Objectives: This study is designed to explore and understand what professional identity and professional development are like in family counselors. Method: This study to achieve its purpose, collected data through in-depth interview with fifteen(15) family counselors through grounded theory approach. Results: Major research findings can be summarized as follows. 176 concepts were drawn through open coding, again classified into 47 categories and finally into 18 subcategories. Through selective coding, 'growing as an expert in family counseling through continuous exertions for growth' appeared as core category. Through this process, the types of professional development in family counselors were classified into job pursuing type, self achieving type, self understanding type, and volunteering type. Through process analysis, family counselors' professional development could be divided into three steps with the course of time: step of immersion, self-understanding and acceptance, and integration. Based on this, the hypothetical relations in four areas: personal area, family area, interpersonal area, and vocational area were summarized in statements. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it attempted to establish a theory to explain the professional identity, development and influence factors shown in family counselors. It also provides those who hope to grow as expert in family counseling with long-term visions and implications for family counselor training and supervision. In this study, the suggestions on the tasks to check and solve the factors for improving and supporting the foundations of family counselors' professional identities by highlighting the family counselors own identify that is different from other counselors are expected to be used as primary data for preparing laws and regulations related to family counseling in the future.
Contemporary society demands the ability to cope with the change competitively to the designer which is being accelerated of change and various media are emerging. The web design field which is one of the core design industry field of the contemporary society is needing the conversion from manufacturing technology specialization into creative design development composition. Generally, creative design development ability can be learned by studying. So, creativity development education is needed to develop creative design. Creative thought training is perceived as the core condition for competitive design and the education method for this is being proceeded multiply. But the study for design concept is lacking concretely. By this, this paper is to study the model which helps setting the design concept deduction creatively by instigating new ways of thought. The concept development process suggested in the study procedure systemizes the course for creative web design concept deduction and expects it to be utilized in design development to reinforce competitiveness.
Far greater than ever before is the present industrial demand for skilled professionals in innovative product design and development. Yet there is an apparent lack of a sufficient curricular provision for training design professionals in almost all engineering schools. The present study is to propose a systematic procedure for developing a strategy for building an innovative product design curriculum and demonstrate its application. The procedure consists of three major steps: strategic element derivation, task formulation, and task execution roadmap construction. The proposed procedure was applied to develop a modular curriculum (a cluster of several related courses) covering various subjects in relation to innovative product design and development. The procedure seems quite effective and useful for developing a curriculum that is strategically well differentiated based on the unique characteristics of a particular educational institute and its applicability seems not limited to a specific domain.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to lay the groundwork for the development of appropriate training courses for a rapidly changing digital technology in the field of Dental technology. Methods: The subjects of this study were dental technicians, dental technology students, a professor of dental technology in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area and a self-administered structured questionnaire survey was conducted for 350 randomly selected people. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 17.0 statistics program and analysis techniques include the frequency, percentage and cross-analysis. Results: The results of the survey are as follows. The usefulness of Major subjects was Full Denture laboratory (4.72 points), Dental Morphology (4.71 points), Crown and Bridge laboratory (4.69 points) in the instructor's group. The usefulness of Major subjects was Dental Morphology (4.56 points), Full Denture (4.36 points), Crown and Bridge laboratory (4.69 points) in the student's group. The usefulness of Major subjects was Dental Morphology (4.58 points), Dental Morphology laboratory (4.34 points), Partial Denture laboratory (4.30 points) in the dental technician's group. Subject with the highest usefulness of required course to open was CAD/CAM lecture and laboratory, the highest proportion of 91.2% and Implant laboratory was very useful (91.2%) in the instructor's group. Subject with the highest usefulness of required course to open was CAD/CAM lacture and laboratory, the highest proportion of 90.0% and Implant laboratory was very useful (91.2%) in the student's group. Subject with the highest usefulness of required course to open was CAD/CAM lacture and laboratory, the highest proportion of 91.2% and Implant laboratory was very useful (90.2%) in the dental technician's group. Conclusion: Semester of the subjects was required establishment of CAD/CAM lecture and laboratory in the third year first semester (85.1%) and Implant laboratory in the third year second semester the third year was the highest proportion of 94.1% in the instructor's group. 87.0% of students need to open CAD/CAM lacture and laboratory in the third year first semester, Implant laboratory in the third year second semester the third year was the highest proportion of 85.0% in the student's group. Semester of the subjects was required establishment of CAD/CAM lecture and laboratory in the third year first semester (81.0%) and Implant laboratory in the third year second semester the third year was the highest proportion of 80.0% in the dental technician's group.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of the Current Curriculum of Radiologic Technology Department in Junior College, try to find a future solution of the education of Radiologic Technology and a reform measure, and suggest a new substantial model. So this study refered to sundary records, posed a question by papers, made a reform measure of curriculum on the basis of the results, examined it throughly by discussion with the related professors and the industrials figures, and decided a new model. The characteristics of the reform measure reflected in the new model are as follows; 1. It increased the numbers of credits like 94 or 95 ones, to positively accept a developing medical technique and modern science. 2. It set up various general studies and offered a free selection. 3. It closely related majors and their credits to the national examination of lisence and the task of industrial job site. 4. It kept the balance between the periods of lecture, practice, training and their credits. 5, It reinforced the subjects of fundamental medical science such as Introduction to Medicine, Pathology, Biochemistry, Patient Care, etc. 6. It newly established Clinical Trainings as a regular education course. 7. It newly established Introduction to Computer Science, Ultrasonography and Magenetic Resonance Imaging, to cope with the development of the future medical technique. 8. It newly established Humanism in Medicine as a regular education course. 9. It changed the names of subjects resonably.
In 21st century, with the rapid development of Information technologies, a new form of postgraduate courses on multimedia has emerged. The curriculum of that course is consisted of a combination of design related fields and computer science. In this thesis, I analyzed problems of design education come from multimedia departments of 2-year colleges. This form of departments result in the reduction of design related courses and that is also reduction of basic design rather than multimedia. But, for the desirable multimedia design education, the functional aspects of multimedia must be harmonized with the artistic aspects. For these reason, I developed a course of study on multimedia design. It consists of theoretical studies about design principles, actual training on flash application, and individual projects accomplishments. And on the basis of this results, case studies of 3 subjects were done in a semester.
To build a suitable National Health Care System for the coming 21s1 century, Nursing must also be renewed. The future Korea will be united and the majority of its population will raidly consist of the aged. Economically standing on the same level with developed countries the growth of scientific technologies will foster communications, firing astounding changes in the medical field. While the overall life style pattern of Koereans not to mention the structure of diseases undergo change, the possibility that the reckless induction of high-tech health care may only cause medical fees to eascafate. It can전so be expected that the health care system will evolve towards the consumers. Nursing in the 21s1 century will be of two scenarios according to WHO, which presents the role of the nurse. The first scenario is that "a gen-eric health care work force" namely a "care giver" will replace all other health professions. If Nursing does not become the compatent profession fitting to this purpose it will eventually dei out. The second scenario is that nurses who are educated in a well grounded and extensive general background and have command of a specialized area will undertake services varying from health pro-motion to treatment and rehabilitation both direct and indirectly, while supervising other personnel. The nurse here would become the "care giver". To become the necessary health care profession in the 21s1 century, nurses should be provided with more educational opportunities, variating in its con-tents, course, and system, enabling them to grow. Clair Faign points out that the minimal educational entry for the nursing profession is a 4 year undergraduate education in this aspect, now in the time to set the future of Nursing into the course of the first scenario. A new educational system stipulating a baccalaureate nursing degree is in urgent need, and aside from govermental actions nurse themseives should formaily officiallze this process, striving for quality assurance. While considering 6 years nursing education programs, multifarious degree courses for existing 3 years educated nurse should be provided Junior nursing schools must devise measures to grow into baccalaucate institutions, also. Hospice and palliative care (HPC) education is an essential component of undergraduate medical education. Since February 4th, 2018, withholding and withdrawing life-sustaining treatment at the end of life (EOL) has been permitted in Korea as put forth by law, the "Act on Hospice and Palliative Care and Decisions on Life-Sustaining Treatment for Patients at the End of Life." Therefore, Korean medical schools have faced a challenge in providing comprehensive HPC education in order to better prepare medical students to be competent physicians in fulfilling their role in caring for patients at the EOL. There have been considerable variations in the evolution and organization of HPC education across Korean medical schools for the past 20 years. In 2016, all medical schools taught HPC curriculum as a separate course or integrated courses, with the most frequently taught topics including: delivering bad news, pain management, and the concept of palliative medicine. However, the content, time allocation, learning format, and clinical skills practice training of HPC education have been insufficient, inconsistent, and diverse. For this reason, we propose a HPC curriculum containing seven domains with 60 learning objectives in a course duration of over 20 hours based on the Palliative Education Assessment Tool (PEAT) as standard HPC curriculum. Furthermore, we recommend development of a national curriculum for HPC/EOL care education to be organized by the HPC board and managed under the accreditation criteria of the Korea Institute of Medical Education and Evaluation.
The purpose of this study is to develop the 'Engineering Team Mission Project Education Program and Textbook', which is improved creativity and creative problem for Juniors(middle school students) that is in the growth stage to become the leading role in future society. This can be applied the creative experience activities time of revised curriculum in 2009 being implemented to secondary education by 2011. The results of this study are as follows. The formation of Team Mission Project Education Program is the big field 2 project, lower field 8 module and 38 total lessons. This education program has secured the validity of the SME(Subject Matter Expert) expert conference. Actually, by putting the education program and textbook to the invention talent class formed by middle school students and by normally analyzing, it has been analyzed as very satisfying result. Therefore, the "Engineering Team Mission Project Education Program and Textbook" can be provided as a practical education course of new talent training and engineering talent model of the nation's knowledge property education. And it can perform as an education program using usefully in the creative experience activity education course in middle class education stage. Also, it is concluded to become the basis of engineering design education's high grade education and department of engineering's creative engineering.

The purpose of this study is to develop and implement an integrated course model that centers around the subject of Home Economics Education Curriculum and Teaching Methods and its pedagogical approaches, as well as the subject of Chinese Language and Literature Curriculum and Teaching Methods and its pedagogical methods. This study aims to provide a framework to prepare pre-service teachers to effectively address a variety of educational issues in future educational settings. To achieve these objectives, the study utilizes Fogarty's connected model as a guiding framework to explore the impact of the integrated curriculum on fostering collaborative and divergent thinking among students. The findings of this research confirm that this model not only cultivates interdisciplinary competencies among course participants but also goes beyond the mere transmission of knowledge to build the capacities needed for forming an educational community, thereby increasing course satisfaction. Additionally, the study substantiates the importance of learner-centered strategies, cooperative learning, and diverse evaluation mechanisms. Such an integrated course model has the potential to revolutionize not only pre-service teacher education but also to be applicable in in-service teacher training, thus contributing to solving a broader range of educational issues.
