Environment-friendly agriculture has not only the simple purpose producing foods but also the key roles of conserving rural environments, landscapes and sustainable land uses. In addition, environment-friendly agricultural areas and their landscapes are important factors representing uniqueness of rural areas. For these reasons, this study investigates the landscapes formed through environment-friendly agriculture and evaluates the economic values of the landscapes using CRM(contingent ranking method) which has been known as one of the practical methods in the field of environmental economics. Based upon a scenario that government introduces the ratio of environment-friendly agriculture to evaluate economic values, a survey was performed with 1,088 of rural residents throughout the country. The results of this study indicate that the economic value for conservation and maintenance of environment-friendly agriculture landscapes is 480 won per household/month/1% environment-friendly agriculture, and this can be converted into 829 hundred million won per 1% environment-friendly agriculture nationally.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual condition of certification schools of environment-friendly architecture and general school per ecological environment elements through extracting ecological environment elements which is possible to analyze in quantity certification standards of environment-friendly architecture. As the method of the study, first, certification as an examination on certification system of environment-friendly architecture, summary of certification system of environment-friendly architecture and eco-school pilot model project in japan, ecological environment elements which is possible for quantitative analysis of ecological environment certification standards were extracted. Second, actual condition of ecological environment elements per school grade(middle school of environment-friendly architecture and general middle school) by collecting actual data of certification schools environment friendly architecture were analyzed and the results are as the follows. The average of ecological area ratio was 28.3 percent in case of this certification regardless of school grade and region and it was analyzed that the natural based green area ratio was 26.5 percent, bio-tope area ratio was 0.4 percent and ecological learning places area ratio was 0.45 percent.

This study analyzed the effects of consumer knowledge and attitudes toward spending on environment-friendly agricultural products. Using data collected from 486 Ulsan housewives, results showed each score of consumer knowledge on and attitude to environment-friendly agricultural products was the middle level, and that mean monthly expenditure on environment-friendly agricultural products was 91,193 won. A multiple regression analysis was computed and indicated that higher spending on environmentally friendly agricultural products was related to high levels of consumer knowledge, positive attitudes to environment-friendly agricultural products, higher levels of household income, being a housewife in terms of occupation position, and post-graduate education levels. Furthermore, results also implied that consumer knowledge and attitudes to environment-friendly agricultural products were of greater influences than the demographic variables in their influence over spending on environment-friendly agricultural products.

Recently, it is throwing the spotlight on environment-friendly architecture for preservation of the global environment throughout the world. At this point in time, home products to have Eco-label in architecture materials is increasing constantly and the demand of environment-friendly building and material is rising. The purpose of this study is to propose a way of development through analysis about necessity and concept of environment-friendly architecture and research into institution and standard for certification of environment-friendly building materials. So, it will make exactly progress to this study that is based on analysis and research of periodical publications, theses, reports of journal and data of the advanced country about environment-friendly architecture.

The study aims to analyze and evaluate the evaluation items and application methods of environment-friendly middle schools in Chungbuk area by case studies. For the study, the criteria and situations of environment-friendly schools are analyzed literally and three environment-friendly middle schools in Chungbuk area selected. The field surveys and faculty interviews are performed. As results, about 35 environment-friendly technologies are applied and 66 to 68 points are acquired in three selected schools. It is analyzed that the PV, natural interior materials, raining recycle system and sufficient green spaces are pointed out as main technologies. About 66% of respondents know the environment-friendly certification and use the environment facilities in classes. However, the unsuitable plants for interior green spaces, unskilled management of recycling facilities and the absent of student participate programs show up as main problems. Also, the active campaigns need to expand the environment-friendly school.

The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement of certification standards of environment friendly architecture in ecological environment field by surveying and analyzing actual status of actual certification schools of environment friendly architecture per ecological environment elements through extracting ecological environment elements which is possible to analyze in quantity certification standards of environment friendly architecture. As contents of the study, first, certification as an examination on certification system of environment friendly architecture, summary of certification system of environment friendly architecture, ecological environment elements which is possible for quantitative analysis of ecological environment certification standards were extracted. Second, actual status of ecological environment elements per school grade, region, and population increase by collecting actual data of certification schools of environment friendly architecture. Third, using analysis data of ecological environment elements, ecological area ratio of certification schools of environment friendly architecture per weighted values of space types was calculated and the results were analyzed as the follows. (1) In case of preliminary certification out of total objects of investigation schools was average 34.06% but in this case of certification, it was reduced to 33.07%. However, it is difficult to make judgment as actual evidence data since ecological area ratio of actual preliminary certification is data based on drawing planes. Therefore, in case of this certification, elementary schools was investigated at average 33.11%, middle schools 34.81%, and high schools 31.28% and middle school showed the highest relatively. (2) Besides, average composition ratio of ecological area ratio was 63.04% in case of this certification regardless of school grade and region and it was analyzed that about 70% of ecological area ratio is composed of the natural based green area including pure natural based green land and 6.89% of ecological learning institute.

Nowadays, housing density in a city is getting higher, and this trend is expected to continue in the future. Therefore, Skyscraper is considered as future alternative architecture beyond symbolic meaning in aspect of demand and supply of urban land. However, skyscrapers which were newly built in Korea have many problems such as consumption of enormous amounts of energy, destruction of natural environment, and traffic jam. And from now on, environment-friendly development of skyscraper is urgently needed. However, plans or evaluation standards, which take account of the environment-friendly aspect of skyscraper, leave much to be desired. And especially it is hard to find environment-friendly skyscrapers. Therefore, this study aims to find realistic alternative solutions of environment-friendly skyscraper through analysis of the works of Ken Yeang who has been known as bio-climatic architect and tried to apply environment-friendly plans to skyscraper.

Second, actual condition of ecological environment elements per non-certification high school by collecting actual data of certification schools environment friendly architecture were analyzed and the results are as the follows. The average of ecological area ratio was 17.8 percent in case of non-certification school facilities it was analyzed that the natural based green area ratio was 17.5 percent, continuous green axis length ratio was 19.0 percent and roof green garden area ratio was 0 percent.

본 연구는 소비자의 친환경 구매가치가 친환경 농산물에 대한 신뢰, 친환경 농산물에 대한 소비자의 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 알아보고자 시행하였으며, 이는 정부, 기업, 소비자단체 등에 기초자료를 제공함으로서 소비자의 친환경 농산물 구매를 통한 국민건강증진 방안을 모색하는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 본 연구의 표본 추출을 위해 전국 백화점 및 친환경 식자재 유통점포를 방문하는 소비자들 중 해당하는 백화점 및 친환경 식자재 유통점포를 이용 경험이 있는지를 선조사한 후 반드시 이용 경험이 있다고 한 고객만을 대상으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2012년 8월 1일부터 2012년 9월 30일에 걸쳐 2개월간 실시하였고, 총 350부의 설문지를 배포하여 321부(91.7%)를 최종분석 자료로 활용하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 친환경 소비가치가 친환경 농산물의 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 독립변수 환경보존 가치, 경제적 가치모두가 친환경 농산물의 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이중 경제적 가치가 가장 영향력이 큰 항목으로 나타났다. 둘째, 친환경 소비가치가 친환경 농산물의 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 독립변수 환경보존 가치, 경제적 가치모두가 친환경 농산물의 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 경제적 가치가 가장 영향력이 큰 항목으로 나타났다. 셋째, 친환경 농산물의 신뢰가 친환경 농산물의 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 친환경 농산물의 신뢰가 높게 나타날수록 소비자들의 친환경 농산물 구매의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

Even though consumers' concern about food-safety certified or environment-friendly chicken meat becomes one of the main issues of food consumption in Korea, university students' interest about food-safety certified or environment-friendly chicken meat was not often discussed. We realized that the cafeteria of university is one of the largest consumption points for the chicken meat of university students, and tried to analyze university students' consumption of food-safety certified or environment-friendly chicken meat at the cafeterias of university. The object of this paper is to conduct survey analysis about the students' behavior for consumption of food-safety certified or environment-friendly chicken meat at the cafeterias of university and to measure WTP(Willingness-to-pay) for the food cooked with food-safety certified or environment-friendly chicken meat. The results present that most of students show higher preference of environment-friendly chicken meat than food-safety certified chicken meat, and that they can pay 1,329.9 Korean won for food cooked with environment-friendly chicken meat.
