This study aims to identify the factors influencing residents' satisfaction for the urban regeneration projects in South Korea. Data were collected from 250 people with self-administrated questionnaires. A factor analysis identified three factors which are positive economic impacts, negative social impact, and positive environment impact. The positive economic impact has the highest variance explained. Results showed that high income and students and unemployed are less like to be satisfied with their community life. And whereas negative social impacts are less likely to have community satisfaction, positive economic impacts are more likely to have community satisfaction. This study suggested that community leaders and policy makers should consider perceived impacts and income when implementing development projects.

This is the report of sacroiliac luxation in a Holstein-Friesian cow, describing the progression of the sacroiliac luxation from the onset of its development with changes in estradiol (E2) and serum chemistry. The high estrogen concentration was assumed to be a predisposing factor of the disease that relaxed the pelvic muscles and a secondary slippery finally caused the sacroiliac luxation. The E2 was present at levels four times higher in the cow with sacroiliac luxation (167 pg/mL) than in normal cows. Above normal levels of creatinine kinase, aspartate aminotransferase, and lactate dehydrogenase were also observed in cow with sacroiliac luxation.

In the case of incumbent training, unlike training for the unemployed, it is difficult to show the results of training. In this study, factors affecting the performance of vocational competency development training were selected and the main factors were derived. Data were collected through Focus Group Interview(FGI), and regression analysis was performed through factor analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, empathy, training participation type, reliability, working experience, and training operation type were derived as factors affecting job satisfaction. did. Confidence and training participation patterns were derived as factors affecting training satisfaction, and the results showed that the larger the variable, the more positive it was. Therefore, as factors affecting the vocational competency development training performance, there are empathy, training participation type, reliability, work experience, training operation type, certainty, and training participation type. It was confirmed that the results had an effect.

It is important to understand sense of community and community participation for successful community development projects. This study aims to identify the factors influencing community participation on sense of community. Data were collected from 173 usable respondents from 8 villages in Gyeongsangnam-do. Results of a factor analysis yielded two dimensions of sense of community which were shared emotional connection/influence and reinforcement of needs/membership. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that female, less educated, younger are more likely to be highly participated. The study suggested that policy makers and community practitioners consider the sense of community, age, gender, and educational background to enhance community participation.

It is becoming increasingly clear that eukaryotic genomes are subjected to higher-order chromatin organization by the CCCTC-binding factor/cohesin complex. Their dynamic interactions in three dimensions within the nucleus regulate gene transcription by changing the chromatin architecture. Such spatial genomic organization is functionally important for the spatial disposition of chromosomes to control cell fate during development and differentiation. Thus, the dysregulation of proper long-range chromatin interactions may influence the development of tumorigenesis and cancer progression.

The purpose of this article, the first part of series, is to describe the general theory applicable to various chromatographic procedures. This study presents development of a machine for shrink wrapping of cans or drink bottles with thermoplastic films. The accurate position-control, the safety factor of chains, the reduction-ratio of the chain and gear, the appropriate heating temperature for banding vinyl are discussed for the optimum shrink wrapping M/C design.

The creation of favorable water space, in our living circumferential space, is a very important factor to offer rural scenery to neighbor residents. In other to arrange stream landscape, we developed Stream Landscape Simulation System(SLSS). SLSS is combined with image and database rotationally. SLSP system creates composed simulation image overlaying both background and landscape image. This system is to compare and estimate original landscape image with simulated one. SLSP system needs continuing development and buildup of Unified Relational Image Database(mm) to design of various landscape.

In this paper, a multiple pulse-width modulated ac chopper mode power controller using power transistor is described. The controller is capable of handling up to 1/2 hp of power at any lagging load power factor angle and getting the optimal efficiency operating characteristics. The Purpose of this study was the development of scale to measure the Perceived Adequacy of Resources(PAR). A 38-item instrument was analysed with responses form 300 wives dwelling in Seoul. PAR was categorized housing, health, time money, interpersonal, knowledge/skills, community resources, Data were analysed by the method of Pearson's Correlation, Factor Analysis and Multiple Regression. Items were loaded eight resource categories such as time housing, money , health, knowledge, social support, community, psychological relationship. Internal consistency of the scale was high(Cronbach's α=.85) The result proposed PAR constructed 28 items.
