This study examined the illustrations in the elementary school textbooks which was followed by identifying the parts that displayed gender-discriminating elements or traditional gender roles. The research results are as follows: 1) The ratio of man and woman in the figures appearing in those illustrations was 1.33:1, which means there were more men than women in the illustrations and that there was no balance in the gender distribution among the figures. 2) Male figures were presented as the protagonists in 39.7% of the illustrations, female figures in 25.5%, and both male and female figures in 34.8%. The results indicate that there were much more illustrations in which men were the protagonists than those in which women were. 3) The occupations of the adults in the illustrations were analyzed. As a result, the ratio of man and woman with a job was about 2:1, which implies that there were twice as many male professionals than female ones. Men had over 60 kinds of occupations and women had only 45 kinds of occupations with 59.5% of them concentrated in four jobs including teaching, farming and fishing, doing artistic works, and selling things. 4) The case analysis results of the illustrations in the textbooks demonstrate that the traditional gender roles of a father and mother were followed and that there were gender stereotypes in describing the characteristics of man and woman. Gender dichotomy was observed in the vocations. Men were the leading players in economic, political, and cultural activities, and most of the historical figures were men. Meanwhile, women were depicted as the subjects of economic activities and completely isolated and alienated from political, historical, and cultural activities. It turned out that the figures of the illustrations in the current elementary school textbooks had gender discriminating elements and profoundly reflected the stereotypes for gender roles.

본 연구는 초등학교 교원의 교육적 경험(교직 경력, 교사 학습공동체 참여 경험, 교육과정 연수참여 경험, 혁신학교 근무 경험)이 교육과정 및 교과서를 인식하고 실행하는 양상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 초등교원을 대상으로 설문한 결과를 t-검증, 일원 분산분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 교원의 교육적 경험에 따라 교육과정 재구성 인식 및 실행, 교과서 인식 및 의존에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 교육과정 재구성 인식 및 실행, 교과서 인식 및 의존 등의 각 변인 간의 통계적으로 유의미한 상관을 나타냈다. 셋째, 교육과정 재구성과 교과서 의존에 교원의 교육적 경험이 의미 있는 영향을 미치고 있었다. 초등학교에서의 교육과정 재구성은 그 자체가 목적이 아니다. 초등학생들의 의미 있는 성장과 발달을 위한 최선의 수업 방안을 찾아 실천하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 교과서 의존도를 낮추고 적극적으로 교육과정을 재구성하여 수업을 전개해야 하며, 교원들은 폭넓은 교육적 경험을 바탕으로 전문성을 함양해야 함을 시사한다.

본 연구는 교육과정 등재 용어가 교과서에서 사용하는 용어의 가이드라인 역할을 충실히 할 수 있도록, 교육과정 등재 용어와 교과서에서 사용하는 용어 사이의 불일치를 찾아 개선하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 교육과정 등재 용어와 교과서에서 사용하는 용어를 대상으로 수학 용어의 선정과 사용의 적합성에 관해 논의한다. 본 연구에서는 용어 등재와 관련해서 다음의 다섯 가지 기준을 제안한다. 순수한 일상어는 등재하지 않는다. 순화어는 등재하지 않는다. 초등학교 수학에서만 사용되지만 이미 정착된 용어는 등재한다. 맥락에 따라 다양하게 사용하는 용어는 한 번씩만 등재한다. 정의하지 않고 사용할 수 있는 용어를 지정한다. 교과서에서의 용어 사용과 관련해서도 다음의 세 가지 기준을 제안한다. 교육과정 등재 용어는 반드시 사용해야 한다. 맥락에 따라 다양하게 사용하는 동일한 용어는 맥락에 따라 재 정의한다. 공인되지 않은 용어나 꼭 필요하지 않은 용어는 사용하지 않는다.

전 세계적으로 곳곳에서 급격하게 디지털 전환이 이루어지고 있다. 디지털 기술의 발전 속도가 매우 빨라지면서 앞으로 더 많은 정보들이 디지털화될 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 개인정보, 금융정보 등의 민감 정보가 온라인에서 전송되고 저장되는 과정에서 사이버 위협이 발생할 수 있는 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 인공지능의 발전과 디지털 전환이 급속도로 이루어지고 있는 중국의 초·중등학생 대상 정보보호 교재를 비교하여 분석하였다. 관련 교재를 수집 후 분석에 적절한 교재를 선별하였으며, 교재의 외적 체제와 내적 체제를 구분하여 분석하였다. 외적 체제 분석 결과, 교재 표지는 모두 적절하게 제작되었으나, 교재 내지는 교재마다 질의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 초등학생 대상 교재의 경우 레이아웃, 내용 배치의 우수성이 두드려졌다. 내적 체제 분석 결과, 중국에서 제시한 '정보사회 책임' 학습 목표를 기준으로 학습 내용을 살펴보면, 다양한 내용이 고루 포함되어 있지 않은 경우가 있었다. 본 논문을 통해 정보보호 관련 교육 및 교재 개발 연구에 시사점을 제공하기 바란다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to develop safety education programs in elementary school. Method: Analysis is made based on textbooks for $1st-{\sim}6th-grade$ elementary school students published by Korea Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development. Results: 1) Among the textbooks. only , . , and courses dealt with safety education. 2) The contents of safety education included traffic safety, water safety, indoor and outdoor safety, fire, emergency measures, misuse and abuse of drug, smoking, toy safety, sports safety, leasure safety and disasters. However, the contents were theoretical, fragmentary, local and limited. Conclusion: These results suggest that the consents of safety education must be strengthened, and more practical and more behavior-oriented in consideration of activities.

이 연구의 목적은 초 중 고등학교 과학 교과서 글의 구조적 특징을 종합적으로 분석하여 학생들이 상급 학교로 진학하면서 경험하게 되는 과학 교과서 글의 변화 양상을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 자료로 제 7차 교육 과정에 의해 개발된 초 중 고등학교 과학 교과서의 '화산과 지진' 관련 단원의 글을 선정하였으며, '텍스트 구성적 의미', '상호 관계적 의미', '내용과 논리 관계 의미'의 측면에서 글을 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 과학 교과서의 글은 학교급에 따라 글의 구조를 비롯한 언어적 특징이 다르게 나타나며, 학생들이 상급 학교로 진학하면서 이러한 글의 구조적 특징 차이에 의해서도 과학 교과서를 읽고 이해하는 것이 어렵고 생소하다고 인식할 수 있음을 문제로 제기하였다. 또한 과학을 학습하는 과정에서 과학의 언어가 지니는 구조적 특징에 대한 과학 교사의 중재자 역할이 필요함을 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 2009 개정 및 2015 개정 초등 과학교과서에 제시된 5학년 '날씨와 우리생활' 단원의 탐구 중 '안개 실험'과 관련하여 예비교사들의 이해를 알아보았다. 연구 대상은 교육대학교 학생 100명으로 초등과학교재연구 강의에 참여한 학생들이다. 예비교사들은 두 교육과정에 대해 사전학습 후, 실험을 비교수행하고 논의하는 자율적인 교재연구를 하였다. 그 후 예비교사들이 개별적으로 답한 결과와 과제를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2009 개정과 2015 개정 교육과정에서의 안개 발생 차이를 응결, 수증기 등의 관련 과학적 개념으로 설명한 예비교사는 24명(24%)이었고 그중 1명(1%)만이 포화개념을 이용하여 설명하고 있었다. 둘째, 교육과정 변화에 따른 안개실험 방법의 변화에 대해 그 이유를 알아낸 예비교사들은 48명(48%)이었다. 셋째, 예비교사들은 과학적 지식의 중요성보다는 실험의 재현과 성공을 중요시하였으며, 그런 예비교사들은 대체실험이나 동영상 자료 활용을 제안하였다.

2006개정 교육과정에서 초등수학과의 교수 학습방법으로 학습자의 조작 활동을 통한 탐구방식의 학습이나 교사와 학생이 함께 학습활동 등으로 학습자의 능동적이고 적극적인 활동주의 학습 원리에 따른 학습 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 방법을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학교 1학년에서 6학년까지의 수학교과서에 제시된 모든 학습내용에 따른 학습 활동을 10가지의 유형으로 조사한 후에 이를 수와 연산, 도형, 확률과 통계, 측정 그리고 규칙성과 문제해결의 5대 내용영역과 저 중 고학년군의 3개로 나누어 특징을 분석하였다. 그리고 이 결과를 교사들이 단원에 따라 개대되는 활동유형과 비교하고 분석하여 학습지도에 효과적으로 활용하도록 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide an opportunity for better understanding and application of 2009 revised elementary school mathematics textbooks through focus group's investigations on the elementary mathematics teacher's guide books. First, We survey previous studies on the teacher's guide books to make the frame of investigation. Next, We compose focus group(8 teachers) for 3~4th grades, and analyze the teacher's guide books according to ready-made frame: compliance of curriculum, accuracy and fairness of contents, selection and organization of contents. As results of investigation, system of organization of the teacher's guide books is needed. Goal, contents, teaching methods, and evaluations have to be consistent in describing mathematical terms. And errors in mathematics and mathematics education are examined more carefully. The teacher's guide books afford teachers many materials and informations to teach mathematics through classroom lessons. So more study on the teacher's guide books and developmental study for the model guidebooks is needed along with the revised curriculum and new textbooks.

The purpose of this study is to develop the elementary environmental textbook relevant to global warming based on responsibility ethics. To achieve the purpose, concrete study processes are as follows. First, the theory of responsibility ethics of Jonas was analyzed. Second, contents relevant to global warm ing on textbooks and guide books in the 7th elementary curriculum was analyzed through reference study. Third, the environmental textbook relevant to global warming for 5th and 6th grade in the elementary school was developed which was based on responsibility. The results of this study are as follows. First, responsibility ethics of Jonas has a lot of merit if it is applied to environment education. Second, according to the analysis into textbooks and guide books in the 7th elementary curriculum, the contents concerning global warming are very poor in both quantity and quality. Third, the elementary environmental textbook relevant to global warming for 5th and 6th grade students was developed. This textbook based on responsibility ethics will be expected to be efficient on the learning compared with subsidiary textbook in use.
