  • The purpose of this research was to compare the microtensile bond strength of resin coated surface and resin inlay according temporary filling materials prior to applying self-adhesive resin cement. Caviton(GC, Japan), Provifil(Promedica, Neumunster, Germany), Provifil(Promedica, Neumunster, Germany) & petrolatum, and Eugenol-based cement, Tembond(Kerr, Orange CA, USA) were used as temporary filling materials. After fabrication of Tescera(Bisco, Schamburg IL, USA), it was bonded with a self-adhesive resin cement, Rely X unicem(3M, St. Paul. Minn, USA). After this procedure, the microtensile bond strength was measured and it was analyzed through one-way ANOVA and Duncan test(p<0.05). Caviton(GC, Tokyo, Japan) showed statistical difference except for the control(group I) and the saliva(group II)(p<0.05). Provifil(group IV), Provifil & petroneum(group V), Tembond(group VI) had lower microtensile bond strength.

  • This study aims to investigate whether geographical variation affects the antibacterial component properties of honeybee (Apis mellifera L.) venom in Korea. Honeybee venom samples were collected from May to September, during 2010 and 2011, from 35 different sites, and were analyzed for major components, including melittin, apamin and phospholipase A2 were determined by a liquid chromatography using ammonium formate, acetonitrile, trifluoracetic acid. On average, melittin, apamin and phospholipase A2 were determined $55.2{\pm}2.07%$, $22.57{\pm}0.103%$, and $12.51{\pm}0.37%$, respectively. The ratio of the major components, including melittin, apamin and phospholipase A2 did not differ significantly according to flower or temperature during collections (One way-ANOVA, Duncan's test (${\alpha}$=0.05)).

To examine research questions, Cronbach'$\alpha$, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan test were used. The research results can be summarized as follows. The family strengths scores of adolescents was generally moderate, 3,36 points. The money spending styles consist of the stable style, conspicuous style, and indifferent style. The average of indifferent style was 3.33 points, stable style was 3.01 points and conspicuous style was 2.91 points. The money management behaviors consist of the planning, implementing, evaluating, and saving. The average of the planning was 2.81 points, implementing was 2.87 points, evaluating was 2.90 points, saving was 2.50 points. The family strengths statistically significant differences in the money spending styles and the money management behaviors were detected. The family strengths was very important variable in the money attitude and behavior of adolescent.

  • This research analyzes the relationship between the height of the sleeve cap and the mobility of arm movement. Ten Korean women participated as subjects. For test clothes, the AH/4+3, AH/4+1, and AH/4-1 height of the sleeve cap were varied. The sleeve circumference was adjusted according to the variation of the height of the sleeve cap. To analyze test clothing objectively, the range-of-motion of two selected movements (Arm Adduction/Abduction and Arm Flexion/Extension) was measured by Leighton flexometer and goniometer. Also, a wearer acceptability rating was examined for acceptance by the subject. Anova and Duncan's multiple range tests are used for statistical analysis. According to the results, the mobility of test clothing 2 and 3 improved 14.9% and 27.7% in Arm Adduction/Abduction, and 12.7% and 31.9% in Arm Flexion/Extension compared to the test clothing 1.

  • On this research we investigated variables affecting university students' time management and verify relationship between the time management and life satisfaction. 438 students at Korea National Open University in Seoul were questioned through questionnaires composed of 47 questions. Data was analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test and Person's correlation. The variables affecting time management were religion(those who believe in organized religion vs. those who do not), individual income, family income, teaming experiences for time management and reading books related to time management. fender, age, marriage status and occupation didn't affect the time management of students. The relationships between time management and life satisfaction showed a little positive relation. Some proposals for future researches and practices are given.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality and color preference, thereby to suggest a personality profile on the basis of colors selected for children's preference. Materias used to determine the degree of color preference were 24 color papers which were developed and described in a previous research by Lee & Lee. The Instrument used ot determine children's personality was Burks' Behavior Rating Scales-Preschool and Kindergarten Edition. Subjects wee 70 3-, 4- and 5- year old children attending the Y Child Development research institute. Data were analyzed with SPSS using mainly F-test and Duncan's Multiple Range Test. Results showed that among 24 colors used, white, violet, sapphire, sky blue, blue, green yellow, pink, green, red, gold, purple, van dyke brown, blue, green, silver were found to be significantly related to persionality. Judging from this results, white and violet seemed to be most predictive colors to personality. Personality aspects significantly related to specific colors were discussed and a profile of personality based on color preference were developed.

  • Purpose: This survey aimed to find out the relationship of work stress, self-efficacy, and task performance of the preceptor. Method: The data of this study were collected from 215 Preceptors who have been working in four hospitals in Deajeon. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and Duncan test for group differences, Pearson's correlation and Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS WIN 17.0 program. Result: There were significant positive relations between the work stress (r=0.193, p<0.05), self-efficacy (r=0.346, p<0.00), and the task performance of preceptor. The most predictive factors of the task performance were self-efficacy(11.5%), the job stress(2.7%), and age(2.0%). Conclusion: Nursing department supervisors need to manage preceptor to reduce work stress and to improve self-efficacy. It is recommended that work stress should be decreased and programs for increasing self-efficacy need developing in order to satisfy self-realization of preceptors and their needs.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of consumer evaluative criteria based on clothing quality perception of adult males and females. A demonstrative study was conducted using a questionnaire on adults over 20 years old who were considered to afford to purchase clothes. A total of 650 questionnaires were distributed, and among them, 380 were used for the demonstrative analysis. The study used SPSSWIN V.8.0 for the analysis. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were introduced as analysis methods using the varimax rotation to classify consumer evaluative criteria for clothing purchasing. In addition, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, 1-test, multiple regression analysis, and duncan test are executed. The study result is as follows. First. expectation, importance and performance are examined by customer quality perception. Four factors- practicability, care, aesthetics, and symbolism- are classified through the factor analysis of 19 evaluative attributes based on importance. Second, differences of quality perception f3r expectation, importance and performance were found partly in customers' demographic characteristics. Third, the influential relation of satisfaction and quality perception is examined. Aesthetics and practicability have significant influence on the general satisfaction of evaluative attributes by performance.
