Development of automation system for relay assembly and test (릴레이 결합 및 검사 자동화 시스템 개발)

  • A relay is the one of small electrical components for automobiles and used for industry widely. We have developed the automation system for relay assembly and test to make it improve the productivity and decrease the man power. In order to determine the objective process of automation, we investigated 6 small and medium sized-enterprises and 1 greate sized-enterprise producing relays. And, we selected 2 model enterprises of them. One of the two is the system to develop. The scope of our study is the analyse of the conventional workcell, the determination of the system specification, the design of the system layout, the determination of the system cycle time, the design of the system mechanism, and the development of the controller for the system. We think that the developed system may be solve the technical and the economical problems interrupted efficiential automation of domastic small and medium sized-enterprises, and improve the international competitive power.

  • PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) is an information management system that can integrate data, processes, business systems and human resources throughout the enterprise. BOM(Bills Of Material) is key data for designing, purchasing materials, manufacturing planning and management, which is basic for product development throughout the product life cycle. In this paper, we propose the efficient system to increase the data loading speed and the processing speed when using such large BOM data. We present the performance and usability of IMDG (In Memory Data Grid) for data processing when loading large amounts of data. In the UI, using the pure web grid of JavaScript instead of the existing data loading method can be improve performance of data managing.

  • Collaborative product commerce (CPC) supports a collaboration that a global enterprise and customer related to life cycle of product share product information and a collaboration process for the collaboration, and integrating applications. In this paper, we use common data schema in order to solve a interoperability problem about shared product information between enterprises. And we map to common data schema from each other different data format. Therefore we implement CPC Adaptor in order to integrate distributed product information.

  • The purpose of the research is to analyze the status and problems of the e-Learning quality assurance system on e-Learning contents and service provider(institutes) in the field of enterprise education. In addition, the research is to suggest the direction and strategies for revising and developing the system. The research put emphasis on two systems of the e-Learning quality assurance(contents, service provider) which directly influence financial support of government. This study depended mostly on literature review, supplemented by expert panel meetings. In the case of the quality assurance system on e-Learning contents, the followings are suggested; (1)admitting the contents made of the combination of modules in the approved module set, (2)making easier the qualifying of modified contents for maintenance, (3)revising evaluation criteria, (4)providing substantial feedback. In the field of service provider, the followings are requested; (1)differentiating of qualifying system by industry and scale of company, (2)extending the qualifying cycle, (3)improving the feedback and sharing system.

  • Obligor defaults are cross-sectionally correlated as obligors share common economic conditions; in addition obligors are longitudinally correlated so that an economic shock like the IMF crisis in 1998 lasts for a period of time. A longitudinal correlation should be used to construct statistical scenarios of stress test with which we replace a type of artificial scenario that the banks have used. We propose a Bayesian model to accommodate such correlation structures. Using 402 obligors to a domestic bank in Korea, our model with a dynamic correlation is compared to a Bayesian model with a stationary longitudinal correlation and the classical logistic regression model. Our model generates statistical financial statement under a stress situation on individual obligor basis so that the genearted financial statement produces a similar distribution of credit grades to when the IMF crisis occurred and complies with Basel IV (Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, 2017) requirement that the credit grades under a stress situation are not sensitive to the business cycle.

  • This paper deals with the Performance Based Logistics(PBL) application scheme pertaining to optimal maintenance program for logistics of Korean Fighter Experimental(KF-X) Project. For enhancement of the performance based logistics system application to KF-X program the selection of appropriate standards fit to maximize cost-cutting, a set of performance metrics fit for the purpose of the contract, foreign technology dependence of core equipments and parts were considered. Thus, selecting appropriate standards fit for Korean logistics environment, domestic maintenance enterprise for stable rate of operation of KF-X, a systematic reliability task that is able to measure quantitative combat capability are suggested.

  • The purpose of this study is to seek the revitalization plans of export platform for supporting export enterprise of the domestic public services. To activate the export platform, alternatives to two aspects are required as follows. First of all, a governance plan of export platform should be established. At present, an operation entity of export platform, which is still developing stage, is not yet established. In this situation, even though export platform developed, it will faced with inefficient operation. Therefore, an operation entity and appropriate business model are important to the platform activation. second, to activate platform, it is necessary to support export process of life cycle. In particular, the service, which can support the business strategies setting and project implementation stage, is required. In addition, in order to activate the export platform is need to operate with he government's support program.

  • Exchange of product model data becomes a key issue in the globalized enterprise environment. Sharing heterogeneous information resides in diverse information resources is not easy. To share automotive product information among different organizations, a reliable neutral information standard and communication methods are needed. World wide sharing of automotive product information can be implemented based on the STEP AP214, the standard for exchange of automotive product model through its whole life cycle. This paper suggests an automotive PDM implemented on the internet and based on the STEP AP214. Physical files containing design data can be shared on the internet using JAVA applets and VRML.

  • Presented in this paper is the development of an product cost estimation system at the product design stage. The efficient cost estimation function at the design stage is essential for the cost reduction activities through the entire product life cycle. For this purpose, it is necessary to establish a systematic working procedure, and to develop information system for managing a great deal of production and product-related data required for the cost estimation. The developed system has the capability of estimating a cost of assembly type products as well as unit-item type products. As proposed system is based on the variant approach, it can be used easily at an early design stage without the need for detail design information. Also, this system is integrated with legacy PDM (Product Data Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for fast. accurate and easy product cost estimation. The estimated cost includes material cost, overhead cost as well as labor cost.
