Research on entrepreneurial gifted youth who have immense potential within the national economy in the near future is critical. The purpose of this article is to establish the proper goal and direction of longitudinal study on entrepreneurial gifted youth and to identify substantial research problems. In order to do a theoretical inspection around preceeding research related with the field, longitudinal study of entrepreneurial youth (including gifted education and entrepreneurship) was executed. As a result, the goal, 'the verification of whether entrepreneurs can be cultivated by educational interventions' was derived as an appropriate research direction. Also, 4 major research problems are presented: (1) Description of the features of entrepreneurial gifted youth and their developmental pattern, (2) Explanation of the effects of educational intervention on intensifying entrepreneurial giftedness, (3) Prediction which identifies the factors that influence the youths' success as eminent entrepreneurs, and (4) Control over promoting talented individuals and refining relevant policy and institutions. Implications and further research directions are also discussed.

Entrepreneurial education for university students furnishes necessary knowledges and fosters competences of potential entrepreneurs and help them change their attitudes toward start-up of a new business. This study examines how entrepreneurial education affects promoting entrepreneurship and stimulating entrepreneurial motivation of university students. Testing mediating of entrepreneurship between entrepreneurial education and motivation is another aim of this study. Regression analysis was used to examine each hypothesis of the study. Following refers to summary of the findings of the study; at first, entrepreneurial education affects entrepreneurial motivation of university students positively. Secondly, entrepreneurial education influences promoting entrepreneurship of students. Thirdly, entrepreneurship has a positive effect on entrepreneurial motivation significantly. Lastly, entrepreneurship plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial education and motivation of students. Both theoretical and practical implication were provided based on the findings of the study.

While there have been many previous studies showing that an entrepreneur's personal characteristics have a significant impact on his intention to start a business, there was relatively little research on the inherent mechanisms for this. Recent researches show that entrepreneur's personal characteristics affect the entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control, rather than directly. This study carried out empirical research on 233 Chinese university students on what personal characteristics affect the entrepreneurial intention of Chinese university students, who are actively engaged in start-up activities recently. Based on the theory of planned behavior, we set entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control as important variables that shape the entrepreneurial intention and formed a model and hypotheses that personal characteristics of a potential entrepreneur(leadership, planning, innovation, sociality) affect the entrepreneurial intention through these two variables. We verified these hypotheses by regression analysis and structural equation model. The analysis confirmed that for Chinese university students the entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control were important antecedent variables that shape the entrepreneurial intention. It was also shown that leadership and innovation have a positive influence on the entrepreneurial attitude, while leadership and planning raise the level of perceived behavioral control. As a result, leadership forms the entrepreneurial intention through the entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavior control, and innovation affects the entrepreneurial intention through the entrepreneurial attitude, while planning affects the entrepreneurial intention through perceived behavior control. Therefore, entrepreneurship education that emphasizes leadership, innovation and planning is required for Chinese college students as a potential entrepreneur. These three factors could also be important personal characteristics when choosing a potential entrepreneur.
Entrepreneurial resilience is one of the core competencies that young entrepreneurs should own. However, compared to its importance, related studies about this topic are rare, especially in Korea. Therefore, this study, for empirical analysis, included resilience to the research model expanding existing research. The purpose of this study is to identify the direct effects of perceived norms of young entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial resilience on entrepreneurial intentions, and to identify the mediated effects between perceived norm, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. The data used in this research were collected through questionnaires from 443 potential young entrepreneurs. Our experimental result show that social norm and entrepreneurial self-efficacy were positively related to entrepreneurial resilience. Moreover, personal norm, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial resilience were statistically significant on intention of entrepreneurial. As a result of the indirect effect, entrepreneurial resilience mediates the relationship between social norms, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. Finally, this research has significant meaning because it shows the importance of entrepreneurial resilience to entrepreneurial intention of young entrepreneurs. However, the limitation of this study relates to the restriction of sample in certain regions and universities.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the education program developed to raise the potential of entrepreneurial capabilities of senior citizens under the supervision of SMBA and investigate the effects of educational contents and environment on program satisfaction and entrepreneurial intention. The sample of this study was composed of 44 trainees who participated in the education program implemented by H University. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires and analyzed employing paired-sample t-test and path analysis techniques. The study found that the program was effective in strengthening the potential of entrepreneurial capabilities of senior citizens and that educational content and environment had positive effects on program satisfaction, which in turn, positively impacted on entrepreneurial intention. The practical implications of the findings were discussed and the future directions for research were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the Government's entrepreneurial support policy(educational support, financial support and marketing support) on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. This study examined educational support, fund support and marketing support as the The Government's entrepreneurial support polity variables and innovativeness, progressiveness and risk-taking as entrepreneurship variables. The sample of this study was composed of 331 existing and potential entrepreneurs selected from the national panel of a online web survey research firm. Data were collected using self-administerd structured questionnaires and analyzed employing structural equation modelling techniques. This study found that three entrepreneurship variables(innovativeness, progressiveness and risk-taking) had positive direct effects on entrepreneurial intention and that three Government's entrepreneurial support policy variables (educational support, financial support and marketing support) had positive direct effects on entrepreneurship, whereas these three variables had positive indirect effects on entrepreneurial intention. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were discussed and the directions for future research were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of career uncertainty and career education on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention of potential entrepreneur in Korea. A total number of 381 potential entrepreneurs responded to the questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 22. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows: First, career uncertainty did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, career uncertainty had a negative(-) effect on entrepreneurship. Third, career education had a negative(-) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Fourth, career education did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurship. Fifth, career uncertainty had a negative(-) effect on self-determination. Sixth, self-determinism was found to fully mediate the relationship between career uncertainty and entrepreneurial intention. Seventh, self-determination was found to fully mediate the relationship between career uncertainty and entrepreneurship. Based on these results, it is necessary to expand and strengthen the scope of career education of students by lowering the uncertainty of career and reinforcement of intrinsic motivation through self-determination in order to improve student's entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. At the same time, institutional efforts to include entrepreneurship education in career education should be concurrently accompanied by efforts to improve self-determination of potential entrepreneurs.

The paper aims to identify the determinants that influence entrepreneurial intention among National Economics University graduates. For the sample size, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 250 full-time third-year undergraduates at the National Economics University, with convenience sampling technique. Of those 250 undergraduates, 150 were Business Administration students and 100 Economy Management students. After eliminating invalid responses due to lack of information or low quality information, 215 responses were used (93.07% of respondents) for data analysis. The results show that the factor "Perceived desirability" has the strongest impact on the intention to start a business. It is followed by the factor "Perceived feasibility" in which the "ability to search and plan for start-up" has a stronger influence on undergraduates' entrepreneurial intention than the "leadership and ability to overcome adversity". The hypothesis of a positive relationship between undergraduates' propensity to act and their intention to start a business is also supported in this study. Based on the results, we suggest some recommendations for the university and State management agencies to nurture and develop entrepreneurial intention of undergraduates, forming the young generation of potential entrepreneurs to contribute to the development of emerging countries such as Vietnam, the case study.

The most important points in the field of entrepreneurship research are new venture creation and behaviors for start-up venture. Most of past researches are limited to the formation of entrepreneurial intention, and researches on entrepreneurial activities, specifically nascent entrepreneurial behavior, have not been studied well. In this study, we view entrepreneurial process as gestation process from entrepreneurial intention to nascent entrepreneurial activities, and identify the moderating effects of cognitive style, which is the way of thinking about the information in entrepreneurial process. In addition, we find the moderating effects of cognitive style on the relationships between perceived barriers and support in environmental factors and nascent entrepreneurial activities. Subjects of this study are potential entrepreneurs. So we selected university students who are taking venture start-up course, conducted a survey, collected 367 questionnaires. In statistical test, we applied PLS-SEM for testing hypotheses because CB-SEM is too sensitive to test more than two moderating effects in th research model. As a result of the analysis, it was found that entrepreneurial intention, cognitive planning style, cognitive creative style, perceived support had a significant effect on nascent entrepreneurial behavior. The results of the analysis of the moderating effects of cognitive style which are the hypotheses in the research are as follows. First, the cognitive planning style did not have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and nascent entrepreneurial activities. Second, in the relationship between perceived barriers and nascent entrepreneurial activity, cognitive planning style did not have significant moderating effect, and cognitive creating style had significant negative moderating effect. Third, in the relationship between perceive support and nascent entrepreneurial activity, cognitive planning style had significant positive moderating effect, and cognitive creating style did not have significant moderating effect.

This study attempts to empirically examine the influence of entrepreneurial education in university on entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate and graduate students as potential entrepreneur and new moderating factors on the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intentions. We suggested EO(innovativeness, risk-taking propensity, proactiveness and locus of control) and environmental factors(entrepreneurial family background and resource accessibility) as new moderating factors in the relationship. For this study, the following research questions are raised : First, is there a significant difference in entrepreneurial intentions of enrolled and unenrolled students in entrepreneurial education? Second, does entrepreneurial education affect entrepreneurial intentions positively? Finally, do EO and environmental factors have moderating effects in the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intentions? In order to test our research model, the current study collected data from 265 undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in natural sciences or engineering in Seoul National Univ., Hanyang Univ., and KAIST. To investigate our research questions and hypotheses, independent-sample T-test and hierarchical regression analysis were employed. The results of empirical analysis revealed that entrepreneurial education positively related to entrepreneurial intentions and that the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intentions moderated by EO and environmental factors. First, the result showed the significant difference in entrepreneurial intentions between enrolled and unenrolled students in entrepreneurial education. Entrepreneurial intentions of students who enrolled entrepreneurial education was higher than others. Second, entrepreneurial education affected the entrepreneurial intentions positively. Finally, the moderating effects of innovativeness, risk-taking propensity, proactiveness and entrepreneurial family background among investigated six moderators were significant. entrepreneurial education-entrepreneurial intentions relationship was even stronger under high innovativeness and high proactiveness. But risk-taking propensity and entrepreneurial family background decreased the effect of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intentions.
