2015개정 초등교육과정에 나타난 다문화요소분석 (Analysis of Multicultural Elements in the 2015 Revised Elementary Curriculum)

  • The purpose of this paper was to analyze multicultural elements and propose measures to strengthen them in the 2009and the 2015 school curriculum. Based on Kim Cheong-ha (2015), the multi-cultural guidance elements and Bennett (2003:32-35) the target system and Choi Moo-sung and Kim Soon-ja (2009) were reconstructed and analyzed. Multicultural elements shown in the 2015 revised curriculum were analyzed for cultural diversity, recognition and tolerance, community awareness, and self-identity. The analysis targets analyzed multicultural elements of 'seeking human beings', 'core competences' and 'school organization and operation' during the elementary education curriculum in 2009. As a result of analyzing the multicultural elements of the former primary education process, 'cultural diversity' is 1,Recognition and tolerance'0, community spirit'3, and 'self-reliant'2 total6. In the new elementary school curriculum, 18 were analyzed as 'cultural diversity'1, 'Recognition and tolerance'1, 'community spirit'8, and 'self-identity'8. The first analysis of multi-cultural factors appearing in the new elementary school curriculum should include the addition of multicultural elements 'cultural diversity' and 'cultural diversity area' and 'education and tolerance' to the following: Second, to grow into a balanced multicultural society member, it proposes an enhanced multicultural curriculum in four areas: cultural diversity, recognition and tolerance, ccommunity spirit, and self-identity.

  • Considering the present development situation of domestic apartment complexes, the environment and its landscape is monotonous and dull, so the diversity is very important socially and visually. The ground floor dwellings can influence the richness and diversity of ground landscape in the apartment housing. Because they are set on the ground and directly contact with people's sight line. In this context, this study aims to identify the elements of design diversity in the ground floor dwellings, to analysis the architectural characteristics of them and to propose the improvement of diversity.

틸랴 테페 유물의 복식분석을 통해본 쿠샨왕조 문화의 다양성 (Cultural Diversity of Kushan Empire Through Die Analysis of the Depicted Costumes of Artifacts of Tillya Tepe)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the cultural diversity in terms of costumes by analyzing the costumes depicted in the early Kushan Dynasty relics, Tillya Tepe. As a research method, literature research and artifact analysis were conducted in parallel. The type of costume worn by the king (or priest) was in the type of a jacket and skirt, which was thought to be of Persian influence. The Greek god of Dionysos was wearing a costume with Danryong (團領) and narrow sleeves, a nomadic type of Central Asia. It could be seen that costumes were transformed into indigenous elements of the region. The shape of the helmet worn by the warrior was a Greek-Macedonian helmet. However, details were transformed into indigenous elements of the Kushan dynasty. The clothing of a nobleman riding a carriage was an element of dress that was observed in Chinese po(袍), and was an unusual element not found in nomadic peoples. There were goddesses wearing Greek robes like Aphrodite in Tillya Tepe's relics. On the other hand, there were goddesses who did not wear Greek chitons like the Greek goddess Athena. Instead, they wore high-waisted robes worn by the Orient goddesses. In addition, after Kushan occupied India, there were Indian elements believed to be expressed by accepting Indian culture. These elements were combined with regional orient elements of the Kushan dynasty, Central Asian elements, and Kushan's own elements. Thus cultural diversity emerged in the costumes depicted in Tillya Tepe artifacts.

Characterization of Ty3-gypsy-like Elements in Hibiscus syriacus

  • Southern blot analysis revealed a ubiquitous distribution and high copy number of Ty3-gypsy-like elements in the genome of Hibiscus syriacus. Comparative phylogenetic analysis of the large subunit of Rubisco and the integrase region of Ty3-gypsy elements in various plant species indicated that the retrotransposon-like sequences have different evolutionary histories and their own unique polymorphism in the H. syriacus population. Sequence-tagged site-restriction fragment length polymorphisms (STS-RFLP) analysis also indicated great variability in the numbers and sequences of Ty3-gypsy-like elements within H. syriacus varieties. Ty3-gypsy-like elements may still be active within H. syriacus, since Northern analysis of wounded leaves of H. syriacus variety Saehan with a probe for the integrase domain gave strong hybridization signals. The sequence heterogeneity and ubiquity of the Ty3-gypsy-like elements in H. syriacus genomes could provide reliable DNA markers for line identification as well for the analysis of genetic diversity in H. syriacus.

Plant community development in the first growing season of a created mitigation wetland bank as influenced by design elements

  • Vegetative communities of created wetlands often display lower species richness, less cover, higher occurrence of non-native or invasive species, and fewer obligate wetlands species than those in natural wetlands, thus failing to meet basic success criteria for wetland mitigation. This study examined the effects of two design elements, disking-induced microtopography and hydrologic regime, on the first year vegetation development pattern of a mitigation wetland newly created in the Virginia piedmont. Elevation and species cover were measured along replicate multiscale circular transects in two adjacent wetland sites that are different in their hydrologic regime. Two microtopographic indices, tortuosity (T) and limiting elevation difference (LD), were calculated from the elevation measurements. Both indices were higher in disked plots than non-disked plots, showing the effect of disking on microtopography. Out of forty-one vegetation taxa observed in the wetland, 29 taxa were naturally colonized and 12 taxa were seeded. All plots except one non-disked plot were dominated by wetland vegetation. Species richness and diversity were higher in disked than in non-disked plots. Vegetation community development seemed also influenced significantly by hydrologic regime of the site. The effect of microtopography on species richness and diversity was more pronounced in a relatively dry site compared to a wet site. In addition, percent cover, species richness and diversity of vegetation were positively correlated with microtopographic indices such as T and LD. Two design elements, microtopography and hydrologic regime, should be considered and incorporated in wetland creation to enhance plant community development.

Leveraging and Fostering Diversity in the IS Discipline: Intradisciplinary Knowledge Building via the IT View-IS Phenomenon (VP) Matrix

  • Intradisciplinary research refers to research that integrates ideas often associated with different research domains in a discipline. Such cross-fertilization leverages abundant diversity present in the IS discipline to tackle increasingly complex IS problems and grand challenges. Despite its importance and recent attention, a concerted, sustained effort toward intradisciplinary research is lagging. A fundamental issue we see is a lack of an elaborate IS research map that effectively shows similarities and differences among research domains and demonstrates types of ideas that may travel and integrate into different domains. We thus aim to propose an elaborate IS research map and compile research elements that can be tried and combined across research domains. To do so, we utilize two IS classics (i.e., IT views and IS phenomena), identify their complementarity, and interweave the two disparate ways of portraying the IS research field. The resultant view-phenomenon (VP) matrix specifies research domains based on two consistent, comprehensive criteria and helps researchers discern similarities and differences among research domains more effectively. The VP matrix also sheds light on a variety of research elements that can flow across research domains. The VP matrix along with the research elements together facilitate intradisciplinary efforts and, more broadly, help the IS discipline to prosper. The VP matrix is particularly helpful for doctoral students and young scholars.

중국 서비스 구성원의 직무특성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Job Characteristics on Turnover Intention of Service Industry Employees in China Focused on the Mediating Effects Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구에서는 직무특성의 핵심요소인 기술다양성, 과업정체성, 직무중요성, 자율성, 피드백에 초점을 맞춰 그 중요성을 강조하였다. 그리고 직무특성의 핵심요소들이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 초점을 두었다. 이를 검증하기 위해 중국의 서비스업에 근무하는 종업원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 실증분석을 진행하였으며, 연구결과 직무특성의 하위요인들인 기술다양성, 과업정체성, 직무중요성, 자율성, 피드백은 모두 자기효능감을 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 자기효능감은 이직의도를 저하시키는 요소로 볼 수 있다는 것을 검증하였다. 더 나아가 자기효능감은 기술다양성, 자율성과 이직의도 간의 관계에서 완전 매개효과를 가진다는 것이 검증되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과들을 통해 직무특성의 하위요인 중에서 자기효능감에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요소가 무엇인지를 밝혔다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 중국 서비스업 기업과 중국에 진출하고자 하는 한국 서비스업 기업의 실무자에게 인적자원관리 측면에서 유용한 시사점을 제시하고 향후 관련 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

고등학교 기하 교과서 이차곡선 내용 요소 편차에 대한 소고(小考) (A View on the Deviation of Content Elements of Quadratic Curve in High School Geometry Textbooks)

  • 본 연구는 고등학교 기하 교과서에 수록된 이차곡선 성질 관련 세부 학습 내용을 중심으로 교과서별 편차에 대하여 살펴보았다. 고등학교 기하 교과서에서 다루어지고 있는 내용 요소의 다양성에 대하여 비판하고 이에 대한 대안을 제시하고자 하는 것보다 내용 요소의 다양성의 실태분석에 초점을 두었다. 교육과정에서는 이차곡선의 실생활 활용적 측면을 강조하여 그 유용성과 가치를 인식하게 하도록 할 것을 명시하고 있다. 그러나 분석 결과 교육과정의 취지와 교과서의 구성이 다소 부합하지 못하고 있었으며, 교과서별 내용 요소의 편차가 상당히 큼을 확인할 수 있었다. 교수·학습의 다양성을 인정하는 측면에서 이차곡선의 도입 방식과 성질의 교과서별 다양성은 충분히 인정될 수 있는 부분이다. 그러나 대학수학능력시험과 같은 전국단위 평가를 통한 대학입시 체제를 지향하고 있는 우리의 교육 현실에서 그 결과는 사회 전반적으로 매우 민감하기 때문에 수학 교과서의 내용적 다양성은 평가적 측면에서 유불리로 해석되기도 한다. 교과서 교수 학습·내용 요소의 다양성을 인정하는 동시에 평가의 평등성 측면을 반영할 수 있는 교과서 구성에 대하여 재고가 필요한 시점이다.

전라북도 가로시설물의 디자인 제고를 위한 연구 (A Study on the Design Improvement of Street Facilities in Jeollabuk-do Province)

  • This study reveals the absence of standard design guidelines by region through investigation and analysis centered on public design cases by region in Jeollabuk-do and design elements that can reflect the integration, identity, and diversity of public design in each region by five regions. Through this, the following conclusions could be obtained. First, to improve the quality of street facilities in Jeollabuk-do, the design elements (design motif, color, pattern) applicable to the standard design were analyzed by dividing them into five regions. As a design motif, it was possible to extract patterns containing straight lines, sophistication, dignity, and smartness. In the Northeast region, it is comfortable with the motif of the mountain ridge reflecting geographical characteristics, and it can be extracted elements that contain warm and natural colors. In the southeastern region, patterns that reflect design elements were extracted by applying safe, lively, and peaceful colors with the design motif of curves that blend nature and agriculture. In the southwestern region, design pattern elements that highlight nature, history, and culture were extracted with various cultural assets and natural greenery as motifs. Lastly, in the Saemangeum region, the ocean flow and greenery could be used as a design motif to reflect a positive, clear, future-oriented image in the design spot zones by region. Second, based on the standard design elements (design motive, color, pattern) by region extracted for the standard design development of street facilities in each region in Jeollabuk-do, an integrated zone(Form, structure, material, color, functional element) to which regional design guidelines can be applied. Third, an integrated zone (form, structure, material, color, functional elements) was composed. In addition, design spot zones (patterns and colors in city and county units) that can contain the diversity and identity of each region were designated. A Compact UWB and Bluetooth Slot Antenna for MIMO/Diversity Applications

  • A novel compact pattern diversity slot antenna for ultra-wideband (UWB) and Bluetooth applications is presented. This antenna consists of two modified coplanar waveguides that feed staircase-shaped radiating elements, wherein two different fork-like stubs are placed at the $45{\circ}$ axis. The measured results show that this proposed antenna operates from 2.3 GHz to 12.5 GHz, covering Bluetooth, WLAN, WiMAX, and UWB. The performance of radiation patterns and the corresponding envelope correlation coefficient prove this antenna is suitable for MIMO/diversity systems. Also, the antenna's compact size makes it a good candidate for portable devices.
