This article is for building the successful e-learning model. In order to achieve th purpose of this article, it is described as follows. First, the changing educational environment due to Web technology was analyzed; And some Web-based teaching models for desirable performance and how to select the right software were suggested under the given circumstance. Finally, requirements for successful e-learning were described.

In this modern era of technology and information, e-learning approach has become an integral part of teaching and learning using modern technologies. There are different variations or classification of e-learning approaches. One of notable approaches is Personal Learning Environment (PLE). In a PLE system, the contents are presented to the user in a personalized manner (according to the user's needs and wants). The problem arises when a new user enters the system, and due to the lack of information about the new user's needs and wants, the system fails to recommend him/her the personalized e-learning contents accurately. This phenomenon is known as cold-start problem. In order to address this issue, existing researches propose different approaches for recommendation such as preference profile, user ratings and tagging recommendations. In this research paper, the implementation of a novel interaction-based approach is presented. The interaction-based approach improves the recommendation accuracy for the new-user cold-start problem by integrating preferences profile and tagging recommendation and utilizing the interaction among users and system. This research work takes leverage of the interaction of a new user with the PLE system and generates recommendation for the new user, both implicitly and explicitly, thus solving new-user cold-start problem. The result shows the improvement of 31.57% in Precision, 18.29% in Recall and 8.8% in F1-measure.

This is an extended research paper focusing on the applications of Machine Learing and Artificial Intelligence in virtual learning environment. The world is moving at a fast pace having the application of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in all the major disciplines and the educational sector is also not untouched by its impact especially in an online learning environment. This paper attempts to elaborate on the benefits of ML and AI in E-Learning (EL) in general and explain how King Khalid University (KKU) EL Deanship is making the best of ML and AI in its practices. Also, researchers have focused on the future of ML and AI in any academic program. This research is descriptive in nature; results are based on qualitative analysis done through tools and techniques of EL applied in KKU as an example but the same modus operandi can be implemented by any institution in its EL platform. KKU is using Learning Management Services (LMS) for providing online learning practices and Blackboard (BB) for sharing online learning resources, therefore these tools are considered by the researchers for explaining the results of ML and AI.

Today, It has developed actively e-learning according to web without time and place which increase of PC user with super-highway information network and various up-to-date information rapid growth. It has to provide the chance to student which will be able to practice and to think free and originative under liberal learning environment that learner can compose knowledge through various thinking by themselves. From the present paper, I would design e-learning system using TGT model of cooperative e-learning system that more effective studying through advantage of e-learning studying. I look forward to helping improvement of student's real ability as embody competitive games method by TGT model's basic theory of web-based.

With rapid development of Internet, new paradigm creation requirement about the education environment and method is increasing and also the e-learning to apply traditional education industry was introduced in many field of education. The research about a learner's satisfaction of the e-learning, aided by effort to spread this e-learning, have been processed much but most of these researches were intended for the enterprise and there are few for the high school. Therefore, in this study we proposed a model for evaluating the education satisfaction of the e-learning and analyzed the consciousness structure about the e-learning education satisfaction of the high school students using Fuzzy Structural Modeling method. Also, constructing an evaluation model considered the results of consciousness structure analysis, we evaluated the e-learning education satisfaction and showed a method which improved it by the sensitivity analysis.

The objective of this study was to develop a Web based learning environment for Home Economics Education(HEE) using ICT (Information & Communication Technology). For the study, the following procedures were performed: 1) the review of literature, 2) development of teaming environment and questionnaires based on Web for HEE using ICT. The Web based learning environment was investigated and designed, and evaluated by the users. The problems indicated through the evaluation were revised and complemented. In addition, 13 sets of Learning questionnaires, which were verified using the same procedure as above, were developed to provide problem solving ability through the Web based learning environment. Learning environment based on the Web entitled "Together with the classroom of HEE" has a main menu, which is composed of rooms for HEE, students, teachers, various topics, recommendation sites, chatting, and e-mail. A room for HEE, in which teaming activity mainly occurs by following the sequences of learning procedures, includes other sub-rooms for the guidance of Loaming, discussion, directories for reference, question and answer, submission of homework, evaluation, and an encyclopedia. Therefore, this study implicates: 1) achievement of teaming environment using the ICT mainly made by students who solve problems closely related to daily life, 2) development of practical learning questionnaires fitted in the present state, 3) preparation for the curriculum. Finally, from this study, I suggested that further studies are needed to develop models for learning, interaction between students and teachers, and the learning materials under the Web based loaming environment.

In this treatise when, proposed to supplement studying contents relationship conversion service and cooperation studying service function to LMS that analyze existing e-learning model's limitation for ubiquitous environment e-learning model that can study regardless of, ubiquitously some contents and do based on SCORM ubiquitous-network and next generation sensor technology etc. Learning form conversion service senses a learner's surrounding situations and recognize his/her body condition using smart sensor technology and provides the learner with contents in the optimal form. Using sensing projects like Orestia and SOB, users can more effective collaborative learning service.

T Abstract This study investigates the influence of differential factors on learner satisfaction by field-independent learning style in e-learning. Most of data were collected from students. Participants were classified based on a learning style typology (field-independent/dependent) and, then, analyzed was the influence of key factors on learner satisfaction using multiple regression analysis. This study suggests that e-Learning service providers need to differentiate learners based on learning style in order to improve learner satisfaction. Specially, Field independent learners are more likely to be satisfied by the teacher's provide degree of joyful, degree of contents, degree of learning control pacing, ability of problem solving and consistency.

This paper presents how to establish an efficient e-Learning environment using open source software. A LMS with additional functionalities on the top of dotLRN. which is a open source project for LMS, is presented. Additional functionalities include modification of the language for Korean, adoption of SCORM educational standard, and management of learning outcome. This system had been serviced for Kongju cyber university for one year on stable basis. The scope of this paper covers introduction, characteristics review, and the learner's learning outcome analysis.
