In case of the BTL project for current educational faculties, the proper standards to analyze those said educational standards lack, so it is very difficult to conduct an exact analysis and those improper standards are problematic when proper management and maintenance costs are calculated. In case of such educational facilities, as students have to use them safely for a long time and the quantity of their activities and the status of their physical growth based on individual classes, as well as the features for use by facility and the regional characteristics are different, other standards for maintenance and management must be considered unlike an apartment house. Thus, in this study, to set up the standards considering the features of educational facilities, the maintenance and management level suitable for educational facilities is presented by comparing and analysing that required to maintain and manage an apartment house, targeting the experts specializing management of educational facilities.

This study was investigated for the local festival's educational impact. And take advantage of local festivals and educational effectiveness of the educational factors that affects, local festivals, depending on the type, application factors and intention to revisit whether there are differences in educational projects have identified the effect. So take advantage of the educational needs of local festivals for the purpose is to recognize that. To this end, 2010 Cheongdo persimmon festival's visitors were surveyed. How to analyze the descriptive statistics and factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, ANOVA was used. The results of multiple regression analysis, community education of local festivals, discretionary activities, and agricultural education in educational projects in local festivals factor effects showed positive effects. The results of ANOVA, type programs and performances of the factors exhibition programs, experiential programs were no significant differences between groups. Of intention to revisit, "will revisit" and "I do not know", "will not visit" and "I do not know" and "will not visit" was no significant difference between the groups. These results, focusing on the needs of local festivals take advantage of the educational implications for the proposed recognition.

The purpose of this paper is to study the unplugged educational program for the lower grades of elementary school. For this, the study was conducted as follows. First, a play-learning-based unplugged education method was discovered, focusing on play activities according to the level of development of elementary school students. Secondly, unplugged educational programs to develop Computational Thinking were designed according to the discovered topics. each class is conducted by storytelling, and the content of the storytelling is related to the integrated curriculum 'Winter'. In addition, each class was analyzed based on the core elements of Computational Thinking ability. And, we developed educational materials that can be used in the designed unplugged educational program. Finally, the educational program was applied to the lower grades of elementary school, and the educational program was analyzed through case studies. As a result of the analysis, the educational program was organized according to the level of the students, and it was confirmed that this educational program is helpful in improving the Computational Thinking of lower grade students of elementary school.

This research deals with Freinet School in France as a model of open public schools, with focus on the school's operating philosophy, operating contents and characteristics, the cases of educational practices and suggestions for Korea's public education reform. Freinet School has been operated based on the educational philosophy of the French education activist Célestin Freinet(1896-1966). This researcher approached the following four research subjects in order to examine what effects Freinet School can have on the change and reform of Korea's public schools. First: What are the educational effects that Freinet School has on the public educational system in France? Second: What are the operating principles of Freinet School and what are the characteristics of the school's viewpoints and roles towards its teachers and students? Third: What are the kinds of the educational activities and the status of utilization of time and space with regard to Freinet School's operating regulations and the cases of educational practices? Fourth: What suggestions can Freinet School provide for Korea's public educational reform? This researcher have conducted preceding and philological researches on Freinet School pedagogy and analyzed such data as moving images, interviews with teachers, and the books published by Freinet School Teachers' Association.

There is a new demand for functional sharing between existing schools and neighbouring community facilities. This study is to find out the priority of the existing schools at Nowon District for functional sharing development. Most schools are located geographically near the highly populated residential district. The development will be a form of multi-use school complex. The process starts with selecting the schools located in the center of local community. Since the school facilities occupies the relatively enough space, it is possible to expand other functions for the neighbouring communities. Accordingly many citizens can utilize them because of their greater activities. This study is based on the investigation and the analysis of actual situations related to the complex development of school facilities. As a result the suitable candidate schools for the multi-use development are listed under the searched conditions.

The school is the educational and living space for students and teachers. And, the safety of the school facilities is very important element on the school activities. For this safety of school facilities, there is a need to prevent of safety-accident by the reinforcement of the systematic and the removal of risk factors. In order to minimize the damages from school facilities this study tried to suggest the solution for the prevention of safety accidents according to research about actual conditions of safety accidents from school facilities.

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze characteristics of using pattern on the physical facilities and fundamental demands about improving factors associated with management of variation type. The teachers of four middle schools are participated through questionnaires with this survey. According to the results, supplemental factors of learning activities, convenient facilities for students, factors with space utilization, moving class and arrangement of similar subject blocks are influential in order on the awareness of teachers for correspondence of variation type. In the analysis of variance based on the sampling factors, significant differences were shown in the factors of attached group, gender, age and managemental experience of variation type. Especially, the factors with moving class and convenient facilities for students are analytically more differential than the other factors, therefore, these factors must be considered in detail.

The graph unit(chapter) is a good example of a topic in elementary school mathematics for which computer use can be incorporated as part of the instruction. Teaching graph can be facilitated by using the graphing utilities of computers, which make it possible to observe the property of many types of graphs. This study was concerned with utilizing an educational software Graphers as an instructional tool in teaching to help young students gain a better understanding of graph concepts. For this purpose, three types of instructional activities using Graphers were shown in the paper. Graphers is a data-gathering tool for creating pictorial data chosen from several data sets. They can represent their data on a table or with six types of graphs such as Pictograph, Bar Graph, Line Graph, Circle Graph, Grid Plot and Loops. They help students to select the graph(s) which are the most appropriate for the purpose of analyzing data while comparing various types of graphs. They also let them modify or change graphs, such as adding grid lines, changing the axis scale, or adding title and labels. Eventually, students have a chance to interpret graphs meaningfully and in their own way.

This study investigated how kindergarten teachers apply children's traditional play to educational curriculum and how kindergarten children engaged in traditional play. The subjects of this study were 120 kindergarten teachers and their 2930 5-year-old kindergarten children. Data were gathered through questionnaires. The results showed that most teachers included children's traditional play in educational curriculum as indoor and outdoor play activities, but they had difficulties in this process by lack of play materials and their knowledge of children's traditional play. The results also showed that kindergarten children played "Yut" most frequently and, in most cases, they engaged in traditional play in ways which were adjusted to their developmental level and life style.

The purposes of this study were to understand caregiving situation and to develop education program for families with the demented elderly,. Family caregivers of elderly patients with dementia clearly experience high levels of stress which often leads to such negative caregiver outcomes as depression interference with social activities and health difficulties. That is providing care is stressful for caregivers because the demands of the caregiving situation threaten to overwhelm the caregivers' coping resources. Therfore the families with demented elderly persons need assistances in order to alleviated burden of caregiving, In this study the educational program was designed to increase caregivers' confidence in problem-solving, And it was designed to provided information to demented elderly. The educational program of this study was given 5 session. And it was included the understanding of dementia the family caregiving experiences of the demented elderly persons the time for elf-care the search for helping the improving of interpersonal relations and communications.
