The purposes of this study were (1) to understand how customers trade off one attribute against another when they choose a pizza restaurant, (2) to compare the importance of individual attributes with their relative importance and (3) to compare customers'brand choice patterns with the prediction of pizza restaurant operators. Empirical data for this study were collected from the customers (n=307) and operators (n=273) of flour famous pizza franchise restaurants in Korea, Pizza Hut, Mister Pizza, Domino's Pizza and Pizza Mall. The attributes and attribute levels for the hypothetical profiles were decided from the focus group discussion. A total of 16 profiles was selected from fractional factorial designs. The SPSS conjoint procedure was used to calculate utility scores and simulate profiles. The overall group statistics showed the relative importance of all attributes compared with one other. Taste was the most important attribute (32.48%) in choosing a pizza restaurant, followed by service (21.87%) , atmosphere (17.23%), price (15.17%) and speed of delivery (13.26%). There was a difference between the customers'ratings of the importance of the individual attributes and the ranking of the same attributes'relative importance as derived from the conjoint analysis. The operators rated service (26.54%) as also being important, as well as taste (27.76%), in choosing a pizza restaurant. The rankings of relative importance for pizza taste, service and price were statistically different in the customers'and operators'data (p < 0.001, p < 0.1, p < 0.5). Operators who want to differentiate themselves from their competitors should make decisions based on an increased understanding of their customers'brand choice decision process and measure the hidden needs of their customers.

A similarity transformation of a solution of the Cauchy problem for the linear difference equation in Hilbert space has been studied. In this manuscript, we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for linear equivalence of the discrete semigroup of operators, generated by the solution of the difference equation utilizing four Canonical semigroups.

In this paper, we investigate the uniqueness of meromorphic functions of finite order concerning sharing small functions and prove that if f(z) and ${\Delta}_cf(z)$ share a(z), b(z), ${\infty}$ CM, where a(z), b(z)(${\neq}{\infty}$) are two distinct small functions of f(z), then $f(z){\equiv}{\Delta}_cf(z)$. The result improves the results due to Li et al. ([9]), Cui et al. ([1]) and $L{\ddot{u}}$ et al. ([12]).

In this paper, we investigate the uniqueness of a meromorphic function f(z) and its difference polynomial of difference operator with two sharing values counting multiplicities. Our two results improve and generalize the recent results of Barki Mahesh, Dyavanal Renukadevi S and Bhoosnurmath Subhas S [4] and for the case q ≥ 2, this allows for a highly unique generalization. To further demonstrate the validity of our main result, we provide an example.

The purpose of this study is to develop the training programme for VTS operators in Korea. The methodology used are literature and questionnaire survey. The literature, proceedings of international symposia and letters from Canada, USA, Japan and other countries were properly used and analyzed in order to compare their contents. Through the results of this study, I proposed the basic training programme for VTS operators in Korea as followings. First, the number and level of Korean VTS should be properly decided. Second, the training organization and staff should be built and appointed. Third, the VTS trainee should selected, and the training level & period should be established according to their qualification and experience. Fourth, the training should be acted by the VTS training curriculum. Fifth, The VTS operator certificate should be issued through proper test. This paper concluded as followings through the analysis of the questionnaire regarding to VTS training programme in Korea. First, the proposed curriculum were properly constructed and the independence among them was existed through the reliability and correlation analysis. Second, the difference of the curriculum importance among the questionnaire group was nearly not found through the Analysis of Variance(ANOVA). Third, the required days per each curriculum was limited to maximum 5days.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence and affecting factors of work-related musculoskeletal disorder (WRMSD) among the directory assistance operators. Methods: One hundred eighty-five female subjects who worked more than one year as directory assistance operators in a telecommunication company were surveyed with self-administered questionnaires. Subjects were divided into disorder and control group by the NIOSH criterion about WRMSD, and then analyzed. Results: One hundred seventy two subjects (93%) had upper extremity symptoms and seventy subjects (37.8%) were WRMSD. the frequency order of the disorder area was the shoulder 60(32.4%), the neck 37(20.0%), the wrist 20(10.8%), the finger 20(10.8%) and the elbow 5(2.7%). It was found that the difference factors of the WRMSD group were education level (p<0.01), stress from the customers (p<0.01), satisfaction about monitor (p<0.05), temperature (p<0.05), noise (p<0.01), ventilation (p<0.001), working time (p<0.05), and recess (p<0.001). Conclusion: Improving working condition and education for the workers to control the stress are necessary to decrease the WRMSD for the directory assistance operators.

In the present paper we introduce and study Euler sequence spaces of fractional difference and backward difference operators. We make an effort to prove that these spaces are BK-spaces and linearly isomorphic. Further, Schauder basis for Euler fractional difference sequence spaces $e^{\varsigma}_{0,p}({\Delta}^{(\tilde{\beta})},\;{\nabla}^m)$ and $e^{\varsigma}_{c,p}({\Delta}^{(\tilde{\beta})},\;{\nabla}^m)$ are also elaborate. In addition to this, we determine the 𝛼-, 𝛽- and 𝛾- duals of these spaces.

본 논문에서는 형태학적 특징 및 차 연산과 ART2 알고리즘을 이용한 차량 번호판 인식 방법을 제안하였다. 무인 카메라에서 획득된 차량 번호판 영상에서 차 연산을 이용하여 에지를 추출한 후에 블록 이진화한다. 이진화된 차량 영상에서 신 구 차량 번호판의 형태학적 특성을 8방향 윤곽선 추적 알고리즘에 적용하여 잡음 영역을 제거하고, 차량의 번호판 영역을 추출한다. 추출된 번호판 영역에 대하여 평균 이진화와 최대 최소 이진화를 적용하여 번호판의 개별 영역에 대한 형태학적 특성을 고려하여 잡음을 제거하고, Labeling 알고리즘을 적용하여 개별 문자를 추출한 후에 결합한다. 이렇게 추출되어 결합된 개별 문자 및 숫자 코드들은 ART2 알고리즘에 적용하여 학습 및 인식된다. 제안된 차량 번호판 추출 및 인식 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 녹색 번호판과 흰색 번호판 이미지 각각 100장을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 제안된 차량 번호판 추출 및 인식기법이 효율적임을 확인하였다.

In this paper, we present analytic forms of the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator weighting functions, each of which has properties of rank-based weights and a constant level of orness, irrespective of the number of objectives considered. These analytic forms provide significant advantages for generating OWA weights over previously reported methods. First, OWA weights can be efficiently generated by use of proposed weighting functions without solving a complicated mathematical program. Moreover, convex combinations of these specific OWA operators can be used to generate OWA operators with any predefined values of orness once specific values of orness are α priori stated by decision maker. Those weights have a property of constant level of orness as well. Finally, OWA weights generated at a predefined value of orness make almost no numerical difference with maximum entropy OWA weights in terms of dispersion.

This paper deals with a procedure of changing the current inspection & replacement periods for ROKAF aircraft parts. ROKAF is mostly operating aircraft of foreign makes, and takes maintenance actions according to Technical Orders(TO.) published by foreign aircraft manufacturers. Therefore ROKAF inspects and replaces specific parts at the time noticed from T.O.. These inspection and replacement periods are determined by manufacturers according to the standard operating environment and parts' durability. But the standard operating environment Is different from operator's environment. Because of this difference, the inspection and replacement periods have to be changed according to operators' operation environment. It is resonable that the manufacturer, having design materials and life test data of parts, changes those periods together with materials of operators' operation environment. But we have many difficulties in obtaining the design materials and life test data. Then this paper proposes a procedure of changing the periods of aircraft's parts with life data obtained during operating aircraft. For the reliability analysis, a software of RELEST (Reliability Estimation Version 1.0) is used.
