만성질환 영향요인 분석을 통한 지역사회 건강융합 -세종특별자치시 30-40대를 중심으로- (Community Health Convergence through Analysis of Chronic Disease Influencing Factors -Focusing on 30-40s Adults in Sejong City-)

  • 본 연구는 세종특별자치시 동, 면 거주자의 만성질환 진단율과 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 조사되었다. 2013-2015년 지역사회 건강조사 자료를 활용한 2차 분석 연구로 총 1,067명의 자료가 이용되었고 위계적 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 동 지역 거주자는 만성질환 진단을 받을 확률이 여자보다 남자가 7.34배 높았고, 걷기 일수가 3일 미만인 군이 3일 이상인 군에 비해 2.20배 높았다. 면 지역 거주자는 비 흡연 군 보다 흡연 군이 1.19배 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 동지역 거주자와 면지역 거주자에게 차별화된 만성질환 예방건강관리 프로그램 개발이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.

빅데이터 기법을 활용한 직업훈련 요구분석 (Analysis of Vocational Training Needs Using Big Data Technique)

  • 본 연구는 고용노동부가 운영하는 직업훈련 통합전산망인 'HRD-NET(http://hrd.go.kr)'을 통해 구직자가 필요로 하는 직업훈련 정보 등이 원활하게 제공되고 있는지를 확인하기 위해 질문게시판을 빅데이터 기법에 가장 최적화된 'R'프로그램을 이용해서 추출하였다. 따라서, 이를 통해 직업훈련제도의 유효성, 적절성, 시각화, 빈도 분석, 연관분석 등을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업훈련 카드발급 및 동영상 시청, 공인인증서 문제, 등록오류 이 발견되었으며, 둘째, 내일배움카드에 대한 노동관서에서의 관리 및 처리절차가 복잡하고 까다로워 제도개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 교육훈련의 수강에 있어 훈련직종 및 과정, 훈련기관에 따라서 차등화 된 훈련비 시스템과 환급구조가 애로요인으로 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 논문 기초로 하여 향후 고용노동부의 훈련시스템 뿐만 아니라 정부부처의 다양한 훈련 전산망시스템에 대한 전반적인 빅데이터 분석을 통한 개선점 등을 연구하고자 한다.

  • In America, where obesity rate ranks no.1 in the world, the plus size market is rapidly expanding with various American brands adding plus size lines in a way to diversify their products. As obesity is expanding throughout the younger generation, the necessity to develop products according to different characteristics of body shape that can fulfill the needs of young plus size consumers is being emphasized. In this study of young plus size, our focus is on providing wider spectrum of design choices for consumers by analyzing different body shapes, categorizing them, and then identifying the differences of design among them. More specifically, the object of this study is to analyze the elements that differentiate the designs from each other by virtually trying out the same item on avatars of various body shapes. Thus, we can identify the elements that needs to be differentiated according to different body shapes after implementing virtual fitting program on plus size shapes that are rather difficult considering the reality of domestic fashion companies. In this way, we are able to provide fundamental data for American plus size fashion market and design development for Korean fashion companies that are under way of entering or planning to enter the American market. Furthermore, this will demonstrate the actual details of the designs that will eventually help the development of specialized product for the globalization of Korean fashion industry.

An Exploratory Study on Gender Differences in Marital Preparation Skills of College Students

  • The purpose of this study was to highlight the importance of 'marital preparation skill' by focusing on more substantial and tangible skills in marriage life, and to conduct an exploratory research to examine the current conditions and gender differences in marital preparation skills of college students. Data were gathered through a self-administered questionnaire in four universities located in Seoul and Gyeong-gi areas in the spring of 2013, and a total of 332 senior students chosen were used for data analysis. Based on the instrument used in Olson & Olson's(2000) PREPARE/ENRICH Program, the present study sought to suggest a measurement tool with the moniker of 'marital preparation skill' that included seven domains: conflict resolution skill, sexual relationship skill, household labor skill, financial management skill, leisure management skill, parenting preparation skill, and parental role skill. Each domain consisted of four items and thus, a total of 28 items were utilized for this study. Descriptive statistics were analyzed in order to examine the degree of marital preparation skills, and t-tests were conducted in order to assess the gender differences in marital preparation skills. The main results of this study are as follows: First, overall the degree of marital preparation skills of male students was higher than that of female students. Particularly, female students were lower than male students in the skills of financial management and conflict resolution. Second, regarding the basic household labor skill related to clothing and housing life, male students showed higher than female students, implying the impact of military life. Third, even though the degree of consciousness about appropriate preparation of parenthood and parental role seemed to be heightened, the actual degree of readiness of college students revealed to be insufficient. Male students had a much higher degree of confidence and sacrifice acceptance about parenthood, and understanding about their parents' child-rearing style than female students, while the mindset of child-rearing participation of male students was lower than that of female students. Findings of this study can be used as basic data for developing more effective and differentiated educational programs of marital preparation skills for men and women.

자아존중감, 외모관심도와 의복태도 및 화장도에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Self-Esteem, Degree of Apperance Concern, Clothing Attitude and Make-up)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among self-esteem, degree of appearance concern, clothing attitude and make-up to serve as a basis for the development of more differentiated marketing program for clothing and cosmetics industries that takes the delicate psychological characteristics of women into account. The subjects of this study were 936 adult woman from the age of 20 to the age of 40 living in Daegu. The data were analyzed by using MAVOVA, ANOVA, frequency analysis, the analysis of confidence coefficient and the Cronbach's $\alpha$ were also applied. The result of this study were summarized as follows : 1. The group with a high degree of self-esteem was found out to pursue fashion and interest more than the group with a low degree of self-esteem. The group with a low degree of self-esteem was found out to have higher conformity than the group with a high degree of self-esteem. It was found out that the group with a high degree of self-esteem shows a higher degree of make-up than the group with a low degree of self-esteem. 2. The group with a high degree of appearance concern was found out to pursue fashion and interest more than the group with a low degree of appearance concern. It was found out that the group with a low degree of appearance concern shows a higher conformity than the group with a high degree of appearance concern. The group with a high degree of appearance concern shows a higher degree of makeup than the group with a low degree of appearance concern.

식생활 라이프스타일이 커피소비행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Food-Related Lifestyle on Coffee Consumption Behavior)

  • 외식 산업의 발전과 더불어 커피 시장도 빠른 시간 내에 급격한 성장을 이루었다. 국내 커피 시장은 계속해서 규모가 커지고 있으며, 커피 산업 내의 경쟁 또한 치열해지고 있다. 시장에서 경쟁우위확보를 위해서는 커피를 소비하는 소비자의 성향을 파악하여 마케팅 전략을 수립하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 식생활 라이프스타일이 커피소비에 미치는 영향력을 파악하고자 한다. 연구결과 식생활 라이프스타일은 총 5개의 요인으로 도출되었으며, 요인에 특성에 따라 건강추구 라이프스타일, 외식추구 라이프스타일, 맛 추구 라이프스타일, 계획구매 라이프스타일, 편리성추구 라이프스타일로 나타났다. 또한 식생활 라이프스타일 중 건강추구 라이프스타일, 외식추구 라이프스타일, 맛추구 라이프스타일이 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 커피전문점의 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 라이프스타일은 건강추구 라이프스타일, 외식추구 라이프스타일, 맛추구 라이프스타일, 편리성추구 라이프스타일이 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

중소병원 간호사의 실무 경험에 따른 온라인 보수교육 요구도 조사 (Survey on Online Continuing Education Requirements according to Practical Experience of Nurses at Small and Medium Sized Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to conduct a comparison analysis on requirements of online continuing education requirements according to practical experience of nurses at small and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: Data had been collected with 236 nurses from May to June, 2015. The data were analyzed with the use of SPSS. Results: Among them, 45.8% participated in online continuing education. Nurses in beginning level required musculoskeletal diseases (20.9%), care for injuries and stomas (5.8%), and surgical disease and operation care (4.7%). Competent nurses required musculoskeletal diseases (19.7%), cerebrovascular diseases (9.9%), emergency care and CPR (8.5%), and medical nursing (8.5%). Skillful nurses required cerebrovascular diseases (13.9%), care for internal diseases (8.9%), and rehabilitation care (8.9%). Among the educational contents of diseases, the items that were significantly different according to practical experience were operation management ($x^2$=23.92, p<.001) and drug care ($x^2$=7.85, p=.020). Among continuing education methods, the items that were significantly different were video ($x^2$=16.81, p<.001), webtoon ($x^2$=8.96, p=.011), and test ($x^2$=10.56, p=.005). Among continuing education evaluation methods, the items that were significantly different were multiple-choices ($x^2$=9.43, p=.009) and OX ($x^2$=6.47, p=.039) based quizzes. Conclusion: Based on the study results, it is necessary to develop a differentiated continuing education program according to practical experience of nurses.

경기 일부지역 거주 성인의 한식당 영양표시에 대한 인식 (Recognition of Nutrition Labeling of Korean Restaurants among Adults in Gyeonggi-do Area)

  • The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of the correct food choices and nutrition management through nutrition labeling and provide basic data for building a nutrition labeling system for Korean restaurants. In the study, a survey was conducted from February 5th to February 27th in 2010 involving adults over the age of 20 living in part of the Gyeonggi-do area. The data was used to analyze the general characteristics, the awareness of nutrition labeling and the nutrition labeling contents by using the SPSS 18.0 package program. Among the 268 people surveyed, the total number of women was greater (60.4%) than men (39.6%). The perception of the necessity of nutrition labeling was a relatively high score of 3.99 on a 1 to 5 scale and the motivation to utilize nutrition labeling scored 3.89. The study found that females perceived nutrition labeling to be more important than did the males. In addition, the perception varied according to the level of education and age. In conclusion, since customers have a high demand for nutrition labeling in Korean restaurants and are motivated to utilize labeling when eating-out is relatively strong, labeling would be a good educational tool for leading a healthy food life. Furthermore, since the study found that differences occur between nutrition labeling contents or nutrients according to general characteristics, food service companies might be able to gain benefits through differentiated nutrition labeling that is catered for their main customers.

발명영재교육 운영체제별 초등 발명영재 수업내용 및 수업활동 분석 (Characteristics of Learning Contents and Activities According to the Invention Education Managerial System for the Gifted at Elementary School Level)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze elementary school students' class contents and activities between the invention class for the gifted under the local education office by the 'Gifted Education Promotion Act' and that under the invention classroom by the 'Invention Promotion Act'. For this study, the survey was conducted to 1,788 elementary school students who attended the invention class for the gifted both under the local education office and under the invention classroom. The analysis of the survey showed that the students of the invention class for the gifted under the local education office had higher motivation and participation rate in class, higher interest in invention, and stronger significantly in a future oriented will than those under the invention classroom. The parents of the invention class for the gifted under the local education office showed more enthusiastic attitude to support their students, and had significantly stronger recognition that the participation of the students in the invention education for the gifted helped enter an advanced school than those under the invention classroom. However, the class contents of the invention class for the gifted under the local education office such as 'understanding the influence of the invention history and products on society', 'scientific inquiry skills for problem solving', 'technological and engineering abilities for creating an invention', 'developing knowledge and abilities about business and management by using a new invention' were not different from those under the invention classroom. In addition, discussion and presentation were not active in the class activities of the invention class for the gifted under the local education office. Therefore, the researchers should compensate and develop a program which can apply strategically differentiated class contents and class activities to the students who participate in the invention class for the gifted under the local education office by the 'Gifted Education Promotion Act'.

Identification of Recently Selected Mutations Driven by Artificial Selection in Hanwoo (Korean Cattle)

  • Hanwoo have been subjected over the last seventy years to intensive artificial selection with the aim of improving meat production traits such as marbling and carcass weight. In this study, we performed a signature of selection analysis to identify recent positive selected regions driven by a long-term artificial selection process called a breeding program using whole genome SNP data. In order to investigate homozygous regions across the genome, we estimated iES (integrated Extended Haplotype Homozygosity SNP) for the each SNPs. As a result, we identified two highly homozygous regions that seem to be strong and/or recent positive selection. Five genes (DPH5, OLFM3, S1PR1, LRRN1 and CRBN) were included in this region. To go further in the interpretation of the observed signatures of selection, we subsequently concentrated on the annotation of differentiated genes defined according to the iES value of SNPs localized close or within them. We also described the detection of the adaptive evolution at the molecular level for the genes of interest. As a result, this analysis also led to the identification of OLFM3 as having a strong signal of selection in bovine lineage. The results of this study indicate that artificial selection which might have targeted most of these genes was mainly oriented towards improvement of meat production.
