병원조직에서 간호팀장의 팀제 경험 (Team Managers' Experience With a Team System in the Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to understand and describe the team manager's experience in relation to the team system in the hospital organization. Methods: In-depth individual interviews for collection of data were conducted from October to November 2011. Participants were chosen purposely among team managers who had worked as team managers under the team manager system in Seoul for more than three years. Content of all interviews was recorded and transcribed according to information collected by interviewers. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi's analysis. Results: Six categories were derived from the analysis: 1) Strengthening of team manager's authority; 2) Sharing of multifaceted leadership role; 3) Demonstrating people-oriented leadership; 4) Complete interpersonal relationship and communication; 5) Self-empowering with web-like plans and practices; and 6) Going through rigorous commitment for team performance. Conclusion: Results of the study demonstrate various positive factors in association with the team system in spite of the short period of time since its introduction in the hospital organization; however, some negative aspects of the team system need to be reevaluated.

항만물류조직구성원들의 보안능력에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Security Ability of Port Logistics Organization Members)

  • 현재 항만물류보안과 관련한 노력이 활발하게 일어나고 있지만 항만정보기술과 관련된 보안에 대해서는 인식과 교육, 제도 등이 부족한 상황이다. 상호인증 협약 수립을 통해 항만물류보안 정보를 실시간으로 교환 할 수 있는 통합 네트워크를 구축할 필요성이 있다. 항만경쟁력 확보 및 물류 서비스 강화를 목적으로 물류보안을 위한 국가 전략수립이 중요하다. 무엇보다 시급히 필요한 것은 항만물류조직구성원 들의 보안의식을 높이고 항만물류조직의 중요한 특성인 정보 보안 능력을 향상시키는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 항만물류조직구성원들의 정보보안능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 보안규범이 보안인식에 영향을 미친다는 가설은 기각되었지만 보안활동과 보안인식 간의 관련성은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 보안규범과 보안능력 간의 관계, 보안인식과 보안능력 간의 관계에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과로 나타났다.

학교도서관의 교수 - 학습 이론적 기초에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Base of Learning and Teaching Theories for School Libraries)

  • 교육은 인간 행동의 계획적인 변화이다. 이러한 변화는 인간의 학습 과정을 통해 이루어진다. 학습이 이루어지는 과정과 그 심리적 기제를 설명하는 법칙이나 이론적 체계는 학습이론에 그 바탕을 두고 있다. 학교교육을 지원하는 기본 시설로서의 학교도서관은 교수-학습이론과 어떤 관련이 있고, 어떤 기여를 할 수 있는지, 그 방법은 어떻게 되어야 할 것인지에 대한 객관적 통찰은 학교도서관의 교육적 탐구와 학문적 탐구를 위한 기반이 된다. 본고에서는 학습이론의 큰 흐름인 행동주의 학습이론 인지주의 한습이론, 구성주의 학습이론 등을 중심으로 학교도서관의 교수-학습 이론적 기반을 고찰한다. 이를 바탕으로 학교도서관의 교육적 기초를 도서관기반교육접근법 (LBEA)으로 정립하고 있다.

  • Recently the change of family environment has influence on the configuration of the family welfare unit at the social welfare center. And so the relation of space and function required its change. The essential role of social welfare center is family welfare, domiciliary and community care, community organization, social education etc. In this sence, this study explored the condition of space planning for the family welfare at the social welfare center. For this study, it was reviewed the role and function, the service program, the degree of unit activity importance, space satisfaction, the usage characteristics. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and synthesized through case study and could be used in the guidelines as reference information for the spatial organization of the family welfare unit at the social welfare centers in small town.

The Effects of Transformational Leadership of IT CEO on Ordering Company Satisfaction : The Mediating Effect of Enhancing Transfer of Training on IT Employees

  • Enterprises that don't adapt to the changes can be weeded out, because IT sector is one of the most rapid rate of changes in business. The optimized job education and training are an essential part for the enterprises to handle the advanced and developed technologies, so the needs for the positive investments to the education and training about their employees and transformational leadership have been increased. This study verified how the transformational leadership of representatives in the IT enterprises affects the satisfaction of their ordering agencies as well as the transfer of education and training can be the intermediary role to them. From the results of the statistical analysis about questionnaire survey of 251 IT enterprises, dispatched their employees to public institutions in Ulsan, several significant outcomes are founded as follows. First, the transformational leadership of representative in the IT enterprises influenced the transfer of education and training positively. Second, the transfer of education and training positively affected the satisfaction of ordering agencies. Third, the satisfaction of ordering agencies are also affected from the transformational leadership. Finally, the some roles was influenced by the charisma of transformational leadership, and also, completely, the inspirational motivation and the intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership was affected by the intermediary roles to the satisfaction of ordering agencies. Based on the results of this study, representatives in the IT enterprises can be expected by the positive company results from improving the satisfaction of ordering agencies through the transformational leadership, which allow active investment in education and training about their employees and construction of pragmatic system through the education and training results for the organization, superiors and colleague.

학교정보관리시스템의 효용성 제고 - 제 문제와 개선방안 - (Usability Improvements in the School Information Management System - Issues and Suggestions -)

  • The National Education Information System(NEIS) has been utilized in primary and secondary schools. In this paper, we consider the NEIS should be used not only for educational administration affairs, but also for a lifelong management of national human resource. The current School Information Management System(SIMS), including the NEIS, is unsatisfactory due to the insufficiency of actual field suitability and end-user's conveniency. To this, we have devised improvements of the SIMS in the seven problem areas: ) The core business process of the school should be analyzed sufficiently and reflected in SIMS. (2) We should fully utilize groupware functions which activate the learning organization. (3) We might apply and use the CRM techniques of enterprises in SIMS. (4) The SIMS should be easy to make necessary school assessment data. (5) We should complement functions of the SIMS for a lifelong healthcare information management of national human resource. (6) The SIMS should support the school lunch management. (7) We should bring BOM and work-flow concepts into the SIMS.

서비스산업 종사자의 교육훈련이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 - 교육태도의 조절효과 검증 - (The Effect of Education Training on Job Performance of Service Industry Employees - Focus on Mediating Effect of Education Training Attitude -)

  • 서비스산업은 면대면 고객응대가 필요하며 이는 종사자에 대한 교육훈련의 필요성을 제기한다. 즉, 종사자에 대한 교육훈련이 조직의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 살펴보는 것은 의미있는 일이다. 본 연구는 교육훈련을 통한 성과가 다양한 요소들의 복합적인 역할에 기인할 것으로 생각하고 단순히 교육훈련만의 효과를 검증하기보다 교육훈련에 임하는 종사자의 태도가 어떤 역할을 할 수 있는지에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 연구의 결과, 종사자에 대한 교육훈련이 보다 효과적인 성과를 내기 위해 필요한 요소로 여겨진 교육훈련에 대한 종사자의 태도는 교육훈련에 대한 교육만족을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 조절변수인 것으로 확인 되었다. 결국, 교육훈련에 대한 태도가 긍정적일수록 교육훈련이 직무성과를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서, 교육훈련전 교육태도에 대한 고취가 우선시 될 필요가 있으며, 향후연구에서는 교육태도의 역할에 대해 더욱 심도있게 살펴볼 필요성이 대두된다고 할 수 있다.

초등학교 1.2학년 컴퓨터 교과서 내용 선정 및 조직 분석 (Organizational Analysis of Computer Textbooks for Elementary School in Korea)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 현재 초등학교에서 사용되고 있는 15종의 컴퓨터 교과서를 분석하여, 교과서의 장점 및 개선점을 알아봄으로써, 교사들의 교과서 사용에 도움을 주고, 앞으로의 개발 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 전국 초등학교 1 2학년 컴퓨터 교과서 15종에 대하여 평가 기준을 정하여 분석하였다. 평가 기준은 기존에 개발된 Schmidt의 일반 교과서 평가 기준과 교육인적자원부의 컴퓨터 교과서 심의 기준을 참조하여 내용 선정 및 조직에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과, 대부분 교과서들이 활동 중심 학습, 문제 중심 학습 및 실습 중심 학습이다. 그리고 다양한 교수방법 및 활동을 제공한다. 그러나 협동 학습과 통합 학습 면에서 부족하다. 그리고 개별화 교수에 대한 고려가 부족하고 심화 및 보충학습 제공도 미흡하다.

국내공립학교의 국제인증기준과 단위공간구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the International Accreditation Standard and Unit Spatial Organization of Public School in Korea)

  • Recently, Korea has been established and operated International Schools manifesting to improve the nation's capacity of the foreign languages skill and to cultivate internationally trained professional manpower. In order to achieve the vision of a world-class educational organization, it has to be designed for the facility standards to meet the international accreditation standards. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to research about basic resources through comparison of facility conditions between public schools in Korea and international accredited schools. By comparing those two different plan drawings are found the following things. First, Schools which established with International Accreditation Standard are prepared detailed criteria for the facility, Furthermore information about the furnishings included, in addition to specific equipments for classes are stated to be prepared. Secondly, it is more effective when special classrooms such as music and science are equipped with various spatial elements, enough educational equipment storage, teacher's study rooms, practical training rooms and student's activity rooms to support various teaching programs and learning efficiently. Lastly, there was a clear tendency that not only hardware but also software standards for the audiovisual room and library have been more enhanced to enable multidisciplinary educational approaches with the recent education training trend.

  • The article describes the concept of a Web-portal of an educational institution; the technical conditions for the creation of the Web-portal of the educational institution were determined; the features of the use of the Web-portal in the educational process and its organization are revealed. The scientific and practical value of the article lies in the fact that the use of portals in education will improve the management of an educational institution, activate and bring the educational process to the level of modern technologies at all its stages, as well as enhance the interaction of parents and students with employees of the educational institution.
