The origin and description of the Herba Plantaginis was contemporarily analyzed (family names, scientific names, target regions, preparation, etc.) by comparison to enormous literature in addition to the external features written in the existing books on traditional Korean medicine. Also, galenical description were analyzed in connection with external morphology, internal morphology, microscopy and five senses. The official documents and ancient documents of other countries were reviewed. The technical books on herbage, published in the country and other countries, were compared with each other. Also, on-the-spot surveys were made to learn specialists' know-how. The description of the collected drugstuffs were analyzed in connection with external morphology (size, color, etc.), internal morphology and microscopy. The results of this study can be applied to the publicity and education of galenical test agencies; the effective management of foods and drugs; the improvement of public medical service; the publicity of galenical safety.

The Risk assessment regulation(RAR) is one of the essential articles of the Occupational safety and health law for the construction industry along with safety and health management expense and safety organization regulation. However, arguments regarding the working time of the safety assessment documents, the person in charge of documentation, weakness in legislative enforcement etc. are ongoing. Thus this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of RAR for the guidance of enhancing the effectiveness of RAR. The findings are; 1) the effectiveness of RAR is recognized, however the indirect effectiveness ie, enforcement of safety activities, previewing of drawings etc. are bigger than the direct effectiveness of accident prevention, 2) to enhance the effectiveness of RAR site inspection procedure has to be utilized, 3) further research for identifying and getting rid of negative factors in RAR is recommended.

This study aims to analyze the court ruling on "Inter-Korean Summit Meeting Minutes Deletion," identify how the established requirements, concept, and scope for the records prescribed in the Public Records Management Act are applied in actual cases, and summarize the future tasks. It analyzes the "approval theory" as the point of establishment for records by the ruling means and how the meaning of approval is determined, and examines the difference between the e-jiwon System and the On-Nara System to understand the meaning of ruling clearly. Moreover, it analyzes how the "Invalidity of Public Documents Crime" in Article 141 in the Criminal Act influences record management. Based on such comprehensive case analyses, the study proposes what tasks the administrative agencies such as the National Archives of Korea and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety should perform.

Survey Research conducted a self - survey on new knowledge and attitude toward the concessionaires to sanitation target, the attitude of the sanitary administration, attitudes to hygiene education and hygiene practice Conditions received health education carried out by catering Federation regularly. Health education is a systematic settlement system for the external reality of professional education. Health and health administrators to establish an organizational structure strengthening phase. Employers and health care workers are raising awareness. Employers have a responsibility to prevent industrial accidents. Consequently, special health education targeted construction workers changed to fit the content-driven information on the species and the proper arrangement of time "based health education" currently being conducted.

In addition to a range of H&S documentation, a range of actions, beliefs, interventions, practices, and states are important in terms of achieving optimum construction H&S. Conclusions include that H&S documentation facilitates and assists planning, organising, leading, controlling, and coordinating H&S. Furthermore, current H&S documentation: is inappropriate in that it can be complex, generic, lengthy, onerous, repetitive (duplicative), and vague; engenders dubious practices; generally, 'does not add the potential value'; shifts the focus from the physical process, and could be improved. Recommendations include: industry associations should review their 'audit system' to interrogate the allocation of points; H&S documents must reflect the intention of the requirement; the synergy between H&S documentation, and actions, interventions, and practices should be investigated, digested, and focused upon, and 'audits', or rather inspections, should focus more on the physical process, actions, interventions, and practices, than documentation.

Enterprise Risk Management(ERM) is aiming at the establishment of the risk management process to prevent and cope with risks in advance and is composed of Risk Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Response and Monitoring. It is feedback through the Risk Re-identification. This study has analysed a sample of the risk management system of an airport operating corporation, for this purpose, relevant documents and examples of overseas airports have been reviewed. It has found that corporations establishing ERM have been performing identical procedures such as the process of Identification, Assessment, Effective Reporting, Communication and monitoring and so on. The A corporation has established the process for risk management and crisis management and organized for its organization and system. The risk management has the same process such as above. In this process, when the symptoms of critical crisis have been recognized, it has been transformed into crisis management system, through which, corporate-wide response has been conducted in the process of crisis status analysis, response and follow-up management. This study expects to contribute to systematic foundation for future business continuity on the basis of risks and response procedures acknowledged by this study.

This study documents the 3-phase BLDC(Brushless DC) motor to improve conventional exhaust fan motor. Energy efficiency, noise, and air pollution reduction for the high-performance vibration of the BLDC motor has been used in many fields. It is necessary to achieve the information of rotor position for driving 3-phase type brushless DC motor. It is also necessary that the PWM control algorithm design for a MOSFET driver to control the motor speed control for each of three phases. BLDC motors for exhaust fan, we studied the controller and software. The control circuit and motor control program through which Exhaust fan up close and person can be used safely and protect the environment.

Ammonia, which is closely related to our lives, has a significant impact on our lives as a representative substance for crop cultivation. Recently, it has gained attention as an efficient and productive hydrogen/storing substance that can replace fossil fuels. Efforts are being made to utilize it as a renewable energy source through thermochemical and electrochemical reactions. However, the use of ammonia, which encompasses the era, carries inherent toxicity, so a comprehensive understanding of ammonia safety is necessary. To ensure safety in the transportation and storage of ammonia and chemical substances domestically and internationally, national and organizational standards are being developed and provided through documents and simple symbols to help people understand. This review explores the chemical characteristics of ammonia, its impact on human health, and the global trends in safety standards related to ammonia. Through this examination, the paper aims to contribute to the discourse on the safety and risk management of ammonia transport and storage, crucial for achieving carbon neutrality and expanding the hydrogen economy.

In unlimited competitive period changed every time, domestic manufacturing industry feels a crisis between China and Japan, who are leaping to manufacturing strong countries with worldwide manufacturing factories. In this situation, many companies make an effort to learn and introduce Toyota production method drawing innovation of production method and reduction of many costs for high quality, but most of cases were failed. The reason for the failure should be that correct understanding and application of TPS corporate culture were insufficient and job attitude was not considered when applying Toyota production system. Therefore, the purposes of this thesis are to arrange major contents based on relative documents of precedent researchers, conduct a survey for employees of middle and small scaled manufacturers who introduced Toyota production system, analyze changes of enterprises' job attitude by introduction of TPS corporate culture and the effects on company's management results through the various analyses for grasping relationship among TPS corporate culture, job attitude and management results, introduce Toyota production system more effectively and suggest measures to maximize company's long-term management results.

As demand for best practices relative to flight test safety management operations and processes in the aviation industry grows, standards for such aspects of the industry in Korea should be examined. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted flight test operation processes and safety management program development studies based on documents related to flight tests of the Korean civil aviation KC-100, the military aircraft T-50, the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), and CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) for performance validation, test evaluation and safety certification for aircraft under development and remodeling. In addition, we introduced and analyzed best practices of the FTSC (Flight Test Safety Committee) applicable to aircraft flight test processes.
