A Design of Web Server Architecture Environment for Reliability Enhancement and Secure Web Services (신뢰성 향상과 안전한 웹 서비스를 위한 웹 서버 아키텍처 환경의 설계)

  • In the existing design of web server architecture, data encryption technique is used to keep the reliability, stability, and safety of web service. But the use of data encryption technique wastes the work of cpu while decreasing throughput of web server and increasing average response time so that it shows negative effect on the capacity of web application server. Also, the latest web applications require security and safety for the safe internet communication. Therefore, this paper suggests the improved web server which uses thread pool and Non-blocking I/O adding new web service modules to the existing web server for the safe web service, provides reliability and safety to show the safe web service capacity. And we compare and evaluate the safety and capacity through experiment on the existing traditional Tomcat based web server and the proposed system to evaluate the safety and capacity of the proposed web server system.

  • As the wireless mobile telecommunication system has been developed with astonishment, its offering service has also widely been expanded including various data service. Currently, the wireless mobile telecommunication network presents voice service that covers for the most part of the whole service areas. For this reason, the availability of the switching capacity in the mobile switching center(MSC) is manipulated by the required volume of voice service. However, considering the increase of data service, it is desirable for the current switching method to be modified for more efficiency. In this Paper, we analyze the data traffic caused by providing data service in the wireless mobile telecommunication network. For this, we are firstly going to review the result of the analysis in the feature of the data traffic. Secondly, based on the review, we are also going to perform analyzing the other feature of the data traffic normally generated in the wireless mobile telecommunication network. We expect that this paper would be utilized as an elementary source for the feature of the SMS data .traffic and it will be an honour for ourselves to work on it.

  • In the multimedia CDMA mobile communication service, it is required to support various applications, such as voice, video, file transfer, e-mail, and Internet access, with guaranteed QoS. In the mixed traffic environment ,which consists of voice, stream data, and packet data, we analyze the network where preemptive priority is granted to delay-intolerant voice service and a buffer is offered to delay-tolerant stream data service. And, for best-effort packet data service, the access control by transmission permission probability is applied to obtain prominent throughput. To analyze the multimedia CDMA mobile communication system, we build a 2-dimensional markov chain model about prioritized-voice and stream data services and accomplish numerical analysis in combination with packet data traffic based on residual capacity equation.

  • In the Signalized Intersection, the capacity analysis is conducted with a large amount of input data such as road way, traffic and signal condition. but the level of service(LOS) is determined by delay estimated as a measure of effectiveness (MOE) based on this procedure. However, It is under the circumstances which are not considered for the errors caused by the uncertainty of input data in the field(the turing volumes, lane geometry, signal timing, grade of approach lane, percentage heavy vehicles, peak hour factor and arrival type etc.) as become the bases in the determination of the capacity and LOS. It includes the problem of reliability which is not verified for the capacity and LOS estimated. So, this study is to suggest the minimization of their influences by examining whether the uncertainty of input data such as the traffic volume, percentage of heavy vehicles and roadway geometry on the approach lane in the intersection under the study affects the capacity analysis and LOS determination.

  • In this paper, change of load carrying capacity of bridges with time was analyzed referring to the safety inspect data stored in the KISTEC. From this study, it was known that the capacity is rated differently by various parameters such as inspector's subjective. Accordingly, an improved method, in this paper, is suggested which can correct deviation due to several uncertainties involved in rating process. The suggested method can be utilized for efficient maintenance of bridges such as cycles and determination of priority of retrofit, and estimation of service life etc.

Erlang Capacity for the Reverse Link of a DS/CDMA Cellular System Supporting Voice and Data Service in Rayleigh Fading Channel (레일레이 페이딩 채널에서 음성 및 데이터 서비스를 지원하는 DS/CDMA 셀룰라 시스템의 역방향 링크에 대한 얼랑 용량)

  • In this paper, a extended blocking probability formula for reverse link of a DS/CDMA cellular system supporting voice and data service is derived in Rayleigh fading channel. Also, voice and data Erlang capacity considering shadowing are analyzed and compared with those considering both shadowing and multipath fading, respectively. Assuming that the blocking probability set 1% in the Rayleigh fading channel, they are observed that voice Erlang capacity of 13.38 Erlangs and data Erlang capacity of 8.92 Erlangs are supported at the data rate $R_b$=9.6 kbps, and voice Erlang capacity of 7.47 Erlangs and data Erlang capacity of 4.98 Erlangs are supported at the data rate $R_b$=14.4 kbps, respectively, and then are less 21.4% for $R_b$=9.6 kbps, 24.9% for $R_b$=14.4 kbps than Erlang capacity considering shadowing only, respectively. It is shown that the effect of multipath fading must not be ignored. Also, it is presented that accurate voice and data Erlang capacity which could be supported by the DS/CDMA cellular system.

System Capacity Analysis with the Retransmission Limit on ARQ in a Voice/Data DS-CDMA System

  • In this paper, we investigate the effect of the retransmission limit both the system capacity and the average number of retransmissions in a voice/data DS-CDMA system. Basically, we consider the IS-95 type reverse link of the CDMA system, which supports two kinds of services: a general voice and a packetized data service. ARQ is used for the reliable data transmission. Convolutional code is used for FEC and CRC-CCITT code is used for the error detection in ARQ. The result shows that the number of concurrent data users decreases as we reduce the number of the retransmissions. However, at the same time, we can also reduce the average number of retransmissions. Concluding1y, we can select the retransmission limit so as to reduce large amount of' retransmissions with small sacrifice in the system capacity.

  • PURPOSES : This study is to develop speed correction factor for more realistic Level-of-Service(LOS) at multilane highway. METHODS : In this study, we compared speed difference the degree of speed reductions in actual multilane road conditions with speed reduction considering speed correction factor presented in highway capacity manual using statistical techniques. And also we presents new speed correction factor analyzing collected data at national highway No.1 (Goyang~Wolrung). RESULTS : The result of analyzing and comparing new suggested speed correction factor with speed correction factor in Korea Highway Capacity Manual (KHCM) shows RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) in new speed correction factor (RMSE 1.5) is much lower than existing speed correction factor (RMSE 13.4). New suggested speed correction can be used for analyzing Level-of-Service at multilane highway. And also we suggests improvements for analysis procedure in analyzing Level-of-Service at multilane highway CONCLUSIONS : As a result of comparing differences, we draw the causes that effect the differences in speed and suggest new speed correction factor that consider traffic volumes. It can be more rational because it uses speed correction factor which can consider more realistic traffic conditions, etc.

A cache placement algorithm based on comprehensive utility in big data multi-access edge computing

  • The recent rapid growth of mobile network traffic places multi-access edge computing in an important position to reduce network load and improve network capacity and service quality. Contrasting with traditional mobile cloud computing, multi-access edge computing includes a base station cooperative cache layer and user cooperative cache layer. Selecting the most appropriate cache content according to actual needs and determining the most appropriate location to optimize the cache performance have emerged as serious issues in multi-access edge computing that must be solved urgently. For this reason, a cache placement algorithm based on comprehensive utility in big data multi-access edge computing (CPBCU) is proposed in this work. Firstly, the cache value generated by cache placement is calculated using the cache capacity, data popularity, and node replacement rate. Secondly, the cache placement problem is then modeled according to the cache value, data object acquisition, and replacement cost. The cache placement model is then transformed into a combinatorial optimization problem and the cache objects are placed on the appropriate data nodes using tabu search algorithm. Finally, to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm, a multi-access edge computing experimental environment is built. Experimental results show that CPBCU provides a significant improvement in cache service rate, data response time, and replacement number compared with other cache placement algorithms.

JAVA 3D and VR 3D which concentrate the scientific capacity and the technical capacity with the new technology of software, contribution of multimedia and educational data realized the Cyber Science Museum. So, It realized high level information service. It offered a user the educational data which has three dimension service of cyber space and useful science information. After all, It contributed to IT industry.
