The main purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the implementation performance of ERP system from the investment such as hardware, software and consulting fee. The main goal of this study to analyze of ERP system implementation in various sections depending on the amount of investment and research about the contribution of ERP utilization on overall PCB business activities. Survey questionnaires were distributed via post and fax to PCB (Printed Circuit Board)Company in Korea. The results of this study can be summarized as follow. First, only 43.1% of respondents implemented ERP system at the enterprise level, which shows that ERP system does not completely play its role as a truly integrated system. Second, companies shows higher satisfaction rate with selectively invested on particular sub-modules. Third, the efficiency of ERP system can be maximized by improving efficiency on core areas through selective investments. Also, this can be maximized by performing overall investments on the general environment in addition to the direct investment on ERP. Lastly, 59.26% of respondents reported that the utilization of ERP has highly significant effects on the contribution of business whereas 29.63% respondents reported as significant effects on the business. These shows positive effects of ERP on the contribution of business.

Today's ERP system has become a core system of IT·SW that not only supports and manages enterprise resources efficiently, but also encompasses major business tasks. In other words, the ERP system is an essential strategic element for the survival of a company as a powerful means to innovate the management of an organization. This study analyzed the impact on the utilization of IT·SW from the perspective of the entire organization's process without limiting the performance evaluation of the ERP system itself, which is a core system of a company. The measurement data for evaluating the performance of the ERP system was the 2018 domestic company IT·SW utilization survey result report (subject to survey : 3,017 domestic companies with 10 or more employees). Based on this data, this study analyzed the impact of the ERP system on the entire enterprise's IT·SW utilization. In particular, attention was paid to whether there would be a difference in the use of IT·SW if the type of ERP system introduction was changed through the improvement of the business process of the company. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the statistical package SPSS 25. As a result, among the ERP system introduction types, the greatest degree of (+)influence on the company's IT·SW utilization is when the ERP package SW or ASP service is used as it is. Although the difference is insignificant, the second case was to build an ERP system through self-development or outsourcing, followed by customizing the package SW or system through self-development or outsourcing. Through the results of this study, it is expected that the organization will improve the business process and use the standard ERP package SW as it is without modification, thereby effectively enhancing the use of IT·SW of the company and leading to management performance.

본 연구의 주목적은 기업의 변화관리 특성과 ERP 구현성과간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석해 보는 것이다. 추가적으로, 본 연구에서는 변화관리 특성과 ERP 구현 성과간의 관계에 있어 상황변수로서 조직특성의 조절효과 존재여부에 관한 검정을 실시하였다. 연구목적의 효과적인 달성을 위하여 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템을 도입한지 1년 이상이 경과한 기업들의 ERP 시스템 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행한 결과, 총 148부의 자료가 수집되었다. 선행연구에 대한 폭넓은 검토 결과를 토대로 ERP 구현성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 변화관리 특성으로 최고경영자의 관심과 지원, 현업 사용자 참여도, 컨설턴트 지원 적정성, 교육훈련 정도, 커뮤니케이션 정도 등의 다섯 가지 요인을 도출하였으며, 변화관리 특성과 ERP 구현성과간의 관계에 있어 유의미한 조절역할을 할 것으로 예상되는 조직특성으로 공식화와 집권화의 두 가지 요인을 도출하여 연구모형을 구축하였고, 각 변수들 간의 관계에 관한 연구가설을 수립하였다. 본 연구의 가설검정 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최고경영층의 관심과 지원, 컨설턴트 지원 적정성, 교육훈련 정도, 커뮤니케이션 정도 등의 네 가지 요인이 내부적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 컨설턴트 지원 적정성과 교육훈련 등의 두 가지 요인이 외부적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로, 공식화와 집권화를 포함한 조직특성이 변화관리 특성과 ERP 구현성과간의 관계에 있어 부분적인 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 통하여 ERP 구현성과의 극대화를 위해 주안점을 두고 관리해야 할 변화관리 특성요인을 구체화하였고, 조직의 구조적 특성에 따른 적절한 변화관리 활동의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다는데 의의가 있다.

1990년대 이후 많은 기업들은 ERP를 도입하여 조직의 업무 전반을 통합시키고 실시간으로 업무를 처리함으로써 경쟁력을 높이고 경영성과를 크게 개선하고자 하고 있다. 그러나 ERP 시스템을 도입하면 기존의 업무 수행절차와 방법 대신 ERP 패키지가 제공하는 표준 업무 프로세스와 시스템 기능을 적용함으로써 기업 경영의 관리방법을 획기적으로 바꾸어야 한다. 조직의 ERP 도입이란 이처럼 기존의 업무 수행 절차와 방법 대신 ERP 패키지가 제공하는 프로세스와 기능을 기업 내 업무기능에 적용하여야 한다는 측면에서 매우 혁신적인 특징을 가지고 있으며, 조직 변화를 필수적으로 수반하게 된다. 따라서 효과적인 ERP 구현을 위해서는 기업이 처한 경영환경과 ERP 도입 목적에 적합한 구축 방법을 선택하고 변화관리 이행 프로그램을 적용하는 것이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 ERP를 구축하는데 어떠한 조직적 환경 요인이 영향을 미치고, ERP 구축 방법에 따라 변화관리의 특성이 어떻게 달라지며, 변화관리가 ERP성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시한 후, 이를 근간으로 점진적, 혹은 혁신적인 구축방법을 통하여 ERP를 구축한 기업들의 환경적 특성과 도입 프로세스, ERP구축 방법에 따른 변화관리 특성 및 ERP성과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, ERP구축방법은 ERP 구축 환경에 따라 차이를 보였으며, ERP 구축방법에 따라 변화관리 특성이 달라져야 한다는 사실을 발견하였다. 변화관리 방법 중에서도 최고 경영자의 리더십과 현업 직원의 적극적인 참여 및 전사적인 커뮤니케이션은 ERP 구축방법과 관계 없이 중요한 핵심 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 ERP 구축과정에 있어 변화관리 활동은 ERP 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 사실도 파악하였다. 본 연구로 얻은 시사점은 ERP를 구현하고자 하는 많은 국내 기업들이 자사의 환경에 적합한 ERP 구축 방법을 선정하고 적합한 변화관리 방법을 전개하여 보다 성공적인 ERP 구축 성과를 낼 수 있도록 하는데 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose - In case of automobile parts, there has been a lot of progress in the study on supplier development plans and SCM in industrial progress study as well as on the relationship between ERP and SCM. But supplier development program providers have researched on SCM performance in accordance with the interests of the supplier development program most, thus, buyers were knowledgeable about the earlier program performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to prove correlation factor, supplier factor, purchaser factor affecting SCM performance and ERP activating diffusion through the process of supplier development. Supplier development maturity formation model is considered important variables as mediators related to the procedure. Finally, the performance formation model of the supplier development maturity through supplier development factor would be presented as the outcome of this study. Research design, data, and methodology - Data gathering was as follows: questionnaires were delivered to 87 companies that have business connection with H Company. The empirical research to test our hypothesis was grounded on statistical analysis (adapting SPSS 19.0 & AMOS 19.0). The hypothesis is that the supplier development factor variables consist of correlation factor, supplier factor, purchaser factor, and have non-negative effects on the next variables: mediators such as supplier development maturity; and the supplier development maturity variables have a positive effect on the next variables: ERP activating diffusion, ERP activating diffusion has a non-negative effect on supply chain performance. Its significance, as through the hypotheses, presented a structural model for the elaboration, suppliers develop maturity, and ultimately SCM performance that affect ERP leveraging spread beyond the concept of maturity of information system. Therefore, it was a mainstay of research on the existing ERP has they believed. Conclusion - First, with the fast changes in business circumstances, company should get the right information to implement SCM appropriately. For successful SCM, firms should understand the supplier development maturity formation and ERP activating diffusion. Second, supplier development factor has significant effects on supplier development maturity. Third, mediator such as supplier development maturity significantly affects ERP activating diffusion. Finally, ERP activating diffusion has significant impacts on SCM performance. This study makes a meaningful contribution to further appreciation on how supplier development maturity formation affects SCM performance. This study shows implications. First, there would not have been dealt with introducing the concept of supplier development maturity. Second, through empirical analysis and provider factors, the providers will develop the maturity that affect interactive factors between purchaser and supplier.

실제 많은 기업현장에서 소프트웨어 패키지를 통해 전사적 시스템을 구현하는 기업들이 급증하고 있으나, 상당수 프로젝트들이 실패하거나 기대성과를 충족하지 못하는 사례들이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 이 같은 결과가 소프트웨어 패키지를 적용해 시스템을 구현하는 기업들이 패키지의 표준 프로세스에 맞추어 기업 프로세스를 변화시키지 않고 ERP 표준 기능을 상당부분 수정하거나 사용자들이 시스템 도입으로 변화된 프로세스를 수용하고 제대고 적응하지 못하기 때문에 초래될 수 있음을 지적하였다. 그리고 비즈니스 프로세스를 ERP 프로세스에 맞추어 변화시키는 구현단계별 활동이 ERP성공적 도입에 근본적으로 중요하며, ERP구현프로세스에서 비즈니스 프로세스 변화 노력과 함께 변화관리 노력이 통합적으로 이루어질 때 비로소 ERP 시스템 도입성과가 달성될 수 있음을 실증적으로 밝혔다. 본 연구의 결과는 ERP 도입을 준비하고 있거나 구현과정에서 적절한 접근방식을 찾지 못해 고민하는 많은 기업들에게 실용적인 ERP구현 가이드로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문의 목적은 기존의 연구에서 ERP 시스템 구축성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들로 제시되었던 관리적, 기술적, 인적자원 및 조직문화적 요인 등 제반 영향요인들을 통합하여, ERP시스템 구축의 주요성공 요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과로서는, 첫째, 기존의 연구에서 ERP시스템 구축성과에 영향을 미치는 제반 요인들을 종합적으로 고찰한 결과 33가지 성공요인을 도출하였다 또한, 도출된 성공요인을 사전 준비단계, 구현단계, 정착 안정화단계별로 구분하여 제시하였다. 둘째, ERP시스템 구축단계별 성공요인들이 ERP시스템 구축전략 유형에 따라서 시스템 구축성과와 상이한 상관관계를 갖는지를 검증하였다. 그 결과 BPR실시시기에 따라 일부 성공요인들이 성과변수와 상이한 상관관계를 나타냈다.

This study is an empirical study on the relationships among organizational citizenship behaviors, absorptive capacity, performance of using ERP(perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and intention of ERP extension usage). In particular, mediating effect of absorptive capacity and perceived usefulness is empirically analysed to find causes and impacts among these variables. In order to achieve the goals of this study, research models were proposed and hypothesis were drawn to test on the basis of previous studies. A survey was conducted to the members of the seven organizations such as manufacturers, distributors and service industry. The survey questionnaires were sent to 400 people and 304 of them were returned. This data was analyzed with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0. The study results are as follows. There were no direct effects of the organizational citizenship behaviors on the performance of using ERP. The organizational citizenship behaviors had a positive effects on the absorptive capacity. The absorptive capacity had also a positive effect on the performance of using ERP and the perceived ease of use. The perceived ease of use had a positive effect on the perceived usefulness and the intention of ERP extension usage. Futhermore, the perceived usefulness had a positive effect on the intention of ERP extension usage. In addition, there was a full mediating effect of the absorptive capacity on between the organizational citizenship behaviors and the performance of using ERP. The perceived usefulness had a partial mediating effect on between the perceived ease of use and the intention of ERP extension usage.

IT 발전 및 BPR의 적용과 더불어 많은 회사들이 비용감소와 업무효율화를 위해 ERP 시스템 도입하였지만, ERP 시스템의 실질적인 역할이나 투자효과에 대해서는 명확히 제시하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 ERP 시스템의 수행여부를 기준으로 조직간에 정보활용역량과 사업성과의 차이를 분석하여, ERP 시스템이 조직의 사업목표를 달성하는데 있어서 어떠한 역할을 하는지 밝혀 내고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템의 수행 자체가 사업성과의 향상을 보증하는 것이 아니라, ERP 시스템의 실행을 통해 향상된 조직의 정보활용 역량이 사업성과의 발전을 유도하여 이는 결국 사업목표를 이루게 한다는 사실을 함축한다.

This paper addresses a performance evaluation model for ERP system's implementation using Analytic Network Process (ANP) technique. In this study, the performance variables are identified as the perspectives of cost, business process, systems operation, and change management, respectively. The empirical study also investigated factors that affect the performance variables to find out the causal relationship between them using the ANP approach. The data for the empirical analysis were collected from manufacturing companies that have implemented ERP systems. The research findings indicate the proposed model is powerful in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and managerial effectiveness, mediated by employee satisfaction, is an important one.
