This study aimed to provide basic data for the promotion of flourishing by analyzing whether welfare and hope mediated and double-mediated in the relationship between boss incivility and flourishing with 400 childcare teachers. The subjects of the survey were collected through offline questionnaires. The data were analysed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and PROCESS macro. Frequency, reliability, correlation, and double mediation effect analysis were performed. As a result of the study, first, experience of incivility from bosses showed a negative correlation with welfare, hope, and flourishing. welfare, hope and flourishing showed a positive correlation with each other. Second, welfare and hope played a double mediating role in the relationship between boss and co-worker incivility and flourishing. Welfare and hope played a role in partially offsetting the negative (-) effect of incivility on flourishing. The conclusion of this study confirmed that the promotion of flourishing can be promoted by using the dual mediating role of welfare and hope.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial portfolios of single-person households. For the analysis, The purpose of this study is to verify the mediation effect of stress-coping strategies in the relationship between ego-resiliency and burn-out among childcare center teachers. The subjects were 255 childcare center teachers in Gyeongbuk Province. The measurement tools used for this study include ego-resiliency, burn-out, and stresscoping strategy questionnaires. The collected data points were analyzed via Structural Equation Modeling(SEM), Bootstrapping, Pearson Correlation, using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 The results of the study analyzing the Structural Equation Model are as follows. First, teachers' ego-resiliency had a negative influence on burn-out. Second, teachers' problem-focused coping strategies had a negative influence on burn-out, while emotionfocused coping strategies had a positive influence on burn-out. Third, teachers' ego-resiliency had a positive influence on both problem-focused and emotion-focused coping strategies. Fourth, teachers' ego-resiliency had an indirect effect on burn-out by improving both problem-focused and emotion-focused coping strategies. This study suggests that education on the use of problem-focused coping strategies in stressful situations is necessary to successfully manage childcare teachers' burn-out in childcare settings in which mandatory evaluation systems are newly implemented.
This study aims to present basic data for preventing drop-out intention by identifying the mechanisms in which academic stress affects drop-out intention through self-esteem, peer relationships, and grit in high school students. The subjects of the study were 283 high school students purposively selected from three cities and counties in Chungcheongnam-do. The data were analysed using SPSS PC+ Win. ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The applied statistical techniques were descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and moderated mediation effect analysis. As a result of the study, first, academic stress showed a positive correlation with the drop-out intention, but a negative correlation with self-esteem, grit, and peer relationship. Second, grit not only played a moderating role in enhancing the relationship between self-esteem and peer relationship, but also played a moderated mediating role in the path of academic stress → self-esteem → peer relationship → drop-out intention. It was confirmed that the academic stress of high school students has a direct effect on the drop-out intention, and that self-esteem, peer relationships, and grit can be used as important factors to prevent the school drop-out.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job stress, coworker support, emotional stability and burnout, and to examine the mediating effect of coworker support and emotional stability. A total of 212 noncommissioned officers were interviewed and correlation and mediating effect analysis were applied to the resulting data. As a result, the job stress showed a positive correlation with coworker support, emotional stability and negative correlation with burnout, and coworker support and emotional stability showed a negative correlation with burnout. In addition, coworker support and emotional stability were partially mediated by job stress and burnout. However, in order to examine the relationship between these two, the double mediation between job stress and burnout showed that the emotional stability of job stress was partially mediated directly by burnout, and that coworker support was mediated by burnout only through emotional stability. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
The purpose of the research was to verify the mediating effect of social support and cognitive emotional regulation strategy when office worker's emotional expressive ambivalence influences on interpersonal stress. A survey was conducted with 422 office workers from August to September of 2018. SPSS, AMOS and Mplus were used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, verification of structural equation modeling and mediated effect. There was a partial mediating effect in emotional expressive ambivalence of self-defense model, a complete mediating effect in relational emotional expressive ambivalence model. In both self-defense and relational emotional expressive ambivalence model, double mediation effect of passing through support and cognitive emotional regulation strategy in the relationship between emotional expressive ambivalence and interpersonal stress was significant. This study sought ways to reduce interpersonal stress by increasing the level of perception of social support and using adaptive cognitive emotional control strategies for office workers.

This study focused on whether employees' perceived leader's creativity has a significant effect on employees' job satisfaction and innovative behavior. In addition, this study analyzed the mediating effect of positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy in the relationship between perceived leader creativity and employee satisfaction with the job or innovation behavior, and analyzed the moderated mediating effect of team cohesion. This study conducted confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis for each factor using the measurement tool verification method using the SmartPLS 3.0 structural equation model, and empirically analyzed the research model. As a result, it was found that the creativity of employees' perceived leaders did not directly significantly affect employees' job satisfaction and innovation behavior. However, it was found that positive psychological capital significantly mediated the relationship between perceived leader creativity and job satisfaction or innovative behavior. In addition, positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy have a complete double-mediation relationship between the employees' perceived leader's creativity and employees' innovative behavior. However, positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy don't have a double-mediation relationship between the employee's perceived leader's creativity and employees' job satisfaction. Finally, Team cohesion was found to moderate the relationship between perceived leader creativity, positive psychological capital (or creative self-efficacy). However, the research model that the moderated mediating effect of team cohesion on the relationship between leader's creativity, the mediating variables(positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy), and job satisfaction (or innovative behavior) was significant only for groups with high team cohesiveness. This study examined the needs of the times for the importance of creativity of perceived leaders and analyzed the relationship between factors influencing job satisfaction and innovation behavior of organizational members. The study is meaningful in that it suggested a plan to establish a specific organizational strategy to enhance positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy.
The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of mattering and unconditional self-acceptance in the relationship between college student socially-prescribed perfectionism and social anxiety. For this purpose, a questionnaire was conducted for students in college and a total of 408 copies were used for analysis. The instruments used in the measurement were socially prescribed perfectionism scale(HFMPS), social anxiety scale, mattering scale, and unconditional self-acceptance. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and correlation analysis using SPSS 21.0, and the structural equation model and mediating effects were verified using Mplus 7.0. The results of the study are as follows. First socially-prescribed perfectionism showed a positive correlation with social anxiety but negative correlation with mattering and unconditional self-acceptance. And there was a positive correlation between mattering and unconditional self-acceptance but negative correlation with social anxiety. Second, the mediating effect of mattering was confirmed in the relationship between socially-prescribed perfectionism and social anxiety. Third, the mediating effect of unconditional self-acceptance was confirmed in the relationship between socially-prescribed perfectionism and social anxiety. Fourth, the effect of double mediation of mattering and unconditional self-acceptance was confirmed in relation to socially-prescribed perfectionism and social anxiety in college students. Based on these findings, the implications of the study were presented and the limitations of the study and suggestions for further research were discussed.
The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of generativity and ego-integration on the relationship between leisure activity experience and life satisfaction after retirement, and to clarify the structural relationship between variables. In this study, SPSS for window 21.0 program r and AMOS 18.0 were used. First, correlation analysis was performed among the main variables to investigate the relationship between variables. Next, confirmatory factor analysis and fit of hypothesis model were confirmed. Finally, the bootstrapping procedure was conducted to verify the significance of the indirect effect. The main results of this study are as follows. First, leisure activity experience, life satisfaction, generativity and ego-integration were statistically correlated. Second, in the research model, there was a double-mediated effect of the generativity and ego-integration in the married couple's leisure experience and life satisfaction after retirement. The indirect effect that affects life satisfaction was found to be greater through mediation. This study has limitations in collecting data on retirees who have retirement experience or retired husbands who have. The reason for this is that there is a difference in the sense of life satisfaction between the couple and their spouse, and the significance of the path between the variables may also differ. Therefore, the follow-up study suggests the necessity of analyzing only the couple.
The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of ego-resilience and countertransference management ability in the relationship between counselor's adult attachment and development levels of counselors. For this purpose, 389 counselors who conducted more than 5 times of verbal counseling per case were surveyed for 3 weeks using the online questionnaire function. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 and AMOS 21, reliability analysis was conducted, and constructed structural equation model(SEM) and to verify validity, fitness, and mediating effects. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, counselor's attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance had indirect effects on the ability to manage countertransference through the medium of ego-resilience(p<.001). Second, counselor's attachment avoidance had an indirect effect on counselor's developmental level through countertransference management ability(p<.05). Third, it was confirmed that counselor's attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance had an effect on counselor's development level through double mediation of ego-resilience and countertransference management ability(p<.001). The significance and limitations of these results and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the job characteristics of the PR practitioner on flourishing and to identify the mediating effect of the meaning of work and job engagement. This study used a survey of 353 PR practitioners from PR firms and the hypothesis was verified by gathering the data of the job characteristics, the meaning of work, the job engagement and the flourishing by conducting hierarchical regression analysis and SPSS Process Macro bootstrapping analysis. The results showed that the job characteristics of the PR practitioner were found to influence the flourishing with the double-mediation effect, the meaning of the work and job engagement. The more PR practitioners regard their work affects their surroundings, the higher the degree of autonomy is, and the more they get feedbacks they engaged more, as they valued their job more thereby experience flourish more. Moreover, when PR practitioners valued their job more, they more engaged in their work and experience flourish. The meaning of work revealed to be the important factor to affect flourish regardless of the job characteristics and the job engagement so that gained the results that PR firms' effort to elevate the meaning of work of PR practitioners has is important. The study findings suggest that PR practitioners' flourishing is manageable in the organization by paying attention to oneself in the aspect of the organization, not leaving in individual areas. Limitaions and implications for future studies were discussed.
