본 논문은 인문학이 실용적이지 않다는 선입견에 대해 비판한다. 우선 지식에 대한 최근의 새로운 모형과 그에 따른 교육학 흐름의 변화를 소개한다. 새로운 지식관으로 전체론을, 새로운 교육이론으로 구성주의를 소개한다. 이와 함께 또 하나의 주목할 만한 현상이 '언어적 전환'이다. 언어는 문화의 중요한 요소이지만 문화 자체가 언어적 속성을 지닌다는 점에서 특별한 요소이다. 따라서 문화는 일종의 텍스트로 볼 수 있기 때문에, 문화를 연구대상으로 삼으며 언어와 맥락 등의 이해와 분석을 주로 맡았던 인문학이 세계를 읽고 구성하는데 큰 역할을 담당할 수 있음을 깨달을 수 있다. 인문학 대학원에서의 수업과 같은 전통적인 인문연구 교육방식의 회복이 현재의 사회 변화에 적절한 새로운 '실용성'을 만족시킬 수 있음을 보이려 한다. 다만 학문적 기여가 중요하다. 또한 '지식기반사회'라는 새로운 환경은 또 다른 이유로 이 글의 주장을 강화한다. 지식의 빠른 변화는 종래의 암기식, 주입식 교육보다 지식의 통합과 재구성을 통한 문제해결 능력을 기르는 교육을 요구하기 때문이다.

The purpose and hypothesis of the article was the need to solve the following research tasks: Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem. To identify and experimentally test the effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions affecting the creative self-development of a distance learning student. Research methods: analysis of philosophical and psychological-pedagogical literature on the problem under study; pedagogical experiment; modeling, questioning, testing, analysis of the products of students' creative activity (essays, creative works, creative projects) and the implementation of educational tasks, conversations, observations.

The article substantiates the need to use innovative pedagogical technologies as an effective mechanism for implementing the idea of advanced vocational education, highlights the main components of the idea of anticipation, highlights the experience of using modern technologies in institutions of secondary vocational education. 2018년 1급 문화예술교육사 시행을 앞두고 있는 시점에서 문화예술교육사에게 요구되는 자격 요건은 교육 콘텐츠 기획 및 교육 프로그램 개발과 운영 등 박물관의 에듀케이터 수준의 역량이다. 이는 기존의 문화예술교육에서 야기된 교육수요자의 학령에 따른 난이도 조절의 문제점과 중복된 교육 프로그램, 몇 몇 주제의 선호도에 따른 제작위주의 교과 과정 등의 문제점 해소 뿐 만 아니라, 최근 과학기술의 발달에 따른 새로운 융복합적 문화예술교육과정을 위한 역량의 문제이기도 하다. 이 논문에서는 단순히 어린이와 청소년들이 문화예술향유자로 성장하도록 지원하는 예술강사지원사업이라는 목표를 넘어서서 좀 더 전문적인 역량을 갖춘 에듀케이터로서 문화예술교육사의 의미와 역할을 정립하고자 한다. 1급 문화예술교육사 자격의 핵심요건인 문화예술교육 프로그램 기획의 경우 애니메이션 관련 콘텐츠에 대한 기초조사에서 큐레이팅, 교육 콘텐츠의 가능성 여부, 교육대상과 교육내용의 구성, 내용의 심미적 특성과 교육적 기능, 문화향유를 위한 감상과 체험 등 종합적인 전문성과 자질을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 문화예술교육사는 단순히 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 운영하는 기획자의 역할 뿐 만 아니라, 문화예술기관 이용자의 조력자이자 옹호자의 역할과 사회의 다양한 계층과의 소통과 협력, 상호간의 문화교류 등에 가치를 두는 창의적 프로그램의 설계와 운용 역량을 습득해야 한다.

Students can successfully connect with one another thanks to the introduction of Web 2.0 and the tools and technology linked with it. The fact that rising digital tools are systematically influencing the education system is not a secret. The purpose of the research article efficiently evaluates the influence of incorporation of media in the activities of the scientific library of the higher education institution. The research Methodology is the Concepts, techniques, and procedures to effectively inculcate primary and secondary data to conduct the research effortlessly. It's worth noting that in this case, quantitative primary research was provided in the form of a survey. The researchers have proposed a survey in order to successfully instil a comprehensive view on the "incorporation of media in the operations of the scientific library of higher education institutions." As a result, fifty-one higher education institution principals were asked to attend this session. This is necessary to understand that they are both well-educated and cognizant of the impact of technology innovation on schooling. As a result, the researchers were able to gain a comprehensive view of this situation thanks to this survey. The results effectively showed that most of the participants believe that social media plays a vital role in shaping up higher education and at the same time they believe that the libraries of famous educational institutions must adapt as per the new educational trend so that teachers and students both can tap into its benefit.The practical significance of the result is manoeuvred by the efficient survey analysis and at the same time, peer-reviewed journals have been employed to put forward authentic information. Therefore, efficient insight regarding this topic has been gathered by the researchers.

4차 산업혁명의 21세기는 산업화 시대에서 요구하던 것과는 다른 '역량'을 새로운 교육적 개념으로 요구하고 있다. 대학에서는 사회의 이러한 변화와 요구에 따라 교양 및 전공 교육에서 기존의 방식을 탈피하여 핵심역량 기반교육과 이를 통한 교육의 혁신을 요구받고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 대학들은 다양한 재정지원사업을 위해 교양교육을 전면적으로 개편하여 제시하고 있다. 본 연구는 대학 교양교육 혁신을 위한 교양 교육과정 개편에 대해 C 대학의 사례를 제시하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 각 대학들은 대학의 설립이념에 따라 다양한 핵심역량을 제시하고 교양교육 측면에서 핵심역량 강화를 유도할 수 있는 방법으로 교양교육과정을 개편하고 있다. C 대학의 핵심역량 기반 교양 교육과정을 위해 부족한 핵심역량 과목을 개발하여 제안하였고, 교양교육 특성화를 위해 다양한 마이크로디그리를 제안하였으며, 학생들의 기초학습능력 향상을 위한 메타학습 관련 교양 교과목을 제시하였다.

The article considers aspects of improving the quality of training of specialists based on the use of modern information and communication technologies in the educational process; the use of teaching methods and, as a result, an increase in the creative and intellectual components of educational activities; integration of various types of educational activities (educational, research, etc.); adaptation of information technology training to individual the characteristics of the student; ensuring continuity and consistency in learning; development of information technologies for distance learning; improving the software and methodological support of educational process.

This article analyzes the state and development of multimedia technologies in the educational process. The reasons for the emergence of multimedia educational technologies are shown. The definition of the concept of "multimedia education" is given. The advantages and disadvantages of teaching using multimedia technologies are presented. The article, based on multimedia technologies, provides one of the ways to solve the problem of lack of classroom time for the presentation of all educational material in the process of teaching engineering students. The creation and application of educational videos in education is discussed, an example of teaching electrical engineering is given; the requirements for the development of video lessons, their advantages and importance in the educational process are indicated.

2012년 2월에 개정된 "문화예술교육 지원법"을 근거로, 문화예술교육사 국가자격증 제도가 집행된 지 2년이 지났다. 문화예술교육사 국가자격증 취득희망자들은 누구이고, 어떠한 동기와 목적을 가지고 자격증 취득을 희망하고 있으며, 문화예술교육사로서 자신을 어떻게 정의내리고 있을까? 이 연구의 목적은 위의 질문에 대한 답을 현상학적 연구방법을 통해 찾고자 하는데서 시도되었다. 즉, 정책목표 상에 명시된 것이 아닌 실제로 문화예술교육사 자격증을 취득하고자 하는 이들이 '나는 누구이고, 무엇을 하는 사람인가?'에 대한 답을 통해 이들의 집단 정체성(collective identity)을 파악하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자(n=172)들은 수도권의 한 문화예술교육원에서 문화예술교육사 자격증 취득을 위한 교육생들로 구성되었으며, 현상학적 분석을 정교화 하기 위한 주요도구로 질문지법(questionnaire method)을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구의 분석틀로 제임스 마샤(James E. Marcia)의 정체성이론을 사용하였다. 문화예술교육사 자격증 희망자의 대다수는 정체성의 획득이 아닌 유예와 유실 사이에서 상당히 다양한 양상을 보이는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 아직 문화예술교육사의 개념과 정체성이 취득희망자 사이에서조차 모호하다는 것을 암시한다. 문화예술교육사에 대한 양질의 양성과정과 함께 이들이 실제로 자격증 취득 후 진출할 수 있는 활로가 담보되어야만 문화예술교육사의 개념과 정체성 확립이 실질적으로 존립할 수 있다는 것이 이 연구의 주요 시사점이다. 이들의 정체성에 대한 이해는 정책의 성공과 지속성 외에도 문화예술교육인력의 사회 경제적의미를 탐구하는 기초연구로 활용 가능하다.
