This thesis is purposed on developing security product co-evaluation statistics administrate program which is can administrate or analysis CC accreditation product using by DEVS modeling via portal site of member of CCRA. Via developing security product evaluation statistics administrate program, it can analysis the trend of all countries of the world in many ways, and noticed the ways of evaluation and accreditation of most countries via scheme analysis. Except this, it can analysis the situation of accreditation trend of any countries via data analysis of ICCC 2009. Also, For trend analysis to evaluation technique of CCRA member, it analyzed up to date technology and policy of the evaluation organization and the Certification Authority of most countries. And it peformed analysis the most trend of information security of evaluation authorization in CCRA member countries. In this program, It provide the function of trend statistics analysis which can statically analyzed the evaluation accreditation trends of most countries and automatical statistics by categorization ( by Product, Class and statistics in national) and report creation functions which can easily extraction and use the needed data. It has been updated the related informations until latest accredited product using by CC(Common Criteria) portal home page's data.

The quality of statistics as a product is necessary to increase the competition of the nation. It will also improve the nation. In 2002 KNSO(Korea National Statistical Office) assessed 12 statistics produced by KNSO using 48 statistics quality evaluation indices. However, there are some difficulties in assessing the quality of the statistics correctly and in establishing policies for the improvement of the quality of statistics due to a lack of staff and organizations. Moreover there are insufficient statistics quality evaluation indices comparing main international organizations and developed countries. In this paper, we developed 81 statistics quality evaluation indices by revising and complementing the current indices of KNSO and divided these indices into 7 dimensions. These indices can be classified by dimensions or procedures, and also used according to statistics.

The goal of the entrance examination models is to promote promising and potential students who are suitable for post-secondary education purposes. Recently, a promotion system based on the admissions supervisors has been the major role for the promotion of students. Various statistical models and methods should be applied for the better and reasonable promotion of promising Korean and international students. In this study, we applied the proper methods in statistical methodologies and show the meaningful results on the performance evaluation of the several entrance examination models for a university in Seoul, Korea.

The SAS macro faces program by Friendly (1992) is for Chernoff face analysis, which is one of methods for the visualization representation of multivariate data. In this paper, we examined 18 face features used in the program and presented the modified program depending on the definition of a good face in days present. In addition, a good bank evaluation for 15 domestic banks was performed through Chernoff face analysis based on 11 bank economic indicators representing stability, the consumer satisfaction, soundness, and banks profitability.

In this study, concept and importance of e-journal usage statistics has been examined and Journal Usage Factor project performed by Project COUNTER group has been investigated. Advantages and limits of usage statistics generated by library, link resolver and publisher have been clarified. By analyzing various errors and problems included in publisher-generated usage statistics, we conclude that the current usage statistics is not completely credible yet.

Objective : This study aims to review the current status and problems of Korean Medicine and attempts to come up with the means to present a comprehensive and effective set of statistical data. Methods : We have analyzed the current statistics and tried to show how to establish an effective system to gather and organize statistics related to Korean Medicine, including national surveys by the Ministry of Health and Welfare or other relevant insititutions. Results : The existing statistics in Korean Medicine were established not as a result of national demand based on comprehensive analysis but due to the demand of the government ministries such as the Ministry of Health and Welfare or other relevant institutions. Thus, the statistics have been revealed to possess limitations such as a lack of systemization and consistency. In addition, the statistics analyze only the current industrial status of Korean Medicine, and as a result the information in unable to show systematic data for innovation, which is indispensable for the advancement and development of the Korean Medicine industry. Conclusion : To improve the statistical data in Korean Medicine, the statistics need to get over not only the level of management or regulation in Korean Medicine, but also the production of fragmentary statistics. It has to ultimately reflect the innovative activities in Korean Medicine nationally, and show what we need to advance and develop the industry.

For credit evaluation models, we extend the study of discriminatory power based on AUC obtained from a ROC curve when the number of defaults is small and distribution functions of the defaults and non-defaults are normal distributions. Since distribution functions do not satisfy normality in real world, the distribution functions of the defaults and non-defaults are assumed as normal mixture distributions based on results that the normal mixture could be better fitted than other distribution estimation methods for non-normal data. By using several AUC statistics, the discriminatory power under such a circumstance is explored and compared with those of normal distributions.

The purpose of this study is to see what the essential characteristics are in teaching probability and statistics among various mathematical fields. we also tried to connect the study of probability and statistics education with what is needed for a science be synthetic to have its own identity as a unique research field. Since we searched for the future direction of the pedagogic study in the probability and statistics we first selected papers on probability and statistics published in (Series A), the Journal of Korea Society of Mathematical Education, and establish the following research questions. What kinds of characteristics can be found when papers on probability and statistics published in (Series A) are classified into low categories; contents of probability and statistics education, research method of the mathematics education, methods of teaming and teaching, and finally measurements and evaluation\ulcorner We classified papers into two kinds. One is related to the educational contents, consisting of the methods of learning and teaching, and of the measurement and evaluation. The other is reined to the methods of research, which is not a part of the educational curriculum but is essential for establishing the identity of mathematics education. According to the periods, papers on the curricular contents in 1960s were influenced by the New Mathematics, and papers on the curricular contents in 1980s were influenced by 'back to basic'. In 1990s, papers on methods of learning and teaching, and measurement md evaluation were increasing in number. Besides, (series A) from the Journal of Korea Society of Mathematical Education covers contents, methods of Loaming and teaching, and measurement and evaluation. And when I examined the papers on the contents of textbook of a junior high school related to the probability and statistics education and on methods of learning and teaching, 1 found that those papers occupy 1.84% in . When it comes to the methods of loaming and teaching, most of studies in (series A) are about application of concrete implement like experiment and practical application of computer programs, Through this study, I found that over-all and more active researches on probability and statistics are required and that the studies about methods of loaming and teaching must be made in diverse directions. It is needed that how students recognize probability and statistics, connection, communication and representation in probability and statistics context, too. (series A) does not have papers on methods of study. Mathematics pedagogy is a mixture of various studies - mathematical psychology, mathematical philosophy, the history of mathematics and Mathematics. So If there doesn't exist a proper method of study adequate in the situation for the mathematics education the issue of mathematics pedagogy might be taken its own place by that of other studies'. We must search for the unique method of study fur mathematics education so that mathematics pedagogy has its own identity as a study. The study concerning this aspect is needed.

The purpose of this study is to develop school library evaluation criteria by individual provincial office of education. Data was collected from several school library evaluation criteria. Based upon the data new evaluation criteria were developed in order to increase student academic achievement and apply various school environment. Evaluation items were divided into three items: library programs, school support, service. Evaluation methods were identified into survey method, statistics method, and applied standard statistics method. From three methods, applied standard statistics method was selected. This method included quantitative items and qualitative items. Quantitative items have two criteria from budget, three criteria from collection, and three criteria from use. Qualitative items have two criteria: collection and book usage.

We analyze the factors leading to discrepancy in estimators and predictors of e-commerce size each survey institution, and then we make a evaluation criterion to obtain objective and standard results in e-commerce surveys. We would like to guarantee reliability for e-commerce statistics published by the survey institutes and the public ones by adapting the criterion which suggested.
