used to explore the research purpose. The core challenges include RFID readability issues, lack of best practices, increasing prime cost, visible ROI, implementation cost, and employee's resistance. The strengths include IT infrastructure, system integration competency, RFID business model creation ability, executive's support. There is little weakness in Korea companies, there are many perceived benefits in three industries. The most distinctive finding is that the visible ROI was found out in the manufacturing industry, not in the distribution industry. The opportunities and challenges, the strengths and weaknesses and the perceived benefits are some different in three industries, which provide valuable guidance for Korean companies in seeking the RFID opportunities. This case study represents a pioneer research of RFID adoption in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to reinforce employment improvement of engineering college students and the industry-university collaboration of regional industries. In order to achieve the object of this study, we inquire and analyze the general requirements for engineering college students and specific requirements for each major of engineering college. In addition, we survey and analyze the industry-university collaboration programs and awareness of them. When regional companies hire new workers affiliated engineering students, they significantly consider executive ability related to their majors and self-confidence. The education and research area by each department and the status and the intention of industry-university cooperation are also investigated. Eventually, we propose the education plan to meet the industrial requirements and industry-university cooperation strategy.

On account of the text based mail system has it's limit to support multimedia applications, GUI based mail system platform was developed to control document flow and automatize information process. The existing mail systems's to transmit data must need additional functions to automate document flow control. The platform of document flow control is deeply related to EDMAS(Electronic document Management System), workflow, Electronic Banking, DMS(Document Management System) automation, so it needs an ability to control proper data and document correctly. To resolve this problems, we are need of browser and engine to design work flow and to control documents flow. In this paper, we develope a mail browser to design document flow by follow user's requirements. This system can generate executive script code for document flow, and we add the function of workflow and process management to automatize the document flow in this system, and then we implement this Data flow engine.

The purpose of this study is to analyze hotel chefs' perceptions of each type of leadership, to help improve teamwork and work efficiency through the improvement of job satisfaction and work skills by hotel cooks and the impact of leadership on human relations. In particular, by conducting Q methodological analysis on the subjectivity of the total chef's leadership type recognized by hotel chefs in vertical command systems according to the nature of the work in the hotel company. The analysis of leadership types showed that Type 1 (N=4): both transformative and servent leadership is a combination of preferences or non-preferences, Type 2 (N=4): transformative leadership preference, Type 3 (N=3): both transformative and non-preferred leadership. The leadership of the executive chef, recognized by hotel chefs, is believed to prefer leadership that is considered for individual situations that match each other's experiences and work skills (ability values) rather than uniform leadership such as transformational or servent leadership. Along with the theoretical discussion of Q methodology, the leadership type is explained, and based on the subjectivity research analysis method of Q analysis, the subjectivity of hotel chefs will be identified in various ways and new leadership will be presented.

In order to improve executive ability in response to need of job ability in cultural content industry and in connection with industrial scene, it is required to develop curriculum for department of broadcasting, entertainment and acting First of all, environmental analysis of cultural content industry, survey on industry demand, survey on demand by enrolled students and graduated students, survey on demand by local community were made and conducted to draw job competency for acting art. In addition, the existing curriculum was analyzed through evaluation by field experts, enrolled students, and graduated students. Based on the analysis results, major curriculum was developed for department of broadcasting, entertainment and acting. Such curriculum development enables providing acting education that focuses on core competency to maximize education effect and cultivating actor who is suitable for the age of multimedia based on local infrastructure. Moreover, the curriculum development helps cultivating versatile actor, rather than famous actor.

High-performing athletes possess the ability to read the game, known as the "sports brain". However, a cognitive battery to measure such sports brain has not been developed yet. The purpose of the study, thus, is to develop a computerized cognitive test battery to measure athletes' cognitive function. Based on a systematic review, information processing speed, execution function, and spatial ability were selected as sports-related cognitive functions. Simple and choice response times test, trail-making test, Flanker test, and mental rotation task were developed. After providing manual and practice trials, main tests were executed and all primary variables were statistically processed and automatically saved. The test battery is expected to aid in the discovery and recruitment of athletes in the future after verifying the validity and reliability of this battery.

This study is to suggest the alternative to limits of intelligence focused on Psychometric tests. Through this study, it was found that triarchic theory of intelligence and thinking styles, which were suggested by Sternberg, were useful. The subjects are 122 student who are at three science-high-schools. The results show that the subjects preferred judicial, executive, and hierarchical rather than conservative styles of thinking, and they had strong analytical, creative, and practical ability. The correlation between academic achievement and triarchic intelligence except automation was significant. The difference of academic achievements was not significant by styles of thinking related to creativity and pattern of triarchic intelligence. There was no interaction between two variables as we expected. The practical ability illustrated the total academic performance very well. And executive, judicial thinking styles were prediction variable in case of considering with triarchic intelligence. Through the results, it could be suggested that triarchic intelligence and thinking styles of non cognitive concept could be important standard referred to selection for the science-gifted, and argued that the reform of the science-high-school was needed to produce the creative-productive science-gifted student.

Objective : This study aimed to establish an analytic methodology that can objectively evaluate the proverb comprehension levels that vary based on the aging process. Method : This study recruited 70 normal elderly aged ≥ 65 years and performed proverb comprehension tasks using an explanation method. A scoring estimation method was designed on 3 and 5-point scales. The difficulty and discrimination levels were calculated based on the two scales, thereby selecting the final questions and evaluation scale. Results : First, the item discrimination index on the 5-point scale was relatively higher than that on the 3-point scale, and 10 items were finally selected. Second, in terms of proverb comprehension ability, the elderly group aged 70 ~ 84 years showed significantly lower performance than those aged 65 ~ 69 years. Additionally, subjects with ≥ 10 years of education showed significantly higher performance than those with 9 ≤ years of education. Third, the performance of the proverbs comprehension task negatively correlated with the reaction time of the executive function task. Conclusion : Proverb comprehension is a task that can distinctively show a deterioration of brain functions in line with the aging process even among the normal elderly group and therefore, can estimate the difference more effectively with an increase in the score of the evaluation scale.
