A flight simulator is a device that allows pilots attain proficiency of various situations and a sense of flight, and as interest in scientific training increases in modern aviation, aviation training organization develop and operate simulators. Therefore, in this study, the process of developing a motion-based helicopter simulation Training Device using a commercial program. Citing previous studies, the specificity of helicopter flight education and the positive effect of motion simulators were confirmed. In addition, the design and program of the motion device were studied in the process of checking the configuration and current regulations of flight simulation training devices and developing a helicopter motion simulator. A motion program was set based on the system design and structural design of the flight simulator, and data received from the flight simulator was identified to confirm the expected operating shape. Through this study, we intend to create a positive expected effect on pilot training by completing a motion-based helicopter simulator.

His study was started in the sense of examining the direction of nurturing calligraphy education professionals as the Act on Promotion of Calligraphy was enforced. The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of nurturing manpower in the calligraphy field, and to suggest a direction for nurturing professional manpower different from the existing Seodang-style and apprenticeship methods. To this end, we first looked at the current status of manpower in the calligraphy field through a fact-finding survey and prior research. As of March 2022, the overall status of the curriculum of the Department of Calligraphy at Korean universities was analyzed and its characteristics were examined. In this study, the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training and the direction of nurturing professional manpower through designated institutions were presented. For the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training, we selected an autonomous training method that enables training members to collaborate together to enhance the competency of participants. presented as Training and training for professional manpower through designated institutions Major . operation . Both the total quality management (TQM) and learning organization (LO) appear to be promising approaches for organizational transformation towards a more effective, efficient, and responsive organization in the past. The evolutionary development and theory supports for these two fields are distinct but they appear to have more in common than they have in distinctiveness. However, there is little synergy developed between these two fields both in academic research and industrial applications. It is possibly due to the fact that both the academia and industry are taking a limiting polarized view of TQM and LO and hence not getting the benefits of linking the two. This paper tries to establish a link between the organizational learning capability and the quality culture for TQM implementation based on a case study on the largest vocational education institution, the Vocational Training Council, of Hong Kong. The study reveals that there is a strong positive correlation between organizational learning capability and quality culture. The exploratory explanations for the links between the organizational learning capability constructs and the quality culture constructs are also discussed in this paper. The findings of the study support other literatures that TQM should be embedded in LO and serves as an enabler for organizational learning (OL) in transforming and creating organizations which continuously expand their abilities to change and shape their future.

In the context of the pandemic, educational institutions had to ensure an instant transition to remote technological models of communication within the new conditions of the educational environment. The purpose of the academic paper lies in determining the role of the communicative model of educational transformations in the realities of (post) modernity. The research methodology is based on a survey of 120 students from 10 higher educational institutions (HEIs) of Ukraine through an online form regarding the importance of live communication during a pandemic. Results. The communicative model changed significantly during the pandemic - the interaction was mainly due to technologies. The research has identified four communication models of educational transformations under the conditions of the pandemic, depending on learning models. The first traditional model of distance learning involves distance learning; the second model involves contact remote training using remote educational technologies; the third model is blended learning, which combines remote and traditional learning formats, synchronous and asynchronous modes of interaction; the fourth model is traditional contact training. The empirical study of the effectiveness of communication models proves that live communication remains extremely important for learning and understanding of educational materials by students, and technology has provided support for such communication. Along with this, seminars and video lectures with presentations combining live communication and communication technologies are as important as digital learning tools. The most effective teaching method for mastering and memorizing educational material was a live dialogue with a teacher at seminars in ZOOM, followed by individual written assignments on the studied topic.

Recently, children's deaths are found to be mostly caused by various accidents in Korea. But it is in reality that the safety training are very roughly conducted, and even contemporarily appropriate training materials are not sufficiently furnished contrary to the increasing significance of the safety training to reduce the children's accidental risks. This study is to compare and analyze the safety training courses of domestic and overseas elementary schools and various safety training materials. This study is purposed ultimately to reduce the accidental risks of elementary school students by suggesting the future development direction. It is concluded in this study that more appropriate safety training courses and materials should be provided to train the students to habituate their safe behaviors with a view to protect the elementary school students against the accidents. In addition, the safety training should be conducted consistently by reflecting the students' characters, and the pertinent training materials should be developed for the students' spontaneous learning and for more practical preventive training.

Purpose: Outbreaks resulting from medication injections have recently been on the rise in Korea despite various established guidelines. The objective of this study was to assess the degree to which healthcare professionals are aware of safe injection practice guidelines and to account for the adherence to and the deviation from safe injection guidelines formulated by healthcare providers. Methods: In November 2016, a cross-sectional anonymous questionnaire covering general characteristics of injections, patient safety culture, awareness of safe injection practices, and adherence to and barriers to safe injection guidelines was issued to healthcare providers who administer medication injections or manage and supervise these injections (N=550). Multivariate logistic regression analysis via enter method was performed to define the influencing factors of adherence of safe injection practices. Results: On average, respondents adhere to 17 of the 24 guidelines. Multivariate logistic regression found that those who were more likely to adhere to safe injection guidelines either underwent a patient safety training experience within the last year, provided care in a setting characterized by a highly developed patient safety culture, or were employed as physicians or nurses, as opposed to some other type of care provider. Barriers to safe injection guidelines were attributable to; thoughts of waste to discard leftover medicine, provisions that made adherence cumbersome, a weak culture of compliance, and insufficient amounts of injectable medicine, products, and education. Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that controllable factors like training experience of healthcare providers and patient safety culture were positively associated with adherence to safe injection practices. It was suggested that the training of healthcare providers on safe injection practices be a continuous process to promote patient safety. Additionally, there should be an increased focus on developing and implementing policies to improve patient safety culture from a prevention rather than post-management perspective.

This study was to provide teaching and learning strategies to develop a creative sight-singing and ear-training program that aims to design student-centered education. Therefore, the characteristics of the sight-singing and ear-training as well as teaching and learning methods were analyzed through the literature review, and the following meaningful strategies were derived. First, a student-centered teaching environment was promoted by diversifying the teaching environment through small group activities and establishing a sustainable learning environment using MyEarTraining and Musescore applications. Second, teaching and learning strategies were proposed to improve sight-singing and ear-training skills by applying for various teaching and learning methods and cultivating the qualities of a pre-service teacher. This study is expected to be used as meaningful fundamental data in developing specific teaching and learning processes for a creative sight-singing and ear-training program.

Aviation ICT technology is a convergence technology between aviation and electronics, and has a wide variety of applications, including navigation and education. Among them, in the field of aerial pilot training, there are many problems such as the possibility of accidents during training and the lack of coping skills for various situations. This raises the need for a simulated pilot training system similar to actual training. In this paper, pilot training data were collected in pilot training system using VR/AR to increase immersion in flight training, and Customized Pilot Training Platform with Collaborative Deep Learning in VR/AR Environment that can recommend effective training courses to pilots is proposed. To verify the accuracy of the recommendation, the performance of the proposed collaborative deep learning algorithm with the existing recommendation algorithm was evaluated, and the flight test score was measured based on the pilot's training data base, and the deviations of each result were compared. The proposed service platform can expect more reliable recommendation results than previous studies, and the user survey for verification showed high satisfaction.

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co.,LTD(KHNP) was strongly interested in promotion of employee's Safety Culture because it is needed to change the recognition of Safety Culture after the Fukushima accident and Kori-1 blackout event. So, KHNP developed the KHNP Safety Culture Definition, Principles and Attributes and shared them with all employees. By using them, Safety Culture Assessment for a site plant employees was carried out. Through the pilot Safety Culture Assessment in 2012, In 2013, it was expanded to 6 plants and various improvements had been obtained from that. KHNP has been developing a variety of training materials, Safety Culture posters, videos which was designed to give lessons about safety culture with a variety of event cases. And keep trying to form Safety Culture Circumstances In this study, statistic methods are used to verify the effectiveness of KHNP Safety Culture Principles and Safety Culture Assessment.

This experiment was conducted to analysis the fruit quality according to training method under low plastic film greenhouse cultivation on sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum cv Special) during summer culture. Training treatments were upright training and inclination training, the fruits were examined and analysed with a month interval from June to November on productivity, fiuit weight, flesh thickness, contents of soluble solids, hardness, shape, and locules. Productivity per month was the highest on June, upright training harvested more than inclination training. Fruit weight of inclination training on June was 232 g which was higher than 26 g of upright training, but upright training was heavier than inclination training after July. Flesh thickness of upright training was thicker than inclination training. Soluble solids content increased with the decrease of temperature, upright training was higher than inclination training. The fruit shape of upright training was not significant according to harvesting date. The number of locules of upright training was $3.27\sim3.34$, and it was not significant according to harvesting date.
