Reported herein is the architecture for a nonvolatile n-type memory paper field-effect transistor. The device was built via the hybrid integration of natural cellulose fibers (pine and eucalyptus fibers embedded in resin with ionic additives), which act simultaneously as substrate and gate dielectric, using passive and active semiconductors, respectively, as well as amorphous indium zinc and gallium indium zinc oxides for the gate electrode and channel layer, respectively. This was complemented by the use of continuous patterned metal layers as source/drain electrodes.

우리나라 남해안, 특히 여수반도 주변의 도서들은 수많은 반도와 만, 섬 등의 자연경관으로 특별한 관심을 불러일으킨다. 이와 같은 자연경관을 지속가능한 생태관광자원으로 활용하기 위해서는 이를 잘 보존하는 노력 또한 중요하다. 현재 사도를 비롯한 여수시의 많은 도서들은 빼어난 자연경관에 비해 생태관광해설이 미비한 편이며, 자연경관 또한 염풍화와 침식으로 보존에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 생태관광의 맥락 속에 여수시 사도일원의 자연경관에 대한 조사를 통해, 생태관광지 선정 기준에 의한 생태관광 탐방로를 개발하고 생태관광해설 프로그램을 제시함으로써 생태관광의 활성화와 지역발전에 기여하고자 한다. 사도일원은 사도의 사빈과 해식애, 중도의 공룡화 석지와 연흔 건열, 시루섬의 육계사주와 응회암층 노두 암맥, 장사도의 풍화혈과 암맥, 그리고 나끝~추도 구간의 해할 현상 등의 생태관광자원을 가지고 있으며, 전반적으로 중생대 퇴적층 및 화석과 관련된 지형들이 발달하였다. 탐방경로는 사도 선착장을 기점으로 북쪽에서 남쪽으로 구성된다.

Sixteen acetic acid bacteria (AAB) were isolated from blueberries and citric fruits of the Salto Grande region (Concordia, Entre Rios, Argentina) using enrichment techniques and plate isolation. Enrichment broths containing ethanol and acetic acid enabled maximum AAB recovery, since these components promote their growth. Biochemical tests allowed classification of the bacteria at genus level. PCR-RFLP of the 16S rRNA and PCR-RFLP of the 16S-23S rRNA intergenic spacer allowed further classification at the species level; this required treatment of the amplified products of 16S and 16S-23S ITS ribosomal genes with the following restriction enzymes: AluI, RsaI, HaeIII, MspI, TaqI, CfoI, and Tru9I. C7, C8, A80, A160, and A180 isolates were identified as Gluconobacter frateurii; C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, A70, and A210 isolates as Acetobacter pasteurianus; A50 and A140 isolates as Acetobacter tropicalis; and C9 isolate as Acetobacter syzygii. The bacteria identified by 16S rRNA PCR-RFLP were validated by 16S-23S PCR-RFLP; however, the C1 isolate showed different restriction patterns during identification and validation. Partial sequencing of the 16S gene resolved the discrepancy.

본 연구의 목적은 보존가치가 있는 다도해해상국립공원 거문도 백도코스의 지형 지질 경관자원에 관한 전문적인 지식을 기반으로 생태 역사 문화적 요소를 포함하여 거문도 백도코스의 지역성을 경험할 수 있는 지오투어리즘을 활성화 하는 데 있다. 지형 지질 경관자원으로서 백도지역의 해식애, 해식동, 풍화혈 등 해안지형과 화산암 관련 지형을 선정하였다. 역사 문화적 경관으로서 거문도 고도와 동도지역의 1885년 영국의 거문도점령사건과 연관된 영국군 묘지와 조선 말기 유학의 전승과 후학 지도에 정진한 김류의 사적지를 선정하였다. 끝으로 식생경관으로서 서도지역의 난온대 활엽수림대와 백도일원의 해안단애지 식생대를 선정하였다. 탐방경로는 고도에서 서도를 경유하여 동도로 이어지는 거문도지구의 생태 역사 문화 코스와 백도지구의 지형 지질 경관 코스를 제시해 보았다. 또한 지오투어리즘 활성화를 위해 거문도 내 방문자센터 설립, 주요 지오싸이트 내 관광해설표지판 설치, 환경 모니터링 등을 제안하였다.î

본 연구는 전남 여수시 백도의 지형형성과정을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 백도는 다도해의 형성과정과 해안지형을 이해하는 데 중요한 단서가 되는 섬이다. 백도를 구성하고 있는 암석은 미문상 화강암으로서 약 6천만 년 전에 형성된 것이다. 현재의 백도 지형을 형성케 한 요인은 지구조운동에 의한 북동-남서 방향과 동북동-서남서 방향의 절리선과 지반의 융기 그리고 파랑에 의한 침식작용 때문이다. 또한 백도를 구성하는 미문상 화강암에 대한 지화학적 분석에 의하면 백도는 칼크알칼리 계열(Calc-Alkaline)의 마그마 분화 특징을 보이며, 화산호 화강암(VAG)에 속한다. 즉 대륙주변부의 섭입환경에서 생성된 마그마임을 의미한다. 또한 단층과 해안단구로 보이는 지형이 관찰되나 백도일원에 신생대 제4기 후빙기 때 해수면 상승보다 더 큰 융기운동이 있었는지에 대해 추후 논의가 필요하다.

본 연구는 보존가치가 있는 금오도 지역의 지형 지질 경관자원에 관한 전문적인 지식을 기반으로 생태 역사 문화적 요소를 포함하여 금오도의 지역성을 경험할 수 있도록 지오싸이트(geosite)를 발굴하고 해설하는 데 초점을 맞추었다. 지형 지질 경관자원으로서 서부 해안에 위치한 '미역널방' 신선대의 해식애, 직포 사빈, '갈바람통'의 해식애와 해식동, 충산의 육계사주와 육계도, 장지 암설 역빈과 동부 해안에 위치한 여천 대유의 응회암, 연목 '검바위' 우학리의 안산암 분포지를 지오싸이트로 선정하였다. 전반적으로 중생대 퇴적층과 화산암으로 이뤄진 지형들이 발달하였다. 탐방경로는 금오도의 북서쪽 함구미 선착장에서 남동쪽 장지 마을로 이어지는 '비렁길'루트와 동부해안도로를 따라 구성하였으며, 암설지대가 나타나는 장지를 사례로 관광해설표지판을 예시해 보았다.

Let S be a polynomial ring over a field K, with a monomial order ${\prec}$, and let I be an unmixed graded ideal of S. In this paper we study two functions associated to I: The minimum distance function ${\delta}_I$ and the footprint function $fp_I$. It is shown that ${\delta}_I$ is positive and that $fp_I$ is positive if the initial ideal of I is unmixed. Then we show that if I is radical and its associated primes are generated by linear forms, then ${\delta}_I$ is strictly decreasing until it reaches the asymptotic value 1. If I is the edge ideal of a Cohen-Macaulay bipartite graph, we show that ${\delta}_I(d)=1$ for d greater than or equal to the regularity of S/I. For a graded ideal of dimension ${\geq}1$, whose initial ideal is a complete intersection, we give an exact sharp lower bound for the corresponding minimum distance function.

The space $BV^2_{\alpha}(I)$ of all the real functions defined on interval $I=[a,b]{\subset}\mathbb{R}$, which are of bounded second ${\alpha}$-variation (in the sense De la Vall$\acute{e}$ Poussin) on I forms a Banach space. In this space we define an operator of substitution H generated by a function $h:I{\times}\mathbb{R}{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}$, and prove, in particular, that if H maps $BV^2_{\alpha}(I)$ into itself and is globally Lipschitz or uniformly continuous, then h is an affine function with respect to the second variable.
