생산율에 따른 U-라인의 효율적인 운용 알고리즘 (An Algorithm for the Efficient Operation of the U-Shaped Line)

  • The production using U-shaped line is studied. This research presents the relationship among machining time, cycle time and production rate in a U-shaped line. The U-shaped line produces shafts by automated machines. In this paper when any production rate is given the U-shaped line always satisfies the production rate. An algorithm is developed for the determination of cycle time, the number of machines and workers of the U-shaped line in order to minimize the total machine capacity and the number of workers for any given production rate. The U-shaped line was successfully designed by applying the proposed algorithm.

  • In this paper, we proposed the technique to estimate the life cycle of Internet content services based on the logistic regression model. In this paper, to define parameters of Internet contents estimating life cycle by logistic regression model, we used market size, traffic amount, page view and session-visit number as the parameters of Internet contents estimating life cycle by logistic regression model. In this paper, to compare the performance of our proposed scheme, we estimated life cycle for the download services of bell sound & character contents in mobile network. As a result, using our proposed logistic regression, we were able to estimate exactly the life cycle of the download services of bell sound & character contents.

브레이튼과 펄스 데토네이션 복합 엔진 사이클의 열역학적 성능 해석 (Thermodynamic Analysis of Hybrid Engine Cycle of Brayton and Pulse Detonation Engine)

  • When detonation is occurred, the working fluid is compressed itself, though there are no other devices that compress the fluid. As a result, an engine which uses detonation for a combustion process doesn't need moving parts so that the engine can be lighter than other engines ever exist, and such an engine is often referred to as a pulse detonation engine. Since using detonation has higher performance than using deflagration, many studies have been attempting to control and analyze the engines using detonation as combustion. The purpose of this study is to analyze the hybrid cycle which is consisted of Brayton and Pulse Detonation Engine cycle. At first, we set the theoretical basis of detonation analysis, and after that we consider two hybrid cycles; a turbojet hybrid cycle and a turbofan hybrid cycle. The more energy released, the higher detonation Mach number the detonation wave has. In general, a cycle which has a detonation process has higher performances but thermal efficiency of hybrid turbofan engine.

  • Recently, the number of bridges and tunnels in railway is increasing due to the super high-speedy of train. Also, because of successively accidents of civil structures such as bridges and dams, the importance of maintenance become influential. The purpose of this study is to show the probabilistic life cycle cost analysis technique(PLCC) of the railroad bridge as pubic-infrastructures, and reasonably to indicate the economy in life cycle cost(LCC) through a case study. Rationally for life cycle cost analysis, the data gathered through many materials considered the uncertainty such as covariance. As a result, it is indicated that prestressed concrete bridge is pretty more cost-effective during life-cycle than preflex as well as steel box bridge. In future, if the construction of database and maintenance materials for railroad infrastructure is actualized, the life cycle cost analysis for railroad can be conducted easily and practically.

OPR1000 발전소의 핵연료 주기비분석을 통한 최적 배취 크기와 핵연료 농축도 결정 (Determination of Optimum Batch Size and Fuel Enrichment for OPR1000 NPP Based on Nuclear Fuel Cycle Cost Analysis)

  • 국내 원자력발전소의 주기길이는 전력회사의 전력수급계획에 따라 결정된다. 주기길이는 노심에 장전할 신연료 다발수와 핵연료 농축도를 조정하여 결정할 수 있다. 전력회사에서는 특정 주기길이를 만족시키기 위한 방법으로 신연료 다발수를 정한 후 핵연료 농축도를 결정하는 방법을 적용하고 있다. 그러나 이 방법의 경우 같은 주기길이를 갖는 다른 신연료 다발수와 핵연료 농축도의 조합들 보다 핵연료 주기비 측면에서 가장 경제적인지 판단할 수가 없다. 따라서 본 분석에서는 상용 노심설계 코드인 CASMO/MASTER 코드를 사용하여 OPR1000(Optimized Power Reactor 1000) 발전소를 대상으로 신연료 다발수와 핵연료 농축도 조합에 대한 노심 연소계산을 수행하여 동일한 주기길이를 갖는 최적의 신연료 다발수와 핵연료 농축도 조합은 무엇인지 분석하였다. 천이노심계산에서 발생할 수 있는 불확실도를 최소화하기 위해 노심 특성인자들이 변하지 않는 평형노심(equilibrium cycle)까지 계산을 수행하여 이때의 계산결과를 핵연료 주기비 계산에 사용하였다. 또한 평준화 핵연료 주기비(levelized fuel cycle cost) 계산에 있어 중요한 인자인 할인율(discount rate)에 대해서 국내뿐만 아니라 다른 나라의 실정에도 적용 가능하도록 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 평준화 핵연료 주기비(levelized fuel cycle cost) 평가 결과 할인율(discount rate)이 낮은 경우 신연료 다발수는 줄이고 대신 핵연료 농축도를 높이는 조합을 통해 특정 주기길이를 만족시키는 방법이 경제적인 것으로 나타났다. 반면 할인율(discount rate)이 높은 경우는 핵연료 농축도는 낮추고 신연료 다발수를 늘리는 조합을 통해 특정 주기길이를 만족시키는 방법이 경제적인 것으로 나타났다.

  • An uterus is female reproductive tract organ that affected estrus cycle. During a various changes occur at uterus in estrus cycle, one of them is body fluids secretion be called uterine fluid. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate the changes of protein patterns using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis in uterus fluids during the follicular and luteal phases in estrus cycle of pigs. In changes of protein spots were confirmed during the follicular and luteal phases. The 136 spots were expressed in follicular phase, the 57 spots of them showed reproducibility. On the other hand, the 140 spots were expressed in luteal phase, the 73 spots of them showed reproducibility. Also, spots expressed in follicular phase were number 69 and 94 spots and spots expressed in luteal phase only were number 156, 157, 184~187, 190 and 191 spots. The spots which of higher expression levels in the luteal phase than in follicular phase were number 76 and 79 spots. In conclusion, the spots expressed in follicular and luteal phases were confirmed with difference levels and these differences are function of RNA resolving, protein synthesis and cytoskeletal architecture.

한우 섬유아세포의 성 판별 및 세포주기 유도 분석 (Sexing and Cell Cycle Induction Hanwoo Fetal Fibroblast Cells)

  • 본 연구에서는 한우 태아의 시기별로 35일령, 50일령, 70일령 및 90일령의 fetal fibroblast cell line을 생산하였고, bovine-specific primer와 Y chromosome-specific primer를 이용하여 PCR에 의해 성을 판별하여 각각 암수 2 line의 한우 fetal fibroblast cell line을 확립하였다. 이들 cell line을 계대배양하여 passage number가 10 이상에서 염색체 분석을 실시하였는데 모두에서 80%이상의 세포가 60개의 정상 염색체수의 나타내어 계대배양이 karyotype에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. Serum starvation과 confluent 배양 방법을 이용하여 Go 상태로 유도되었는지 확인하기 위해 PCNA antibody를 이용하여 Western blotting 분석을 실시하였는데 PCNA 발현이 현저히 감소되는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 다시 정상 medium으로 환원시켰을 때 세포분열이 재개되어 Go상태로 유도되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 serum stravation 방법이 conflent한 배양방법보다 PCNA 발현양이 적은 것으로 나타나 좀더 효율적인 Go 상태 세포 주기 조절방법으로 판명되었다.

  • In this paper, the effects of the reflow number in the mechanical reliability of flip chip solder joint was investigated by flip chip shear test and thermal shock test. For evaluation mechanical reliability of flip chip, We experiment that specimens were operated 3-times, 6-times, 9-times, 12-times under reflow Process. After shear test and thermal shock test, We measured max shear strength and coming first crack number of thermal cycle. And We observe fracture surface and cross section by using SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) and optical scope. In the results, the more specimens were operated reflow process, the more decreased maximum shear strength and number of thermal cycle.

  • Let G = (V, E) be a simple graph with p vertices and q edges. A subset S of V (G) is called a strong (weak) efficient dominating set of G if for every $v{\in}V(G)$ we have ${\mid}N_s[v]{\cap}S{\mid}=1$ (resp. ${\mid}N_w[v]{\cap}S{\mid}=1$), where $N_s(v)=\{u{\in}V(G):uv{\in}E(G),\;deg(u){\geq}deg(v)\}$. The minimum cardinality of a strong (weak) efficient dominating set of G is called the strong (weak) efficient domination number of G and is denoted by ${\gamma}_{se}(G)$ (${\gamma}_{we}(G)$). A graph G is strong efficient if there exists a strong efficient dominating set of G. In this paper, some cycle and star related Nordhaus-Gaddum type relations on strong efficient dominating sets and the number of strong efficient dominating sets are studied.

Modeling and Evaluating Inventory Replenishment for Short Life-cycle Products

  • Due to the rapid advancement of technologies, a growing number of innovative products with a short life-cycle have been introduced to the market. As the life-cycles of such products are shorter than those of durable goods, the demand variation during the life-cycle adds to the difficulty of inventory management. Traditional inventory planning models and techniques mostly deal with products that have long life-cycles. The assumptions on the demand pattern and subsequent solution approaches are generally, not suitable for dealing with products with short life-cycles. In this research, inventory replenishment problems based on the logistic demand model are formulated and solved to facilitate the management of products with short life-cycles. An extended Wagner- Whitin approach is used to determine the replenishment cycle, schedules and lot-sizes.
