Background: Yukmijiwhang-tang is one of the most common herbal formulas in Oriental Medicine. Yukmijiwhang-tang has been widely used as a herbal medicine to replenish Yin and tonify the kidneys for hundred years in Asian countries. Because of insufficiency in data, objective judgements about remedial effects have been difficult. In order to make objectivity diagnostic data, this research is developed. Purpose: The aim of the research is to make a pilot questionnaire for clinical use of Yukmijiwhang-tang. Methods: The questionnaire which includes symptoms and signs for Yukmijiwhang-tang is studied by the Delphi method. Results: By the Delphi method and score evaluation, 30 items of the initial copy of questionnaire are chosen for the research. Conclusions: By the Delphic survey among clinicians, a reference questionnaire for Yukmijiwhang-tang applications was suggested. Further research is necessary for modification of questionnaire by statistics and certification by clinical trial. research.

The purpose of this research was to develop evaluation conformity to operate courses based on CIPP evaluation model dedicated to approval of training organizations. In order to achieve the goal, the researchers scrutinized related documents and precedent studies, initiated the draft for evaluation conformity to operate courses and secured validity for evaluation conformity initiated through Delphi Method survey. To secure validity for evaluation conformity, the researchers conducted two Delphi Method surveys of an expert panel of 22 professionals from relevant fields including officials from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, researchers from Korea Transportation Safety Authority, instructors from approved training organizations and officials from industries. Through the surveys, the researchers determined 4 evaluation areas, 13 evaluation items and 52 evaluation indexes as the evaluation conformity to operate courses for aircraft maintenance mechanics. On top of that, the researchers established evaluation system in the courses for aviation professionals (aircraft maintenance mechanics), and suggested a follow-up studies regarding managing the quality of education.

본 연구는 미술영재교육과정을 평가하기 위한 평가준거를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰과 교육학 전문가, 영재교육 전문가, 미술(영재)교육 전문가들의 검토를 통해 평가준거 안을 개발하였다. 그리고 개발된 평가준거 안에 대한 타당성 검증을 위해 교육평가 전문가, 영재교육 전문가, 미술(영재)교육 전문가, 영재교육 행정가로 구성된 30명의 델파이 패널을 선정하여 총 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사 결과는 척도 평균, 내용타당도(Contents Validity Ratio: CVR)와 합의도를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌고찰과 전문가 검토를 통해 12개의 상황평가준거, 25개의 투입평가준거, 12개의 과정평가준거와 9개의 성과평가준거로 구성된 총 58개의 미술영재교육과정 평가준거를 개발하였다. 둘째, 1차와 2차 델파이 조사를 통해 타당성 기준을 충족시키지 못했던 2개의 평가준거가 삭제되었다. 최종 확정된 미술영재교육과정 평가준거는 12개의 상황평가준거, 25개의 투입평가준거, 10개의 과정평가준거와 9개의 성과평가준거로 구성되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 미술영재교육과정 평가준거는 추후 국가 수준의 기관평가 체제를 구축하거나 기관 및 프로그램을 평가하는 데 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 평가 틀이 될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to obtain consensus from the expert community on the aims of Elementary Science Classes for the Gifted(ESCG) and teaching professionalism of Elementary Science Teachers for the Gifted(ESTG). For the delphi study, nineteen experts were consulted with open-ended and closed questions. Delphi research was conducted a total of 3 times. The Delphi survey was done by e-mail. The experts can express their opinions freely during the research. The results of this study were as follows : First, there were six aims for ESCG. The six aims of ESCG are scientific inquiry ability growth, creative problem solving ability growth, primary science gifted's giftedness development, the future science-talented-children training, the growth of attitudes toward science, scientific attitudes growth. Second, there were four teaching professionalism about teaching professionalism of ESTG. Four teaching professionalism are understanding the characteristics of primary science gifted, the ability to understand and apply the learning methods suitable for primary science gifted education, professional knowledge and ability to understand the science curriculum, the ability to develop and apply primary science education programs.

The Corona 19 pandemic is bringing a big change in the fields of politics, economy, society, culture, environment, ecosystem, science and technology, and business management activities and advertising. Therefore, in this study, after the Corona 19 pandemic, we predicted how the characteristics of future advertising and the types of future advertising will change, and we studied countermeasures. We used, a method of analyzing related literature and the Delphi Survey method predicting the future, as a research method. As expert Panel, the subject of the Delphi technique survey, we recruited 30 experts in the field of advertising and future fields with professional insight. We study to predict how the characteristics of future advertising and the types of future advertising will change according to changes in the advertising environment such as social changes, business changes, and consumer changes after the Corona 19 pandemic. In order to cope with these changes in future advertising, it is necessary to actively prepare the advertising industry and advertising experts. Therefore, we suggested countermeasures so that the advertising industry and advertising experts can understand and respond for future advertising changes.

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 적용 가능한 라이프스타일 재설계 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 프로그램 개발을 위해 전문가 8명을 대상으로 델파이 연구방법을 시행하였다. 라이프스타일 및 시간 사용에 대한 선행연구를 기반으로, 1차 델파이 조사에서는 평가도구, 라이프스타일 유형 파악, 생활시간조사표를 통한 활동의 우선순위 결정에 대한 조사가 이루어졌다. 2차 델파이 조사에서는 전문가 의견을 바탕으로 구성하였고, 내용타당도 지수가 낮은 경우에는 수정 및 보완하여 재구성하였다. 3차 델파이 조사에서는 2차 내용의 틀을 유지하면서 전문가 자신의 2차 때 응답과 다른 전문가와의 2차 평균 점수를 함께 제시하였다. 연구결과 최종적으로 평균이 3.88~4.00점, 내용타당도 지수가 모두 1.00, 수렴도가 모두 0.00인 프로그램을 도출하였다. 대학생을 위한 라이프스타일 재설계 프로그램은 1단계 중재 전 평가로 라이프스타일 유형 파악과 범용 평가도구의 적용, 활동을 선택을 하고, 2단계는 중재실행으로 라이프스타일을 재설계하며 진행자가 개입하여 대학생들이 잘 실천할 수 있도록 독려하고, 3단계는 중재결과로 라이프스타일 유형의 변화를 확인하며 중재 후 범용 평가도구를 적용하고, 마지막 4단계는 프로그램을 종결하는 것으로 프로그램이 개발되었다. 이는 대학생들 자신이 원하는 생활을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해, 그들의 수행패턴을 변화시키는 하나의 중재로 라이프스타일 재설계를 활용하도록 하는 근거를 제공하였다.

Objectives The aim of this review is to analyse the study tendency in papers related with delphi method which are published in Korea from 2006 to 2015. Methods We searched the electronic database (NDSL, RISS, Korean traditional knowledge portal, OASIS) and checked relevant Korean journals from 2006 to 2015. 23 research papers were found and they were analyzed according to the year of publishment, the titles of journals which have the papers, the time of repeated survey and purpose of technique application. Results 1. As we analyzed by years, 2.3 papers were published per year on average. 2. As we analyzed by jounals in which papers were published, 39% of total papers were published in The Journal of the Society of Korean Medicine Diagnostics, 30% were in Korean Journal of Oriental Physiology & Pathology, taking up 69% of total papers. 3. As we analyzed by the number of survey taken in each research, 11 papers surveyed 2 times, 7 papers surveyed 3 times, 1 paper suerveyed one time. 4. As we analyzed by the purpose of technique application, 91% of papers were aimed at the development of questions, 9% of papers were aimed at policy recommendation. Conclusions These results suggest that although many researches were trying to quantify the symptom of patient, to demonstrate on exact data and to accomplish the scientification of diagnosis, the number of paper is insufficient. Therefore, it seems that more researches must be taken afterward.

본 연구에서는 건강 음료로써 식초 음료 시장의 확대에 기여하고자 전문가들을 대상으로 설문하여 델파이와 AHP를 적용하여 식초 음료의 주된 요소들을 유형화, 계층화하였다. 따라서 문헌 연구와 전문가들의 브레인 스토밍을 통해 상위 개념인 원료, 생산방법, 제품특징, 기능성, 패키지 디자인의 5가지에 대해 개방형 설문으로 1차 델파이를 실시하였는데, 그 결과 하위 개념 50개를 도출하였고, 상위 개념으로 마케팅 1개를 추가하였다. 이렇게 1차 델파이에서 도출된 50개의 개념을 폐쇄형 설문으로 2차, 3차 델파이를 실시하였고, 의견의 일치성을 객관적으로 파악하고자 켄달의 W 검증을 실시한 결과, 2차 델파이에서는 11개 항목이 제거되었고, 3차 델파이에서는 16개 항목이 제거되어 총 23개 문항을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 델파이를 통해 도출된 23개 문항의 상대적 중요도를 파악하고자 쌍대 비교를 실시하여 각 항목 간 우선순위를 도출하여 식초 음료의 품질 평가 시, 중요하게 고려해야할 항목을 구성하였다.

이 연구는 '직훈기관 경영실태 분석 및 교육모델개발'의 일환으로 수행되었으며 그 목적은 직훈 기관의 발전전략을 탐색하고 CEO의 역량을 규범적으로 추출한 후 이를 바탕으로 기관장의 실용적이고 전문인 교육모델과 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 조사는 민간 직훈기관, 공공 직훈기관, 학원을 대상으로 하였다. 주요 조사내용은 유형별 발전전략, CEO의 역량, 그리고 교육영역 및 교육프로그램이다. 조사 방법은 직업능력개발 분야의 전문가 30명을 패널로 구성하여 델파이 방법(Delphi Method)을 적용하였으며 조사는 2회 실시하였다. 주요 조사결과로 직훈기관별로 차별화 된 전략이 제시되었다. 공공 직훈기관은 국가적 과제나 민간 직훈기관과 학원을 지원해야 하며, 민간 직훈기관은 전문성과 교육프로그램의 지역수요 특화가 강조되었다. 학원은 단기 서비스 교육을 강화해야 한다는 것이었다. 전문가들이 강조하는 직훈기 관장의 역량으로는 직업훈련제도 및 정책변화, 비전제시 능력, 윤리의식 및 사명감으로 조사되었다.

Objectives: We classified items required for dental hygienists' ethics training by domains. We administered a survey on experts using the Delphi method to collect opinions for guiding future trainings. Methods: 33 participants were selected and analyzed using the Delphi method thrice. Results: For relationships with patients, the item "1.3.1.1 I can keep the confidentiality of the information obtained from patients, including mature minors, related to their specific disease and treatment during medical care as well as other personal information of the patients." had the highest mean value (mean=4.88). For medical and social relations, "2.3.2.2 I can understand how staff provide dental services as a team and explain a dental hygienist's roles and responsibilities that enable a team to function effectively." had the highest mean value (mean=4.85). For individual specialized fields, "3.1.1.1 I can explain the roles and responsibilities in public health of individuals, the public, the state and professional dental hygienist." showed the highest mean value (mean=4.82). Conclusions: We identified 3 categories, 14 sub-categories, and 53 items on the scope of training and standards for ethical competencies for practical applications in professional ethics training of dental hygienists.
