The purpose of the study is to come up with counter plans to the spatial change caused by an aging society. To achieve the purpose of this study, research methods are conducted in the literature survey and the census data are compared. This study focuses on an aging society, the current status of space and related problems, based on political economic spatial concepts, and then presents five countermeasures as follows. First, the planning considering the aging populations. Second, increase in total fertility rate and increase population absorption. Third, increased economic vitality of the elderly due to increased participation in the production of senior citizens. Forth, establishment and implementation of regional development plan for the elderly. Fifth, needs to transform the spatial policies of the aged to prepare a large gap in space. The result of this paper proposes the need to change the living space policies and planning to avoid mismatching between them, reducing the aging speed simultaneously. The study is expected to contribute to the establishment of a space plan for areas where the aging population is rapidly increasing.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the tech fatale fashion image in female models of mobile advertisements and to find the fashion characteristics. The tech fatale emerging as new culture code is a compound word of the femme fatale and technology. It is characteristics of the femme fatale, the post digital culture and the female leadership. The findings of the study were as follows : The tech fatale types were the independence, the transformation and the tradition. The independence was a self expression, appealed to visual image, was showed the coating fabric, denim, space look and street fashion and reflected the creativeness and digital generation. The transformation appealed to sexuality and was showed luster fabric, exposure, body-conscious, glam look. The voluptuous beauty represented the pride of the post digital generation. The tradition appealed to emotion and was showed pale color, simple line, soft texture fabric and a feminine Image. The meanings of tech fatale were the imagination, the public, the duality, the game, the purity and the recurrence. The formative characteristics reflect the mind of post digital generation who is against authority and pursues the human being worth such as the identity establishment and the pure emotion.

It has become ever harder to design reliable circuits with each nanometer technology node; under normal operation conditions, a transistor device can be affected by various aging effects resulting in performance degradation and eventually design failure. The reliability (aging) effect has traditionally been the area of process engineers. However, in the future, even the smallest of variations can slow down a transistor's switching speed, and an aging device may not perform adequately at a very low voltage. Therefore, circuit designers need to consider these reliability effects in the early stages of design to make sure there are enough margins for circuits to function correctly over their entire lifetime. However, such an approach excessively increases the size and power dissipation of a system. As the impact of reliability, new techniques in designing aging-resilient circuits are necessary to reduce the impact of the aging stresses on performance, power, and yield or to predict the failure of a system. Therefore, in this paper, a novel low power on-chip self-tuning circuit considering the aging effects has been proposed.

This paper presents the impact of time dependent dielectric breakdown (TDDB, also called as gate oxide breakdown) failure on nanoscale digital CMOS Circuits. Recently, TDDB for ultra-thin gate oxides has been considered as one of the critical reliability issues which can lead to performance degradation or logic failures in nanoscale CMOS devices. Also, leakage power in the standby mode can be increased significantly. In this paper, TDDB aging effects on large CMOS digital circuits in the 45nm technology are analyzed. Simulation results show that TDDB effect on MOSFET circuits can result in more significant increase of power consumption compared to delay increase.

This study aims to understand the retirement preparation of Korean baby boom generation. For this purpose, the mediation effect of the parameter of retirement preparation was confirmed to their social participation attitudes that influenced on successful aging. The research tried to present policy alternatives. The frequency analysis, description analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical multiful-regression analysis for the collected data were conducted with SPSS 23 program. The findings are as follows; First, social participation attitudes affect successful aging. Second, social participation affects retirement preparation. Third, retirement preparation affects successful aging. Fourth, the relationship of social participation attitudes and successful aging are influenced mediation effect of retirement preparation. Finally, discussed the future research topics.

This study was done to examine the affecting factors of successful aging to provide basic information for developing intervention program for the rural elderly. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive design was used. Data was collected through questionnaire from 208 people with age over 65 residing in an rural community. They were recruited by convenience sampling. Collected data were analyzed by independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression through SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: Explanatory factors affecting the rural elderly's successful aging were social support, depression, cognitive function, productive activity and Activities of daily living, respectively, and these five factors accounted for 42.1% of the variance in successful aging. Conclusion: The rural elderly's successful aging requires establishment of social support system such as health medical service supply and social activities by being connected with social communities, and for this, this study suggests that there be a necessity of developing customized nursing intervention program.

This study was conducted to predict sociocultural psychological variables affecting successful aging of the elderly. The participants were 187 elderly people aged at least sixty who used 16 elderly welfare centers in G metropolitan city and J and S city from december 2018 to january 2019. Data analysis was done by using SPSS WIN 23.0 program, for one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression. This study showed a positive correlation between successful aging and basic psychological need, ego-integrity, cultural competence. The ego-integrity(${\beta}=.372$, p<.001), cultural competence(${\beta}=.410$, p<.001), relationship(${\beta}=.168$, p=.003) have a 71.1% explanatory power for the successful aging of the elderly. It is necessary to develop sociocultural psychological programs to promote self-integration, cultural competence, and relationship for successful aging of the elderly.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of social support and health promotion behavior on aging anxiety among middle aged women. The sample for this study consisted of 160 women aged 40 to 60 living in C city in Korea. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. It was found that: (a) aging anxiety had a negative correlation with health promoting behavior(r=-.614, <.001), spousal support(r=-.411, <.001), whereas health promotion behavior had a positive correlation with spousal support(r=.429, <.001) (b) Factors influencing aging anxiety were identified as following; nutrition, stress management, menopause, spousal support with 44.7% explanatory power. In this study, it was found that nutrition, stress management, spouse support, and menopause awareness among middle-aged women lowered aging anxiety. Further research is needed to develop programs that include these variables and to verify their effects.

This study reviews how an aging society can be connected to the urban-built environment, transportation system, infrastructure, and climate change topics from the perspective of policy and innovation in science and technology. Each topic was described with the aging society that we will encounter in the near future. Based on the expected discussions, we suggested how policy and technological innovations may interact with the new emerging society. Especially, digital transformation is expected to hyper-connect the aging society beyond physical barriers where numerous policies and innovations in science and technology shed light on the elderly population. We observe, however, that this cannot be achieved only by the government sector; rather, municipal governments and local communities, as well as private sectors, all together need to prepare for the new society of the aging population. Furthermore, an ideal approach is to accommodate multidisciplinary studies that can address the policy and technological innovations simultaneously and collectively. By doing so, we can minimize the negative impacts when an aging society approaches.
